The 100 not yet renewed, will it be canceled after the season 4?

Cinema 10 January, 2017

Season 4 of The 100 comes in a month and we wonder if it could be the last one for the series of Jason Rothenberg …

February is approaching and with it the return of Clarke, Bellamy and others that we can already see on the promo photos of the season 4 of The 100 . Today we return to the latest news from the CW and their impact on the series of Jason Rothenberg. As some already know, the American chain announced this weekend at the TCA renew seven of his series . The Flash, Arrow, Jane the Virgin, Supernatural, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend will therefore return for all new seasons. The end of Reign and The Vampire Diaries was already known, which leaves us to question us on The 100 and other series that have not yet started broadcasting their upcoming seasons. Since they are not yet on their way, it is difficult for the channel to announce or not their renewal, but that obviously does not prevent us from asking ourselves a few questions.
After all we had already wondered some time ago if The 100 would be canceled after season 4 since we know that the popularity of the post-apocalyptic show took a hit after the broadcast of season 3, the death of Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Lincoln (Ricky Whittle). The next season has not yet begun but we know that it will tell the story of the young Sky People who are trying to survive a new nuclear apocalypse, and we wonder if Jason Rothenberg and his writers will have ideas one little more original to read or if the same story will be told until the hearings are no longer good enough for the series to be renewed. Remember that it was initially based on the books of Kass Morgan before the showrunner took another direction. Until we have some answers from February 1, the details of the first three episodes of season 4 of The 100 have already been released on melty. And you what do you think ?
