“The cinema killed me”.
The transition from paper to the big screen is necessarily a complex exercise that leads to mixed reactions among readers, but also among authors. For an esteemed saga like Harry Potter, whose cast has almost been different , a bunch of other films, often adored by critics, have been massacred by the brains behind the original work. Do not touch my book!
Stephen King – “Shining”
The master of the horror novel sees red as soon as he is told about Stanley Kubrick’s film, which would have totally distorted his work as he told Rolling Stone magazine: “The book is hot, the film is cold; Book ends in flame, the film ends in the ice ” . Among the main grievances is the lack of nuance in the character of Jack Torrance : “In my book, there is a narrative sequence where Jack Torrance tries to be good, and it is gradually that he arrives at a Stage of madness (…) When I saw the film, Jack appeared to me insane from the first scene ” . But the worst character remains according to him, that of Wendy, who would only shout from beginning to end (“a screaming mop”
Bret Easton Ellis – “American Psycho”
The author has always maintained that his novel was impossible to transpose on screen because he is interested in consciousness and “we can not really show the complexity of this sensitivity . ” The film would make the character of Patrick Bateman for a monster, when the novel “is much more ambiguous” . It was not more tender with the adaptation of “The Informers” in 2008, film on which he nevertheless worked the script but which made a real oven to the cinema. “This film does not work for a lot of reason, but I do not think any of these reasons come from me . ” The art of questioning …
Uderzo – “Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra”
Co-author of the comic strip with Goscinny (died in 1977), Uderzo is the one who still preserves the Gallic spirit of Asterix and Obelix. And it has long been said that the draftsman / scriptwriter had little taste of the 2nd opus released in the cinema, “Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra” . He reproached Alain Chabat for having distanced himself from the original work, with a much too much Canal humor, and secondary characters that erased Asterix and Obelix. Albert Uderzo, who was certainly cornered by the 15 million spectators who went to theaters, and the cult status of the film, now prefers to temper, assuring him that he is not angry with Alain Chabat: “I was just A bit annoyed because it is not what I ‘
Roald Dahl – “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”
It’s a constant: Roald Dahl hates all the adaptations of his books. With a fierce hatred for the most famous of them, the “Charlie and the Chocolaterie” of 1971 . Pell-mell, he said the film is “lame” , director Mel Stuart “has no talent” , and as for Gene Wilder – the actor who plays Willy Wonka – “it was pretentious and not dynamic enough for the role ” .
Ken Kesey – “Flying over a Cuckoo’s Nest”
Despite the 1976 Oscars (Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Script), Ken Kesey never wore the adaptation of Milos Forman in his heart. While basically, he was motivated by the project and had joined the trick, before slamming the door … two weeks later. He has long recounted that he had never seen the film, although his wife confessed after his death, that he was pleased that the feature was born.
Richard Matheson – “I’m a Legend”
For Richard Matheson, the cinema has lacked respect twice to his work. In 1964 first, where “The Last Man on Earth” did not really pack it: “I am disappointed by this film even if they have more or less followed my story . ” Although he appreciated it a lot, the main actor Vincent Price was “a casting error” . Same in 2007 with the Will Smith version which will make him say: “I do not understand why Hollywood is so fascinated by my book while nobody there ever takes the trouble to film it as I wrote . ”
Winstom Groom – “Forrest Gump”
Winstom Groom was downright bad. He is one of the few to spit on Robert Zemeckis’ film, which would have distorted his work, obscuring important moments of the book, as well as raw language and sex scenes. The choice of Tom Hanks appeared to him as fanciful since in his book, Forrest Gump measures 2m and weighs 110 kgs (he wanted the actor John Goodman instead). Although Winston Groom has not been revered for financial reasons, despite having negotiated a 3% profit on the Paramount, the studio did not spin it, as the film would have Lost money. He will sue them and win. Very well, he wrote in 1995, in the following of his novel: “Never leave someone”
The post Authors who hated the cine adaptation of their book first appeared on The Siver Times.

