When we talk about series, English-high-quality, uncompromising, violent, gripping and deep, one immediately thinks of Luther. And she clings to the matron since, despite the storms, it is still there.

It is even more there than ever in fact since the season 5 of Luther will arrive soon on our screens. Even as we will wish a happy new year as the BBC will broadcast the first episode directly on the 1st of January. That is to say, the importance that has taken the series with the time if diffuser is used to open the great ball of 2019.

The great Luther

If we are very impatient, here’s Idris Elba comes to us in the paste when, in the micro Variety, which he has bluntly revealed that Luther could very well become a movie soon. Also, the creator of the series, Neil Cross, would already be in the process of writing the scenario :

“We are moving forward in our project to make a film. Neil Cross is in the process of échiner to write the screenplay and I think that the watchword for this film is to be more ambitious. Luther contains all the ingredients that echo the classic neo-noir of the 90s, such as Seven or The Mask of the spider, and I think he uses it as a plan to write his film.”

And indeed, it falls squarely under the meaning. In addition to making us happy, you don’t even have a clue. And apparently, Idris Elba nourishes great ambitions when we speak of the future film :

“There will be more murder, more Volvo, and most of Luther frowned… He really wants to do something ambitious and possibly international. The fifth season is very special because I think it may be one of the last, even though I shouldn’t say that. But it was written to prepare us to the passage on the big screen. If we manage to make a film of this season is clearly in the preamble.”

What make us joyful-joyful, therefore, and to allow us to wait even more anxiously for the broadcast of new episodes in two weeks.
