CEO Tim Cook was right to welcome the good sales of the connected watch made in Cupertino. When the sales figures were released in March, Steve Jobs’ successor confirmed that the number of Apple Watch sales had almost doubled in one year. His statements gain even more weight after Strategy Analytics experts through The Indian Express issued a verdict on the market shares of the various smartwatches currently in circulation.
The Apple Watch is widely ahead of the first quarter of 2017 with 53% market share. It is ahead of Samsung which ranks second with its Gear S3 among others (12.8% market share). The South Korean firm also climbed the ranking as it was previously overtaken by the US company FitBit, now third with 12.2% market share. The Apple Watch, which has won new wristwatches since the WWDC, is a stylish and sporting company . The competition is far behind, and the Cupertino firm can see a bright future for its smartwatch.
The post Apple Watch: The connected watch continues to dominate the market in 2017 first appeared on The Siver Times.

Indeed it has been a few years since the prequel of the series to the very recognizable title Fear The Walking Dead is also broadcast on AMC. If the first seasons have not been entirely convincing, we must admit that season 3 starts well and has so far avoided many traps in which his older sister fell, especially in terms of episode focused on a single character . What kind of teachings could the Walking Dead get out of the spin-off?
The importance of new characters
The base group of The Walking Dead has often been expanded with new characters, which are usually introduced as cannon fodder more than as potential heroes. Most Woodbury survivors were used to die during the prison epidemic, many of the Alexandrians who were killed by the Wolves or Saviors had not really aroused our interest … The Walking Dead takes the time to Develop very few characters on the dozens of new faces that are seen arriving regularly, which makes their dead little or even very predictable . Fear The Walking Dead spreads a little more about his characters and because of the “normality” of the Clark family and the many dialogues,
The plot yes, but the characters also
The Walking Dead, based on comics, sometimes makes his characters act strangely to stick to the plots to come. Why did not Rick, who repeats that they all form a family, go and get Andrea after their flight from the farm? Why did not Carol share her worries more during the prison epidemic? Because the progress of the series sometimes requires behavior that does not correspond to the character of the characters. In Fear The Walking Dead, the characters sometimes act stupidly but in accordance with their personality. Writing seems more organic and the plot does not guide everything.
Learn rhythm
Fans know it, The Walking Dead tends to drag along some intrigues to better stick to its schedule. Season 7 proved to be transitory to begin the real war against Negan in the 100th episode of the series and score the blow. Moreover, the great actions always seem to take place in the episodes 1,8,9 and 16 with, in the meantime, sometimes a bit of trouble . Fear The Walking Dead has not yet made the same mistake with certainly a rhythm sometimes inconstant but at least has the merit of being unpredictable.
Risk taking
Obviously, difficult to innovate when one must follow the outline of a comic read by millions of readers. But what makes the Walking Dead strength is also its weakness since we unfortunately still find the same stories so far. The group finds a refuge, then gets attacked, finds itself on the road, finds refuge etc. By remaining confined to the vicinity of Atlanta and then Washington, the series leaves little room for novelty . Fear The Walking Dead offered us a season that was almost entirely on a boat, an episode in Spanish to stick to the culture of his characters … in short, what make us travel a little.
The dialogues
The more the seasons pass, the more the dialogues of The Walking Dead lean towards the utility rather than the expression. The characters speak to inform themselves or to motivate themselves through discourses so familiar that one could foresee the words. Rick, we know you’re a family, you ‘re screwing with the wrong people , you’re gonna kill Negan … We do not deny the impact of these pretty speeches, especially at the end of season 7. But Fear The Walking Dead makes his characters speak like real people, who sometimes say things that are useless or have nothing to do with the zombie apocalypse . There is no such thing as identification and therefore attachment to them.
All that being said, we know that it is easy to find faults and we still remain big fans of The Walking Dead. The adaptation of comics is a complex exercise that the screenwriters have still succeeded so far and we are eager to see the continuation. Waiting until this fall, our critic of the last episode of season 3 of Fear The Walking Dead is still available on melty. What do you think ?
The post The Walking Dead: 5 lessons she can learn from Fear The Walking Dead first appeared on The Siver Times.

Thanks to powerful technical innovations, it will be possible in the near future to maintain your body. These first tools are just beginning to be developed and several manufacturers are trying to get the best out of the game by providing the best product. The Stanford University conducted a survey of several models like the Apple Watch, Issue 1 of connected watches , the Samsung Gear S2, Microsoft Band etc. The result ? In a market where competition is rather light , Apple is positioning itself as the best model to monitor your heart rate!
To establish this ranking that crowns the Apple Watch, which is available at less than € 380 , winner, Standford University was based on the error rate. The apple comes out with a margin of error of 2% while its competitor of always, Samsung, is inflicted a margin of 6,8% with its Gear S2. The South Korean will have to work a little more on this side to hope to break through this environment that is gradually opening up. It must be said that Apple has taken the lead for several years and put a lot of emphasis on its watch while offering affordable prices. A strategy that could pay off over time … Business to follow!

The Labyrinth 3: The Deadly Remedy should offer a true conclusion to each of our heroes. And that’s one of the actresses of the film that promises us!
With the accident of Dylan O’Brien , fans of the Labyrinth have long been without news of the last episode of the trilogy taken from the books of James Dashner. But now that the young actor has completely recovered from his injuries and that the filming of the film ended without further incident, it is possible and expected that new details about the film will gradually be revealed . It will not have been long before new announcements reach us, starting with those concerning the cast! The editor of Melty told you very recently that Walton Goggins had joined the distribution of Labyrinth 3: The Deadly Remedy in a Key Role . But hey, we will not lie, we, what we want, This is information about his plot – which is likely to differ enormously from that narrated in Dashner’s third book – and his characters ! Fortunately, Kaya Scodelario, who lends her traits to Teresa, is there to satisfy our appetite as a hungry fan.
In an interview for Screen Rant, the young actress has indeed entrusted himself to The Labyrinth 3: The Mortal Remedy and assures us that it should allow to close satisfactorily the history of all the characters. Even tearing away a few tears. She says, ” We just finished filming, I think we say goodbye to the characters and we conclude all the stories.” The film tells of a rescue mission, they want to find Minho, they enter WCKD and They try to understand the decision Teresa made in the last film, to understand that she did not betray them . ” Because if you remember correctly, it was Teresa who told WCKD where Thomas and his companions were, Pushing the organization to organize a large-scale operation to recover them. It remains to be seen then what explanations the girl will provide to her friends to justify her act … Meanwhile, Labyrinth 3: The Mortal Remedy, of which Dylan O’Brien has unveiled behind the scenes , should answer all our questions. And play a lot with our emotions! What do you expect from this film?
The post The Labyrinth 3, The Mortal Remedy: Farewells touching the characters? first appeared on The Siver Times.

If Netflix does not really communicate its audiences, it is still possible to determine which are the most popular and therefore most appreciated and most watched original shows. Fizziology , a research company specializing in social networks, Analyzed the social interactions on Twitter during the first week following the launch of the Season Premiere of a series. Thus, the company was able to determine a ranking of the 13 most popular shows on Netflix that the editorial of melty unveils you without further delay!
13. Grace & Frankie
The adventures of Grace and Frankie, two women who all oppose but whose husbands love each other and want to get married, have been passionate fans since 2015. They have gathered 25,306 interactions on Twitter !
12. House of Card
Who said that politics was not fun? In any case, the universe of House of Cards found its public. Fans have devoured the first 4 seasons and are eagerly awaiting the 5th which will arrive on May 30th . With 70,514 Twitter interactions , the series ranks 12th!
11. Bloodline
The secrets and old family stories of the Rayburn have also attracted viewers for two seasons. Bloodline , who will return soon for his season 3, arrives 11th with 83,538 interactions on the social network.
10. Master of None
While Dev’s life may seem trivial at first, she is not and is passionate about many episodes. Master of None is in the top 10 with 106,893 Twittos interactions.
9. The OA
In The OA , Prairie Johnson, an adopted blind girl, suddenly reappears seven years after being abducted and having lost her blindness. With such a scenario, it was obvious that the series would fascinate the fans. The OA arrives 9th with 176,992 interactions of Internet users in a single season. Highly season 2!
8. Orange Is The New Black
As early as 2013, we fell in love with Piper Chapman and the prisoners of Litchfield who placed in 8th position with 177,374 Twitter interaction .
7. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
Kimmy Schmidt makes us laugh a lot in the series produced by Tina Fey, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt . While the series will return for a season 3 soon, the show is placed 7th with 243 990 interactions of the Net surfers. Not bad !
6. Black Mirror
Black Mirror , originally broadcast on Channel 4 and taken over by Netflix from Season 3, is a satire of our society that questions the consequences of new technologies. A deep subject, a dramatic series, it was enough to convince the fans. The show came in 6th with 452,516 interactions.
5. Stranger Things
We start this top 5 with Stranger Things ! Mysterious disappearances and supernatural phenomena, the series surprises us and gives us chills, which we adore evidently. It collected 507,192 interactions.
4. Luke Cage
Who is not a fan of superheroes ? While characters from the Marvel universe have always fascinated audiences , Luke Cage is no exception to the rule and ranks 4th with 1,016,152 interaction on Twitter .
3. Fuller House
20 years later, the sitcom La Fête à la maison has always been so successful! Netflix has succeeded in betting on the series. If unfortunately Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are not in the casting, we are delighted to find all the actors of the original series. Fuller House wins bronze with 1,324,534 interactions on Twitter . .
2. Chasing Cameron
On the second step of the podium, we find Chasing Cameron, reality TV with the star of Vine, Cameron Dallas. With 1 326 010 interactions on Twitter , the show still seems to have good days ahead!
1. 13 Reasons Why
Not surprisingly , 13 Reasons Why, which has just been renewed for a season 2 , is obviously the most popular and probably the most watched series on Netflix . And that in a record time! With 3,585,110 interactions on Twitter , the show is undoubtedly a level above And you, what is your favorite Netflix series?
The post 13 Reasons Why, Stranger Things, Black Mirror … Which Netflix series is the most popular? first appeared on The Siver Times.

