We know what it is, we must start, pay the rent, put a foot in the business. But still, we have to talk about these films.
Their buddies still have to type bars, seen the file! Film null, ridiculous role, haircut or held not swagg at all … A thousand and one reasons to mock and chamber these actors become then real stars.
Hugh Jackman in “Oklahoma”
Adapted from the musical of the same name, this film was the first appearance on the big screen of the Australian BG. Finally, big screen … It was a telefilm, so no phew. Describes, in addition, as “a dance and singing extravagance”. Hard. Since he has re-edited the trick, the better, in Les misérables, we know that he likes to sing and dance, with class. But there, in Oklahoma, the realization, the screenplay, a little bit of messing up. Appearance: a shit for his record.
Jennifer Aniston in “Leprechaun”
Who would have imagined it in a horror film? Low budget? And, in addition, survive (her character eh, not her)? Well she did all that! The beautiful Rachel of Friends did not escape, at its beginning of hard labor. But good, apart from the cheap side, the film is not so disgusting then you can laugh at it with respect, anyway.
Sylvester Stallone in “The party at kitty and studs”
Perhaps the hottest of the list. And for good reason, since Sly has shot in an adult film! Some say erotic, rather than porn, well admit. In any case, the actor played without too much clothes and the children did not have to see this film . Excuse the future Rocky: the urgent need for thune because he could not even afford to eat. Ok, we admit, in this case, balek. And beautiful recovery after.
Emma Stone in “Superbad”
Unpretentious comedy, intended to make you spend 1:30 to laugh, or at least without thinking, this film has not too badly walked. He even launched the careers of Jonah Hill and Michael Cera. And that of another actress, then unknown or almost … Emma Stone. Which went on with other comedies, before taking the braid. For us, it was not so dishonorable but it was the star herself who said it in interviews : “This role was the most embarrassing.” Well, we put you on the list so you’ve looked for it.
Robert Downey Jr in “The Shaggy Dog”
Known for his roles in Iron Man and Avengers, as well as the cult Thunder in the tropics, the son of also began with roles not folichons. And yeah! Afterwards , the role was not very original since he interpreted a diabolical physician shaken and dangerous . While it is a Disney of the years 2000. The Americans really like to fuck scientists perched everywhere … In short, Robert Downey Jr plays a bastard who transforms Tim Allen into a dog. And makes grimaces and sarcastic remarks. That, to the limit, it was interesting because it indicated the potential of the man.
Kevin Bacon in “Animal House”
A role of relou he managed rather well say so! An unbearable slap head that everyone wanted to martyr and calm down, really . And more insults collected than Dollars on the bank account, of course. It’s the game. After that, Kevin Bacon had to continue his server taf, before he really broke with “Friday 13”. Then “Apollo 13” (a little kiff on the number 13?) And so on. Inevitably, “Animal House” would do task on a CV, we imagine it would disappear, for lack of place eh. Have you seen one or not? And if not, which one you want to watch out for?
The post We bet that these actors have forgotten these films that give them shame first appeared on The Siver Times.

It is often hot to do everything in time and time, as we would like. And it also happens in movies, remember those moments.
Well, sometimes it’s also your fault when you’re persuaded to be able to do 6 things in 17 minutes before leaving home, for example … But there are also times when you really lack time, your best. And this is panic. You begin to sweat, to be imprecise, to let go insults … A feeling that you recognize in the characters in these films and scenes. Yes, spoiler, attention.
Neo calls the base (“Matrix”)
You see him tracing in the corridors, looking for the right room, the phone, in the virtual world where he had gone on a mission. For he must call the base, and the others pick up, to make him come back before it is too late . Genus before their ship is destroyed by the lasers of others … Pip: Agent Smith is waiting for him behind the door and the gun. Hop, Neo is late, it’s over. Except that he is the chosen one and that Trinity loves him …
When will the attack take place? (“Independence Day”)
From the beginning, we know that the White House will end up farting. But we stress anyway: when? The little genius with the spectacles (obviously) finally discovers it, and will warn the president of the final attack of the aliens . Well, the fine team can not save everyone but still has the job, while taking direct revenge.
