The Walking Dead lives of the past two seasons (or eight, depending on circumstances) a seemingly endless descent to the underworld. And records of a further decline in terms of audience.

The grand finale of the batch 2018 could hope to straighten a little the bar. In fact, the big confrontation between Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) promised finally a lot of important events, and especially the outcome of an arc story to be hated by a part of the public.

In short, The Walking Dead took the opportunity to draw a number of characters, sub-plots and situations that were deprived of part of its success. Lack of pot, the hearings of the ex-flagship series of AMC dropped. With 7.9 million viewers (which would like a lot of series), the last episode of season 8 is placed just above the scores of the final of season 1, and below 8,99 million from the season 2 season. Numbers that have been constantly grow up in the pharaonic 15,78 million viewers of the finale of season 5.

While AMC has already qualified for the season 4 of Fear, the Walking Dead, quasi-reboot, we wonder what fate is going to be this series that even its fans, enthusiasts seem to give up.