It is often hot to do everything in time and time, as we would like. And it also happens in movies, remember those moments.
Well, sometimes it’s also your fault when you’re persuaded to be able to do 6 things in 17 minutes before leaving home, for example … But there are also times when you really lack time, your best. And this is panic. You begin to sweat, to be imprecise, to let go insults … A feeling that you recognize in the characters in these films and scenes. Yes, spoiler, attention.
Neo calls the base (“Matrix”)
You see him tracing in the corridors, looking for the right room, the phone, in the virtual world where he had gone on a mission. For he must call the base, and the others pick up, to make him come back before it is too late . Genus before their ship is destroyed by the lasers of others … Pip: Agent Smith is waiting for him behind the door and the gun. Hop, Neo is late, it’s over. Except that he is the chosen one and that Trinity loves him …
When will the attack take place? (“Independence Day”)
From the beginning, we know that the White House will end up farting. But we stress anyway: when? The little genius with the spectacles (obviously) finally discovers it, and will warn the president of the final attack of the aliens . Well, the fine team can not save everyone but still has the job, while taking direct revenge.
The quest for the grail (“Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade”)
Emery Jones is canistering and the only way to heal him, to save him, is to get his hands on the grail. His son does his best but it is a galley. Obviously, despite the traps and all the brothel, Indy is there ! And when you think it’s good, it’s the temple that breaks its mouth and causes a new race against the clock. The guy has to sleep well after all this.
Returning home (“The crazy day of Ferrys Bueller”)
Lycée in wanker mode ++, Ferry spends his day with his minch ‘, walks and puts pressure on him to have to walk home before his parents and sister. And yes, it is not right at the end of the street, it would be too simple. The guy jumps his fences, runs, uses the trampoline of girl … and stops to dredge quickly makes two chicks tanning in their garden. With the little music that goes well in the background. A challenge that we all already knew, we will not lie.
Destruction of the system in case of emergency (“Alien”)
More or less naked, the crew decides to blow up their own ship to eliminate the aliens. No way to run, hide, or bar. So, even if you die, you can take the others with you too! To the kamikaze. Except that the girl who has to operate the emergency plan is a bit wedged by an alien and that the plan (already not top) is complicated even more for her, who wanted to quickly break after launching the operation. Finally, she manages, but in the dark, locked up, you become claustro bordel. And when you think that Ripley got away, bah finally it’s not safe …
One Chance on a Million (“Star Wars IV: A New Hope”)
There’s no twisting, it’s tense. Wrought up. The forces of the revolution must succeed in destroying the Black Star, and in front they will not let themselves go back like that! There is even Dark Vador himself who participates in the party. Finally, the only way is to explode the main reactor : an almost impossible shot. Luke sticks to it, in BG mode. Guided by the force, and Han Solo, he gets there the cunt! A phew scene, where beauty equals tension, with a beautiful finale as we love them.
The choice of Batman (“The Dark Knight”)
The bastard of Joker had planned everything. To get caught and locked up, to play with the nerves of Batman, to make him suffer by having to choose between Rachel and Harvey … The whole with two cargos full of people, ready to fart. And of course, a whore by sending her to Harvey instead of Rachel … And there, no time to save everyone. Hard. Which scene has most stressed you?
The post When you stressed not having the time, relativise with these scenes of movies first appeared on The Siver Times.

Already because you are going to kiffer, then because there are not 10,000 possibilities, must be lucid. Here are the series where you see and hear betetar de betons.
Broum, broum, broouuumm! Aaah those who like to ride in two wheels, and more particularly by motorcycle, go to kiffer! The soft sound of the engine, the beautiful leather jackets, the characters not at all clichés, landscapes … Everything our friends bikers will remake now that the sunny days have come back.
Sons of anarchy
A Charming, small town in California, the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club Redwood Original runs the business. Both respected and feared, they make the rain and the good weather. With their code of honor, they maintain order . And precisely, when a struggle of territory engages between dealers and traffickers of arms, there is a job! Especially for Clay and Jackson (who runs the garage), the president and vice-president.
The bikers of space
Animated cartoon in the first part of the 90s, it was a delirium. The famous bikers of space are human-sized mice named Modo, Throttle and Vinnie . Let us admit. In addition, they drive semi-intelligent bikes, chipped on their planet Mars before disembarking on Earth. To do what ? We save Plutarchians, fishmen who have just destroyed their planet and want to do the same with us. So the bikers will defend us!
The rebel
The great art served by the great actor Lorenzo Lamas! Without being a fan of a motorbike, you remember his ganache, his long hair and his pace of falling on two wheels. At the base cop, Reno Raines wants to leave his taf at the request of his wife. History of leaving in beauty, it wants to denounce all the hoodlums of the post. Bad idea. The bastards release a guy to kill him, their plan starts in lollipop but Reno finds himself obliged to flee, accused of murder. He then engages in races pursuits in the United States, with strokes of handlebars and bastons, between Reno, shoemakers, other lascars …
At full throttle
With the title, we know what we are talking about! And when you mate the cartoon, like, no feint. Everyone loves the bike. Teddy Tojo who saves the life of Teddy Santarini and his mother, attacked … by bikers, Alexander the cousin of the second Teddy, Mia the sister of the first and Nathalie the nurse who treated him after an accident. Obviously, rivalry between the two Teddy wagons that heat up in competition , with love story intrigues to vary a bit of motorcycle racing.
Chips
A former car broadcast between 1977 and 1983 in the States, on NBC, before arriving in France. Two cops, Poncherello and Baker, are patrolling the California Highway Patrol, tracking the road robbers and delinquents around Los Angeles. For those interested, they drive in Kawazaki KZ 900 the first two seasons, before moving to a KZ 1000 C4 then full of other bikes , including Harley. Six seasons and 139 episodes, it makes you hours of motorcycle to watch. Have you ever had one? And hot to test another?
The post The series that any biker in the soul must mater first appeared on The Siver Times.

Knowing that we’ve already seen them, eh. One only wants to go back hours, with their characters and their delusions. In binge watching mode.
Because we are not going to lie either, it was a bit lollipop sometimes the 90s. But at least the guys were creative, inventing things. Whether it’s music (hip-hop, grunge), cinema (special effects), in our life (internet): quite a few devolutions took place in the 90’s. Here we focus on the best series, the ones we would look at again from beginning to end if they were to go back (completely and in the right direction, eh, not like the police series on TF1 at random) on TV or on Netflix.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
According to the credits that sends pate, she is the “elected” of her generation, she “will face the vampires, demons and force of the evil”. Aloooors, what are you gonna do? Yeah, you can get carried away when you’re a kid, deep inside. Today, we would be calmer, of course. But Buffy Summers, the high school girl who defies the vampires, and this series where we had a perfect mix : action, horror, comedy, romance, and even a fighting hair in martial arts mode.
Friends
No feint, no false suspense. It is a direct balance, and everyone understands why. How do you dodge the series we grew up with? While Ross, Chandler, Joey, Monica, Rachel and Phoebe were doing the same, in Manhattan? A sitcom like we love them, funny, lively, which makes us spend a good time. 10 seasons? Yes, and then, when one loves one does not count.
Angela, 15 years old
Only one season, but 19 episodes of 44 minutes. So not nothing, actually. A teenage thing, it’s clear, since you’re Angela (boom, the title is well done) and her states of fluctuating souls. And when you are yourself in this state of mind, you feel understood , it helps you , you want to know how the characters manage … And it is also there that we discovered Claire Danes and Jared Leto, still.
The Prince of Bel-Air
Aaaah, serious, unforgettable! The bars that were typed in front of TV note (cathode ray tube) thanks to this series. A young person from the poor suburbs of Philadelphia landed at his uncle, Phil Banks, and his wealthy family. A change of world, Bel-Air is something else! Will Smith exploded with his role as … Will , and we still remember Carlton’s dances.
Sabrina, the apprentice witch
From 1997 onwards, in France, on France 2 screens first, then other channels more obscure (Canal J, Filles TV and Gulli). Sabrina was “normal” until her 16th birthday, when she discovered her magical powers . Coached by her two aunts, but far from her simple mortal mother, she learns to master her gifts. And talk with the cat, Salem, quiet. In addition to Sabrina’s special assignments, you also saw how she got into high school and all the problems of that age.
Malcolm
Already because we do not get tired of it. Reese’s bullshit, Dewey’s manipulations, Malcolm’s whimper, Francis’s follies, Jane’s anger and Hal ‘s bumps … What a champion in the family! And now, it would be even more crazy to see Bryan Cranston again in his role as a family father, benet, who undergoes the law of his wife, after seeing him completely possessed in Breaking Bad.
Married, two children
To get a little out of the classic teenage stories, nothing better. This series with the very special family father Al Bundy was a kind of accelerated training to become a beauf . Sitting in the couch, hand in the calbar, rasping, inattentive towards his wife or his kids, always a binouz in the other hand (the one that is free): the portrait of the guy that all women dream. Do like him and you’re not near sin. Which would you like to see again at all costs?
The post Frankly, if these series come back today, we watch them direct first appeared on The Siver Times.

Rather genuine creations, and quality please. Historical drama, war, love, martial arts, action: there’s a little bit of everything, you can choose the one that tempts you the most.
Live
Immersed in the era of the Chinese cultural revolution that is not so far away and of which we do not know much in fact. The director Zhang Yimou makes us discover it via the fate of a family that tries and must survive in front of the system and all its venerable machinery that rot their lives. Released in 1994, this film sums up the atmosphere there from the 40s to the 70s, with its political and historical upheavals .
——- 1 ——-
Wives and concubines
Master Chen Zuoqian lives in a crazy palace, because he has what seems to be the dough that spills over everywhere. The guy multiplies the women at his disposal, already three and then four when the young Songlian arrives. Sold by her mother, she must learn to interact with other women . And above all, to surpass them. Everything is concentrated on these relations of competition and subordination towards the master. The beauty of the plans and colors strikes even more seen the contrast with the cruelty of the story.
——- 2 ——-
The demons at my door
More recent, released in 2000, this film deals with the conflict between China and Japan and denounces the stupidity, the horrors . Obviously, making an apologia for the war, even civil, remains rather rare eh! Basically, the situation is brought to life through Dasan, a peasant who sees two sacks left by soldiers of the Chinese army arriving at his house in the middle of the night. Inside, a Japanese prisoner and his interpreter. Except that for months, the soldiers do not come to recover them, then the whole village knows and wants to stop the prisoners. It looks tense …
—— 3 ——–
Hero
Dating from 2002 and with Jet Li, if it can reassure some! It is true that it can, to have landmarks, to find a face that we know, coughed coughed what. This film tells the story of China from 2000 years ago, when it was composed of 7 kingdoms, all at war to win . The kingdom of Qin was most afraid because his King wanted to become the first Emperor and nothing else mattered. Classic, the others join to eliminate it and hires three assassins super set: broken blade, snowflake and starry sky. Mock you if you want, but they manage! King Qin sleeps a little less well and does less evil so he promises fortune to the one who will kill these three assassins. Until the day a guy lands with the weapons of the victims. His name ? ” Nameless “. Personally,
—— 4 ——-
The secret of flying daggers
Flying Daggers is the name of the group of bandits who plunder the rich to give to the poor. A kind of Chinese Robin Hood but several. In 856, the power does not bother with hesitations … There is grafted a love story a little cul-ass, you fear the film cliché … and there is a reversal that changes everything! So, the poetic and dreamlike film also becomes epic, and one never says no to a little spice . In the end, of the beautiful work, especially for a chinese.
——- 5 ——-
The Three Kingdoms
John Woo returns home and continues to do what he knows how to do: show with action scenes of pork and big money. What necessarily displeases some because from the historical point of view, there are things to be said. It’s a film about Ben Hur, a film that traces the history of China, with a lot of characters, intrigues, battles … Because you have to choose, you only see one battle, that of the Red Cliff, where oppose Two kingdoms united to a third, all under the empire of Han Xiandi who then reigned. So you’re going to test which one?
The post The Chinese know how to do everything, even super movies, but it’s not new first appeared on The Siver Times.

