While episode 10 of Shadowhunters’ season 2 has been broadcast on Freeform, back on the events that marked the Winter Finale of the show!
Fantastic ! And yes the meltynauts, after weeks of diffusion and rise, the Freeform flagship series offered us an extraordinary Winter Finale. Thoroughly packed and full of suspense, he was able to convince and give us a terrible urge to discover immediately the next episodes. While Melty’s editorial offered you to discover our criticism of Shadowhunters’ Season 2 episode 9 in which Clary was about to die , a review of the main events that marked the Winter Final broadcast last night on Freeform . And the least we can say is that everything was together to make us spend an unforgettable moment. Between action, suspense and revelations crazy crazy, this episode s’ Is proven to be excellent but above all effective. It must be said that Clary was in an extremely difficult position since Valentin was clear: if she wants to see Simon alive, she must activate the Deadly Sword. If our heroine thinks only of saving Simon, Jace and Luke try to make him listen reason. She can not go there as the institute has been taken hostage by Valentin and her henchmen. Jace and Luke join forces to save both the Downworlders and Simon. Unfortunately, it’s hard for Clary not to rush to the rescue of her boyfriend, especially when Valentin keeps threatening her . And while the girl finally convinces Magnus to teleport her to the institute, they are stopped by the clan chiefs persuaded that the only solution would be to kill her.
But what others do not know is that Jace may well be the key to destroying the Deadly Sword. So, in the vision that Clary and Jace had through the Angel encountered some episodes earlier, they discovered that a demon would be able to destroy it simply by touching it. After some research, they discover that it is, in fact, Jace. This is enough to give the Downworlders hope and convince them to let Clary live. Our heroine then pushes the doors of the Institute and goes without delay to Simon. But after making him drink his blood, Valentin discovers with amazement that Magnus has cast a spell on his daughter and that Jace took advantage of this spell to pretend to be her. Simon and Jace then manage to take over Valentin while his henchmen end up catching the real Clary. Fortunately, Simon prevents a catastrophe by rushing on Valentin before he can put the hands of our heroine on the Sword . But when we thought that everyone would manage to get through without hurting herself, Jace made a terribly courageous decision by touching the Sword. Yet, instead of destroying itself, it engages hurt all downworlders come to lend a hand to our favorite characters. Jace has no demon blood but an angel. But that’s not all, since a final conversation with Valentin tells us that Jace is not his son and that he is not Clary’s brother. A revelation that could well change everything for the Couple Climon. Unfortunately, if Valentin is arrested, the Mortal Sword has been stolen and his threat is therefore always present. At the same time, Isabelle is still addicted to the vampire venom and while she is dangerously close to Raphael, the latter confesses to him that he was never interested in sex. A statement that disappoints us somewhat so much we would have liked to discover them as a couple. However, in deciding to prevent Isabelle from helping her loved ones, Raphael has lost his confidence and they should not spend time together anymore. While Jace and Simon go in search of Madzie while protecting Clary which is clearly at the end of forces, Valentin wants to use the powers of the small one in order to achieve its ends. He convinces her to help her by promising that she will find Iris only in this one and only condition. If Jace manages to save our heroine by persuading Valentin to let him go with Madzie, all this was finally a trap and Clary is then kidnapped by his father. This beginning of episode has, in any case, highlighted the feelings still so intense Jace for Clary. Even though he tries to keep a good face, it is certain that the prospect of seeing Clary and Simon together breaks his heart. If the three men of his life end up finding him, “Bound By Blood” closes on the rapture of Simon who unfortunately has not had the slightest respite to enjoy his new love story. Will the shadow hunters save him? But this episode was also the occasion for Alec to discover the new addiction of his little sister.
In fact, the pretty brunette is more and more addicted and now uses the source leaving Raphael the care to inject her venom. The two characters are beginning to develop real feelings for each other and we are downright fans of this duo that we had not seen coming. Unfortunately, this rapprochement created tense tensions between Alec and Magnus. The Warlock understood what was happening and then confided in Alec who did not like to be left in the dark for so long. However, it was difficult for Magnus to be able to guess that the pretty Isabelle had succumbed to such a point with the vampire venom. Shadowhunters Season 2: Episode 4, The world of Clary upset, our critic!