The quest for the grail (“Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade”)
Emery Jones is canistering and the only way to heal him, to save him, is to get his hands on the grail. His son does his best but it is a galley. Obviously, despite the traps and all the brothel, Indy is there ! And when you think it’s good, it’s the temple that breaks its mouth and causes a new race against the clock. The guy has to sleep well after all this.
Returning home (“The crazy day of Ferrys Bueller”)
Lycée in wanker mode ++, Ferry spends his day with his minch ‘, walks and puts pressure on him to have to walk home before his parents and sister. And yes, it is not right at the end of the street, it would be too simple. The guy jumps his fences, runs, uses the trampoline of girl … and stops to dredge quickly makes two chicks tanning in their garden. With the little music that goes well in the background. A challenge that we all already knew, we will not lie.
Destruction of the system in case of emergency (“Alien”)
More or less naked, the crew decides to blow up their own ship to eliminate the aliens. No way to run, hide, or bar. So, even if you die, you can take the others with you too! To the kamikaze. Except that the girl who has to operate the emergency plan is a bit wedged by an alien and that the plan (already not top) is complicated even more for her, who wanted to quickly break after launching the operation. Finally, she manages, but in the dark, locked up, you become claustro bordel. And when you think that Ripley got away, bah finally it’s not safe …
One Chance on a Million (“Star Wars IV: A New Hope”)
There’s no twisting, it’s tense. Wrought up. The forces of the revolution must succeed in destroying the Black Star, and in front they will not let themselves go back like that! There is even Dark Vador himself who participates in the party. Finally, the only way is to explode the main reactor : an almost impossible shot. Luke sticks to it, in BG mode. Guided by the force, and Han Solo, he gets there the cunt! A phew scene, where beauty equals tension, with a beautiful finale as we love them.
The choice of Batman (“The Dark Knight”)
The bastard of Joker had planned everything. To get caught and locked up, to play with the nerves of Batman, to make him suffer by having to choose between Rachel and Harvey … The whole with two cargos full of people, ready to fart. And of course, a whore by sending her to Harvey instead of Rachel … And there, no time to save everyone. Hard. Which scene has most stressed you?
The post When you stressed not having the time, relativise with these scenes of movies first appeared on The Siver Times.

A percussive title, a content that promises to be original and useful, when you see the book, you are dying to leaf through it. Except that it does not exist in real, damage.
Maybe we should start with the title, and then see what it is possible to do with it. If it makes you want, we try to find a nice cover and find enough stuff to say inside. The recipe for success is complicated. A clear advice in any case: to take inspiration from these books there.
The endless story (saga of eponymous films)
Based on a German novel, the film shows a kid who wants to understand what a daron reads about the book. Which remains a little secret. Which does not prevent the kid from traveling in a universe called Fantasia, where stories repeat and never end, are eternal . The only limits are the creativity of the person and his ability to believe in his dreams.
——- 1 ——-
Family of geniuses (“The Tenenbaum family”)
Wes Anderson likes the special and worked-out productions, and we note that books often play a part. The book is here the memories of the mother of a family who tells about everything that happens with her children and her husband . All the tares, in passing. The stories, the successes, the failures, the neuroses of the madre … There must be crunchy if it tells everything!
—— 2 ——
Isle of Naboombu (“The Witch’s Apprentice”)
The book tells a story of children in which the real images and the animated images merge, mix, as in the film we have before us. More than a book, he announces what will happen to the group of kids and describes a medallion to find, a magic spell to use, and so on. Yes, the book is prophetic. Right.
——- 3 ——-
Mister Babadook (eponymous film)
A book of kids that presents us the monster Babadook, whore. And we see it well afterwards, the bastard! This is how the film puts us in the conditions of a horror film and psychologically stressful. Because once they read the book, the characters realize that the babadook does exist . No way to ignore it, it’s over! A blow to finish possessed …
——- 4 ——–
Misery series (“Misery”)
Then, you must even read the real book (different from those written in the film by the writer, yai feints there) to grasp the trick, and really kiffer. This book by Stephen King is a slaughter, then adapted into film. Much less successful, alas. But faster to finish! A writer gets caught by a fan a little shaken who wants to force him to continue a certain story … An eight-closed ouf, crazy characters, tense scenes …
——- 5 ——-
The philosophy of time travel (“Donnie Darko”)
Written by a former professor, the book disturbs a lot the young Donnie when he realizes that the things described there really happen to him . In the film (director’s cut, 3 years after the release), we can even see certain encrusted passages, read them … And Donnie will accept his destiny, when he understood the scope and veracity of the book. Other examples in mind?