We know (and we love) all Kristen Stewart, the heroine of the Twilight saga , who already has at his age a filmography that makes dream. Café Society of Woody Allen, Personal Shopper , Snow White and the Hunter , where Kristen Stewart had an affair with Rupert Sanders , and many more. But today, at only 27 years old, the American actress decided to spend a whole new course in her career . Indeed, the ex of Robert Pattinson wished to pass on the other side of the camera. As you can see, KStew turned into a director, so she made her very first film.
And it was at the Cannes Film Festival that the star decided to present her new baby, a short film entitled “Come Swim”. What is it about ? Well for 17 minutes, Kristen painted a portrait of a man with a broken heart. This film, which is interpreted by Josh Kaye, has the peculiarity of having images shot under water. Emotion, originality but also realism, Kristen Stewart who upset the codes at the Festival , has she managed her bet? For the moment what we know, beyond the fact that it caused a sensation on the red carpet, is that her first time as a director is very promising, and that some have discovered in her a Real potential. This is a new turning point in Kristen Stewart’s career, for sure!
The post Kristen Stewart presents her first film, has she seduced the Cannes Film Festival? first appeared on The Siver Times.

Warner / DC’s upcoming film after Wonder Woman will not be overly impacted since the shooting is already over and Joss Whedon will mostly have to do a post production job. But what about the future of the DC film universe? For better or for worse, Zack Snyder remains the main architect of the project since its creation , and that its absence more or less prolonged could change quite a lot. It is extremely difficult to see him leave his baby totally but a withdrawal of medium-long duration is a possibility.
When it does not realize, it is either to the production or to the writing of other films DC Comics and this vacuum must be filled. We know already since last year that Geoff Johns, the creative director of DC Comics, is in charge of the construction of the DC film universe and it could well take an increasingly important place to fill the huge void left by Snyder. The real question here is whether the director’s absence will be felt in the coming years, even if it lasts only a few months, with a Geoff Johns who will have imposed his vision, because the Warner can not afford To fall behind on a schedule that is set to the nearest millimeter.
The other thing to consider is of course Joss Whedon, because he made two Avengers movies and he knows exactly how to build a superhero universe and create a credible and catchy group dynamic. But it is also known that the director was bored after his work at Marvel and so he might not want to invest beyond Justice League in building the DCEU, although Joss Whedon will handle the film on Batgirl . So it is the big unknown on this side but it would not be surprising to see the Warner courting the man to give him responsibilities to make the universe DC something as viable as that of Marvel. Do you think there will be change?
The post Justice League: What future for the DC universe after Zack Snyder’s departure? first appeared on The Siver Times.

If the news has surprised the accountants who have dollars in their eyes, most fans are already wondering how this second season will be articulated while all the interest of this adaptation of the eponymous novel of Jay Asher was found In Hannah Baker’s tapes . In short, we start to fear the worst, a bit like all the series that did not know how to stop after a first season of madness …
Prison Break
“Not the time, you have to go!” . Oula, oula, gently young man. Are you sure you want to continue on a second season? Because concretely, once you make all the beautiful of Fox River thanks to your intelligence and your tatoos, what is the interest of the series? The showrunners so well understood that once your moldy stomach ended, they quickly put you back in jail in Sona in season 3. In vain, most of us had already escaped as well …
Heroes
Saving the cheerleader, Yataaaaaa, Peter Petrelli … There’s no twist, Heroes’ first season on TF1, it was heavy . With this addictive countdown around the time bomb that was Peter. But once the end of the world was pushed back, what remained of our daily heroes? Well not much …
True Detective
We start again and we start again. It was a little floppy that tried to slip us HBO with a second season led by a new duo of investigators: Ray Velcoro (Colin Farrell) and Frank Semyon (Vince Vaughn). But it is well known, the copy is never worth the original. True Detective, it’s Louisiana, it’s Rust Cohle torched, it’s his acolyte Martin, it’s satanic murders and a sticky atmosphere . In short, it’s 8 episodes, no more.
Spartacus
Um, some will find me unfair. “Vengeance” and “War of the Damned” , which are respectively the 2nd and 3rd seasons, remain quite nice to watch. And this is even more the case with the prequel “Les Dieux de l’Arène” . In fact, if the show lost a lot of its magic, it is mainly because of the replacement (suffered) of its main hero, the actor Andy Whitfield, died on September 11, 2011 from a cancer . Never has his replacement, actor Liam McIntyre, succeeded in having the same charisma and presence on screen as the original leader of the rebellion. Cursed Thrace!
Twin Peaks
So, the cult series of David Lynch could have (had to?) Stop in episode 7 of season 2. In other words at the same time when the identity of Laura Palmer’s murderer is revealed. Because behind, the “Black Lodge” leases quickly become indigestible, until that final twist that was thought to be closed forever . It was without counting on the return event of the series on May 21 next for a season 3 mega expected. Hoping that the rhythm is as steady as in the first season …
Pretty Little Liars
Each final season is the same song: we discover a new “villain” supposed to be more sadistic than the previous one . We can deceive a person 1000 times but we can not deceive um … in short, what I mean is that it was cool and entertaining at first when we discovered the “original” A , but that it leaves (And it lasts for 7 seasons!). Does the hearing justify everything? You have 4 hours to give me your copies.
We have not seen the result yet, but we still have serious flippers …
Big Little Lies
Jean-Marc Vallée, director of the 1st season of “Big Little Lies”, was questioned in April by The Hollywood Reporter and was more than clear: “The end allows the audience to operate their imagination. Am not for ” . And yet, we seem to be heading straight for a sequel to the mini-series of HBO, adaptation of the book “Big Little Lies” . It is the author of the book, Liane Moriarty, who seems the most receptive to the idea, as she told the Sydney Morning Herald : “I began to think about a way to continue things The producers asked me to look if I could have some ideas. I’m not going to write a new novel, but more an intrigue and then we’ll see what happens. I am totally for it because once I started thinking about it, it was very fun to see what I could do and find those characters. There are really directions to take . ” Shooting on the rope is how we say no?
Stranger Things
In this case, season 2 is already signed and boxed. We will find the kids of “Stranger Things” on October 31st on Netflix for Halloween. With a lot of fears in mind. Is it possible to reach the exceptional level of season 1? Are we still going to have to deal with the world upside down at the risk of going in circles? The hardest thing is not to get to the top, it’s to stay there.
The post These series that would have done better to stop at season 1, but really what first appeared on The Siver Times.

