The 100: Lexa, Lincoln, Maya … The characters we miss the most!

While Season 5 of The 100 will not be released until 2018, let’s go back to all those characters who have disappeared and we miss them terribly!
We miss them! Yes, the meltynauts, if we always knew that the apocalyptic series of the CW was going to have to separate from several of its characters, the pain was not relieved. It must be said that The 100 has the mad faculty to allow us to attach very quickly to his characters. And even after years, hard to recover from the loss of some of them . While Melty’s editor wondered how others would react to Madi in season 5 of The 100 , let’s get back to the characters in the series that we miss most since their death!
Lexa
Without doubt, the magnificent commander is the one that most misses the fans. Killed tragically in the middle of the third season, she had managed to make a huge place in the hearts of the fans of the show. A character as loyal as he was charismatic, there was still a fine dynamic between Clarke and himself . So we were very disappointed to see him die this season in the episode where the fighters of each clan clashed. We are confident that he still had many stories to tell.

Jasper was first the sunbeam of the first two seasons. Full of humor and self-derision, the young man managed to make us smile even in the worst moments and there was in The 100 . But after Maya’s death, it was as if he had died out. Unable to overcome his disappearance, he knew how to touch us because it represented perfectly what may be a mourning in the real life. Yes, we are talking about a character who was murdered from the first episodes of the show but we remain convinced that it had enormous potential . Fully committed to Clarke, he was arrested so that he could follow her on earth before confessing that he was not responsible for his father’s death but that he was guilty of protecting the Clarke and his mother. 13 Reasons Why – 1×11 “Tape 6, Side A”
Certainly the 13 episodes of the series were heartbreaking, but it was probably episode 11 that was among the most anticipated and most feared at the same time. Clay’s cassette finally let us know that Hannah did not blame her, but the revelations that accompanied the episode were more than hard to digest . In short, an intense condensation of violence mingled with a touch of relief that earned him his place among the best episodes of 2016-17.
Orange is the New Black – 5×13 “Storm-y Weather”

What have they become ? Yes, the meltynauts, since the release of the final season of the fifth season of the show CW flagship , fans are terribly worried. Can the producers have had the audacity to kill the entire Team? An in-extremis escape
This is the most popular theory among fans! Remember, Deathstroke was supposed to guide the Team to a boat so they could all escape . Since Slade has spent a lot of time on the island, it’s a safe bet he could have borrowed several shortcuts to lead our favorite characters to the boat before it was too late. Will all our heroes survive? And yes the meltynauts, after several weeks of questioning and a terrible urge to survive, the Skaikru has reached a point of no return and now they have to stop being selfish by choosing those who will have the chance to stay in the bunker before The arrival of radiation. Unfortunately, no one really intends to obey Octavia’s orders. While Owen received shocking news, a doctor experienced a tragic fate in episode 23 of Gray’s Anatomy season 13. Discover our review of “True Colors”!
Last night, in episode 23 of Gray’s Anatomy season 13, Owen’s life tumbled but the surgeon was not the only one to have suffered a real shock. The Season Finale is approaching and the show is becoming more and more intense. Melty’s editor lets you discover his criticism of episode 23 of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy. “True Colors” opens on Arizona in bed with Eliza while Meredith is in the arms of Riggs. The Merthan relationship seems to work well even if the surgeon is not yet ready to present her children. Meanwhile, Amelia feels alone while Owen is visited by two officers. “Is that about my sister Megan?” , Asks them. The suspense is preserved because to retranscribe the shock of Owen facing the announcement of the two military, the voices of its last are inaudible. We take stock of the series that oscillate between renewal and cancellation and whose current season may very well be the last.
A week from the beginning of the 2017 upfronts, it is time to take stock of the series that are, as they say in the United States, “in the bubble” . These are the shows of the network channels that have not yet been renewed and whose fate remains totally uncertain . If, in general, it is sometimes possible to predict fairly easily through the hearings which series will be renewed, some are exceptional. Whether thanks to their critical success, a devoted fanbase or simply a show that is close to the heart of the chain, chains can sometimes afford to keep series with weak audiences.
ABC
On the ABC channel, there are four shows whose renewal is still uncertain: American Crime, Agents of SHIELD, Once Upon A Time and Quantico . As for the first, it has always been widely acclaimed by critics. Between his 13 Emmy nominations, including two trophies won, it is certain that the series is important for the chain. On the other hand, it also the series with the worst hearings of ABC. As far as Agents of SHIELD is concerned , it is the arrival of the new series The Inhumans that could harm him. Will ABC keep two shows Marvel knowing they are expensive to produce?