Maybe it will come, by watching those who master. In any case, it costs nothing to try and hope!
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. The click can happen, who knows ?! And even if nothing ever happens, bah so much worse, you will at least have a good time in front of these films. Because they are part of the classics of dance films. Each in its own style.
Black Swan
Known to all because fairly recent and including a French representative: this dear Vincent Cassel. As a ruthless ballet master, he tests the dancer Nina in her final entrenchments to see if she is capable of interpreting her evil double, the black swan, and not just the pure, the white. A film as magnificent as dramatic, with superb ballet scenes . And trying. Natalie Portman is crazy, like her character Nina.
——- 1 ——-
Fame
Many people dream of becoming artists, and of the glory that goes with (cuckoo Sefyu). And of course, it’s not so easy to get there, even by charging. In this 1980 film, we follow the trajectory of eight young people at the New York School of Performing Arts, the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts. The 4-year training will not bring everyone to the right place. To remember, the performance of Irene Cara, which we still talk about today.
——- 2 ——-
Sexy Dance
Well, the title already puts you in the frame of mind “Will be nice stuff to watch”. And it is rather the case, for the chicks who can subdue Channing Tatum as for the guys who will watch the movements of Jenna Dewan. Basically, Tyler is a wanker who gets caught and makes a kind of TIG in a dance school , where beautiful Nora prepares her show. You’ve already figured it out. But the dance scenes are successful, this is the main and our subject here.
——- 3 ——-
Save the last dance
Another love story, we’re not going to hide it, it often comes back. Sara, a talented young girl, tries to integrate a school in New York but her mother dies on the day of the audition. Back in the suburbs of Chicago, at his father’s. And in a high school where she is one of the rare white, and rather badly received. Except by Chenille and then his brother Derek. Which, a little bad boy, will teach him hip-hop. And here are our dance scenes.
——– 4 ——–
Dirty Dancing
Yes, yes, yes, still a love story, I can not help it. Already it is difficult to escape in films in general, then for dance movies, you understand the mission … In general, Frédérique finds himself boarding a family in the summer. Rich, she discovers a completely different world, then a world: that of dance . Notably through Johnny, the dance teacher BG of the establishment. A classic, with Patrick Swayze young and handsome.
——- 5 ——-
Grease
That way, we will have covered almost all the classics. And yes, there’s love in the air. Danny and Sandy meet during summer holidays, but she has to go back to Australia … Except that she is joining the same high school as Danny, and that they find themselves later. Otherwise , you have beautiful choreographies, dances to slam a muscle when you do not master and a John Travolta that banana. In every sense of the term. Who will be tempted?
The post If you do not know how to dance but you love it, watch these movies first appeared on The Siver Times.

To think of it is one thing, to want it yet another. But then doing it is often risky. And make a movie too, it’s a snap.
Okay, these are films called “unpretentious” but good anyway … Must really watch them when you’re in love mode, otherwise it’s heavy. And although they do not last a long time, it may seem long! In any case, here is a list of movies that talk about love and feelings among friends. You do what you want, no problem. Some can make you laugh and are not so bad, so it goes.
Sex with friends
Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis in plan mode ass but not really, attracted but frightened, we want and then we no longer know. In short, a story that will not remain in the annals but the duo of actors works rather well and it’s funny. So it looks. A romantic comedy with beautiful shots of New York .
Sex friends
A film that talks more about friendship than ass in the end, and therefore disappointed some. The psychological side and advice to women has weighed heavier, already not supported by an Ashton Kutcher as charismatic as usual. That is to say, without charism, precisely . For the guys, the positive point remains to see Natalie Portman in underwear. Otherwise it’s cliché and predictable.
Bad Teacher
Then clearly, it is based on Cameron Diaz and point bar. Alcoholic and somewhat vulgar, she sends. She is having fun. So much the better. For you, it will not be the grand regalade, you smile more than you laugh and avoid quiet laughter. Well, when you do not want to think, to see Cameron Diaz washing a car, why not .
Love, and other drugs
In the background, the film is coherent since it is based on the Jamie-Maggie couple. Played by Jale Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway. Okay, they play well. And we like to watch movies that talk about love, when it’s done well. Despite the good feelings and the touching scenes, it never really takes off . Medicines and sickness are a bit of the stuff, in the idea, it must be recognized. After that, it’s all cooked.
When Harry meets Sally
Older than others and more successful. Is it related? Perhaps. But it’s not just that! The subject (boat) is treated with humor, the dialogues make laugh, the actors play well … and it does not stretch in length for nothing (1h36). Love, humor, efficiency, it passes . Sally (Meg Ryan) resembles the prototype of the attaching girl, Harry is the basic guy, but will know how it is done. And it launches the famous debate: is it good to be friends before?
The wedding of my best friend
A beautiful confrontation between the redhead and the blonde. Between Julia Roberts and Cameron Diaz. It’s funny, lively, there are scenes where you get married (cf karaoke) and the end is not too cliché . Well, that’s what it was, a successful romantic comedy, also from the 90s. Before we were drunk, maybe. And Rupert Everett regale with his phlegm and his humor, in addition to pleasing to the feminine gender obviously.

While the eighth opus is out today, it is the occasion to note that the enemies of Dominic Toretto are more and more bad. Hope it lasts.
We’ll see where Charlize Theron stands but she should win another ranking in any case. His degree of wickedness being less obvious, for the moment, than his beauty. But back to our sheep: are the bad boys of the first seven Fast & Furious really hard? Ranking and explanations, to notice that they are more and more worked.
Takashi (Tokyo Drift)
It was the third film, released in 2006, and probably the most disappointing of all. He had not marked the spirits, far from it. Only a few roads here and there, based on slips and hand brakes, classic. And it was partly due to Takashi’s lack of character. Supposedly linked to the Yakuza, one would have thought of seeing a real badass cold, bloody, vindictive . There it is a sort of wanker who hardly gets motivated for the boxes and the chicks, his only two kiffs, which he quickly releases to the slightest difficulty.
Carter Verone (2 Fast 2 Furious)
A drug baron in Miami who struts in a suit, an open shirt. Let’s face it. That he has a head of BG and passes for a dancer, ok. But do not be afraid at all, it’s a shame . He tries to kill Roman and Bryan, he tortures a representative of the law, but hey, it’s the basis for a villain. And that stops there.
Arturo Braga (Fast & Furious 4)
Trafficker of the heroine. Booouuuh, the villain. And he hangs around with Owen Shaw. Oulala. In addition, he uses a false identity and calls himself Ramon Campos. Ahah, so it’s not a bad guy? Well no, we saw better. It’s just one more guy who deale and lives on the black drug market . Apart from in very remote places, there are everywhere. Not to say that it is normal, it is usual. And a villain of film must not be a common character.
Johnny Tran (The Fast & The Furious)
The villain of the very first film, released in 2001. He had at least the merit of being different from others by not bathing in drug trafficking. Instead, he preferred the electronic goods business, for example. As if by chance, for an asiat ‘, we rub the cliché! And question cojones, he defended himself since he shot Jesse , the friend of Dom ‘. In drive-by mode my mouth.
Owen Shaw (Fast & Furious 6)
A real potential. Intelligent, without any limit, able to convert an enemy secret agent into one of his own (Riley): Owen Shaw manages. And really wants to annoy our Dom ‘by trying to bump Leti’ . Finally, he uses, as an assistant and right arm, when he sees that the explosion supposed to kill has made him amnesic. In short, big bif at the same time pro (mercenary pilots to the big reputation) and personal (Leticia will return with Dom ‘, with his memory found again). A real duel.
Hernan Reyes (Fast & Furious 5)
The boss of Rio de Janeiro. And yet there’s plenty to do with shady and dangerous guys out there, so you can imagine Herman is not a choirboy. The worst is his natural wickedness that you feel permanently, the guy likes to do evil, use and abuse his power, without scruple . It puts out to harm the agent Luke Hobbs as well as Vince, colleague and friend of Dominic, kidnapped Mia …
Deckard Shaw (Fast & Furious 7)
We finally see him in “real”, after years to go behind the scenes. Owen’s brother is no less violent and wicked, potentially even more impulsive as well . When he leaves the hosto where his brother vegetates, he decides to smash … a hospital. Normal, revenge. When he gets his hands on Luke Hobbs, he knocks him down. And we learn that he was at the origin of the fall of Han in “Tokyo Drift”. Deckard might say, “I think nasty so I’m mean.” You trust for the 8 or not?
The post If you follow the logic, the villain of Fast & Furious 8 will be the most badass first appeared on The Siver Times.

Some things seem to deserve more attention and recognition, it starts with a good feeling. This is the case for these series.
Because generally, we leave more room for debate on the side stuff (players, movies, groups, games, etc.), so to the negative. Here we will be in positive criticism! And we will limit ourselves to the series of the last decade, otherwise we have not left the hostel (Spanish, or whatever you want).
The disastrous adventures of orphans Baudelaire
An original series launched on Netflix which despite the good reviews did not find its audience. A childish side with dances and songs, allowing Neil Patrick Harris to shine , and another very adult by his black and sarcastic humor. Too bad because it is really stylish. Suddenly, everyone spoke of “Stranger Things” and other series. But if you have time, try it, it’s the beauty of streaming: it’s available when you’re hot.
The Ricky Gervais Show
Basically it was a podcast and not just any one: one of the most popular. Then HBO wanted to adapt it in series, in animation mode. An original direction and a rather convincing result, giving a cartoon with punchlines of egg and crazy situations . Often when Stephen and Ricky handle Karl! But the three seasons did not make so many views that, the audience remained limited. At the same time, the broadcast schedules were not top.
Rick and Morty
Adored by a certain community of unconditional fans, ignored or downright unknown by others. Sad fate for one of the best comedy series, much less renowned than the Simpsons or Les Griffins. Basically , it’s a parody of “Back to the Future” where Doc is a drunk alcoholic and drugged, while Marty turns out to be a little unmanageable nervous, chaining chess . Very cynical, alternating wacky jokes and striking findings of justness, the series deserves more spectators and publicity.
Ghosts
A French series which is worth the detour, then it must be said. Dealing with death and resurrection, it clearly gives place to drama and reflection. With a good dose of stress, tension, discomfort! Basically, dead people come back to life, and go back to their lives before as if nothing had happened. Because they did not realize they were dead, actually … A very “rational” and psychological delirium that changes other zombie series where blood and gore prevail . There you cogitate and you anxiously. Still.
Love
A creation that one owes to Judd Appatow, best known for his films now, while he is the author of a few series mine of nothing. Alas all a little depreciated, like “Freaks and Geeks” or the latest in date, “Love”. Exploring the world of modern romance, with humor and intelligence , analyzing it and making it live without falling into easy criticism, the series shows us two endearing characters, Mickey and Gus. Which form a couple that one likes to look at and see evolve.
The Americans
Quality at all levels. Actors, plot, sets and costumes, photography … Really good work and a series that should be a reference at the moment. Located in the 1980s, the story shows two Russian spies sent to the United States to glean information and refer all this to the mother country . Under cover obviously, in normal and well-integrated American mode. The father is almost too much (he kiffe limits the capitalist delirium the rogue), the mother less, the children sympathize with children of agents of the FBI … Very interesting to watch, especially today with the frenzied communications On the influence of Putin during the American elections. Who can confirm that one of these series is worth it?
The post These undercutting series deserve a little recognition of brothel first appeared on The Siver Times.