When the international title of Star Wars 8 was unveiled to us last January , we all wondered whether The Last Jedi was singular or plural. Then the French title arrived, The Last Jedi , and there was no longer any need to ask the question, if not who were these last famous jedi. But the director Rian Johnson himself is turning everything upside down. Indeed, for him, The Last Jedi is definitely a title in the singular and not in the plural. “It’s so much fun when people ask me this ,” he told ABC NEWS at the Star Wars Celebration last week. “As a matter of fact, I had never even thought about it. In my mind, it is singular , “he added. But he did not stop there! In this interview, Rian Johnson was obviously in a chattering mood as he also revealed who the Last Jedi was! “As to whether Luke is the Last Jedi, they say in The Revelation of the Force that he will find the last Jedi temple and Luke is the Last Jedi ,” he said.
Knowing that it was he who realized the eighth episode, difficult to make more reliable. And yet, one might wonder if these confidences are true or if Rian Johnson would not play with our nerves to bring us to confusion until the final revelation, next December. After all, why reveal such a spoiler, especially the identity of the Last Jedi? The Lucasfilm and Disney studios are keen to hide important things from us and this confidence is clearly part of it. Afterward, perhaps Luke Skywalker is actually the Last Jedi, but nothing prevents the emergence of new ones, like Rey, who has clearly revealed skills to master the Force. Also, why would Luke lead Rey, as we saw in the official trailer of Star Wars: The Last Jedi , If not to train her to become a new Jedi? That is the question and it will certainly be necessary to wait until December 13th for the answer. And you what do you think ?
The post Star Wars The Last Jedi: For Rian Johnson, the title The Last Jedi is in the singular first appeared on The Siver Times.

