Growing up with a slap in the face takes place in that time, real work just got started.
Opposites attract, well known fact that end up completing and giving the other what they each lack. Teaching and evolving as people and esp a married union. More than a soul tie there.
I wish them the best at figuring it out. I think they will come out stronger and deepen a family bond either way.