Being free, creative is good. Too much is dangerous. It is like everything, in excess, it loses all its usefulness and the misdeeds replace by the benefits. And who is it that suffers the consequences? Bibi (well, we, but will know how we say bibi in the first person plural). Appearance: movies based on wtf ideas.
The attack of the killer tomatoes
Mutated tomatoes decide to conquer the Earth. To eradicate humanity. They attack everything: swimmers in the sea, drivers on the road, pedestrians in the street … Kind of parody reference to the films of series B, we know at least that the guys did not take themselves seriously. And fortunately !
Pixels
If I tell you there’s Adam Sandler in it, you start guessing the genre of the movie? A fucking guy, who always hangs around with his friends, and something interesting happens to them. This is alright Aliens who discover videos of old arcade games, which Sam and his bros played in the 80s . Vexed, they take it for a provocation, a declaration of war itself. Then the Aliens attack the Earth! So, motivation, Sam & co, whose Cooper who became president (yes yes, of the United States), will still save the planet. This time in real life! Against Pac-Man, Donkey Kong …
Sharknado
Nothing goes to LA A hurricane very bad scales sharks on the city, and it is the box . No way to walk quietly, there are attacks in all directions. End, surfer with the big heart, decides to brave the risks to go to save his ex-wife and the daughter of this one. Accompanied by two friends and his waitress (Fin holds a refreshment bar on the beach), Baz and Nova, they will ensure.
Theodore Rex
The time when Whoopi Goldberg could do anything and everything, people go and see him. Well almost ! Here in police officer, Katie Coltrane (the name of his character) forms team with … a tyrannosaur . The famous Theodore Rex. Recreated genetically by scientists, endowed with intelligence and speech, he investigates with her on the murders of other dinosaurs. Normal. Strangely, the test projections were failures and the film was released directly on video, without going through the cinema box. People still respect a minimum.
Rubber
A tire moves on its own. Well, let’s admit. And he kills people. Okay, it’s already spinning a bit. How? It would be the subject of psychokinetic powers, that is, an object mentally influenced by an unknown mechanism or energy. In the middle of the Californian desert, Robert (Yeah, the tire has a first name) rolls and attacks, relentlessly, animals and humans . Secondary plot: spectators watch the actors, who play this bizarre spectacle. A little mise en abyme for the road, to chiader a little thing. Written, directed and edited by Quentin Dupieux (aka Mr Oizo, who also made the soundtrack, normal).
Swiss Army Man
Hank walks alone on a deserted island. Depressed, suicidal, isolated, he goes crazy. Especially when he discovers the body of a former soldier, drowned, with whom he begins a very special friendship . Mi-tool, half-friend, this one serves him to do everything. Completely perched, the story shows surprising Paul Dano and Daniel Radcliffe in an independent film. Who has ever seen and loved one of these films?
The post Without illicit products, how are these ideas of films born serious? first appeared on The Siver Times.

Let us pay tribute to the little ones. To the outsiders. To David against Goliath. Without having similar means, these series gain to be known, therefore to be seen. And then it will change a bit, because it must be admitted that the majority of our series are stamped USA Go, change is now (it goes, we do not laugh a little …).
3% (Brazil)
A series launched by Netflix in Brazil, where the site has established itself, faithful to its habit (cf Marseille in France). In short, we see a society divided between the rich and the poor, clearly. It is also the subject of the plot: a selection is put in place in order to give a chance to young people (20 years old) despaired to join the Other Shore , that is to say the haves, the Privileged. Convened in a building, they chained the tests, individual or collective, mostly intellectuals. And only 3% of them will be chosen, the lucky ones elected. Hence the title! A series of anticipations, in Portuguese, with no crazy financial means, one is caught by the different characters, one discovers the past and motivations by flashback. Accuracy: When you pass on the other side,
Orphan Black (Canada)
Diving into science fiction, where a woman realizes she has multiple clones. In this case Sarah Manning, back in her city, who sees Beth, throw herself under a train. Yeah, not super cheer like business. Since she looked like two drops of water, Sarah assumed the identity of Beth. Before realizing that she has a flop of look-alikes … The “sisters” will then make common cause to understand their origins and what is framed. A rather dramatic subject that remains pleasant to follow given the complexity of the characters for whom our feelings evolve, the fine and intelligent humor, and the remarkable performance of the actress Tatiana Maslany who plays all the roles of sisters, with Brio. Change character, accents, make us forget that it is one and the same interpreter,
Public Enemy (Belgium)
This Belgian series, inspired by the Dutroux affair, does not aim at a faithful adaptation, but rather shows the arrival in the Ardennes of a murderer of children. After twenty years of jail, Guy Béranger wishes to pass his conditional in the abbey of Vielsart . Of course, this does not happen without a few eddies … The reaction of the inhabitants, the behavior of the inspector in charge of monitoring, the monks: all points of view are discussed. And when a girl disappears, it gets cold. And the characters surprise us, in every sense of the word. Secrets, false leads, revelations, it’s well written and captivating to watch.
Walk in the Shade (Canada)
Centered on the prison universe, however different from what one is accustomed to see. Because the plot here focuses on the rehabilitation of prisoners, their upstream work with dedicated professionals, including criminologists. Desiring glued to reality, the creators chose criminologists to 90% female, like Rachel . Which is going to be called into question following a hanging with a prisoner. The confrontations are just and realistic, the tension takes you by the throat, the emotions flock. A good series to subdue. The only challenge is to understand everything and to be done quickly with the accent of Quebec.
Cleverman (Australia and New Zealand)
So, that denounces! An Australian-New Zealand production that treats, in a roundabout way but not so much, the segregation of the Aborigines in Australia . Here represented by the Hairy, mutants chased, persecuted and imprisoned by humans, they evolve in a hostile environment and undergo deplorable conditions of life. To give a more fictional side to this political dystopia, creators inject fantasy with supernatural and mystical powers entrusted to Cleverman, the sage of the Hairy / Aborigines.
Trapped (Iceland)
There is much talk about Scandinavian detective novels, here is another part of this same talent with this Icelandic series composed of ten episodes of 52 minutes. Broadcast on France 2 last year, as a bonus, this one deserved well this honor. The plot takes place in a small port village where a body is found mutilated . The local police first blocked the occupants – and first suspects – of the ferry, before having to do it alone, following the arrival of a snow storm that prevents the arrival of Reykjavik reinforcements. As often, the secrets are numerous between the inhabitants, the characters are complex, the false tracks numerous. A kind of closed door very well conducted. Someone has already looked at them and loved them?
The post Another series that tears, they are strong these Amé … ah bah no it is not ricain first appeared on The Siver Times.

Yes, it is true, we can thank the Italians. Pavarotti, Botticelli … Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo … In short, in all fields, from the most to the least cultural and advised to shine in society, they are there. Especially in the history of cinema.
The dolce Vita
When it was released in 1960, it was scandal and vandal dance (sense of where the heat comes …). Basically, Federico Fellini’s film was accused of showing a society of debauchees and idlers through its many episodes during which one follows a journalist to people in Rome. All week long, the guy spends more time and energy to work than to work . In search (unsuccessful) of love. In a society that is still very religious and practicing, there are squeaks. In the end, Palme d’Or of the Cannes festival and mythical work.
Cheetah
Nothing to do with the feline, let’s clear that straight. In this case, the term refers to an aristocrat, in ancient Italy in the mid-19th century. Here it is Don Fabrizio Salina who notes the end of an era and the rise of the new bourgeoisie . A passing torch not so obvious, and the opportunity to take stock, calmly, of his life. Softly huh, since it lasts 3:30. And yeah, adaptation of a novel my friend. Little more for us French: the presence of BG Alain Delon, in the person of Tancred, the nephew. And yes, Palme d’Or, in 1963.
Once upon a time the revolution
Already known and recognized, Sergio Leone we still swing a spaghetti western in full face and we like it. The year 1971 then peacefully unfolds his days, when he emerges his eighth realization, the sixth alone and officially. In Mexico, we discover a kind of buddy movie before the hour, where a diligence plunderer meets an expert in explosives before continuing the project of pointing a bank together . The references are numerous (the scene of the shooting of the revolutionaries imitates the painting of Francisco de Goya Tres de Mayo, for example) and the BO tears. With Ennio Morricone with the controllers, inevitably, it handles.
The Gospel according to St. Matthew
Not necessarily long, a little more than 2h, but in black and white. And above all, a rather serious re-enactment of the gospel, so it’s not the thing where you can stall fat jokes and see pursuit races. Pier Paolo Pasolini reveals Christianity as it is written, faithfully and religiously. And it’s beautiful. Additional argument: it avoids reading the gospel, you gain time . What might not have been the case if the guy had shot the 131 scenes originally planned in the screenplay! Finally 44, a good difference. Probably a wise decision.
The Swagger
A stroll through the Roman suburbs, its countryside and the surrounding seaside during the summer period. Dino Risi takes us on a journey of great beauty (the plans perfectly reflect the landscapes of the area) as he gives us his point of view on the economic miracle of Italy in the 60s . Because behind this road-movie where Vittorio Gassman is as exuberant, free and joyful as Jean-Louis Trintignant is austere, serious and stuck, it is the emptiness of material well-being that is demonstrated to us. It’s cool, it’s funny, but it means above all that the human being is and will remain alone. Whatever happens. A little classic before going to bed tonight?
The post In addition to good food, they make good films: and if the Italians were good people? first appeared on The Siver Times.