While episode 4 of Season 2 of Shadowhunters has just been released on Freeform, let’s go into details about the main events that have paced “Day of Wrath”!
Wow! And yes the meltynauts, difficult to find the words after an episode as intense and also complicated to bear for the nerves. Indeed, after a first season in half shade, this second chapter offers us serious surprises. The more we advance, the more the intrigues are refined and deepened. Let it be said, Shadowhunters is being forged an explosive shattering identity . We will not lie, Katherine McNamara offered us a superb performance throughout “Day of Wrath” giving us a genuine and touching reaction.
Now leaves with Alec, the young woman will have to hang on and rely on her heart family in order to climb the slope. And perhaps the return of Jace will help him in this painful trial? Jace, who was in a real turmoil and had little chance of escaping, finally found the path to redemption. And it was time! After an early season devoted to this intrigue, it was necessary that it could be completed in order to leave the good part to the battle that should soon take place between the Enclave and Valentine. Now that Jocelyn is dead, we can be sure that the madness of the big bad of the series will be strengthened and it is likely to wreak havoc. Fortunately, Jace is now cleared and we look forward to seeing again fight alongside his family . Meanwhile, Raphael rushed to Magnus to ask for help in finding Camille. Indeed, the vampire does not cease to kill and causes a real tumult in the life of Raphael who is held responsible for his crimes. Magnus must then make a terrible choice.
Can he deliver the one that has always been there for him for the benefit of one of his sons? The answer is difficult to find for Magnus who ends up by freeing himself from the grip of Camille. A beautiful rematch that promises a new start for the Malec couple. Finally, we like the relationship that unites Isabelle with Clary. Like real sisters, two girls argue, listen and seem ready at any one for the other . In short, this fourth episode had something to make us shudder and offered us a serious dose of action. The characters integrate better and better in storylines and their introspection is absolutely pleasing. The evolution between the two seasons is blatant and if the series continues like this, it could quickly enter the classification of the best series of cable. One thing is certain, the suspense is at its height and it will be very complicated to wait until next week to discover the continuation. Shadowhunters Season 2: Episode 3, Alec between life and death, our critic!

While episode 3 of season 2 of Shadowhunters has just been broadcast on Freeform, back on the main lines of “Parabatai Lost”!
A crazy performance! And yes the meltynautes, we will not lie, Dominic Sherwood offered us a totally unforgettable performance in an episode that was, by far, the best since the beginning of the season. Between work, love, friendship, twists and brotherly ties, nothing stops the series of Freeform . While the editorial ‘of melty proposing you to discover our review of episode 2 of season 2 of Shadowhunters , back in detail on the main events that marked “Parabatai Lost.” And the least we can say is that Jace was really in a dramatic situation. Accused wrongly by the wolves but also by the institute, the young man has many difficulties to join his friends who nevertheless desperately need him. Indeed, Alec is at the worst and has only a short time left. Magnus is trying everything to keep him alive, his magic can not conquer everything and Jace will have to make quick if he wants to save his brother. The shadow hunter was throwing himself into a race against the terrible watch during which he faced a thousand dangers. And it was a real heartbreak! Innocent and weak, he does not deserve to live such trials. Fortunately, Luke continues to be fair-play and refuses to condemn him without proof.
Clearly, we were afraid for him for nearly forty minutes hoping with all our might that he would arrive in time to save Alec and save himself. Dominic Sherwood has never been more emotional and talented than in this episode where the tension was at its maximum. Meanwhile, Clary was helping his friend, Simon. Worried by the disappearance of his mother and constantly harassed by Raphael that conjure the back of Camille, he does not know where to turn to find her . But Clary is always there for him and it is with delight that we see the two characters coming closer. Now we know that the pretty redhead is Jace’s sister, the writers focus entirely on the ties that remain between them. Can a new story be built between the two friends? In any case, that seems good. More than ever, their complicity is at the top and the young woman even left the fate of Jace in the hands of Isabelle and Magnus.