The post What if the best books were those invented in the movies? first appeared on The Siver Times.

Some series you like to death, as much as you hate one of his characters. Paradoxical, but possible. The proof with these names that venerate you directly.
Like an epidermal reaction, you do not control, it comes by itself. You grimace, you groan, you insult the character itself. And you certify that he deserved this fucker! Pardon, this hurluberlu that runs you on the beans. Like a big popcorn, I swing the names.
Piper Chapman (“Orange is the new black”)
At first it played an important role. It was wanted and it made sense. Then once she joined the prison, we started to get tired. Worse, Piper got us drunk. Always complaining , never happy, blase, with the wheeze of the eyes … Even the creators realized this and its importance decreased from season to season. For the well-being of everyone.
Marnie Michaels (“Girls”)
In a word: detestable. So it has what it deserves, people hate it. Sometimes life is logical and reassuring. Egoist, ball-pigeon, everything must always revolve around her . Even the series …. While Hannah, Shoshanna and Jessa are waiting for you despite their faults, Marnie proves to you again and again that she is unmanageable.
Anthony Soprano Jr (“The Sopranos”)
His aunt Janice is also a mega-annoying character. But at least they bring something. He, frankly, is rather a ball. Apart from being rotten spoiled, whining, missing his suicide … It serves no purpose. Bengous could say to him: “Oh the minot there, go and get you framed!”
Lori Grimes (“The Walking Dead”)
Quite quickly, she showed herself reluctant. And since that lasts. Then it has at least the merit of being constant, predictable. In its heaviness. She chains the ideas to the con (to walk in the apocalypse of zombies), whining, manipulations, changes of opinion, while being a mother far from models of the kind … Besides, when one does not see her , We’re doing better. It’s nasty but it’s true.
Vincent Chase (“Entourage”)
The guy sends a vacuum. He breathes emptiness. While all drama and glamor are supposed to revolve around him, Vinny does not release more than a salad . Ari, Eric, Turtle and Drama make you kiffer, laugh, interest you. He can not stand it anymore. A Hollywood star’s cameo is proving to be unbearable. And in truth, nobody would go see movies with this actor there.
Betty Draper (“Mad Men”)
Don’s ex-wife plays well the cold and useless chick. Some say it’s good because the actress who plays it, January Jones, can only do that. Well, no personal attacks! Let’s stay on the series, where Betty clearly misses the check mark to take more importance. It is there, it undergoes, does nothing, we could do without it. They even tried to get rid of it. The creators will find the lung cancer blow, hard. But seriously, we would have liked her to make us react like Skyler in “Breaking Bad” but Betty was really too nazy.
Ziggy Sobotka (“The Wire”)
A huge series, filled gangster, mobsters, complex characters, with intrigues in every way. And you’ve got Ziggy, an asshole without much interest. Son of the patron of the port, he takes advantage of his advantages to survive and is content to make shit. Fake bad boy, he does not ensure a joke level business, has only funny ideas, gets up in the air. Then he cracks on the weak, kills a duck by stuffing his mouth, passes his nerves on poor people … A little shit how annoying. The kind of guy with whom you do not want to drag, too con and too rude. Which one do you hate the most?
The post We know that you utter a cry of disgust when you see these characters of series first appeared on The Siver Times.

Aaah those who like to ride in two wheels, and more particularly by motorcycle, go to kiffer! The soft sound of the engine, the beautiful leather jackets, the characters not at all clichés, landscapes … Everything our friends bikers will remake now that the sunny days have come back.