The 9.7-inch iPad offers a lot of new features and could boost sales of Apple tablets . But then what differences with one of the previous models stars, the iPad Air 2 ? First of all, the new iPad has an A9 chip as opposed to its older brother who owned an A8X chip. The promise of better performance for those who would go on the side of this new low-cost iPad . Despite a screen the same size for the iPad Air Pro 2 and the iPad 9.7 inches, the latter is much heavier and thick (6.1mm against 7.5mm and 32 grams in addition). A very slight difference, but which can still be crucial for the most looking.
The biggest difference between the two is still the price. The 9.7-inch iPad will be more low-cost with a starting price of 409 euros for 32 GB in Wi-Fi version. Its equivalent on the iPad Air 2 costs 70 euros more. A good way to get a powerful tablet without breaking the bank before Apple goes to 4K screens . To finish on similarities, the iPad 9.7 inches also has the Touch ID, the Apple Pay, a design specific to Apple iPad etc. In short, if you give up for this model, you will not be really disoriented! Apple should succeed with its new strategy to increase sales of its product whose numbers are only declining over the years.
The post IPad 9.7 inches: What differences with the iPad Air 2? first appeared on The Siver Times.

Some films have marked us with their extraordinary scene with a sniper. The tension, the pressure, the precision, the emotions that follow … Souvenirs souvenirs.
Phone Game
An uncomfortable position. Already, because you’re in a phone booth. Then, because you stay there for a long time. Long time. Too long. Finally, because a sniper keeps you in check and forces you to do whatever he wants. And if you decry, it makes you understand that it stops the game when it wants … And if a third comes to put its grain of salt, like the mackerel that manages the whores of the street and wants to use the cabin, to shoot on. Point bar.
Jarhead
The first training of a soldier is to learn to act and react without wasting time, without blocking, without thinking about the consequences. You have to know how to detach yourself, at least temporarily. There, the two soldiers are posed, ready, their target spotted. And a boss just cancels the kill at the last moment. Then the soldier concerned, Troy, fired a cable . You feel the frustration of the packed guy, who had prepared for it, who no longer understands what is being asked of him.
The Bourne Ultimatum
A journalist (du Guardian) gathers information about Jason Bourne and the CIA. Simon Ross and Bourne meet in Waterloo Station, where the goal is to surround them and let their sniper do his job. Bourne ordered the guy not to move, sniffing at the confusion, but the other finally panicked , left his hideout and tried a sprint in the crowd. And boom, the sniper does not miss it. In the middle of the crowd, balek.
Minesweeper
Then, on a pause, thinking that he was calm, the demining team was caught in a trap. Well, kind in the middle of nowhere, homeless, uncovered. One of their interlocutors is being plumbed, it is panic . Sergeant James points out where the shooter is, Sanborn borrows a weapon, moves into position and reaches the target. BG. And the team is saved. Yeah, the war in Iraq, it can not be a game of fun.
We have to save the soldier Ryan
The guys pass through a ruined city of Normandy, when a family calls them. Finally, the father, rather. He asks them to save his daughter, to protect her, to take care of her. The soldier played by Vin Diesel, Adrian Caparzo, cracks, against the orders of Captain Miller who confuses him, then takes a few steps without hiding . The moment the sniper chooses hidden in the tower of the church to plumb it in full chest. The others hide, the soldier Jackson tries to spot the bastard, and Caparzo empties his blood before the eyes of his company.
American Sniper
Besides the emotion, the installation, the tension, there is also the shooting in itself. Here is almost two kilometers away between the sniper (Bradley Cooper) and the target . This seems impossible, including to his partner. We must take into account the wind, the rotation of the Earth … Despite all this, Chris Kyle reaches “the butcher” in the head. Hop, the tarpaulin blushed with blood, mission accomplished.
Stalingrad
The only two survivors, the soldier Vasili Zaitsev and the officer Danilov, clench their buttocks a little. The Germans are there, they have no right to make mistakes. Touching German soldiers is one thing, not being spotted is another. Then to kill two birds with one stone, Vassili shoots his fire when an explosion sounds . His position then remains secret. And he goes on, eliminating the opponents one by one. These exploits enervate the German General Staff, which will send its best sniper in the person of Major König, in order to calm Vassili. And there we have a face to face crazy. Remember what?
The post These scenes of movies with snipers are engraved in the rock first appeared on The Siver Times.

History stutters. The cinema, too.
This is not a bug in the matrix: according to “Hollywood Reporter” , the Warner wants to relaunch the dream machine / cash Matrix through new films. On the other hand, no one really knows how this return will materialize (reboot? Suite? Prequel? Spin-off?). The idea is above all to capitalize on a beautiful brand, still well identified among the general public . In the same vein, Hollywood is going to let us down a slew of reboot in the coming months, some of these projects may have escaped you. Here are a few.
Men in Black
The producers of the franchise have recognized actively working on not a film, but 3! A trilogy that will happen without Will Smith, but perhaps with a main character heroine according to the rumor . Woman in Black.
The Lion King / Aladdin
Obviously, it had to happen one day after “Beauty and the Beast” , “The Jungle Book” , “Evil” , “Cinderella” , Disney will adapt two of his classic live-action with “The King Lion “and” Aladdin ” . Jon Favreau will be in charge of the 1st named while Guy Ritchie will take care of “Aladdin” , of which a call to auditions was recently launched to find the actors. Kev Adams was not available or what?
Remember … last summer
Surfing on the wave of the slashers at the “Scream” , “Remember … last summer” has had its small effect on the young audience when it was released in 1997. And despite two rather flaky suites the last of which is out In 2006, Sony would be ready today to relaunch the franchise . The duo of directors Mike Flanagan / Jeff Howard, known for the horror film “Oculus” , is responsible for finding a coherent story around the original book of Loïs Duncan. Chills guaranteed.
New York 1997
Snake Plissken is back to break jaws. The anti-hero camped by Kurt Russell in this anticipatory movie where Manhattan became an open-air prison, could resume service in a reboot. Or a prequel “Planet of the Apes”, which would explain how New York sank in this way (and we would learn incidentally how Snake lost his left eye) . Produced by Fox, the film already has a screenplay written by Neal Cross, the creator of the series “Luther” . Note that another work of John Carpenter could know the joys of the reboot since a project with “The Adventures of Jack Burton in the claws of the Mandarin” is also under study.
Charlie and his funny ladies
After the failure of the second episode, “Les Anges rage” , there was really little hope to find Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu and Drew Barrymore for a 3rd film under the direction of their beloved Charlie. And after the oven that was picked up the remake of the series in 2011, canceled after 8 episodes, there was even less hope of regaining any project around the license. And yet, Sony – still – would have decided to relaunch the machine with a new film, the realization of which was entrusted to the actress Elizabeth Banks . Wait & See.
Highlander
An immortal story. Do not be surprised to find her soon on the big screen. The project was entrusted to director Chad Stahelski, who made a nice taff on “John Wick”, and who already holds his villain in the person of Dave Bautista (preview in “The Guardians of the Galaxy” ). The good man will resume the role and sword of Kurgan. On the other hand, it is not known which actor will replace Christophe Lambert in the title role and cross the iron with the former wrestler …
Splash
In the Chelou idea genre, this one is not bad at all: to replace the sublime Daryl Hannah, who gave way to Tom Hanks in this classic of 1984, choice was made to take … Channing Tatum. Instead of a siren, the spectators will be entitled to a triton during this reboot . Faith, gaffe to the tail of fish for this film that has not yet director at the time I write these lines.
Starship Troopers
When it was released in 1997, the film of Paul Verhoeven had more than divided the critic. This violent and fascist film, a film by SF where soldiers wage war on giant extraterrestrial insects, then experienced several pathetic sequences directly bombed into VOD. The redemption transaction appears on, with next reboot led by screenwriters Mark Swift and Damian Shannon, who wrote the film including “Baywatch” ( “Baywatch” if you prefer). As for “Remember … last summer” , their taf will mainly rely on the original novel, “Stars, attention to you!” , By Robert A. Heinlein. Good luck.
Mortal Kombat
Another film with this devil of Christopher Lambert and his laugh of sheitan. We are not going to lie, the cine version of “Mortal Kombat” is a good nanar, in the line of action movies of the 90’s that seriously kiffait . A reboot is not likely to hurt him , especially as it is James Wan, director of “Conjuring” and “Fast & Furious 7”, who charbonne on the project . Finish it!
Scarface
A remake of a remake. This is how we should understand the next adaptation of “Scarface” , which will succeed the films of Howard Hawks (1932) and Brian de Palma (1983). Well, in our minds, Tony Montana will forever be associated with Al Pacino eh . What will prevent us from going to take a look at this new version realized by Antoine Fuqua ( “Training Day” , “Shooter” ) with Diego Luna (seen in “Rogue One” ) in the title role. The guy will be Mexican – not Cuban – and will go to his dirt in Los Angeles. Another film that will make zizir the side of the White House …
The post You do not necessarily know, but all these movies will soon be rebooted first appeared on The Siver Times.

Enemies would try to make us sing by putting pressure on us: “Do as you like, but if you do that, I’ll talk … about your cinematic tastes …” So much to assume right away. Without any swinging either, only five small examples. Otherwise it’s hot, to say everything …
Bloodsport
We needed at least one with our JCVD. We could have made a list only with his films from elsewhere (Kickboxer, Street Fighter, The Big Tournament, …). Going to Bloodsport, where the beautiful, kind and generous Frank will do everything to avenge his old friend (a few days) , the rocking wrestler Ray Jackson overwhelmed by this scraping of Li. Impossible and love story as a bonus. Warning, you realize all the same that there is not much happening in fact. A bit like in the Dragon Ball, more talk than a fight in the end. But hey, let’s have it anyway.
Movie, 1980, 1990, 2000, Remembrance, Childhood, Enjoyment, Shame, Best, Lol, old, bof, folder, Disappointment, Revu, Bloodsport, Van Damme, Action, Karate
“Oh damn, I said, loud, to everybody …”
Mortal Kombat
So already the pitch, it is a sorcerer sent to a tournament by an emperor of Overseas. Why ? To win it and thus take control of the Earth, spread there evil and desolation. Boom, tension. Inspired by the video games that we burned for hours and hours , we kiffé. Even if Raiden is played by Christophe Lambert, that Johnny Cage is not so impressive that the film does not break three legs to a duck.
Demolition Man
A small duel Wesley Snipes – Sylvester Stallone, it does not refuse. Muscle, mouth … and muscle. Yeah, we’re not going to invent things either! While the first incarnates a psychopath and the second a cop to the expeditious methods, it starts badly. For Sly / John Spartan, condemned to cryogenization after having killed the 30 hostages with his primitive techniques . And Snipes / Simon Phoenix, captured and cryogenized as well. Except that, many years later, the latter wakes up, stumbles and escapes. Then we wake up the brutal cop to chop him. Aaaaah, here, the fight and the explosions, it’s still the base.
Love actually
Served by a cast 3 stars (and still, we could say much more), this film of 2003 passes unfailingly on the television, several times a year. At Christmas, during the holidays (all or almost all), when the programmers have already redone their catalog … And you again and again these ten stories of love, some of which are related. The opportunity to see London, Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Keira Knightley … A little guilty pleasure.
Ali G
Long before “Borat” and “Brüno”, the first film where one plunges into the delirium of Sasha Baron Cohen. Following his sketches on the show “Da Ali G Show”, the film was born. She lives with her grandmother in Staines (West End of London), with her dog 2Pac and her friends Ricky C, Dave and Jezzy F. When he rains with the rival band in the east quarter, In the Super 5 race . Bossing a little at the recreation center, he motivates himself to go on a hunger strike when he learns that the center will close. Finally, selective hunger strike! And by making crap, he becomes a Conservative MP, pulls out files on his Labor opponent … Has anyone ever dared to say in the evening that he loved these films without pressure?
The post The movies you see and see in scred ‘, because it is not glorious first appeared on The Siver Times.

