Yes, the meltynauts, if we always knew that the apocalyptic series of the CW was going to have to separate from several of its characters, the pain was not relieved. It must be said that The 100 has the mad faculty to allow us to attach very quickly to his characters. And even after years, hard to recover from the loss of some of them . While Melty’s editor wondered how others would react to Madi in season 5 of The 100 , let’s get back to the characters in the series that we miss most since their death!
Lexa
Without doubt, the magnificent commander is the one that most misses the fans. Killed tragically in the middle of the third season, she had managed to make a huge place in the hearts of the fans of the show. It must be said that his character had been perfectly developed by Jason Rothenberg and that his relationship with Clarke was downright exciting . If we were very happy to see her again in the Season Finale of the third season, she deserved much better.
Lincoln
First Grounder to have found his place among the Sky People, he was open-minded and offered us a magnificent model of tolerance. And of course, how about not mentioning his relationship with Octavia? She, who had lived a real hell as a child, knew how to regain confidence alongside this warrior strong and terribly in love with her . His death is still a real tear for the fans of the show.
Maya
Maya made her first appearance in the second season. If she was part of Mount Weather, she immediately decided to side with the Sky People risking her life several times to save them. Sharing a pretty story with Jasper, she unfortunately ended up being exposed to radiation . A terrible death from which our hero has never truly recovered, losing the joy of life that characterized him so much.
Roan
Appearing at the beginning of the third season, Roan had quickly taken an important place in the intrigues. A character as loyal as he was charismatic, there was still a fine dynamic between Clarke and himself . So we were very disappointed to see him die this season in the episode where the fighters of each clan clashed. We are confident that he still had many stories to tell.
Jasper
Jasper was first the sunbeam of the first two seasons. Full of humor and self-derision, the young man managed to make us smile even in the worst moments and there was in The 100 . But after Maya’s death, it was as if he had died out. Unable to overcome his disappearance, he knew how to touch us because it represented perfectly what may be a mourning in the real life. That does not mean that he will miss us a lot!
Wells
Yes, we are talking about a character who was murdered from the first episodes of the show but we remain convinced that it had enormous potential . Fully committed to Clarke, he was arrested so that he could follow her on earth before confessing that he was not responsible for his father’s death but that he was guilty of protecting the Clarke and his mother. An incredible sacrifice that makes us sad that we did not know him more. What character do you miss most?
The post The 100: Lexa, Lincoln, Maya … The characters we miss the most! first appeared on The Siver Times.