Sons of anarchy
A Charming, small town in California, the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club Redwood Original runs the business. Both respected and feared, they make the rain and the good weather. With their code of honor, they maintain order . And precisely, when a struggle of territory engages between dealers and traffickers of arms, there is a job! Especially for Clay and Jackson (who runs the garage), the president and vice-president.
The bikers of space
Animated cartoon in the first part of the 90s, it was a delirium. The famous bikers of space are human-sized mice named Modo, Throttle and Vinnie . Let us admit. In addition, they drive semi-intelligent bikes, chipped on their planet Mars before disembarking on Earth. To do what ? We save Plutarchians, fishmen who have just destroyed their planet and want to do the same with us. So the bikers will defend us!
The rebel
The great art served by the great actor Lorenzo Lamas! Without being a fan of a motorbike, you remember his ganache, his long hair and his pace of falling on two wheels. At the base cop, Reno Raines wants to leave his taf at the request of his wife. History of leaving in beauty, it wants to denounce all the hoodlums of the post. Bad idea. The bastards release a guy to kill him, their plan starts in lollipop but Reno finds himself obliged to flee, accused of murder. He then engages in races pursuits in the United States, with strokes of handlebars and bastons, between Reno, shoemakers, other lascars …
At full throttle
With the title, we know what we are talking about! And when you mate the cartoon, like, no feint. Everyone loves the bike. Teddy Tojo who saves the life of Teddy Santarini and his mother, attacked … by bikers, Alexander the cousin of the second Teddy, Mia the sister of the first and Nathalie the nurse who treated him after an accident. Obviously, rivalry between the two Teddy wagons that heat up in competition , with love story intrigues to vary a bit of motorcycle racing.
Chips
A former car broadcast between 1977 and 1983 in the States, on NBC, before arriving in France. Two cops, Poncherello and Baker, are patrolling the California Highway Patrol, tracking the road robbers and delinquents around Los Angeles. For those interested, they drive in Kawazaki KZ 900 the first two seasons, before moving to a KZ 1000 C4 then full of other bikes , including Harley. Six seasons and 139 episodes, it makes you hours of motorcycle to watch. Have you ever had one? And hot to test another?
The post The series that any biker in the soul must mater first appeared on The Siver Times.

Rather genuine creations, and quality please. Historical drama, war, love, martial arts, action: there’s a little bit of everything, you can choose the one that tempts you the most.
Live
Immersed in the era of the Chinese cultural revolution that is not so far away and of which we do not know much in fact. The director Zhang Yimou makes us discover it via the fate of a family that tries and must survive in front of the system and all its venerable machinery that rot their lives. Released in 1994, this film sums up the atmosphere there from the 40s to the 70s, with its political and historical upheavals .
——- 1 ——-
Wives and concubines
Master Chen Zuoqian lives in a crazy palace, because he has what seems to be the dough that spills over everywhere. The guy multiplies the women at his disposal, already three and then four when the young Songlian arrives. Sold by her mother, she must learn to interact with other women . And above all, to surpass them. Everything is concentrated on these relations of competition and subordination towards the master. The beauty of the plans and colors strikes even more seen the contrast with the cruelty of the story.
——- 2 ——-
The demons at my door
More recent, released in 2000, this film deals with the conflict between China and Japan and denounces the stupidity, the horrors . Obviously, making an apologia for the war, even civil, remains rather rare eh! Basically, the situation is brought to life through Dasan, a peasant who sees two sacks left by soldiers of the Chinese army arriving at his house in the middle of the night. Inside, a Japanese prisoner and his interpreter. Except that for months, the soldiers do not come to recover them, then the whole village knows and wants to stop the prisoners. It looks tense …
—— 3 ——–
Hero
Dating from 2002 and with Jet Li, if it can reassure some! It is true that it can, to have landmarks, to find a face that we know, coughed coughed what. This film tells the story of China from 2000 years ago, when it was composed of 7 kingdoms, all at war to win . The kingdom of Qin was most afraid because his King wanted to become the first Emperor and nothing else mattered. Classic, the others join to eliminate it and hires three assassins super set: broken blade, snowflake and starry sky. Mock you if you want, but they manage! King Qin sleeps a little less well and does less evil so he promises fortune to the one who will kill these three assassins. Until the day a guy lands with the weapons of the victims. His name ? ” Nameless “. Personally,
—— 4 ——-
The secret of flying daggers
Flying Daggers is the name of the group of bandits who plunder the rich to give to the poor. A kind of Chinese Robin Hood but several. In 856, the power does not bother with hesitations … There is grafted a love story a little cul-ass, you fear the film cliché … and there is a reversal that changes everything! So, the poetic and dreamlike film also becomes epic, and one never says no to a little spice . In the end, of the beautiful work, especially for a chinese.