What ? It is clear: the hero manages his race, without having super powers and leaving Marvel or DC. Come on, the examples to explain all that.
Great powers involve great responsibilities. Small powers also, sometimes, when something falls on you and you have to get out, with your means. Which can potentially make you a super hero, when you solve everything, remaining a normal man. But not trivial. Here are the movies you have to look for.
Men in black
Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones interpret two secret agents, hired by a secret agency, to control the arrival and the acts of extraterrestrials on earth. Representing and practicing the law, facing not only aliens but also well-motivated terrorists and enemies, J and K are very close to The Shield . At the same time, the film is inspired by a comic, then inevitably. But here we have two men, not superheroes.
Harry Potter
Again a possible comparison with a superhero movie, released recently. Dr. Strange, in this case. Harry, like him, is born with the ability to resort to magic and mysticism . However, Harry does not master it, must learn from mentors, grow up. Not to mention his somewhat arrogant and archi confident side in him, as Dr Strange, again. He crossed the galleys with the little magician, with his friends, in front of Voldemort and company. And he goes on, always.
Stop me if you can
Indeed, Frank Abagnale Jr is not a superhero at the base. Dude everything that is more normal physically, mat. But corones and a genius in imposture and falsification that has fooled dozens of people for years. Pilot, doctor, lawyer, counterfeiter … He ends up attracting the attention of the cops and one takes care to run it. As in Captain America: the winter soldier.
Kill Bill
A classic of Tarantino in which he pays homage to the martial arts and the Japanese cinema that he loves so much. With Uma Thurmann in the title role, a stylish soundtrack, gore scenes and a revenge story . Grosso merdo, Deadpool has some points in common with this film. Although the character of Ryan Reynolds is much more caustic and funny, more childish. One thing is for sure: if you liked the fight scenes in Deadpool, then you’ll love Kill Bill. Even without super powers, you will have understood that do not shit La Mariée / Beatrix Kiddo / Black Mamba.
Inception
Some will say that it is capillo-tracté but not at all. Precisely, Cobb resembles us in every respect, it is a simple human. Which does not prevent him from having enormous responsibilities and to be the key to the future , like Bruce Wayne. All in a heavy, stressful, rather black atmosphere, with a BO that takes you to the guts and crazy images of a city. As in the Batman trilogy also directed by Christopher Nolan.
Kingsman
In the footsteps of Eggsy, a young British delinquent, one discovers the secret world of the spies formed by the Crown. A surprising trajectory, an out-of-the-ordinary will, corrosive humor, super well-executed combat scenes, and a parody of spy films so successful that it becomes a reference to his way. Who sees resemblance? With Kick-Ass! Jane Goldman and Matthew Vaughn (who did both), and are based on Mark Millar comics (signed by Icon Comics). Who’s going to make a movie now?
The post Films that show a superhero that is not really one but that manages so much that it is a little one anyway first appeared on The Siver Times.

Repeating a story and continuing it at any cost, in one way or another, rarely remains a good idea. These series have confirmed this.
They almost missed all our good memories. We began to get excited, to see our nostalgia replaced by a kind of visceral disgust, and it was going to eat us from the inside. We do not say thank you to those responsible for these failed reboots. But thanks to those who promptly canceled and arrested them.
Heroes Reborn
At the beginning of the original, in 2006, the subject and the universe were unique, different. Which is a challenge today. Find an idea that does not seem to be a nth already seen a little remixed and adapted. It was even before Christopher Nolan impressed us with his Batman. Here, no cape, superhero, comic book names . For a most convincing result. So why try a reboot to 2 € in 2015? Too many characters, badly constructed more, and a villain who stinks the shit. No, no way. Phew was quickly cut short.
Beverly Hills Cop
The creators surely said, “It’s in the old pots that we make the best jams, do not we?” And hop, boom, idea of genius: to spit a police series (it is the fashion) based on the adventures of Axel Foley. This uncontrollable, crazy cop and yet effective, embodied Eddy Murphy in movies 90s . Except that there, the plan was to do something with Shawn Ryan, creator of “The Shield”, “The Chicago Code” and “Last Resort”. That is, serious and dramatic stuff. A hair opposite the original spirit, mid-comedy-mi action. We escaped, thank you.
$ 200 plus expenses
In the 1970s, this former detainee who was the victim of a miscarriage of justice who became a private detective was successful. Then the NBC, in search of program, said: why not? Produced by Steve Carrell, the series would have installed Dermot Mulroney as protagonist. Above all, the series ( “The Rockford Files” in VO) was intended household 50, bah yeah, meanwhile, since their twenties, they have aged , like everyone else. Fortunately, the pilot was so faulty that the guys ended the delirium right away. Without being a businessman, because some would like to make a film, with Vince Vaughn.
The Osbournes
After four seasons to follow the lively life of the rocker’s family, we had more or less made the tour. Well, we’re not going to lie. The episodes had already been going on for so long. Shit, I said aloud. In short, in 2015, to celebrate the tenth anniversary, the creators were sure we wanted to start again, we expected a reboot . No. Ozzy has not done anything since, his children logically barred from the family home, Sharon and Kelly are working on another series … And then no, we just did not feel like it. No need for explanations.
Funny ladies
The 1970s (Charlie’s Angels) was a boxboard, and the films that were drawn afterwards respected the spirit. Some pretty girls, but not that. Of humor, an alchemy between them, a charismatic boss, nested stories … In 2011, ABC has managed to collect three actually beautiful women. But otherwise, move along, there’s nothing to see . Besides, the viewers have circulated on their own, without further ado, rather quickly. So much so that the series was stopped after only four episodes.
The Flintstones
The creator of “American Dad”, “Les Griffin” (“Family Guy” in VO) was hot. Boiling. Seth MacFarlane had always loved the Flintstones, so bringing his paw in a reboot was a big challenge. And a pleasure. Unless one knows his penchant for humor and the construction of a family in the grip of a father a tad heavy . Then the director of the Fox told him the bottom of his thoughts about his plans for Caillouville: “it’s going, but I’m not a fan”. Basically. End of the story. Finally, it’s not bad plans that fall to the water sometimes?
The post Fortunately, these reboots of series quickly went to the scrappage first appeared on The Siver Times.

In the cinema, we can talk about everything. Including gambling and people who go crazy when they pass the doors of a casino.
There is bound to be something to be learned. The simple emotion, the adrenaline, the possibility to change a life, the choking failures, to know how to keep calm, when to stop … Mine of nothing, through the games of cards, the blackjack, the roulette and other, Learn life lessons . At worst, you spend two hours watching a good movie.
Rain Man
Charlie Babbitt is a player, and a ruined player. So when he learns that he must perceive an inheritance, it is a miracle. Except … that it passes under his nose. Then he seeks out why, to whom the money has gone. And he discovers that he has an autistic brother, Raymond Hoffman. Which shows incredible abilities when it comes to mathematics and calculation. What does Charlie do? He takes her to Las Vegas for a ride, as if by chance . And in addition, the two brothers end up making real bonds. Is not that nice?
——- 1 ——-
Scams, crimes and botany
You surely know “Snatch” of Guy Ritchie, and well this one remains in the same vein. And of the same time. In the shallows, with lascars, to the rather limit-limit behaviors. Here we see four friends collecting all their money to allow the best of them to challenge Harry Lonsdale to the cards . Problem: their champion Eddy is plucked, the game was rigged. He palms everything and the four thugs find themselves in the uncomfortable position of owing money to a big ugly.
——- 2 ——-
The Scam
The film dates a little but did not take a wrinkle. Released in 1973, he had won several awards: photo, screenplay, best director. Then, when you have Robert Redford and Paul Newman at the cast, it’s not disgusting. Inspired by real facts, taking up the misdeeds of real scammers who confided in David Maurer’s book (“The Big Coin”), the film shows us a certain Johnny Hooker tempted the risky shot of the Pigeon Drop. Give his thunes hoping for a return on investment, based on trust. There, Johnny bet $ 11,000 in cash to catch a larger sum afterwards. Obviously, he has in front of a bastard, organized crime boss, Doyle Lonnegan …
——- 3 ——-
Ocean’s Eleven
You want the example of a guy who never stops? Take Danny Ocean. While he is incarcerated, he only thinks of one thing: to point the biggest casinos in Las Vegas . As a project of reconversion and awareness, we saw better. His partner, Rusty Ryan, is hot boiling, so the two companions recruit a shock team. Seen the casting and the realization, you can only love. Without much pretension, you have a lot of fun. The actors too, apparently.
——- 4 ——-
Casino
A classic. Perhaps even THE classic in casino and gaming movies. Sent to Las Vegas by the Chicago Mafia, Sam Rothstein runs a casino and has to make sure that the interests of his clan are respected, protected . Accompanied by his friend, Nicky Santoro, everything rolls. They do biff, they control the city. Then the machine stops. A woman not simple, a stubborn cop, skidding … Another good Scorsese. If you had to retain only one, what would it be?
The post If you’re addicted to gambling, these movies make you relive too many tricks first appeared on The Siver Times.

