Last night History aired episode 12 of season 4 of Vikings, for which we offer our criticism!

The fall of the king! Last night History broadcasted episode 12 of season 4 of Vikings, for which we dévoilions you the promo video . A captivating chapter obviously did not fail to make a beautiful parallel between the fall of Ragnar and the ascension of his son. Indeed, the episode opens with a scene showing the king of Kattegat has lost the respect of all when it is attacked by one of the men of the village who does not fail to spit in his face to sight and hearing of all. The fall of Ragnar tragically continues when it begins to bribe men from his village to agree to accompany him in Wessex. Humiliation he saw in front of his son and that does not fail to crack our hearts. The king respected and feared by all, is only a shadow of himself. However, the character offers us beautiful scenes, as his intense reunion with Aslaug or the time he shared with Ivar. Anyway, Ragnar remains fascinating and interpretation of Travis Fimmel must be welcomed, as it is perfect.
The parallel is striking with the rise of Bjorn, which brings crowds to accompany the Mediterranean Sea on board of the new boats designed by Floki. At the party to celebrate his departure, we are witnessing the return of Harald and Halfdan, but what most struck us obviously highlighting the existing rivalry between Lagetha and Aslaug. Ragnar’s wife does not fail to remind the second she is the queen, but at a sacrificial ceremony, Lagertha threat which stole its place. The tension is at its peak and the hatred felt for Lagertha Aslaug is palpable. Now we look forward to attend their confrontation that should be epic. In this episode, Ragnar and Aslaug the son of are of course very present and we see a little rivalry between them. Especially during a meal where Ivar Sigurd and confront, which gives us an incredible scene where madness of the first shows through . Again, as with the rest of the episode, we salute the performance of Alex Hogh, which is simply talented and able to offer a particularly wide range of emotion to the character. Finally, we quickly understand that things are not going to stop there when Margaret reveals Ivar Sigurd is impotent. A given that he will use and which makes us fear for the life of the woman.
Ultimately, that’s life Ivar could be in danger, as evidenced by the vision of Aslaug. Following this bad omen, we are entitled to a beautiful scene between mother and son, during which Ivar him understand why it takes so much from his father. Although we are only at the beginning of his adventure, the young man began his own ascent by showing a huge commitment when standing on crutches, to join the small group of his Father. Unfortunately, the Aslaug vision proves to be true, and the fleet is caught in a terrible storm . Men fall into the sea, the boat on which Ragnar and Ivar are drowning is destroyed and starts for the son of Aslaug. Ultimately, it’s a great episode that we discovered. The action is not really present, but all cards are dealt for the launch. Lagertha will declare war to Aslaug Kattegat, Bjorn will begin his conquest of the Mediterranean and Ragnar Ivar and will have to survive their ordeal and try to avenge their people in Wessex. We also look forward to find Rollo and other nations that have captivated us in previous seasons. Now, discover the promo pictures and the synopsis of episode 13 of season 4 Vikings!