——- 5 ——-
The Three Kingdoms
John Woo returns home and continues to do what he knows how to do: show with action scenes of pork and big money. What necessarily displeases some because from the historical point of view, there are things to be said. It’s a film about Ben Hur, a film that traces the history of China, with a lot of characters, intrigues, battles … Because you have to choose, you only see one battle, that of the Red Cliff, where oppose Two kingdoms united to a third, all under the empire of Han Xiandi who then reigned. So you’re going to test which one?
The post The Chinese know how to do everything, even super movies, but it’s not new first appeared on The Siver Times.

If you like to make the guy who shoots and get out of “Did you know”, it’s ideal. Basically, we all know that science fiction films do not 100% respect the scientific foundations, that they sort out a little with reality to give us full eyes. Meanwhile, you can still say that you are not fooled and recall the facts. And if it allows you to impress buddies or a target in passing, bah much better.
No need to turn around the pot for chandeliers. We see the ships break their mouths at a brisk pace, it’s spectacular. Except that given the distance from the earth, the fall should be much slower .
2001 the odyssey of space
Rather well done, Kubrick’s film has nonetheless neglected certain aspects. First thing: because of the proximity between the ship and the moon, the latter should be much larger . Second gap: the guy who makes his jogging tranquillou. Normally it should be propelled against the walls.
Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi
To increase the dramatic intensity, you are made to believe that if the guys lose their helmet, they die directly. Gender, if there is a stupid accident, a debris that breaks the glass in Carglass mode (of the size “of a coin of 2 € and craaaac …”), or a guy too relaxing who wants to put his helmet to smoke a cigarette. Absolutely , he could, his skull would not explode instantly as we are led to believe .
The guardians of the galaxy
The guy who holds his breath, normal, to keep the oxygen that remains to him and manage a return in the ship. Mouai. Already, not breathing remains rather difficult, even if you have to wait and find a new source of oxygen. After 15 seconds, he should have fallen into the vapes . And aaaaa admit that he is there, it would be damn bad when he arrives in the ship. Gender critical condition and probable death within the next few minutes.
Interstelllar
We all kiffé this film that put us a slap. Another film by Christopher Nolan that shakes you up and makes you think. And a Matthew McConaughay more and more impressive. But, because there is always a but, we still have to take note of the small defects. When Cooper gets sucked into the black hole, the logical end would be that it turns into spaghetti . Because the black hole of a stellar mass can affect the water and make it a huge wave, Cooper’s little body, let me say it does not make the weight.
Other delirium where they touch a little: when Cooper has the idea of using the black hole to gain speed, ok, but how to slow down after, for a safe landing? Remember The Hate Guys.
The Treasure Planet
Animated film sympa, still a Disney of good invoice as one could say between experts in cinema. With the pipe, the blazer and all the mess. Small criticism : to make believe to the kids that a boat can come out of a black hole by operating all the reactors, it’s not nice . A plane, maybe. A boat, no.
Gravity
Well, that’s a classic that applies to all movies that take place in space, to tell the truth. You hear George What Else Clooney type the talk, explosions, clashes … Except that in space there is no air. No atmosphere. So no sound, no noise .
Star Wars (all, mix)
Same in Star Wars when you see the Black Star exploding and making a sound of egg. Bah no, still no sound. And the same conclusion for laser battons . We agree, it’s a shame, it would be con not to hear this noise. Now that we’ve got used to it and we want to do it, we can not go back.