It always happens, no matter what you say. Sobriety, elegance, contrast, simplicity, efficiency. These magnificent films prove it.
So much the worse for the pisses-chihu for whom the recourse to the black and white is a lack of ideas. No but ! Everyone does as he wishes, as we know, tastes and colors do not dispute. Tolerance, the acceptance of the other, the live-together brothel! Sorry. In short, to come to the point, the black and white films remain a sacred visual pleasure and offer us superb snapshots . Moreover, a fan of “Logan” asked on Twitter to director James Mangold to release another version … in black and white obviously. And apparently his wish will be fulfilled. Meanwhile, he (and we too) can watch these movies again.
12 angry men
Released in 1957, this film by Sidney Lumet does not lose in intensity, sixty years later. For one and a half hours, a jury composed of twelve women and men, deliberating whether or not to decide the guilt of a young man accused of parricide. And so, from his death sentence. The opportunity to see how man reflects, acts and reacts according to his education, his personality, his a priori .
——- 1 ——-
It happened close to you
The black and corrosive humor of Benoît Poelvoorde at its peak when it was just beginning. Filmed in a subjective camera, this feature follows Ben in his adventures and misdeeds , a cynical and heartless man capable of the most beautiful flights and the most horrible behaviors. Parody of the show “Strip-Tease” and fake documentary of 50 min originally, by Rémy Belvaux, it was reworked and lengthened. With success.
——- 2 ——-
Sin City
Adapted from a comedy by Frank Miller, it’s a murder that dates from 2005. Directed by the author of the comic himself in duet with Robert Rodriguez, the beauty of the images strikes continuously. You can compare the images of the book and those of the film, it’s crazy . With the trails of bright red blood that come to try the screen, the Tarantino (who participated and brought his style), the contrasts are superb. In the heart of the city of vice and sin, stories multiply and intertwine.
——- 3 ——-
The paths of glory
A dive in the First World War in the trenches in 1916. And a personal analysis (Stanley Kubrick’s) of crude enough on human nature and the devouring ambition of some men who would sacrifice lives for their own glory . A great Kirk Douglas and scenes that take your breath away. Not necessarily spectacular, which is even stronger.
——- 4 ——-
Hate
A story that sounds still today sadly. The perpetual clashes between law enforcement officers and people from working-class districts, incomprehension, rejection, slippage … Dating back to 1995, crowned with three Caesars, Vince (Vincent Cassel) was a young impulsive thirsty for vengeance After the beating of a buddy, Hubert calmed down the game and dreamed, Saïd (Taghmaoui) to mediate … For his second feature, Mathieu Kassovitz, writer, director and editor, breaks the baraque . A classic of French cinema.
——- 5 ——-
Raging Bull
Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci under the direction of Martin Scorsese, already, it reassures. Fortunately, for Jake LaMotta, we did not really know, unless we were a fan of noble art. In summary, it is a life biopic filled with (very) high and (low) of this world boxer of the middleweight boxers from 1949 to 1951 . “The bull of the Bronx” had besides fought our Marcel Cerdan to us, before going to reconversions missed and to see his personal life go in spin. Namely: it was De Niro who pushed to make this film after reading the book about the life of the guy. And that motivated Scorsese, gently but surely. Which began by filming in 8mm color, before realizing that it did not make it right and opt for black and white.
The post It is true that it is class black and white, the proof with these films first appeared on The Siver Times.

If there are many (too many) movies that do not even deserve to be watched once, next to it, you have some nuggets that force you to violate the replay button for a second (or even several) sessions Of viewing . Not that you are taken for a stupid one who did not understand at first, but the very nature of the feature film, which often breaks down with a stunning final twist, forces us to reconsider things from a new point of view. view. ( Attention: immense SPOILERS have slipped into this article ).
Memento
A film that completely disconcerts you, like the hero Leonard Shelby (Guy Pearce), who suffers from an amnesia causing him to tattoo on the body a whole bunch of info to find the murderer of his wife. Michael Scoffield is a little player next to this guy. But where the magic of Christopher Nolan operates, it is in the tortuous montage of the scenes, which follows a particular chronology based on flashbacks and leaks forward . Until the final climax (which actually corresponds to the middle of the story). In short, a hardcore movie to pitcher, so go and watch it. And preferably twice.
The Army of 12 Monkeys
Another story about mabouls. By 2035, the world had only a handful of survivors who had taken refuge in the earth after the spread of a deadly virus. Scientists decide to send Cole (Bruce Willis) in the past to discover the origin of this virus, which they think has been dropped by “The Army of Twelve Apes,” a mysterious group of animal defenses . There, Cole will meet Jeffrey Goines (Brad Pitt), who is initially a tart in an asylum, then a few years later, the leader of the Army of the Twelve Apes. Throughout the film, Cole will ask himself if he is not hallucinating, and if the scientists of 2035 are not the mere fruit of his imagination.
Donnie Darko
Just to understand the end of this film really ché-per, a second viewing is necessary. Donnie (Jake Gyllenhaal) is a brilliant but a little disturbed teenager, who has an imaginary friend resembling a rather creepy humanoid rabbit: Frank. The latter announces to him – one night when the teen almost clamored – that there are only 28 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes and 12 seconds before the end of the world . During all this morbid countdown, Donnie will obey a lot of orders blown by Frank, with each time unsuspected chain reactions. To watch again and again !
Fight Club
Shunned for its release, “Fight Club” has become over time a classic, not least for its savage violence, its anti-consumerist replicas and mega final twist: Tyler Durden is like the spoon in Matrix , it n ‘does not exist. Cracked up by Brad Pitt (again) is only an avatar of the disturbed mind of the Narrator (Edward Norton) . An avatar that bumps hard and wants to fuck up society, because “she has too many problems . ” This good old Tyler is disturbing and prints itself in your mind in the same way as the dicks that it incruste in the movies family of the cinema where it works …
Prestige
“Each magic trick has three parts, or acts: the first is called the promise: the magician presents something ordinary to you: the second act is called the trick: the magician uses this ordinary thing to make him accomplish something But you can not bring yourself to applause, because to make something disappear is insufficient, you still have to get it back, so you seek the secret but you do not find it because, of course, you Do not look carefully. You do not really want to know … You want to be fooled . ” Dupé, it is indeed the feeling that animates us at the end of this new magic trick of Christopher Nolan, Which reveals to us the end of the rivalry between two ambitious and unscrupulous magicians during a stunning twist . A must see twice, as the number of Christian Bale in this film …
Old Boy
Removed and sequestered without reason for 15 years with a TV for only cell companion, Oh Dae-su is released one day without further explanations. In his quest for truth, he binds friendship and then love with Mi-do, a young girl who has collected him . Then he discovers the identity of his executioner: Lee Woo-jin, a former schoolmate he had caught fucking with his own sister. The rumor spread throughout the school had prompted the miss to commit suicide. Lee organized his revenge by pushing Oh Dae-su to incest and to sleep with his own daughter, who was none other than … Mi-do . In short, one of the greatest masterpieces of South Korean cinema.
Usual Suspects
The cup of coffee that breaks to the ground. Looks at the back wall. The shameful name-dropping of “Verbal” Kint. And the truth that bursts out in the face of Inspector Kujan. A cult epilogue for a thriller who built his legend around the mysterious Keyser Söze : a bloodthirsty criminal that everyone speaks but that no one has ever seen. Well, it was before they all realized (far too late) that he was a shabby, shabby little lame trick who deceived his whole world. “The most cunning blow the devil ever made was to make everyone believe that he did not exist . ”
Shutter Island
Tired or not tared? This is the only question that gnaws at us at the end of this psychological drama of Martin Scorsese with the immense DiCaprio in the lead role. The beautiful kid goes to investigate the disappearance of a patient of a haunted asylum lost in the middle of an island. In the course of his investigations, marshall Teddy Daniels is gradually losing ground, to the point of being persuaded by the hospital staff, that he is in reality one of the patients of the asylum and that this “mission” is only An invention forming part of its therapy . I confess that every time I finish this film, I end up as lost as him …
Inception
Ah bah, here’s another film that leaves me in the fog. And I’m not the only one in view of all the theories that continue to flow on the net: did this damn spinning stopped spinning or not? In other words, does the final happy ending, which sees Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio there again) find his children is an umpteenth dream or reality? “The question of whether it is a dream or not is that I get asked the most. It matters to people because it is the essence of reality. Reality account” , has recognized the Director Christopher Nolan at a lecture at Princeton University, adding, “At the end of this film, the character of Leonardo DiCaprio, Cobb, Finds himself with his children, at least in his subjective reality. He has nothing more to do (to know if he is in his real life, note) and it says something: maybe all levels of reality are valid . ” You are more advanced than before ?
The Sixth Sense
Certainly the final twist that has most marked the general public and which is the authentic in the schools of cinema. Night Shyamalan walked the length of the film with the patient psycho / patient relationship between Dr. Malcolm Crowe (Bruce Willis) and Cole, a kid who “sees the dead” . In fact, the dead man he saw most often was none other than his stubborn psychic who still imagined himself alive, the cunt . The film “The Others” follows very closely the same frame.
The post The movies you have to watch at least twice to capture everything in history first appeared on The Siver Times.

Good and bad. It sets the tone and it’s hard to change it afterwards. It is the same in life, for you and me, as for the imaginary characters of TV series. In a few seconds, we feel something and we catch it or not. With these characters, you have necessarily said that the sequel would be crazy . What beginnings!
Michonne in “The Walking Dead”
Comic fans could not wait for his arrival. Arrived at the end of season 2, finally, here it is … Under a hood, with a saber stained with blood and two penguin zombies kept on a leash as vulgar slaves. A plan of pork. And then, you wanted direct attack season 3. See again Michonne.
Tywin Lannister in “Game of Thrones”
We do not see much, but every time, it produces something. And from the very first scene where we see it, we understand. While Jaime was thought to be at the top in terms of power, charisma, he seems quite timid when he introduces his father . To deal with removing the skin of a deer, speaking calmly of war and responsibilities. Without even looking at his son, he lectures him and makes him tremble.
Frank Underwood in “House of cards”
The neighbors’ dog gets hit and suffers on the sidewalk. He approaches it, warns people, you feel he is all nice, touched. Then Frank finishes the dog. You think he just wanted to shorten his suffering, then you see his impassive face and you hear him explain that he has “no patience for useless things . ” So, you just realized that the guy was merciless, not a bar.
Will McAvoy in “The Newsroom”
A flagship broadcaster of a show, he leads a debate in which he seems outdated. He seems to have given up. People are incensed, remain calm. Even absent. One understands that it adapted to the environment, that maneuver tranquillou. He no longer takes risks, no longer pushes people to their last limits, no longer seeks confrontation. But this is not all: he knows how to make himself loved . After a question, Will McAvoy launches into a long tirade showing up and down across why the United States is the largest country that exists. And it dries everyone.
Dexter Morgan in “Dexter”
It is discovered in full spinning, following a Mike Donovan, pastor of his state. A man loved and respected. Then we see Dexter, this time in the back seat of the pastor, and he tightens his throat with a thread. Ah yeah, okay, pretty cash like intro. And it’s not over: Dexter takes the pastor where a grave awaits him . Already filled with the children he killed and raped. And boom, Dexter stumbles. We begin to understand the killer, our positioning rocking, we begin to cogitate. Which of these characters did you most notice the first time you saw him?
The post The first time you saw these series characters, you knew it was going to be the fire first appeared on The Siver Times.

