Instead of a Show within a show it would have been better off if they did them as flashbacks (1st 6 Episodes only with the real people) as part of trial testimony against Lee…Then changed it to a show (like People vs OJ with the actors) that gets murdered while filming which proves her bizarre ghost story defense and gets her acquitted. Then the last few episodes work better.

If we think all along she is a murderer then her sacrifice in the end makes for a better story.
But I think the biggest issue this season was there were just too many damn characters than none of them stood out at all and most were just blood fodder.