Let’s talk about the ships now. The chase-pursuits and maneuvers are eggs, it’s so beautiful! But we always come back to the same problem: there is no air in space. So no resistance, and no help to direct the ships . They would need reactors everywhere to change the direction of movement. As well as a way to slow down!
The fifth element
When Corben gets stretched out, to save his buttocks from a very fat explosion, and all is false. Already because there is no oxygen in space. This means there would be no combustion. So no fire, no flames, no explosion . The stuff would disintegrate, yes, but in the biggest calm. Finally, save the debris that would fall on the mouth of Corben, which is not supposed to go faster than objects falling without resistance.
Superman (1978)
Traveling in space takes months, years. For example, to reach Pluto of the Earth, it takes nine and a half years. So when Superman lands, he should be much older . There he is still a kid, rather unlikely seen where he comes from! Unless it has gone through a hole or travel faster than light …
Alone on Mars
The fact that there are storms on Mars is well and truly authentic. But they do not reach the same speeds as here. A maximum of 96 km / h. Nothing crazy, able to snatch everything like in the film . Another detail: the gravity is 62% lower than that on Earth, so our approach would be different.
Mars Attacks
Last delirium to emphasize, although it is known and that it will not allow you to flame! You should even pass for a con to say it seriously, so avoid. We do not know if extraterrestrials exist. On Mars, or elsewhere. Water yes, since there is a north and south pole covered with ice. But beings, no. We’ll see. Who will try a bluff to shine?
The post Some scientific anecdotes to go out to make the expert during these films first appeared on The Siver Times.

For those who like to fall asleep in front of a movie, do not choose those. They ask you to follow and cogitate then it will not stick.
It’s true that it’s cool to fall asleep tranquillou, rocked by the distant lyrics of an unimportant movie. And precisely, must choose! Because if you put one of the movies cited below, you get yourself. Voluntarily complicated, they demand concentration and reflection.
Inception
You go and come between dreams, reality, different levels, the laws of physics do not exist any more … If you’re not well film, you apple and after that it has no more interest to look at it . The film is built expressly so that you reflect at the same time. Otherwise you end up like math in high school, dropped by a force …
2001 the odyssey of space
Already, the film is long. Then it is slow. But then slow as rarely seen. Leeeeeeent! In short, if you comate when you launch the film, you will fall asleep direct. And if you cling to it by opening one eye, once the right, once the left, and reaching the end, bah we will still have to try to understand the end . At least, to interpret it! Because this is the kind of “open” conclusion where you have to make your own idea.
Eraserhead
A chelou guy, constant music, a woman a little disgusting, sex scenes, alien sperm, dead bodies … David Lynch was already disturbing in 1977 . We love him for that, it’s true. You just have to remember that before pressing the play button.
Memento
Oh surprise, another Nolan movie! Still playing with our brain, the director goes here by the montage to push us to follow. Because in addition to the search for the killer of Leonard’s wife, we have the unpleasant impression that all the film’s plans are not in the logical order , to make comings and goings in history. And that’s the case ! We let you guess the trick if not it breaks all the interest.
Consistency
When it begins, you think of typing a boring movie, already seen a hundred times, and you are preparing to type your little one. Then a comet approaches the Earth … but avoids it. Pity. Except that another thing happens: the people of the evening banter dinner with friends will search a booth supposed to have powers, lower down the street . And boom, they fall on their doubles. And it’s gone: who’s who? Who is really at the table? If it’s not done on purpose, huh.
Donnie Darko
It could have been another film about the teenage and dramatic delusions of a young man. But it goes much further. You see a rabbit, you travel in time, you reflect on the meaning of life (or its lack of meaning, precisely) … Really interesting and a movie become cult after a not so successful out. In part because everyone did not freeze and rejected the work a little. A director’s cut came out in 2004, with explanations from director Richard Kelly. Is there any among you who had made the mistake of watching one of these films at 11 pm or not very lucid?
The post If you mate these movies by comatant, you do not understand anything first appeared on The Siver Times.

With the multiplication of the adaptations of comics in film, it is necessary to analyze the performances of the actors. And some have planted well.
