Titans : the new DC series unveils four new visuals, and a release date
The Titans will be the series pionière of the new streaming platform of DC, which in the long term will appear Swamp Thing, Harley Quinn and many others.
Like Disney that wants to play Netflix and has revealed the name of its streaming platform, DC flows into the great court. We already had knowledge of the name of its video service, called DC Universe (classic but effective), but the chain has announced the date of the launch of its platform : the 15 September next… A date known as to be the Batman Day. Coincidence ? Not really.
The look, it was already not fufu
It was during a live, hosted by Kevin Smith, the famed producer, screenwriter and american director behind Clerks and who loves super-heroes, that DC Universe has revealed the release date of its first original series : the Titans. Ordered with 12 episodes, at the rate of one per week, the Titans will be unveiling its pilot on October 12th. A month after the official launch of the streaming platform.
In order to fill a bit the empty, DC has also announced that the platform would read comics and to (re)watch the first two seasons of the cartoon Young Justice, waiting for the reboot of the animated series, Young Justice : Outsiders planned for 2019. For the occasion, a first preview has just been unveiled. Which is centered on the character of Nightwing, it leaves you to look at :
Among the other animated titles will be Batman, la relève (1999), Justice League (2001-2004) and Batman: The Alliance of heroes (2008-11). It should also be noted that, in addition to Titans, DC Universe will soon hold a series Doom Patrol, in which Brendan Fraser propose a character, but also Swamp Thing, Harley Quinn and many others.
Levels price, the platform will be available for $ 8 per month, or $ 75 per year. For the time being, the service is exclusively available in the country of Uncle Sam and no date, French has not been specified.