In short, this episode offered us superb moments punctuated by flashbacks that revealed how Jace and Alec had become brothers. A way for us to understand this link so much better. Shadowhunters improves and shines more and more fantastic scenes. With increasingly well-developed characters and downright panting plots, the Freeform series takes on a new dimension and offers us to immerse ourselves in a very well constructed and especially devilish universe. And we ask for more and more. Remember that you can delight in each new episode, exclusively on Netflix . Foncez, you will not be disappointed. One thing is certain, we are terribly impatient to discover the continuation of the adventures of our favorite heroes. Shadowhunters Season 2: Episode 1, Jace completely lost, our critic of the Season Premiere!

While Shadowhunters episode 1 of Season 2 has just been released on Freeform, immediately discover our review of “This Guilty Blood”!
Can Jace be saved? And yes the meltynauts, after months of absence, our heroes were back and offered us an episode as tense as moving. Remember, Jace had joined Valentin at the very end of season 1. But of course, this turnaround never seemed credible and we were right because Jace’s only goal was to trap his biological father … At least at the beginning. While the editorial ‘of melty announced that Clary, Isabelle, Magnus and Alec would do their utmost to save Jace in episode 1 of season 2 of Shadowhunters , back in detail on the main events that marked “This Guilty Blood” aired last night on Freeform . And the least that can be said is that the absence of Jace upsets each of the characters at different levels. A true pillar of shadowhunters, many are overwhelmed by the decision of our hero. The institute was determined to wage war on Valentin and then took advantage of it to appoint a new chief, Victor. Authoritarian, strict and incapable of understanding this new character has something to irritate us and already seems to revel in the opponent’s half of that of Jace . If Clary does everything she can to defend her brother, Victor traps and uses her confidences to launch a notice of life or death on Jace. No more dragging, you must find the young man very quickly before he is killed by the institute.
Unfortunately, the difficulties are far from stopping there for Clary since Jocelyn has a strange behavior. Of course, mother and daughter are happy to be together, but Jocelyn’s incessant lies have only kept them away and while she promises to tell him the truth from now on, we quickly realize that this will not be the case. Indeed, Jocelyn is shaken when she understands that her son is alive and that it is Jace but instead of getting lost in her search, she decides to give herself the mission of killing him convinced that he Is totally under the control of Valentin. We can not help but find it annoying. Instead of hearing the arguments of his daughter and realize that it has not all the data, it continues its guerrilla war against Valentin and Jace . But she’s not quite wrong! Thus, Valentin clearly knew to manipulate Jace revealing to him that it was special since it has pure blood of demons in the veins and that its impulses including its attraction for Clary are only consequences. Poor Jace is lost and is slowly guided on a dark and dangerous path. We can easily understand it so much that it no longer knows who it is. Confused and widely influenced, Jace even killed a vampire who had surrendered. A gesture forbidden by the Enclave and which brings him a little closer to the disastrous projects of his father.
Meanwhile, Alec loses square foot. He is most affected by the disappearance of Jace and is ready to do anything to find him. Unfortunately, his impulsiveness still plays tricks on him and he is pushing all the people who wanted to help him, including Magnus. The tension between them is palpable and while Alec finally apologize to the end of the episode, we know that their relationship will ask for work and investment . Is Alec ready to give so much? We really hope so. Finally, Simon always does the job when it comes to make us laugh and we can not wait for him to reveal his feelings to the pretty redhead, it’s time. In short, we feel that the series finds its rhythm of cruising as well as its identity. With a new generic and a more assured casting, the show offers a new breath and convinces us of its potential. Darker than ever, this episode sets the tone for the season and it is clear that things are not going to be easy for our heroes especially with the return of Jocelyn. As the season 2 of Shadowhunters will be launched on January 2 next on Freeform, here are 3 good reasons to catch the show before his return!

The countdown is on! And yes meltynautes in a little over a month, the second season of the new production Freeform will be launched on the cable channel and finally offer us the further adventures of our shadow hunters preferred. While the editorial ‘of melty proposed to discover all the information Comic-Con in New York about Season 2 of Shadowhunters , this second chapter should be even more eventful than the last. Launched on 2 January, you still have a few weeks to catch up. Here are three reasons to let go of you and cook up a super marathon of the first episodes. And it tells you immediately, you may not be able to stop!
In Shadowhunters, not about going fast and not take the time to exploit at best a character. Thus, each of the characters has its own storyline and is put forward at one time or another.
