Quick pickled onions for salads

So, we need:
Water 250 gr.
Vinegar 9% – 65-70 grams. (photo in the glass)
Sugar 50 grams. (3 table. spoon no slides)
0.5 tablespoon salt
Onions cut into rings/half-rings, put in small jar.
Mix: water, sugar, salt, bring to a boil, put the vinegar, as soon as starts to boil, pour the marinade and onions.
Cover with a lid. When the jar has cooled (1-1,5 hours) onion is ready, you can use is.
Pickled onions are ready to store in the fridge. Chilled onion will taste better.
Before putting in salad, it is need to press and cut.
The same marinade can be used for marinating other sliced vegetables with pepper, spices, herbs (in a bow to put them not).
This marinade you can marinate the peppers (small slices), beet (diced), cucumbers (circles, segments). They just better stay the night.