This is the channel that has the most “in the bubble” series with 2 Broke Girls, Black Code, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, Elementary and The Great Indoors. 2 Broke Girls is in its sixth season on CBS and if it has served much in the chain, its audiences keep tumbling down and the series could start to cost the chain a lot. The channel has already renewed 16 of its series and 2 Broke Girls was not part of it, is this a sign? The question also arises for the following series. If the arrival of Rob Lowe in season 2 of Code Black gave a new breath to the series, it was not enough to raise the hearings. As for Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders , in addition to having disappointing hearings for the channel, it also inherited the title of worst series in 2016, by Metacritic. The spin-offs of Criminal Minds are definitely struggling to find their audience.
The big advantage that Elementary has to hope for a new season is the fact that the series belongs to the chain. Besides that the show works very well internationally, which is always a plus . Unfortunately, Elementary does not work as well in the US and ranks 23rd out of the 26 programs CBS offers. Last year, the series was barely renewed, what will it be like this year? On the FOX side, it is for Gotham, The Last Man on Earth and New Girl that we worry . The CW has already renewed many of its series, but iZombie and The Originals are on the spot, a bit like every year. A big yes! Intrigue relevant, staged staging, casting 5 stars … We explain why The Handmaid’s Tale should quickly be part of your favorites.
It was announced that The Handmaid’s Tale is part of the series to start this week and it is Hulu who proposed yesterday the first three episodes of this novelty. Adapted from the eponymous novel by Margaret Atwood, The Handmaid’s Tale begins well and well and you have understood it: it is recommended to you warmly. Today we propose a verdict without spoilers with a small reminder of the pitch for those who disembark. The Handmaid’s Tale is a dystopian series that presents us with a world with a new established order relying heavily on religion . History takes place in the United States, In a future where ecological disasters have had such an impact on humans that women have become largely infertile. To remedy this, the few “elected” still able to have children, the “Handmaiden”, are distributed in the homes of the highest placed men to allow them to have a descendants. From pure emotion! But there were also those moments that we had been waiting for months or even years, and which really upset us when we finally had what we wanted most. And seeing them gathered after so many separate years and after the pain we had felt when we said goodbye to Stefan, it was a real relief and a further opportunity to weep all the tears of our body. It’s been a week since season 7 of The Walking Dead is over and we offer you a short summary of all the characters who have left us this season.
That’s it, Season 7 of The Walking Dead is over and after a review , it’s a summary that we now propose to come back to all the characters who died in this season. Obviously, watch out for spoilers if you have not seen all the episodes. Since his first season, The Walking Dead has not been this year’s tender with his characters and many of them have perished in episodes that we have discovered since October. The two most important deaths are obviously those of Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) and Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) who were killed by Negan .
In addition to these two iconic characters of which one has already been seen and Glenn who could return in The Walking Dead according to Scott Gimple , it is also other known faces that have disappeared . In Alexandria the victims were numerous and it is therefore Olivia, Spencer and Sasha that we will not see again. Review of the few survivors of the literary saga of the “Iron Throne” who nevertheless died wrongly in the HBO series (Attention SPOILERS!)
It will not have escaped you that the blockbuster series “Game of Thrones” is adapted from the literary saga “The Throne of Iron” of good old George R. R Martin, who has already written 5 volumes, waiting for the last two. And as dab ‘in this kind of exercise, the showrunners Daniel Weiss and David Benioff took some liberties with the original material, especially regarding the end of some characters . Several deaths of the series are still alive in the books. Well, maybe it’s also a reprieve before George ends them eh.