These are the shows of the network channels that have not yet been renewed and whose fate remains totally uncertain . If, in general, it is sometimes possible to predict fairly easily through the hearings which series will be renewed, some are exceptional. Whether thanks to their critical success, a devoted fanbase or simply a show that is close to the heart of the chain, chains can sometimes afford to keep series with weak audiences.
ABC
On the ABC channel, there are four shows whose renewal is still uncertain: American Crime, Agents of SHIELD, Once Upon A Time and Quantico . As for the first, it has always been widely acclaimed by critics. Between his 13 Emmy nominations, including two trophies won, it is certain that the series is important for the chain. On the other hand, it also the series with the worst hearings of ABC. As far as Agents of SHIELD is concerned , it is the arrival of the new series The Inhumans that could harm him. Will ABC keep two shows Marvel knowing they are expensive to produce?
Once Upon A Time has always been ABC’s pillar on Sunday night but recently this pillar is falling apart. His audiences have never been so low and the contracts of the actors come to an end at the end of the season. Maybe a reboot of the series, with a new cast that would cost less to the chain would then be the solution for ABC to keep the series and that it offers a real renewal to its fans. Knowing that ABC is part of the same group as Disney, the series has several reasons to want to keep Once Upon A Time in its programs. Lastly, Quantico is also in the hot seat despite a slight rise in hearings since it passed on Monday evening.
CBS
This is the channel that has the most “in the bubble” series with 2 Broke Girls, Black Code, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, Elementary and The Great Indoors. 2 Broke Girls is in its sixth season on CBS and if it has served much in the chain, its audiences keep tumbling down and the series could start to cost the chain a lot. The channel has already renewed 16 of its series and 2 Broke Girls was not part of it, is this a sign? The question also arises for the following series. If the arrival of Rob Lowe in season 2 of Code Black gave a new breath to the series, it was not enough to raise the hearings. As for Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders , in addition to having disappointing hearings for the channel, it also inherited the title of worst series in 2016, by Metacritic. The spin-offs of Criminal Minds are definitely struggling to find their audience.
The big advantage that Elementary has to hope for a new season is the fact that the series belongs to the chain. Besides that the show works very well internationally, which is always a plus . Unfortunately, Elementary does not work as well in the US and ranks 23rd out of the 26 programs CBS offers. Last year, the series was barely renewed, what will it be like this year? The Great Indoors is the only novelty in the chain that is “in the bubble” . While other comedies like Kevin Can Wait or Man With a Plan have already been renewed,
FOX
On the FOX side, it is for Gotham, The Last Man on Earth and New Girl that we worry . Gotham , whose season 3 has just resumed on the FOX, has not been renewed while that with which it forms a duet on Monday night, Lucifer , yes. The series is one of the ten best shows in the chain but the possible arrival of Gifted – a Marvel series – could perhaps push FOX to abandon Gotham to save money. In terms of The Last Man on Earth , hearings disclaim small to small, besides the basic premise of the series – one man survived the Apocalypse and is alone on Earth – began to s’ steam.
NBC
On NBC are the future of Blindspot, The Blacklist: Redemption and Timeless that are in the balance. Blindspot is currently completing its second season and the hearings are far from what they were at the beginning of the series. However, she has the merit of getting along not too badly in a difficult time slot, especially after leaving the lead-in of The Voice . But will this be enough for NBC to renew the series? As for The Blacklist: Redemption , which is the spin-off of The Blacklist , if the audiences of its eight episodes have been stable on average, the numbers remain well below those of the mother series. The series is at the bottom of the list of shows on NBC, with only Emerald City and Powerless behind it and we know that these two have already been canceled . Finally, the fate of Timeless is also uncertain because hearings began to be worse until reaching below the 3 million mark and below the 1% mark on 18-49 year olds. With Celebrity Apprentice as the lead-in in place of The Voice, Timeless works less well and it does not necessarily work in its favor. The fate of Timeless also is uncertain especially because the hearings began to be less good until reaching below the 3 million mark and below the 1% mark on 18-49 years old. With Celebrity Apprentice as the lead-in in place of The Voice, Timeless works less well and it does not necessarily work in its favor. With Celebrity Apprentice as the lead-in in place of The Voice, Timeless works less well and it does not necessarily work in its favor.
The CW
The CW has already renewed many of its series, but iZombie and The Originals are on the spot, a bit like every year. While season 3 of iZombie has just arrived on the channel, the hearings are not really in the fixed. However, the series Rob Thomas are often acclaimed by critics, as was Veronica Mars , and IZombie no exception to the rule. Can we then expect a season 4 to the series knowing that it hardly does better than Frequency which will most likely be canceled? If some thought that the end of The Vampire Diaries would play in favor of The Originals , the numbers say the opposite. With only 0.3% of 18-49 year-olds, Julie Plec’s series is far behind the series of superheroes that make the chain’s success. Moreover, the announcement of the departure of Michael Narducci does not announce anything good. One can always console oneself with the idea that the audiences, although very low, are stable and that the chain may want to keep the series . Waiting to know if it will be renewed or not, you can still read our review of episode 7 of season 4 of The Originals , on melty. Which series should be saved according to you?

The beginning of the year also marks the beginning of the end for many series ready to bow out. Small recap!
The New Year is not just about making good resolutions (or not), it is also an opportunity to take stock of what we have done and what we Series is the same! So that you spoke of Season 8 of The Vampire Diaries there is little wondering what other character would die , there will today be interested in it as well as all series that will need to say goodbye 2017. Without hearing, means or both, or because it is simply time to stop, many series will offer us this year their last season . Some will miss us, others a little less and do not hesitate to share in the comments those that you will regret most. We begin by the big hits that mark the end of an era as The Vampire Diaries whose eighth season will be the last as announced Julie Plec at Comic Con.
Pretty Little Liars will itself also finally ended in 2017 after the second part of Season 7, which will be broadcast from April 18 to Freeform, like Teen Wolf whose sixth and final season is currently on MTV. In a very different style, it is the Reign of characters we will see for the last time this year in season 4, aired from February 10 on The CW . Hannah, Marnie and others will also bid farewell in the season 6 of Girls aired from February 12 on HBO and the American cable channel also completed this year the distribution of The Leftovers , which ends after a third season. And the list goes on with Switched at Birth , Bates Motel , Orphan Black and Episodes whose season 5 will all last. Some have done better as Grimm (6 seasons) or Workaholics (7 seasons).
It’s all the same bones that holds the palm longevity among the series that stop this year as it was after its season 12, which will contain 12 episodes, the show of the FOX say goodbye . Finally others have not been as far as Bloodline , Salem and Review (3 seasons) or The Strain, Halt and Catch Fire, Black Sails and Rogue (4 seasons). Amazon series Hand of God will it stopped after 2 seasons while Conviction , which aired on ABC, was canceled last fall during the broadcast of his first season but will be broadcast in its entirety and ending on the thirteenth and final episode On 29 January. This concludes our little overview of the majority of the series that will not be seen again in 2018. Some will leave a real void behind them and others will miss only the most invested fans but one thing is for sure, the series is expected in 2017 as should fill all! And you, what series are you going to miss?
The post Pretty Little Liars, The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf, Reign … The series that will leave us in 2017! first appeared on The Siver Times.