A simple acronym meaning: dodge plan. That is to say, it was better not to participate in the sombre project that presented itself. At random, a mathematics course. Or an evening can be.
Troy
To see for those who want to appreciate the beautiful Brad Pitt in skirt and yelling “Yeah, there is immortality waiting for us” with much less charisma than Gerald Butler in “300”. Finally, I say that … In short, to come to the fact, just before they turn the scene before the fort, this one was blown by a bastard hurricane . Vener, they had to rebuild everything. Then, it was the security guards on the board who were stealing tricks to round off the end of the month. Letting it be understood that the salary was too low and that it was necessary to find combinations.
Blade Runner
Based on the book “Do androids dream electronic sheep” by Philip K. Dick, the film had to wait a long time before possessing a square and clear scenario. A pack of writers and directors tackled it and broke their teeth, before Ridley Scott began filming. End of the galleys? Nope! The English filmmaker was constantly hammering with Harrison Ford, as well as with the film crews in general . So much so that these had printed t-shirts with the inscription: “Yes Governor my ass …”
The Conqueror
Well then we put it because it sticks to the theme but it is much less fun. For the moment, a little restraint … Bringing the story of Genghis Khan to the screen, the film was filmed near a nuclear test site . Under the advice of the government, like “go there guys, you are told that there is no galley!” Noone, so much so that 91 members developed a cancer thereafter, including 46 deaths … In the first row of which the director, the main actress and John Wayne himself. And you are spared other bad things.
Fantastic Four
Crash in full flight for director Josh Trank. The guy proudly announced that he was going to kill the game with phrases like “My movie will be better than 99% of the superhero movies . ” Except that the 20th Century Fox did not validate all his delusions, that he had to change and do a lot of tricks. So he was venerated. And some actors were then a little busy to return scenes, a big galley. In the end, Josh complained, still on Twitter, that the film released was much worse than it should have been . So hop, Star Wars project that passes under his nose and killed career.
The Shining
It was notorious that turning with Stanley Kubrick proved to be painful. Finally, under his orders, rather. Obsessive, unlimited, he always asked his actors more. Finally, demanded. Thus, every day, he changed the scenes, modified them, adapted them. And above all, it multiplied the catch! The scene where Wendy retreats down the stairs of the hall, with baseball bat in hand, would have been shot after 127 takes . The two main actors (including Jack Nicholson, the drunken drunk husband) were certifying that this was their toughest part of their career. And Shelly Duvall / Wendy suffered hair loss on the plateau due to stress.
Abyss
Stevie had an idea and he did not let go. His intrigue was in the water. It took a lot. Yeah, a lot. Genus 10 million galleons, in all. And not to dip, to the cool. People worked more than 70h / week to shoot the film. Ed Harris and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio have also cracked nervously, tired . A nervous breakdown, as they say. Ed Harris was so marked that he refused years of talking about the film for years. In traumatized mode, bad memory. Frankly, sometimes there’s way to crack anyway?
The post Turning a film is not always a sinecure first appeared on The Siver Times.

It’s the ruthless and terrible villain that Cap ‘, Iron Man, Star Lord and company are going to have to face – and we are on the verge of serious fear that Thanos will eventually win the victory in The Avengers 3: Infinity War ! But who said that the crazy Titan, as powerful and emblematic as it is, would be … the only super villain in the film ? Certainly, just with him, our superheroes will already have enough to do. So, one would have thought that he would act alone and that he would put enough chaos on himself without needing a helping hand. It was bad knowing the writers and the two directors of The Avengers 3: Infinity War ! Because yes, as suggested by a persistent rumor a few months ago, the film will include several bad guys . And the editing of melty finally has some information to give you on the other opponent that will have to fight the Avengers and Guardians of the galaxy.
And it was the actor Terry Notary, who worked on the motion-capture of the ambitious and spectacular Kong – Skull Island, released last Wednesday , but also that of the films of The Planet of the Apes , which interprets this famous second Naughty. While he has just joined the cast of The Avengers 3: Infinity War , he confided about him in an interview for The Hollywood Reporter. He said, ” I work with Josh Brolin and three other actors on Josh Brolin’s The Avengers 3: Infinity War and I play Josh Brolin’s right-hand man in the movie. I can not tell you his name because Marvel would cut me But I’m trying to be a real bastard and playing a truly diabolical character, and it works! It really works! “Well, surely, Terry Notary’s words do not tell us much about this second villain – except that he does exist … and that he will probably live through the motion -capture.This means that he will not go it alone and that he will indeed be at the orders of Thanos, which is enough to make us fear the worst.Especially that the actor calls him ” truly diabolical ” , Which admittedly sticks to most of the super villains of the Marvel universe , so to say that the field of possibilities is vast! So we will certainly wait a little longer before having more info On this new enemy. In the meantime, that does not prevent you from making your own predictions!
The post The Avengers 3 Infinity War: The second villain of the film is unveiled! first appeared on The Siver Times.