Two days after the last episode of Season 7 of The Walking Dead, the return of the good and bad points of this season.
The long wait until this fall has begun and we have already offered to discover what was going to happen in season 8 of The Walking Dead to wait until then. Today it is in season 7 that we will take an interest to draw up our balance sheet. We start with the rhythm of the season which, as for some of the previous seasons, remains problematic in the series . The Walking Dead continues its schema with two different tones and moods between the first eight and eight last episodes, and four strong episodes that stand out: season premiere, mid-season finale, Mid-season premiere and season finale – between which we find episodes softer and not always very captivating. This problem seemed particularly blatant in a season 7 to the overall wobbly consistency despite a certain turnaround between the first and second half of the season. Some delays were noticed in intrigues not necessarily primordial to the story – although interesting – while the deadlock was made on other scenes that could have been key if they had been shown.
For example, the arrival of Sasha at the Sanctuary, then his capture, or the meeting between Dwight and Rosita, or the coordination of the Kingdom and Hilltop who arrived at the right time in Alexandria. So many things that we really liked to see on the screen and which sometimes gave us the impression of having missed scenes. In short, and to finish with the negative points of this season, it was more, in our opinion, a transitory season supposed to delay the beginning of the war between Rick and Negan . The first direct confrontation took place in the final season and marks the beginning of a new era for the characters. As for the things we liked, we can notably mention the few episodes centered on characters in particular.
The discovery of new communities, and therefore new characters, was also very sympathetic, although this obviously means that the plots were once again split up and that there were sometimes 3 episodes without news from a group particular. Another positive point: the evolution of the characters. It has been quite obvious for some like Carl, Maggie or Rick since the beginning of his relationship with Michonne. The Walking Dead Season 8: What’s Gonna Happen?

A few hours after the last episode of season 7 of The Walking Dead, we are interested in what will happen next season.
That’s it, the long wait begins until this fall and while season 7 of The Walking Dead has just ended, we are already looking into the sequel. What will happen in season 8? We offer you our predictions and speculations, which will be based in part on the comics published in the US, so you are warned against spoilers and those who do not want to know their way. The last episode of season 7 has finally marked the beginning of the war between Rick and Negan and so it is above all what one can expect . That’s it, the HBO miniseries event ended last night and we invite you to discover our review of “You Get What You Need”, pay attention to spoilers.
After only a couple of weeks, the first and a priori single season of Big Little Lies ended last night on HBO and a few hours later on OCS City and we admit you miss it already. We suggest you plunge into “You Get What You Need” and watch out for spoilers for those who have not seen the episode. The last chapter of the story is divided into two parts: the first in which each of the heroines goes about its business as usual, and the second during which the famous gala takes place during which the murder takes place. The beginning is marked by a certain violence of the men of the series, perhaps highlighted to raise the tension in crescendo until the murder. Thanks to Ziggy, Jane finally learns that it is Max, one of Celeste’s twins, who has been abusing Amabella since the beginning and Celeste finds herself having to fight against violence on all fronts. The death of Perry will finally be shown interspersed with images of the sea as indomitable, unstoppable and powerful as those women who fight each day to survive, each in their own way . Knowing that Bonnie is the culprit has little importance. The series ends on her heroines together, Those that have always been at the center of history, far more than murder or anything else. Madeline, Celeste, Bonnie, Renata and Jane already shared many things before adding their terrible secret to the list. HBO offers us a scene of late bittersweet, like the reality that its characters have so well transmitted in a miniseries breathtaking and very well conducted. The Walking Dead Season 7: Episode 16, a surprise for Negan, our critic

