The OA will make its grand return on march 22 on Netflix.

Season 1 of The OA was one of the jewels in the unexpected of the year 2016 on Netflix. Since then, Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij were preparing for season 2 by revealing almost nothing and in saying that little bit of news on the progress of the project. After more than two years of waiting, and a few advertisements of the actress-writer-creator, we learned a few days ago that the episodes of season 2 would be shown at the Festival Series Mania in Lille at the end of march next.

What is the prospect of an imminent arrival of the show on Netflix. The answer didn’t finally slow. The series reveals the first images of its season 2 in a trailer.

No index had not really filtered on the story that we waited for this second season. Suffice to say that this trailer sheds a little even if he announces a story even more crazy than the first season. In fact, in the Meadow seems to have managed to travel into another dimension. A goal which was that of all the members of the group kidnapped by the Dr. Aloysius Percy, the young woman left with the other. But the journey is not over, and many questions still remain without answers, as evidenced by these images.

Aesthetically speaking, the series sends a very heavy and promises us a mysterious adventure, full of surprises and mixing the genres, the romance, the angst, the suspense in the ghost stories.

Brit Marling and the new recruit Kingsley Ben-Adir

With Brit Marling in the lead role, and the return of a large part of the cast of season 1 Jason Isaacs, Phyllis Smith, Paz Vega, Emory Cohen, the return of The OA is clearly the highlight of the month of march on Netflix.

In fact, the trailer revealed by Netflix has also been the opportunity for the platform to unveil the release date. This season 2 will be available in full on 22nd march in France. Strongly !
