It was wrong to know the huge lizard, which Warner expects to bring back on the big screen in the coming years as part of its famous MonsterVerse! Especially after seeing Kong – Skull Island , we soon realized that the two giants were not the only creatures of this kind to evolve on our beautiful planet. So, it is not only that Godzilla and Kong will eventually cross each other at one time or another but they will also certainly face other monsters from the depths of the earth . And indeed, Godzilla will return well in the continuation of the film of Gareth Edwards, Whose casting is growing from week to week with the arrival of an actor of Stranger Things . So inevitably – and even if he does not land in our theaters before 2019 – we come to wonder what to expect from this Godzilla 2 .
And to give you a first idea of the potential subject of the film, melty invites you to turn to … its title! And yes, Godzilla 2 should actually be called Godzilla: King of Monsters . If that’s not a sign of size! For it is necessary to remember the post-generic scene of Kong – Skull Island and its meaning . In this final sequence, we discovered some old photographs of Rodan, King Ghidorah and Mothra, three enormous kaiju who often had the opportunity to cross Godzilla during his various adventures on big and small screen. So much to tell you that we image well the MUTO which saved the world in 2014 to put the cover to face at least one of these three creatures . See the three at the same time, why not ! In any case, we know that this sequence should be even more spectacular than the first opus, which suggests that the fight between the monsters will be more violent and more destructive than those staged in the film of Gareth Edwards!
It should also be noted that Ford Brody, the hero of Godzilla played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, will not be back in the second film, having obviously given way to the character played by Millie Bobby Brown . And since, a priori , the young actress should not play an explosive expert or a scientist hyper fixed in the biology of MUTO, one can expect that his plot is more intimate than that of Brody, who was still in the The heart of the action . Although we are not immune to seeing her weave a strange relationship with Godzilla, as was the case for Mason (Brie Larson) and Kong in Kong – Skull Island ! For now and in the absence of any real clue about his plot, It is obviously difficult to know what Godzilla 2 could do for us. But there are ways to explore. And by 2019, we will clearly have time to do it! And what do you expect from the film?
The post Godzilla 2: What to expect from this new movie? first appeared on The Siver Times.

The post-generic scene of Kong – Skull Island is far from trivial! So much so that it deserves to be dwelt on its meaning and on what it announces for the sequel.
Why would not the gigantic monsters and the Japanese Kaijus also be entitled to it? If you wonder why the editorial ‘of melty asks these questions, then you have not yet seen the spectacular Kong: Skull Island , which came out last Wednesday in our cinemas. Neither his post-generic scene, suddenly. In this case, we prefer to warn you: the suite contains some spoilers that you might like to avoid! For the end credits sequence constitutes in itself a small bomb that deserves to be decrypted . Remember that Conrad (Tom Hiddleston) and Weaver (Brie Larson) were there when they were debriefed after they returned from Skull Island. They both swear never to reveal to the general public what they have seen during their terrible adventure. Then landed Huston (Corey Hawkins) and San (Tian Jing), who welcome them to the organization Monarch. Before showing their strange pictures in which we distinguish the silhouette of some well-known kaiju … to begin with that of Godzilla . So, what can this scene mean?
To understand this, we must first go back to 2014 and until the release of Godzilla , Gareth Edwards. It is indeed in this film that we hear for the first time of Monarch, this famous secret organization supposed to investigate the existence of the MUTO, gigantic monsters that populated the planet before the appearance of the men – and that the And Godzilla and the two creatures he faced at the end of the film. She was then represented by Dr. Ishiro Serizawa, interpreted by Ken Watanabe, who had the good sense to realize the true intentions of Godzilla. Except that it is now clear that the three monsters presented at the time in the film are not the only MUTO Earth and that there are many others,
The more observant of you will also probably recognized the monsters that can vaguely make out the famous photos shown at the end of Kong: Skull Island . One sees Godzilla of course, but also Rodan, a giant pterosaurs, King Ghidorah, a dragon with three heads and finally Mothra, the giant moth. All famous kaiju who made the heyday of the Tōhō and who all met one day road Godzilla , either as an ally or as an adversary. And today, the studios have well Legendary revive all these monsters in their MonsterVerse, the universe within which both Godzilla and Kong .
So yes, Godzilla and Kong: Skull Island are only the first two films of a film world that begs to be extended. And the post-generic scene of the second is there to teaser the creatures we are likely to find again in cinemas. Does that mean that Kong and Godzilla will face each other one day? We know that the next feature film will be called the MonsterVerse Godzilla: King of Monsters and is planned for 2019. A title that you will agree, does not give us many clues about what might s To go there! Perhaps he will relate one of Gozdilla’s old apparitions? Unless it takes us a few years after the events narrated in the film Godzilla and shows us the Kaiju face other monstrous creatures. Mothra, King Ghidorah and Rodan were in any case clearly intends to point a day after their (big) muzzle . One wonders especially if one recreates the characters of Conrad and Weaver, now that they belong apparently to the organization Monarch. The latter being in charge of observing and controlling the attacks of these monsters, it certainly does not doubt that some of its representatives will be of the party. As for Kong, which in 1973 has not yet reached its final size, We hope to be able to find him too in one of the next films of the MonsterVerse! What monster would you like to find then?
The post Kong – Skull Island: What does the post-generic scene mean? first appeared on The Siver Times.