Season 7 of The Walking Dead ended last night on AMC with a surprising final season which you can not discover our criticism!
No you do not dream, last night AMC has already broadcast the last episode of season 7 of The Walking Dead . “The First Day of the Rest of Your Life” has fulfilled its promises with action, a certain outcome and a strong foundation for Season 8 and we invite you to discover our criticism. Warning, the article will contain spoilers on the episode. As the spoilers had foreseen, it was a Sasha in the dark who listened to the music found in the opening scene and those who had read them knew what would follow: the surprise return of Michael Cudlitz under the Features of Abraham . Throughout the episode, Sasha and he spoke to each other and their tender and sunny scenes contrast sharply with the rest of the action, Episode in a sometimes strange way. She tells him that she dreamed that he was dead and the way it was shown made sure that it might as well be a pre-season flashback 7 in which Sasha was particularly perceptive that d A hallucination caused by what she knows.

The gathering of the Scavengers of Jadis, of Hilltop of which Maggie took control and Kingdom is done quickly and creates at the beginning of the episode a rhythm a little jerky which gives the impression of having missed things. The episode still takes time to show us a scene as funny as unexpected when the arrival of Jadis who asks Michonne if it’s problem for her that she sleeps with Rick after the battle, normal . Rick and Michonne are equally uncomfortable with each other and the scene would surely have seemed more funny if Jadis did not end up shamefully betraying Rick once Negan on the spot. If the beginning of the episode seemed to us to take place in jerks, the last part caught up with all this. Can the possibility of saving the human race justify everything? Fear The Walking Dead: Will Season 3 catch up with the first two?

