After a gray season of Gray’s Anatomy in halftone , we expect a lot of things from season 14. And since the Shonda Rhimes medical series is paused – like the majority of American shows – we had time to think about this Which we would like to see in the next season, which should start at the end of September on ABC. The series desperately needs new blood. We are not talking about new patients or doctors who will be there for a few episodes, but new full-time characters to inflate the ranks. With the departure of Jerrika Hinton – and probably that of Marika Dominczyk – Gray’s Anatomy is still losing people. New heads would bring a good freshness to the intrigues, but also to the relations between the characters . The series could even begin to give Andrew or even Leah a more important role, whose return was more than discreet. Besides, we were wondering if DeLuca still had a chance with Jo in season 14 of Gray’s Anatomy , and we hope to see all that afterwards .

Gray’s Anatomy: Ellen Pompeo (Meredith) reveals the worst episode of the series

Being an actor is not always easy! Ellen Pompeo, the interpreter of Meredith Gray, revealed what was the worst episode she had ever shot for Gray’s Anatomy.
Last week, following Episode 20 of Gray’s Anatomy Season 13, we wondered if Meredith simply should not stop flying . After the terrible crash that had cost the life of Lexie and then Mark, the surgeon recently found herself operating a man’s brain in the midst of a terrible storm. However, Meredith has experienced many other traumatic experiences. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly , the young woman’s performer, Ellen Pompeo, returned to the worst episode of the series. For the actress, this is episode 17 of season 2 of Gray’s Anatomy titled “As We Know It” . If this episode were intense and moving, It was as trying for Ellen Pompeo as for Meredith. Remember, the young woman had to plunge her hand into a man’s torso to meticulously remove a bomb! Meredith had handed it over to the deminer who had exploded a few minutes later … This explosion had also affected Meredith.
Ellen Pompeo remembered this brutal episode of Gray’s Anatomy . Last night, the American channel ABC broadcast episode 20 of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy. Then discover our review of “In the Air Tonight”.
After episode 16 of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy centered on Japril, it is the turn of Nathan and Meredith to be the focus of an episode. These two characters have been searching since the beginning of the season and it is possible that they have finally found themselves in “In the Air Tonight” . The episode begins when we find Meredith on board in an airplane, which seems to us much quieter than one might imagine. Unfortunately for our heroine – as many times in her life – everything is not going to happen as expected, starting with the fact that she will find Nathan Riggs on this plane. And as often at her side, Meredith eventually lower her guard, which gives rise to a closer in the toilets of the device …
We do not know you, but we hope never to end up in an airplane that is experiencing such turbulence. The shocks are so strong that two characters bump against the ceiling of the aircraft: a flight attendant who breaks his wrist and a passenger who strikes so violently that he has a bleed in the brain. Last night the American channel ABC broadcast episode 18 of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy. Then discover our review of “Be Still, My Soul”.
“Goodbye, Mom” … Difficult to recover from our emotions after the episode 18 of the season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy which was broadcast yesterday in the United States. For the first time behind the camera, Ellen Pompeo offered us a poignant episode, capturing in a beautiful way this tragic plot. As we have just come to know her, we must already say goodbye to Diane Pierce, a feeling represented by the fact that Maggie herself has just learned for her cancer . In a very short time, Maggie must realize that she may lose her mother because of the illness and this obviously gives rise to scenes difficult to watch. What is most certainly the strength of this episode is its simplicity and sobriety, Letting us focus on the essentials: emotions. Gray’s Anatomy tells us how Maggie must say goodbye to her mother and we laugh and cry with her.
The episode begins while Meredith, Nathan, Jackson and Bailey discuss the best possible treatment for Diane, but soon Maggie will disagree with the rest of the medical team. She wants to do everything she can to save her mother and this prevents her from thinking clearly, so much so that Meredith is removed from the medical team. Meredith, who knows only too well what it means to lose a loved one, shows a great deal of compassion and does not oppose the final decision. Unfortunately, the decisions made by Maggie, who wants to do everything in an emergency and refuses to listen to her peers, only accelerate the inevitable … Fortunately, “Be Still, My Soul” We still have a beautiful scene with a good laugh from the characters to make us blow a little . However, the respite will be short-lived since this fuck-laugh ends with Diane spitting blood. His condition is not improving through the clinical trial, quite the contrary.
If Meredith fails to convince Maggie, Richard, meanwhile, convinces Diane that Maggie is a strong woman and that she will succeed in recovering from this ordeal. The news that her mother no longer wants to continue treatment is devastating for Maggie and explains, with a chosen metaphor, what she’s been feeling since she learned that her mother was sick. Once again, Nathan Riggs astonishes us and takes Maggie in her arms to console her. Throughout the episode, he was patient, compassionate and one can only appreciate it for that. Finally, Meredith succeeded in convincing her that the best thing to do for her is to spend as much time as possible with her and memorize as many things as possible. Their last scene together is light, But Ellen Pompeo does not spare us with the following by steering the camera over and over on Diane’s empty look – all the feels . Once is not customary , Gray’s Anatomy breaks our hearts by killing a character – and does it well.