The habit does not make the monk, as they say. Accountability is shared with producers. They chose them, so the actors do what they are asked and what they can do. In any case, the cast proved to be a failure and the performances did not mark the spirits. Not in the right way anyway.
Nicolas Cage in Johnny Blaze / Ghost Rider
Nico was also mocked for his sometimes chelous roles, his ridiculous haircuts, his ability to do shit to pick up thunes, and also the fans of Ghost Rider. At the base scary character, it became rather funny and pathetic thanks to the actor . Finally, because of it, suddenly! A memorable performance, but not in the good sense of the word.
Jennifer Garner in Elektra
Level rage and strength, we saw better. And we could have hoped better, especially. Although she is physically fit, sharp, the actress did not meet expectations. Afterwards, there are those who plainly wanted a woman with features and a Greek appearance. Now, Jennifer Garner has no Greek origin, so good, here. Another detail that stings: the producers made a little finger to the fans by taking it back in the spin-off Elektra (2005), after his first role in Daredevil (2003).
Topher Grace in Eddie Brock / Venom
A guy at the top of the class, all cute, a gringalet. So he must incarnate Venom, perhaps the biggest enemy of Spiderman, his evil double, his black side. We would have seen a guy more violent, more flippant, more impressive . Kind with a square head and a neck of beef. Pity.
Halle Berry en Patience Phillips / Catwoman
It could have sticking. But no. The producers did not really respect the origins of the character already, and the actress did not really incarnate Catwoman. Apart from its suppleness and its beauty, question character, it was not folichon . A mixed record for Halle Berry, and this is not the first time to tell the truth.
Jesse Eisenberg in Lex Luthor
Nothing but the look did not fit at all, but then not at all. When you see the guy class, manly, mysterious, and bald comic, you imagine finding the same in the film . At last you hope! But here, a young, thin, long-haired, with a childish way of talking that brings him closer to a teenager, it shocks. So, ok, we catch Lex Luthor / Jesse Eisenberg bald, in his cell at the end, after waiting for the whole movie …
Keanu Reeves in Constantine
The producers had to say to themselves: “Ah vaaaaaa, the comic goes back to 20 pins, we do what we want, it passes .” Except that fans have memory, and that they like consistency. Respect their favorite characters. Seeing Constantine switch from platinum blonde sting to brown / black is already a bit con. Then see him change character, personality, seductive guy, smiling to the solitary, embittered, cold, even more. In terms of recipe, the film did what it needed. As for the kiff for fans, less. Other examples of disappointments in mind?
The post To incarnate a super hero or naughty, the costume is not enough first appeared on The Siver Times.

To think of it is one thing, to want it yet another. But then doing it is often risky. And make a movie too, it’s a snap.
Okay, these are films called “unpretentious” but good anyway … Must really watch them when you’re in love mode, otherwise it’s heavy. And although they do not last a long time, it may seem long! In any case, here is a list of movies that talk about love and feelings among friends. You do what you want, no problem. Some can make you laugh and are not so bad, so it goes.
Sex with friends
Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis in plan mode ass but not really, attracted but frightened, we want and then we no longer know. In short, a story that will not remain in the annals but the duo of actors works rather well and it’s funny. So it looks. A romantic comedy with beautiful shots of New York .
Sex friends
A film that talks more about friendship than ass in the end, and therefore disappointed some. The psychological side and advice to women has weighed heavier, already not supported by an Ashton Kutcher as charismatic as usual. That is to say, without charism, precisely . For the guys, the positive point remains to see Natalie Portman in underwear. Otherwise it’s cliché and predictable.
Bad Teacher
Then clearly, it is based on Cameron Diaz and point bar. Alcoholic and somewhat vulgar, she sends. She is having fun. So much the better. For you, it will not be the grand regalade, you smile more than you laugh and avoid quiet laughter. Well, when you do not want to think, to see Cameron Diaz washing a car, why not .
Love, and other drugs
In the background, the film is coherent since it is based on the Jamie-Maggie couple. Played by Jale Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway. Okay, they play well. And we like to watch movies that talk about love, when it’s done well. Despite the good feelings and the touching scenes, it never really takes off . Medicines and sickness are a bit of the stuff, in the idea, it must be recognized. After that, it’s all cooked.