Since the Fear The Walking Dead season 3 will only be broadcast in June, we will take the opportunity to ask ourselves if it will finally catch up with the level of The Walking Dead.
While Season 7 of The Walking Dead is in full swing on AMC , we keep waiting for news of his little sister and a first video promo was finally unveiled for season 3 of Fear The Walking Dead . Yet it is only a small teaser and we are looking forward to having a trailer to show us a little more about what will happen to Madison Clark, Victor Strand and others. Until then, we wonder about the intrigues with the information we already have and today is a certain optimism that makes us look forward to being this summer. Indeed and although it is as short as intense, the first teaser of season 3 clearly shows the walkers as a main threat to Nick and Luciana .
Certainly just like The Walking Dead, Fear The Walking Dead has never sold as a series of zombies and it is human beings that follow it. But it must be admitted that after only a few fears, the infected have become secondary in terms of threat and the teaser of the next season lets us think that this might well change in the future . After all the zombies remain a logical and effective way to add tension to the series and we all remember the beautiful sequence during which Madison and the group of the hotel lead a whole horde to the sea. That the level of tension will rise one notch, especially in a series whose title is, literally, “be afraid of the undead” .
You must admit that we have been hoping since the beginning that the great villain will be played by the actress Emma Caulfield, known for her role in Buffy and who joined the cast of season 3 of Fear The Walking Dead . With her corner smile and malicious little air, Emma Caulfield would be the perfect bad guy that was missing in the series so far. Because in spite of many adventures and a few characters lost on the way, we always found that there was a little something missing at Fear The Walking Dead so far and that heroes tended to get out of complicated situations a bit too easily . Whether it is the “pirates” attracted to Alicia, the infected or the gang in Mexico, Madison, Travis, Nick and company have gotten out of all the bad things a little fast and we hope that all this will change afterwards. While Episode 17 of Arrow’s Season 5 has been broadcast on the CW, let’s get back together about the events that marked “Kapiushon”!
What a performance! And yes the meltynauts, never Stephen Amell had offered us such an intense and simply brilliant performance. Moving from anger and rage to despair and deep sorrow, the leading actor of the series has made us pass through all the emotions . While Melty’s editorial offered you to discover our criticism of Arrow Season 5’s episode 16 , let’s get back to the main events that marked Kapiushon last night on the CW . In other words, if you are not especially fans of flashbacks that punctuate most episodes, “Kapiushon” did not have to rejoice at first. And yet, He had more to offer than what one could imagine. Indeed, this episode still put forward one of the bases of the series: the generic. So, we finally discovered how and why Oliver had decided to become “something else” . Generally speaking, it is certain that our hero has suffered greatly and that the bad guys of the previous seasons have not given him gifts, but Adrian Chase offers us another type of torture, as ingenious as it is terrible. Josh Segarra is also excellent in his role and the balance between his performance and that of Stephen Amell was perfect. But this did not prevent this episode from being particularly trying. While episode 7 of season 4 of The 100 has just been broadcast on the CW, back on the events that marked “Gimme Shelter”!
A new chance to save the world? And yes the meltynauts, while everything seemed desperate, our heroes still have a last card to play if they want a chance to survive. But are they willing to do anything to save themselves? While Melty’s editor suggested that you discover our criticism of Season 4 episode 6 of The 100 , let’s go back in detail to the events that marked “Gimme Shelter” broadcast last night on the CW . And the least we can say is that our fetish characters are beginning to reach a point of no return and even if they try to remain honest, difficult to make the right decisions when their own safety at stake. The Becca laboratory is gradually transforming into Mount Weather 2.0 where the Grounders’ sacrifices seem to be indispensable to ensure the survival of the group. After eight years of good and loyal service, it was difficult not to notice that the show had a central place on the American network. Go back! And yes the meltynauts, our sorrow is simply huge since the Vampire Diaries left us a little more than a week on the CW . Even though the Series Finale was epic, we can not contain our disappointment that we had to say goodbye to a show that will have deeply marked us over the years. And as we understand your suffering, we decided to offer you a top 10 of the best episodes of The Vampire Diaries. Are you ready ? Let’s go !
10 – Episode 11, Season 5 – 500 Years of Solitude
Let’s start with the 100th episode of the series. A real success so much he had been able to combine action and twists. First, how to forget that it was this episode that saw Caroline and Klaus give their first kiss (and more, if affinities)? But this is also the time when our favorite Katherine Pierce will join the Hells not without allowing the heroes of Mystic Falls to remember all that she has made them undergo!

As the gentle Elena had spent the majority of the season trying to bring Stefan back to her, she realized that she also had feelings for Damon. Tagged, she finally decided to choose Stefan. The opportunity for us to discover that the young woman had met Damon first and see her turning herself into a vampire. A situation that marked a turning point in the series.
6 – Episode 23, Season 4 – Graduation
This final season was a real concentration of pure emotions. Between Elena’s declaration of love and Damon, Klaus’s desire to be Caroline’s last love and the graduation of our heroes, everything was orchestrated to make us melt in tears … except may – to be the revelation of the identity of Silas! But we especially remember the final scene that saw Stefan call Elena with “A Drop in A Ocean” in background music . One of the most beautiful Stelena moments in the series: “I Love You, Stefan. Hold on to that.”
2 – Episode 21, Season 2 – The Sun Also Rises
Everything in this episode was immensely sad. Whether it was the death of Jenna, John’s sacrifice through the funeral, nothing was ever the same afterwards. The first significant death, she made Elena a stronger and much less vulnerable character . We will also remember the two brothers Salvatore more than ever determined to protect the daughter of their dreams after events that would change it forever.
1 – Episode 7 – Season 2 – Masquerade
Katherine’s plan was finally revealed in an episode that still remains today in our memories as it is punctuated by action, suspense, surprise, unforgettable replicas, revenge and love. We like the moment when Katherine finds herself locked in a room with the brothers Salvatore but also when they manage to proudly lock her in the cave. In short, a real success at all levels. The Vampire Diaries is over … 15 things that will terribly miss us!

