The Season Finale of season 3 of The Flash was very intense! Back on the three key moments of “Finish Line”!
While in the previous episode Barry had seen Iris die before his eyes, fans wondered if it was not HR who had sacrificed himself by taking the appearance and therefore, the place of the young woman. This theory was soon confirmed. It was HR who was the victim of this Season Finale of season 3 of The Flash . But if Earth 19’s Harrison Wells managed to dupe Savitar and save Iris, the battle with the big bad of season 3 was not over. Barry and his team had to show bravery and boldness to overcome Savitar in this Season Finale which also began teaser season 4 of The Flash . The editing of melty returns to the three key moments of “Finish Line” !
Iris officially saved
The Flash, season 3, episode 23, 3×23, Finish Line, the cw, season finale, 3 key moments, important, to remember, iris, saved, Barry, sacrifice, future, future, HR, news,
Iris now has a future ahead of her
HR took the place of Iris but nothing proved to us that Savitar would not again attack Barry’s fiancee once he discovered that he was duped. Thus, Barry, Iris and Joe immediately checked whether the article about Flash was written again by Iris West Allen . Just like the fans, our favorite heroes have been reassured. The character of Candice Patton does indeed have a future in front of her and that is much better!
Iris Saves Barry
Barry spent season 3 trying to save his dear and tender! However, it was finally Iris who saved her fiancé. Indeed, Savitar threatened to kill Barry but the journalist did not hesitate a single second to shoot the big bad to save the one she loves. The parallel of the two situations was very interesting to look at. If Barry is ready for anything for Iris, it is the same for the young woman! It promises for season 4!
Barry is sacrificing himself
Apart from the absence of HR, everything seemed to have completely returned to normal after Savitar’s death. However, the speed force threatened to destroy Central City and possibly even the entire world because it needed a speedster. Barry wanted to fix his mistakes in the Season Finale of season 3 of The Flash by agreeing to be the one who would remain prisoner of the speed force. If one imagines that the hero of the series will eventually return, this experience could considerably change it. Highly season 4 of The Flash ! And you, what will you remember of this Season Finale of season 3 of The Flash?
The post The Flash Season 3: Season Finale, 3 key moments to remember first appeared on The Siver Times.

Representation is good. Good performance is better! A short guide to LGBT friendly series that do good.
Representation is a concept that looks simple enough but that, apparently, is always as hard to apply for some showrunners. As they say, it takes everything to make a world and see lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender characters in the series, it always brings a certain touch of realism and open-mindedness some of whom would do well to take inspiration . Yes, the series with straight white men in lead is nice, but it feels good to see something else also not? We propose you a small list of LGBT friendly series in which the representation is not only there, but more importantly, realistic or happy or better: the 3 at the same time.
Gray’s Anatomy
In Gray’s Anatomy , everyone is treated the same way and that is his strength. Airplane accident, amputation, car accident, risky childbirth and other horrors that the fans know well … The characters can be straight, bi, gay or other, Shonda Rhimes does not give anybody a gift and it’s nice to see – finally Way of speaking . Yes, via Callie, Arizona or even couples of patients of the same kind, the series shows us that it is possible not to define its characters by their sexual orientation , without passing it over in silence. Thanks Shonda!
The L Word
Everything is in the title but since the word is still a bit scary today, it is said with you: lesbian – but it also works for love, lust and other themes according to the interpretation of each . Completed for several years – is also expected over – The L Word we sometimes delves with great detail in circles lesbians in Los Angeles with Bette, Tina, Alice, Shane, Dana and others. But that’s not all, as Max, a transgender person, also plays an important role in showing us some of the difficulties transgender people face. Despite a lot of clichés and stereotypes sometimes annoying, The L Word is above all a way to immerse completely in a world where ”
Faking It
Faking It is proof that MTV can do very good with not much. Small (and talented) casting, simple story, original pitch of departure and teenagers endearing: this is the recipe for the success of the series which ended in 2016 . With Amy discovering her bisexuality and her nascent love for her BFF while rejecting the labels, Shane who assumes her colorful homosexuality, Lauren who educates on her intersexuality and Noah, discreet transgender, the representation there is at the top and all delicacy. In short, it is only pleasure.