While waiting to know what will look like this evil, we take the time to wonder a little what the future holds for the little sister of The Walking Dead. Far from not appreciating the series, this does not prevent us to question ourselves about the long-term legitimacy. The intrigues that we dread in fact it begin to look more and more to those in TWD, especially with the arrival of a true antagonist in Season 3. The introduction of this new character can be double-edged SINCE I must admit that the characters have not really had to face real “villain” in the first two seasons and the ease with which they cross all obstacles on their way proved uninspiring . Yet there is concern that the pattern of good VS evil gets too close to each other since, series As time will pass, the universe already likely to be increasingly similar.
Moreover FTWD has not succeeded, after two seasons to really attract our sympathy to his characters certainly more pleasant than in Season 1, but still a little too annoying. Madison, Alicia, Travis … all have friendly faces we hope to see explored in the suite but all have sometimes frustrating actions that limit our empathy towards them . This limited commitment obviously has an impact on the hearings of the series. The first season to the second and despite (or because of) the increase in the number of episodes, fear the walking dead rose from an average of 7.61 million viewers for the season 1-4190000 for season 2. If the score for the population 18-49 target was more than respectable on the first season with a share of 3.8, it has decreased significantly for the next season with only 1.83% among all viewers. In comparison, The Walking Dead gathered 5.24 million curious before his first season with a share of 2.7 for 18-49 and 6.9 million viewers for the following.
These hearings are very good compared to large chains and other series broadcast on cable, but the sharp decline from the first to the second season is not really good advertising for AMC. Fans of the universe and novices were not hanging and it is possible that The Walking Dead, based on comics and therefore with a plot already laid and a fanbase already formed, thus continues even when fear the walking dead will was canceled . Obviously scores between FTWD and TWD but even made independently of its big sister is compared here again, the Fear of audiences are falling, the rate of 18-49 which generally rely on renewals or cancellations also, and he must not forget that without TWD, the series would not exist, so the comparison is hard to avoid.
Nevertheless the figures are to be qualified since other star of AMC series like Mad Men or Breaking Bad were far FTWD scores, and the spin-off Better Call Saul also saw its audience down season 1 2 . Furthermore as fear the walking dead continue to honorable hearings, AMC’s interest to prolong as it’s still part of the flagship franchise of the chain. The question is whether the fall will continue or whether the hearings will stabilize in the next season. In short, we are a little concerned for the long-term future of the series even if we hope to have good surprises in the next season, especially with the arrival of this famous bad news. Meanwhile whether the hearings will rise soon, we have listed 3 mistakes not reproduce in season 3 of The Walking Dead Fear . And you what do you think ?
The post Fear the walking dead: she will be the series canceled before the end of The Walking Dead? first appeared on The Siver Times.

A few days before the release of final mid-season of Season 7 of The Walking Dead, one wonders if a reboot in the next season would not be beneficial to the series … Beware, spoilers.