While The Vampire Diaries just bows out, we are still in mourning as we were addicted to the adventures of the heroes of Mystic Falls. And to celebrate an addictive series, here are 15 things we will miss!
It’s now over! And yes the meltynauts, after long hoping that all this could be a mere nightmare, we must now go to the obvious: The Vampire Diaries, it’s finished for good . Despite everything, the most iconic show of the CW will continue to live in our hearts and also on Netflix if the urge takes you to make you an incredible marathon. While we are trying to turn the page, the editor of melty wanted to take stock of everything we were going to miss. Because although the series was probably not the most brilliant in the world, it offered us absolutely fantastic moments and it’s time to pay her the tribute she deserves!
15 – The cliffhangers
What would the series with sharp fangs without its multiple twists? We’ll admit that The Vampire Diaries has managed to impress us on many occasions. Whether it is the return of the Ripper in late season 2, the transformation of Elena into a vampire in late season 3 or the unexpected reappearance of Katherine in late season 1, the show knew how to arouse our interest soon The first few minutes and that was clearly a strong point!

As elated as hated, Elena remains the heroine of the series and difficult today to design the show without her. For if she had not fallen in love with Stefan, we would probably never have followed the adventures of the people of Mystic Falls . Tolerant, compassionate, courageous, she agreed to put aside all her prejudices in order to let the Salvatore Brothers enter her life and nothing for that, she will miss us a lot!
7 – Friendship
What would the series be without the friendship that unites all the characters? Between Damon and Alaric, Stefan and Lexi, Bonnie, Elena and Caroline, Jeremy and Matt, nothing would have been the same without the bonds that united all our heroes . Sometimes angry at each other, they were able to put their differences aside in order to face all the trials they had to face together. A loyalty that has deeply touched us and that we will miss very much!
6 – The complexity of the characters
This is an undeniable asset of the show! Even when the characters commit absolutely abominable acts, it is almost impossible to blame them as they have been well written. Indeed, their complexity allows a superb understanding of their motivations. The best example is still Klaus who has finally charmed us to an unimaginable point even though he is, in reality, a terrible psychopath!
5 – The original soundtrack
Difficult to envisage the series without its splendid original band. Indeed, music has always had a fundamental place in the plots and it is sometimes enough to hear a melody to remember an extremely moving scene. So, hearing “Never Say Never” even as the duo Stelena said farewell we deeply touched . Without his soundtrack, The Vampire Diaries would definitely not be the same.
4 – The triangle in love
Let’s face it, the first seasons were centered around this love triangle as exciting as dangerous. Shared between Stefan and Damon, Elena has had many difficulties in choosing between the two Salvatore brothers . And if it was the departure of Nina Dobrev who precipitated the happy ending Delena, who knows what could have happened if the young woman had decided to stay? The series could have ended completely differently!
3 – The replicas
Ah the replicas of The Vampire Diaries! Whether they were moving, funny, shocking, horrible or even overwhelming, it was the aftershocks that also made the show hit with sharp fangs. Fast and Furious 8: Vin Diesel “This film must be great for Paul Walker”

Despite the death of Paul Walker, Vin Diesel decided to start work on Fast and Furious 8. The actor explained the reason for this choice.
Fans of the Fast and Furious saga were very shocked to learn of the death of Paul Walker in 2013, so much so that the seventh episode could only be an immense tribute to the actor . In spite of this opus which can sign the end of a franchise without one of these figures stars, Vin Diesel has still wanted to play in Fast and Furious 8 (whose film soundtrack was finally unveiled!) . The latter returned to Total Film on his former comrade but also how “this film must be great for Paul Walker” . The two actors had become very friendly from the first opus and had shared the plates for almost ten years!
Vin Diesel explained “The question was not whether this film could be made without Paul but if the franchise could survive without it.” I had seen a video of him promising eight episodes and yet he was seven. Do I stopped thinking about him over time? it was the only question. Every day I was like “this film has to be great for Paul Walker” .
