Murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier: His son wants “justice to be done”

Unpunished for twenty years now, the murder of the producer and wife of Daniel Toscan du Plantier could finally be elucidated.
In July, an investigating judge decided to refer the Assize Court Ian Bailey, former Irish journalist of 59 years suspected of killing Sophie Toscan du Plantier December 23, 1996 in Schull. Asked by Le Parisien , Ian Bailey said he was ” the victim of a conspiracy ” and maintains his innocence. ” It is obviously very difficult to live , said the former journalist. I was arrested twice and my wife, our house was searched several times, my journalistic career was shattered … J I was wrongly appointed by the police and I have been fighting for twenty years to prove my innocence! ” The man cries to the manipulation and does not hesitate to accuse in his turn. ” I am a victim of a conspiracy, the police wanted to trap me , claims there.