No, Suicide Squad 2 is apparently not realized by David Ayer, as one might have thought. Proof, the studios would have approached … Mel Gibson to offer him the job!
But it must be admitted that seeing all these bad guys gathered on the screen, it was still very fun! And as the experience was finally quite successful, it did not take long before the Warner Bros studios decided to talk about a sequel (and a spin-off on Harley, but it’s a Other problem). So the question arose immediately of the actors who would come back in this suite but also that of the identity of its director . And there, the rumor immediately ran that it would be David Ayer , director of the first opus, who would take charge of his suite. Especially since the latter had already some ideas on the plot that could tell Suicide Squad 2 . What could legitimately make us believe that he would soon find his band of badly barred. Except that … except that in fact we are not immune to a few (big) changes and it seems that the studios finally chose to turn to someone else. And this someone else, you know him very well, meltynauts, since it’s about Mel Gibson ! We are not immune to a few (big) changes and it seems that the studios have chosen to turn to someone else. And this someone else, you know him very well, meltynauts, since it’s about Mel Gibson ! And this someone else, you know him very well, meltynauts, since it’s about Mel Gibson !
” Wait, what? ” That, of course, is what we thought when we heard the news that The Hollywood Reporter was the first person to circulate. According to the American site, Warner Bros studios approached the actor and director to propose Suicide Squad 2 to the scene. Negotiations are only at the beginning, which means that Mel Gibson has not yet accepted their proposal . But it seems that he is becoming familiar with the comics telling the mishaps of the Suicide Squad. However, the director of the recent and intense You will not kill would not be the only one to arouse the interest of the studios. Daniel Espinosa, to whom we owe Safe House (2012) or Ruben Fleischer ( Zombieland ) would also party candidates. It remains to be seen therefore which of these three realizers will eventually get the Grail. Mel Gibson recently admitted that the superhero films left him perplexed, but it would be ironic that he agreed to direct Suicide Squad 2 . Unless he sees the super-villains with a more tolerant eye … Meanwhile, the film is still in its infancy and it will surely be necessary to wait a moment before having more information to this Subject, Gotham City Sirens, with the casting of which one could find Deadshot (Will Smith) also soliciting all the attention of the studios!
The post Suicide Squad 2: Mel Gibson to the realization? first appeared on The Siver Times.

Since then, many of the theories about the filmmaker who could take the helm of the future adventure Dark Knight . Kevin Smith, director of many popular movies of the geek community but also comic book writer would like to see him as the director of Deadpool , Tim Miller, lead Batman. The man said in a video “Who I’d see? Listen, I’ll say it until the end of time but Tim Miller. Give it all, he Deadpool and now he does not Deadpool 2. Give Batman Tim Miller, he can do anything ” .
It’s hard not to be skeptical about Kevin Smith’s choice. Tim Miller , who has directed only one film, seems very far to match the dark world that wants to offer Warner with DC Comics productions . Not to mention that the director would be currently working on a reboot of the Terminator franchise. Batman, which connects the hard knocks , do not answer no doubt the wish of Kevin Smith and its realization seems to compromised moment. For now, only the location of Aquaman seems to unfold properly. Outside of Batman , also recall the movie The Flash has lost its director. To be continued in the next episode. Who would you see Batman?
The post Batman: What if the Deadpool director directed the film? first appeared on The Siver Times.

Every day the situation seems to evolve between the two stars, but what does not change, are the convictions of Angelina Jolie! Since 2001 the actress is engaged as a goodwill ambassador of the United Nations. In particular, she defended the cause of the war refugees for many years, hesitating to travel to several parts of the world to draw attention to very critical humanitarian situations. This is why Angelina Jolie could not remain silent against the anti-immigration decree of Donald Trump, who denied entry to the United States of refugees coming from Yemen, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan , Syria and Iraq . Angelina Jolie has once again used his star status to draw attention to this decree controversial in an open letter published in the New York Times .
Angelina Jolie wrote . “The refugees are men, women and children caught in the fury of war or persecution Far from being terrorists, they are often themselves victims of terrorism Americans paid. Their own blood to defend the idea that human rights transcend notions of culture, geography, ethnicity, and religion. Our response should be measured and based on facts, not fear. Refugee children who seek asylum are welcomed by a compassionate America, and that we organize our security without excluding the citizens of the babies themselves from whole countries and without considering them dangerous just because of their religion or country. origin ” . A text that is both moving and full of common sense that highlights the absurdity of Donald Trump’s decisions. Angelina Jolie, who would be willing to adopt a child without Brad Pitt , shows once again that it has the heart on the hand. What do you think of Angelina Jolie’s comments?
The post Angelina Jolie tackles Donald Trump in an open letter first appeared on The Siver Times.