King Kong
Not complicated to guess the name of the protagonist, nor his appearance. King Kong, a monkey bump with Lorna Jenkins, a scientist, and his son, to bring down this devil Ramon Porta . Not really a copy of the monkey of the 1933 film, King Kong, we know all the same that the story comes from there.
Ace Ventura
Like the film, even delirious. The only difference is the voice of the detective played by Jim Carrey , because here it’s not his but that of Michael Daingerfield. Otherwise grimaces, jokes, twisted blows, everything is there.
SOS Ghosts
You see the same investigators walking around New York, solving stories, dealing with paranormal affairs. The scénar ‘, the voice, it was a good job and that regaled us for six years . Before being replaced by another series “Ghosbusters” but less well.
Men in Black
The respected science fiction atmosphere, amplified gags and adapted for a younger audience in cartoon fashion, a pleasure for four years (and seasons) from 1997 to 2001. In addition, icing on the cake, the animated series had an influence on the second film . When J faces Jarra in the building that serves as the seat, it is something that we find in the second episode of the cartoon.
Godzilla
Decidedly, it was a habit in the 90s. And for the blow, it was a rich idea since the series was more fun than the film. Rather disappointing, the movie was not very funny and did not address enough of the animals . There, there was a mass of clashes between lizards and reptiles, insects and other monsters.
Beetlejuice
After his 1988 film, Tim Burton had not yet finished with his Gothic universe, centered around the famous Beetlejuice. So he created a series starting in 1999, four seasons , which respected no surprise the film’s atmosphere while agreeing to children. Even the intro music was reworked for good gluing.
Other adaptations cited
Star Wars: Clone Wars, The Mask, Buzz Lightyear (sort of spin-off from Toy Story) You remember where, that you looked small?
The post These cartoons adapted movies that you may have forgotten first appeared on The Siver Times.

The idea is to meet the giant monster Godzilla and Japanese to create a titanic clash cinema . And while Gareth Edwards (to whom we owe Star Wars Rogue One, including a scene with Darth Vader was almost not be in the film ) introduced Godzilla in 2014, Jordan Vogt-Roberts will deal with King Kong in March next. The opportunity to create a universe where will evolve the two monsters and give it a name to the image of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (for example). The cleverest were able to find out how to call it by checking out the toys Kong Skull Island .
A rather simple name to remember: the MonsterVerse . Mean by that the world of monsters . The question is whether Warner plans to introduce a new giant or will be limited solely to King Kong and Godzilla. But our little finger tells us that if Kong Skull Island, including three new posters with a towering Kong were unveiled , is a success, the two giants will not remain alone for long . This decision to create a universe is proof that the studios are trying to develop a mythology around two strong figures of Western and Japanese cinema. Figures that for decades have been passionate about generations of children and adults. What do you think ?
The post Kong – Skull Island: His universe and that of Godzilla finally has a name first appeared on The Siver Times.