There are only three days to wait before finding Rick and company, while Tom Payne yesterday answered the question of where was Jesus in season 7 of The Walking Dead is that next season is interested today. As many fans have noted, the series tends to turn around in circles in recent times and the hearing is affected. This obviously does not prevent us to appreciate, especially after a 7 plus that successful episode . But adaptation from one medium to another is always complicated and it could be that The Walking Dead needs a little revival to continue to capture our attention. The main reason why one would want to see a reboot is simple: the series begins to be too repetitive to continue like this for years. Beware of spoilers from the US comics in the future!
As already mentioned, the same intrigues often return. Rick, Michonne, Carol and their group are in danger, find refuge, the danger comes back and they lose some of their members, and are fleeing again a refuge etc. If this remains fundamentally legitimate puiqu’il is a series of survival, some resources could help to not give the impression of seeing the same from one season to another . The first solution would be to follow the comics to the letter with a jump in time two years after the battle against Negan. This would learn to know the characters, to advance the story and give an air of novelty to a series that we know well. Furthermore it would also be an opportunity to establish a new narrative system that would plunge us regularly in the past two years to find out how we got there.
Finally The Walking Dead could greatly benefit from a real cast of renewal. Certainly the frequent deaths and new communities of season 7 showed us many new characters, but the core remains the same and it’s always centered on them what the series. In addition to discovering new talent, this could also create surprise and arouse the curiosity of viewers . By keeping only two or three old characters and renewing the group without necessarily kill those who leave, they are offered the opportunity to reappear in the series after living their own adventure. Obviously this possibility inevitably make us nostalgic since we are particularly attached to certain characters, but there is no doubt that the writers are talented enough for us to present others as endearing. Here are some proposals that could wake up all our love for the series although this does not prevent us to appreciate it as it is. Meanwhile Sunday, we had already asked what would happen in episode 8 of Season 7 of The Walking Dead! And you what do you think ?
The post The Walking Dead Season 8: Does the series need a reboot? first appeared on The Siver Times.

7 The Walking Dead season is not over yet we are already questions about the future of the series and a possible end.

Pending the issuance of the next episode and after Norman Reedus (Daryl) came back in the picture that gives Dwight in episode 3 of season 7 of The Walking Dead , we are now interested in the series as a whole and especially to an end. Like all good things, the creation inspired by comics Robert Kirkman will just end one day but some wonder if she has not already had to stop . If at melty it is thought that the plot of Negan worth well worth the continue for one or two seasons, so we know we will keep a favorite memory of The Walking Dead so producers know to stop time rather than complete the series by obligation after falling hearings due to the fatigue viewers. Furthermore AMC has already left the choice to the showrunners of two of its flagship series – Breaking Bad and Mad Men – to stop when they wanted despite their always excellent ratings, allowing them to refine the end and meet the fans, and could thus start for The Walking Dead.

Despite a still undeniable success and successful episodes at the beginning of the seventh season, we must admit that the series still some flaws that lead some to think she would have already had to stop. The first of them is the absence of increasingly marked by “walking dead”. If we always knew that the show was centered around the characters and their evolution rather than the zombies, you have to admit it’s still one of its attractions and the more we advance, the less they are perceived as a threat . The walkers are now part of the scenery and intrigue and a little regret it chills you may have during tense scenes between survivors and zombies. For some, it is the rhythm that becoming an issue among breathtaking episodes and others that serve as transitions and lead inevitably some disappointments after we shook with anguish. Other fans point the finger at the repetition of certain intrigues circling.

We think of those of Carol or Rick. The little game that Carol pretends to be a harmless old lady was clever and funny at first, but becomes tiresome in the long run. – Although seen its effectiveness, it is understood that it continues to use and it is the same for Rick seems stuck in a cycle between leader and accomplished man shot in the mental health frontier . Certainly these cycles are not perfectly identical and are always evolve the characters but we must admit we hope to have some surprises this season. Even at the global level, the series is only following a group fighting against zombies, find a safe place and it installs not without losing some of its members, is overrun by zombies or a powerful enemy and is found to fight against zombies, find a safe place and so on.

Obviously the series has been pretty good so far so we still love to follow his characters and see them survive. Furthermore evolution and our commitment to them make us always look forward to seeing them every Sunday. To think that The Walking Dead could be ending soon not to be always keeps us as fans and it is partly our affection for series which makes us hope that it will end in beauty rather than leaving us disappointed and jaded . Still, the arrival of Negan should give it a revamp as it is the first time the group is not the strongest and this new position should lead to interesting intrigues below. In all cases we just hope that the series will keep a good level, whether for 2 or 10 seasons. Waiting to know, find out why you should not hate Dwight in season 7 of The Walking Dead! And you, what do you think?
The post The Walking Dead Season 7: Is it already time to stop the show? first appeared on The Siver Times.
