The Walking Dead: Is Carl the true hero of history? A new fascinating theory on the end of the series!

Cinema 20 December, 2016

In full during the break of season 7 of The Walking Dead, one continues to wonder about how the series could end with a new theory very interesting!

Nope, still no episode of season 7 of The Walking Dead this week and given you some ideas of other things to look at while waiting for recovery. We continue to help you wait until February 12 with this time a most interesting theory about the end of the series. This theory comes from Michael Rooker, who played Merle Dixon in the first seasons, and who spoke on the occasion of the Walker Stalker Con . For the actor, Rick would not be the true hero of the show but it would in fact be the life of Carl that we would be following for all these years. The last image would then show railroad tracks that would stretch to the horizon with a setting sun. “And back, we would see one person walking on the rails, and we realize it’s Carl, adult and lonely” .
A possible end among many others that Michael Rooker still explicates. “No one is with him, it’s just him, and then we hear his voice in voice-over, and we realize that during all these seasons, it was him who was seen reviving his past . All other characters in the series are dead and he is the only survivor and he goes into the sunset, and that’s the end of the series ” . It is a rather poetic image and rather nostalgic Michael Rooker wants The Walking Dead ends and we must admit that this version we like enough. One suspects that in fact it might be difficult to achieve with such a very long-term contract for Chandler Riggs and others depending on when they would die in the story . On the other hand it is not clear if Robert Kirkman planned to write comics until the adulthood of Carl, even if a flashforward of several years has already happened and could take place again. Nevertheless nothing prevents us to enjoy this new theory at fair value and pending how the series will end, we wondered if a spin-off of Negan, the big bad of the season 7 of the Walking Dead, possible .. And you, what do you think of this theory?
