This is not as if it was a shock, it has been known for a long time that Disney is preparing its own streaming service to compete with Netflix and they have small problems in their relationship.

However, mine of nothing, we were nevertheless surprised by the undo of Iron Fist and Luke Cage a few weeks ago. Well, after that, it’s not going to do our mourners, it is not as if it was both of our favorite series, far from it, but the event is important because it may be the first effective sign of the rupture between Marvel and Netflix, since Disney is going to launch its own streaming website, by 2019, Disney +.

A cancellation that we arrange somewhere…

Of course, at this moment, all our eyes are turned to the survivors. If for the moment we have no idea of the fate that awaits Jessica Jones and the Punisher, all of this still fell in the wrong since this was not far from the broadcast of season 3 of Daredevil, the series that started it all.

Although this season was not particularly packed, we will not go clearly not up to want to its disappearance but, as it is the war of the media, in Hollywood, anything is possible. It is therefore with all the more interest that we learn, via the site, ComicBookMovie as the showrunner of season 3, and executive producer of the series, Erik Oleson has just announced on Twitter that he had pitché there is little the foundations of season 4 to Netflix :

Daredevil will fight until the end

“I just pitcher Netflix season 4 of Daredevil. Fingers crossed !”

Of course, out of the question to know what he has been able to tell them for the moment, but this announcement shows that, despite all that, Netflix does not seem willing to let go of Daredevil as easily. Well, after that, it is safe, it is necessary that the pitch they like, and that is another story. But if they had intended to cancel their other series Marvel, I bet they would not even have bothered to listen to it. Which is a minimum to be reassuring, you’ll agree.