Transparent
Despite a major negative point since the transgender character of the series is not a transgender actress, Transparent remains a small nugget to be enjoyed with pleasure. His freed and sometimes a bit crazy characters have something out of the ordinary and show that there is really no shame in being a different hair.
Looking
All the good things have an end but Looking’s was perhaps a little too premature and this is his biggest flaw. With Jonathan Groff charming as Patrick as possible , Looking takes us on a tour of the gay community of San Francisco and his love dramas, mixing humor and touching scenes.
sense8
One only has to look at a few episodes to realize that Sense8 is THE definition of self-acceptance and love for all . Tolerance and solidarity are at the heart of the Netflix series and there is nothing to say, nothing to see the sensates pick up with a single voice “What’s Up” to warm your heart on days of great sorrow ( And the others). All we have to do is to hope that, like them, we all one day come to put our differences aside and retain only the essential. Yes, we can always dream …
Obviously these are not the only series that include LGBT characters in their stories in an adroit way since Queer as Folk is also a cult of the genre, How to Get Away with Murder proves that network chains can show a lot if the will is there . And Shameless US , Orange is the New Black , Wynonna Earp and others still extend the list, do not hesitate to share your favorites! So, what do you think ?
The post The series with a good LGBT representation is here first appeared on The Siver Times.

We talk about “Jackie” because Natalie Portman shines but we too often forget other films honoring extraordinary women. Here they are.
“Behind every great man hides a woman,” according to a certain expression. And I want to say that the woman does not need to hide sometimes, she is there, alone, in the front row. And she accomplishes extraordinary things too. Here are the films retracing the life of women out of the ordinary of which one does not speak enough and which one must absolutely see.
Rosa Parks: telefilm “The Rosa Parks Story”
It’s not just a song from Outkast (though it tears), Rosa Parks is a real woman, a real story. On December 1, 1955, in Alabama, she refused to give up her place to a white man, as was hitherto the law in the United States. Tried and convicted of public disorder, the seamstress will be supported by Martin Luther King himself , which will launch a protest movement for equality between blacks and whites. A historical moment in the history of segregation.
Annette Kellermann: film “The First Mermaid”
Yes, there are two “n” normally, his father being German and his name often anglicized for some reason. Born in Sydney on July 6, 1986, this girl with polio will begin to swim under the doctor’s recommendations. And push the thing up to become a professional swimmer (synchronized) and tried to cross the Channel . Even more historical, she militated for women’s right to wear a swimsuit (one piece at the time) and was arrested in 1907 in Boston for indecency. The sports argument was retained by the judge, which was a case law and embodied an enormous advance for women.
Marie curie: three films “A certain young girl” / “Beyond the myth” / “Marie Curie”
Polish (her birth name is Sklodowska) and naturalized French, this physicist and chemist remains a legend. First woman to receive a Nobel Prize (for chemistry in this case) – for work on radiation with her husband Pierre Curie in 1903 – she pocketed a second eight years later, physics, for research on polonium And radium. No woman has done as well, and even better, no winner has won two Nobel in different scientific fields . Oh Mary …
Benazir Bhutto: documentary “Bhutto”
Born in Karachi in a family of politicians, she studied brilliantly and became Minister of Defense of Pakistan in December 1988. Not satisfied, the daughter of the former president accumulates another post: that of Prime Minister. At 35, Benazir Bhutto is the first woman democratically elected to head a country with a Muslim majority. Many years later, on December 27, 2007, when she was campaigning for her party, she was the victim of a suicide bombing.
Anne Frank: two films “The Diary of Anne Frank” / “Anne Frank”
Born in Frankfurt just before Adolf Hitler came to power, she grew up and will live the major part of her life in the Netherlands after her parents left Nazi Germany. Hid with her family in Amsterdam, she refers everything in her diary before being caught and end his days in the Bergen-Belsen camp , shortly before the German surrender in 1945. His life lasted only fifteen But Anne Frank was the author of the most representative book of the Holocaust.
Amelia Earhart: film “Amelia”
Born in Kansas and a true adventurer from an early age, she discovered the pleasure of the flight during an air baptism in 1920. Her duties as an apprentice nurse and social worker allowed her to pay for her own plane, a biplane Yellow name the Canary. On October 22, 1922, Amelia Earhart set a record: she is the first woman to reach the altitude of 4,300m. It was then the first woman to cross the Atlantic by plane, by June 1928 , despite the marketing side of the operation and its weak role it will denounce saying to have been nothing more than a “potato sack ” the pilot Wilmer Stultz and mechanic Louis Gordon. Unstoppable, it tries the round the World in 1937 but disappears with his colleague, in June, over the Pacific Ocean.
