I believe that the unpublished songs will eventually be released and enjoyed by his fans. Unless George explicitly forbids the songs release in his Last Will&Testament, it will be up to the “majority” of his beneficiaries/heirs whether or not to authorize publication and release. Given that the songs will generate millions of dollars, all of which will end up in the pockets of the beneficiaries/heirs, there is little doubt that they will release them.
