  • dark chocolate or milk – 100 g
  • orange juice – 20 g
  • butter – 50 g

RECIPE FOR GLAZE FOR EASTER THAT DOESN’T CRUMBLE

  • 0.5 tsp. gelatin
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 100 g sugar

Bred gelatin 1 tbsp hot water and stir until dissolved gelatin (about 3-5 minutes). In a separate bowl, mix sugar and 2 tbsp water at room temperature. Put on the heat, constantly stir and bring to a boil so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Without turning off the heat, add gelatin and stir. Turn off the heat.

This icing will not crumble even after you cut the cake.