Nadia Comaneci: telefilm “Nadia”
She begins gymnastics in kindergarten and begins real training at seven. Nadia won several regional and then national tournaments before going on to the European Championships in 1975. At thirteen. The following year, at the Summer Olympic Games in Montreal, she obtained the maximum score of 10, which is a first in the history of gymnastics . And history to confirm, she does it seven times during these Olympics Little anecdote “Did you know?” In Christian Jeanpierre mode: the score panels were not parametrized, they displayed 1.00. Which tempts you the most?
The post These biopics on women who have marked the history of which no one speaks first appeared on The Siver Times.

I accuse the lack of respect. Frankly, given the budget and duration of the films, this was not the end of the world to wedge a small stage 5 minutes to show them in the end, accompany them and help us to mourn . To say goodbye decently. Not to learn their disappearance after the fact, like that. It’s hard for everyone. Here are those sacrificed which must not be forgotten.
The kraken in “Pirate of the Caribbean: Until the End of the World”
Kind of giant octopus whose enormous tentacles can be seen grabbing the Black Pearl and pulling it to the bottom of the ocean. This animal would be, basically, the incarnation of the evil spirit of Davy Jones as well as his pet. In short, at the end of the film “The secret of the chest cursed”, The Kraken embarks Jack Sparrow and his boat towards the limbo. And in the next episode, Jack arrives back in the living world, landed on an island … and found the dried animal . We learn that he was killed by the cannon of the flying Dutchman. And hop, to clear!
Sarah Connor in “Terminator 3: The Rise of Machines”
We had two movies together, to see her evolve, we had attached to it. Young woman frightened in the 1st, she learns by Reese all the brothel (the machines control the world and want to get rid of the humanity decades later) and ends pregnant, alone, at the wheel of his case. Sighted, it leaves one to John audio message, explaining the scrambles . In the second, she starts interned in a psychiatric hospital, escapes and then turns into a badass heroine. And in the 3? More Sarah. A leukemia has prevailed, we are told. Fuck of cancer …
The first Matrix was a slap. Many of us had come out of the room a little beside their pumps, and rather in connection with a theme never seen before that many dead. For in the end, only Morpheus, Trinity, Neo and Tank were still standing. Suddenly, the actor Marcus Chong was thought important than them in the plot and demanded the same pay as Laurence Fishburne . Gross flaming sanctioned direct: the character disappeared from the scenario of the sequel, nothing to fuck Tank. Thank you, goodbye, out here.
Llewelyn Moss in “No country for old men”
You must remember him, it is the guy who puts his hand on the suitcase filled with banknotes and who embarks with him. This causes the spinning of the other tart of Anton Chigurh who wants to shoot him. There’s nothing to be calm about, and Llewelyn is not. He would end by getting humped skin but by a Chicano cartel . In addition we do not even see how, since we discovered it – through the eyes of the old sheriff – simply on the floor of his hotel room, in blood, already gone to heaven.
Darin in “Boyz n the hood”
Must admit that the death of Doughboy did not surprise great people, what had to happen happened. Aggressive coke dealer, violent, always with a gun and who does not hesitate to use the day when things go wrong … Especially when you’re going up against three members of an enemy gang, there’s necessarily a return stick . So, yes, he avenged the death of his younger brother, Ricky. But violence brings violence. And at the end, it is a courier who teaches us the death of Darin, two weeks after his punitive expedition.
A tear. The wife of Rocky brothel … The one who accompanied him from the beginning, who knew how to speak to him, to calm him, to make a normal man once the gloves removed. But here, in “Balboa”, Rocky had to go back to the ring. But he had promised him the opposite. It was therefore necessary to eliminate it! Between the 5th and the 6th (Balboa, therefore), Adrienne was thus victim of a bad cancer of the ovaries and left. And that’s the job. Sly to the controllers, a screenwriter who can not be dictated by emotions. What death has you most disgusted with?
The post Scandal, these important characters have calanched without even being shown their dead first appeared on The Siver Times.