In recent years, there have been plenty of adaptations from comics to cinema. But given their declarations, these guys will not go for anything in the world.

We all have a friend refractory to the new fashion, whether it is an app, a garment, a gadget … The guy who is not on Facebook, the one who does not use Snapchat, the other who does not understand that ” We wear a bonnet even inside, and each has his reasons, his arguments. Which are admissible. Well it’s the same for these renowned filmmakers, who clearly explain why in their statements they do not like the superhero film .
Ridley Scott
“This is not my kind of thing. I can not believe the thin, dangerous tight rope on which the superheroes walk from the unreality of their situation.”
David Cronenberg
“I do not think they constitute a high form of art.”
“A superhero movie, by definition, you know, it’s for kids.” Dark Knight Rises remains a movie where Batman runs with his cape.
“Memento is Nolan’s best film, and it’s an interesting film. I think his films on Batman are half as interesting, despite the fact that they cost 20M more times.” (Alert exaggeration. Origin Marseille hidden?)
John McTiernan
“These are films made by fascists. Comic book heroes are business.”
“The cult of American masculinity is one of the worst things that has happened in the last fifty years, hundreds of thousands of people have died because of this stupid illusion, so how is it possible to watch a movie called Captain America? ”
Alejandro Inarritu
“The audience is overexposed to conspiracies and other shitty situations that do not mean anything of the experience of being human.” In super hero, nothing but the word hero disturbs me. It is a false, misleading conception, and the way they use violence there is completely from the extreme right. ”
William Friedkin
About Star Wars: “The taste of good food has simply disappeared. Everything has gone back to a huge hole that sucks everything up.”
“Modern cinema revolves around Batman, Superman, Iron Man, Avengers … all sorts of things that I have absolutely no desire to watch.”
Terry Gilliam
About “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider”: “It’s crap.”
After seeing “Antman”, he gives his impression on superhero films: “Technically, it’s brilliant, but it’s also predictable, we know where it’s going, structure, shape, everything is there …” This is my problem: I can not find the surprise I had before I want to go and be more surprised. ”
Slightly blasé, to force: “Now, we have to type all the characters of Marvel dancing hand in hand, Superman must make love to Batman or another … The bible is more interesting, its stories are more surprising and more human in fact.”
Mel Gibson
“If you spend huge amounts, like $ 180M or more, how do you get back on your expenses after taxes and give half the rooms?” “I think you can do the same thing with less money.
“How much did they admit to having spent on Batman Vs Superman? And that’s crap.” Y’as the punchline mine of nothing?
The post Nothing fucking fashion, these directors will never make films of superheroes first appeared on The Siver Times.

At the top of the poster, they found those that we already know by heart, but without whom we would not have imagined spending the year: the two behemoths Batman vs Superman , the hero of Marvel Captain America Civil War or yet mutants X-Men Apocalypse . The fight, the punchlines , and even emotion, they have given us all! But these references ultimate superhero matters were not left in the shade all the new recruits who landed in theaters in 2016. A year under the sign of a revival since we got, in bulk, at a dose of magic to strip super villains and even a hero freaky . Overview of the surprises we have booked in the dark rooms this year on superhero side.
Diffieat Marvel at the box office with the movie Suicide Squad . Bringing together for the first time a team not so nice heroes, the third film in the film universe DC heard fans who wanted new blood to the movies . Special mention to Margot Robbie, who embodied a fiery and delusional Harley Quinn. No wonder his character pays the luxury of having his own spin-off in the years to come!n the clan of newcomers disembarked in 2016, we inevitaby find the wacky and impertinent Deadpool. Totally psychopathic and megalomaniac character initiated an unepected turn in the Marvel universe . If the Avengers had left us a few well-phrases, it was nothing compared to the caustic humor and sometimes really bad jokes Deadpool .