Basically, the camera films a character’s eyes. And you, you take the view of it, you share its sensations. You identify yourself. Result: you kiffes.
A film by Gaspard Noé. This should be enough to understand that we are talking about an OFNI, an unidentified film object . Shot in sequence, dealing with Buddhism, drugs and other subjects in a contemplative atmosphere, you let yourself be taken away. You plan.
——- 1 ——-
REC
In blair witch mode, it is realized camera in the point in the style designated by the expression found footage. In VF, bands recovered. Recovered means lost, so a situation where something has gone awry . Which is a bit the case in this horror movie.
——- 2 ——-
The Blair Witch Project
Released in 1999, he had slapped everyone. Since then, some have tried to copy it without ever matching it. Normal, the original is always better than the copy . Notably REC, seen above. If you have not seen him, go ahead. But know that at certain times, you will squeeze your buttocks.
——- 3 ——-
It happened close to you
The classic of Benoît Poelvoorde. It must nevertheless know that it was only his film of end of studies at the base, a project with his friends, brothers Belvaux. A film of students become cult , thanks to his surrealist dialogues, Benoît’s hallucinatory lyrical flights, the psychopath, the black and white images as raw as beautiful.
——- 4 ——-
Johnny goes to war
Nothing very funny, but what is beautiful. Dealing with the Second World War, this film with dramatic impulses shows us what solitude is and strikes hard . Awarded at the Cannes Film Festival, you can see Donald Sutherland, Kiefer’s father.
——- 5 ——-
In the shoes of John Malkovich
A little the same kind of delirium as the question: of what color is the white horse of Henry IV? Yes, there is John Malkovich in the movie, scoop. But not only. There’s a beautiful world: Cameron Diaz, John Cusack, Dustin Hoffman . In summary, a guy gets into the head, the skin of John Malkovich. Then other people do it too. Then it crosses in every direction, it’s the edge. An original comedy, without artifices. Who has just added a movie to its “to see” list?
The post These films in subjective view where you live the plot thoroughly first appeared on The Siver Times.

We are not fooled, most of the time, it’s a carrot and you’re disappointed. Sometimes, however, the sequel was even better than the first film of the saga. Examples.
Too good, too con. It’s always the same, when you like something, you leave the benefit of the doubt, you are naive, you trust, even when it stinks. We will not mention here all the “sequel” misses, the suites without tail or head, clearly produced to continue to collect money. Let us concentrate on the positive, on those that have surprises us and regaled us .
Mad Max 2
The first opus had tape everyone in 1979, by its universe, its violence, its central character … And two years later, the suite did even better. Benefiting from a bigger budget , “The Road Warrior” (the original title) struck even harder. Both literally and figuratively! And Mel Gibson was propelled to the rank of star.
The Dark Knight
The second film in the Batman trilogy by Christopher Nolan remains a massacre. Both in critical and commercial terms. In 2008, it became the fifth film to cross the $ 1 billion mark in revenue. We all remember the crazy performance of Heath Ledger in Joker , one of the most successful villains in history, more true than life.
Shrek 2
Honors to animated films too, why not? Besides the jokes and the funky atmosphere of the first, we see here the ass and Shrek tweak their duo , as well as huge scenes like infiltration in James Bond mode …
Terminator 2: The Last Judgment
Between 1985 and 1991, James Cameron took the time. And it was worth it! Six years after an already considerable success, the director returns us Schwarzy in the past in order to protect John Connor . From whom? From the highly motivated T-1000, with whom the chase and face-to-face racing will multiply and get tougher. Until the end, you do not breathe.
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
The thing is heard, it is the best film of the saga. The twist you take in this film, the emotions lived, the crazy scenes, two hours of which you come out washed . So, the best Star Wars obviously includes the “list” of the best movies in history. Just that.
Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier
We reward here mainly the enormous difference between the 1 (First Avenger) and this suite, much more worked and effective. In the first, there was the impression that the producers wanted to introduce Steve Rogers before the Avengers. This second film succeeds the feat of going out of the frame of the banal superhero film centered around special effects and choreographed stunts to instill a rhythm and a spy thriller plot. Which one did you prefer among these films?
The post These successful movie sequences, which were not only about making money first appeared on The Siver Times.

Lindsay Lohan has applied to be the voice of the little mermaid, by passion and eventually by interest. For your voice can remain decades.
Attention, it’s work! It is not simply a question of pointing behind a microphone, reading its text in a hurry and booming, you can trace two hours later to take the aperitif. The intonations, the rhythm, the deep or perched voice … Everything must correspond to the character, give it life . What actress Lindsay Lohan wants requires talent and hard work. If ever his spontaneous application (on social networks) is retained to play Ariel, the little siren, she can draw inspiration from these actors, who are still associated with the personages incarnated.
Walt Disney = Mickey Mouse
What’s more logical than starting with the boss? For twenty years, the creator of Disney was also the voice of Mickey . You know, the high one. Afterwards, he no longer had the time, and his voice (of smoker) began to derail to really stick to the character.
——- 1 ——-
Adriana Caselotti = Snow White
An 18-year-old Italian girl, who had an extraordinary voice, worked by her father who wanted to make her an opera singer. Despite the fact that no one knew him, Walt Disney had not credited him with the credits of the movie “Snow White and the Dwarf Sets” so that nobody knew who was making the votes . Otherwise, it would break all the magic, according to him. After about ten years, he agreed to credit them and take the “risk”.
——- 2 ——-
Eleanor Audley = Cinderella’s mother-in-law and Maleficent
And yes, you also need bad guys. In this case, here are the bad guys. The actress was already known to the general public, thanks to her roles in TV series , before interpreting the mother-in-law in “Cinderella” or the evil jealous in “Sleeping Beauty”. Better (or worse, it is according to): it also served as physical model for the characters.
——- 3 ——-
Sterling Holloway = Winny the Pooh, Kaa, Mr Stork, the Cat
Additional motivation for Lindsay Lohan, if necessary. When you give satisfaction, the studio does not forget you. If he loves your voice, he will call again to you. Known to be the voice of Uncle Oscar in “The Adventures of Superman” on TV , Sterling Holloway then lent his stamp to Winny the Pooh, the Kaa Snake in “The Book of the Jungle”, Mr. Stork in ” Dumbo “or the Cheshire cat in” Alice in Wonderland “.
——- 4 ——-
Robin Williams = the genius
Released in 1992, Aladdin marked a historic moment in the animated films. This was the record of entries that year, in the United States , exceeding $ 200M in revenue, far ahead of “Mom I missed the plane” and “Batman Returns”. And obviously, Robin Williams’ voice sat perfectly on the playful, whimsical, quasi bi-polar character of genius. For a great result.
——- 5 ——-
Jeremy Irons = Scar
You still have it in mind, eh? The grave, deep, evil voice of Uncle Scar in The Lion King. That bastard! To believe he has the trick to make fripper and menace Jeremy Irons , since he also shone on the screen in the role of Simon Gruber in “A day in hell”.
——- 6 ——-
Jodi Benson = Barby and Ariel
Among the many incarnated voices for Disney, many remember her in Thumbelina Barby in “Toy Story”. But also and especially of Ariel, the little siren, in the film of 1989 . More than a voice, she is a talented actress also rewarded at the theater. Obviously, there are other voices that have marked us. What would you add?
The post Making the voices in Disney is nevertheless the class first appeared on The Siver Times.

Normally, behind, you put yourself well. Best Screenplay, Best Director, Best Pay. Unfortunately, for them, the opposite is true.
Life is not always sewn with white thread. We think we know the sequence, the sequence, we say that this or that would be logical. And boom! Change of plan. When fate gets in your way and mouths 2 cm from your piss: “Surprise mother fucker!”. In short, you see the picture what. These actors have lived it, and still live it.
Adrien Brody
Rewarded for his role as Wladyslaw Szpilman in “The Pianist”, in 2002, the American actor had upset us. His almost impassive face conveyed an incredible, throbbing pain. Roman Polanski knew the magnifier . Since then, it’s brothel. Most of his films are flops (“Predators”, “The Jacket”, “The experiment”) and for some time, he plays outright in unknown stuff coming out directly in VOD. But what happened?
Expensive
And yeah, you did not see her come here! Cher is not only a singer, but also an actress. Of talent, in addition. After a few good roles in “Mask”, “The Mystery of Silkwood” and “The Witches of Eastwick”, she breaks the hut as an accountant who assaults the brother of her supposed future husband in “Eclair de lune”. The beginning of a great career? Rather the end, alas, so far. Since ? Not terrible movies and cameos.
Cuba Gooding Junior
“Boyz in the Hood” and “Men of Honor” were already killings. But in “Jerry Maguire”, it exploded. In his role as a professional footballer, Cuba Gooding Junior played masterfully . Better, he was Rod Tidwell. On the other hand, he detonated afterwards. Will know if he asked too much, if he had no good offers, or if he simply made the wrong choices … Because “Instinct”, “Chill Factor”, “Rat Race”, “Snow Dogs” Radio “… We will not talk about it.
Kim Basinger
Beauty is sometimes a curse. People only see you in a type of role well defined and limited, like the directors who contact you. It was his case, before we would trust him in “LA Confidential” , awarded with an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. But this was not confirmed, because of poor successive choices. Only her performance as Eminem’s mother, in “8 Mile”, had brought it back to light.
F. Murray Abraham
In fact, it started too hard. Just at the beginning of his career, he plays the role of Antonio Salieri, the sworn enemy of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the film “Amadeus”. The film picks up a sling load of trophies at the 1984 Oscars, and Murray Abraham contributes, won Best Actor . So will know why, we have not seen him again in quality films, interpreting complex and interesting characters. Rather than appear in a thriller by Colin Farrell (“Dead Man Down”), or lend his voice in “The Muppets in Space”. Ok, we saw him again in “The Grand Budapest Hotel” or “Inside Llewyn Davis”, but we waited (and hoped) better for him.
Roberto Benigni
If you have not yet seen “Life is Beautiful”, really, do it. It is great. It makes you want to chill that bastard. You end up on the kneecaps, moved, shocked, lost. Logic, he had the Oscar for this role, knowing that he was also the director. The result was not so convincing. Its “Pinocchio” did not work, it has somewhat disappeared radar screens, made some small roles (“Coffee and cigarettes”, “To Rome with love”), redisparu … Too bad. Other examples in mind?
The post These actors who galley since they won an Oscar first appeared on The Siver Times.
