Season 7 of Pretty Little Liars has just taken a turn of the most interesting. Let’s not forget the slightly surprising and hair-raising revelation about Alison’s baby, the fact that Aria can turn against her friends to save her skin is something new and that could really raise the stakes when we Approach to the end of the series. Episode 14 of Season 7 of Pretty Little Liars is full of revelations that are welcome, especially because the first episodes of this second part of the season were rather annoying and empty. Certainly, many of the revelations that are made are not surprising because we already suspected them, but at least we have real answers. Let’s start with the one whose turn it is to play: Alison. At the beginning of “Power Play” , Alison tells Emily she will have an abortion because she feels she is still under Archer’s control with her pregnancy. However, his decision will be totally upset by what follows.
As we know, AD loves games and the one he reserved for Ali is rather cruel, when we know that she does not want this child. She has to go to a baby shop and choose 10 items to complete her birth list. Gift bonus? A necklace that Alison apparently asked to offer to the one who gave him his eggs and who bears the name of Emily . Dun dun dun . It was well known that the theft of Emily’s ova was not trivial and many fans had made the comparison when it was discovered that Alison was pregnant. Although this revelation is not the most surprising, it has the gift of totally upsetting the Liars – and we too at the same time . AD is really disturbed.
For her part, Aria receives a video call from AD in person, who shows her “file” and tells her that if Ezra knew what was in it, he would quickly choose Nicole and Aria would end up in prison . And while she accompanies Ali to the baby shop, her phone rings and this time AD offers her a meeting. But it is not the real AD that Aria will meet, it is Sydney who, without surprises, is part of the enemy camp . Well, up until then, nothing surprising, because we already know that Sydney is not reliable. However, the big surprise comes from the fact that it proposes to Aria to join Team AD: basically to turn against their friends and not to undergo the pressure. Will Aria accept this proposal? It could bring a lot of spice to the series anyway … Finally, Spencer was able to confront his father, who hastened to warn her against Mary Drake because she killed her sister twin , Jessica DiLaurentis. This new revelation is welcome, albeit not surprising enough and raises once again the question: can we trust Mary Drake? This episode goes up the level and we hope that the continuation will continue on this line. Meanwhile, know that you can always read our review of Season 7 episode of Pretty Little Liars on melty.