When Harry meets Sally
Older than others and more successful. Is it related? Perhaps. But it’s not just that! The subject (boat) is treated with humor, the dialogues make laugh, the actors play well … and it does not stretch in length for nothing (1h36). Love, humor, efficiency, it passes . Sally (Meg Ryan) resembles the prototype of the attaching girl, Harry is the basic guy, but will know how it is done. And it launches the famous debate: is it good to be friends before?
The wedding of my best friend
A beautiful confrontation between the redhead and the blonde. Between Julia Roberts and Cameron Diaz. It’s funny, lively, there are scenes where you get married (cf karaoke) and the end is not too cliché . Well, that’s what it was, a successful romantic comedy, also from the 90s. Before we were drunk, maybe. And Rupert Everett regale with his phlegm and his humor, in addition to pleasing to the feminine gender obviously. Which do you prefer?
The post Do you want to “reflect” on love stories among friends?

While the eighth opus is out today, it is the occasion to note that the enemies of Dominic Toretto are more and more bad. Hope it lasts.
We’ll see where Charlize Theron stands but she should win another ranking in any case. His degree of wickedness being less obvious, for the moment, than his beauty. But back to our sheep: are the bad boys of the first seven Fast & Furious really hard? Ranking and explanations, to notice that they are more and more worked.
Takashi (Tokyo Drift)
It was the third film, released in 2006, and probably the most disappointing of all. He had not marked the spirits, far from it. Only a few roads here and there, based on slips and hand brakes, classic. And it was partly due to Takashi’s lack of character. Supposedly linked to the Yakuza, one would have thought of seeing a real badass cold, bloody, vindictive . There it is a sort of wanker who hardly gets motivated for the boxes and the chicks, his only two kiffs, which he quickly releases to the slightest difficulty.
Carter Verone (2 Fast 2 Furious)
A drug baron in Miami who struts in a suit, an open shirt. Let’s face it. That he has a head of BG and passes for a dancer, ok. But do not be afraid at all, it’s a shame . He tries to kill Roman and Bryan, he tortures a representative of the law, but hey, it’s the basis for a villain. And that stops there.
Arturo Braga (Fast & Furious 4)
Trafficker of the heroine. Booouuuh, the villain. And he hangs around with Owen Shaw. Oulala. In addition, he uses a false identity and calls himself Ramon Campos. Ahah, so it’s not a bad guy? Well no, we saw better. It’s just one more guy who deale and lives on the black drug market . Apart from in very remote places, there are everywhere. Not to say that it is normal, it is usual. And a villain of film must not be a common character.
Johnny Tran (The Fast & The Furious)
The villain of the very first film, released in 2001. He had at least the merit of being different from others by not bathing in drug trafficking. Instead, he preferred the electronic goods business, for example. As if by chance, for an asiat ‘, we rub the cliché! And question cojones, he defended himself since he shot Jesse , the friend of Dom ‘. In drive-by mode my mouth.
Owen Shaw (Fast & Furious 6)
A real potential. Intelligent, without any limit, able to convert an enemy secret agent into one of his own (Riley): Owen Shaw manages. And really wants to annoy our Dom ‘by trying to bump Leti’ . Finally, he uses, as an assistant and right arm, when he sees that the explosion supposed to kill has made him amnesic. In short, big bif at the same time pro (mercenary pilots to the big reputation) and personal (Leticia will return with Dom ‘, with his memory found again). A real duel.
Hernan Reyes (Fast & Furious 5)
The boss of Rio de Janeiro. And yet there’s plenty to do with shady and dangerous guys out there, so you can imagine Herman is not a choirboy. The worst is his natural wickedness that you feel permanently, the guy likes to do evil, use and abuse his power, without scruple . It puts out to harm the agent Luke Hobbs as well as Vince, colleague and friend of Dominic, kidnapped Mia …
Deckard Shaw (Fast & Furious 7)
We finally see him in “real”, after years to go behind the scenes. Owen’s brother is no less violent and wicked, potentially even more impulsive as well . When he leaves the hosto where his brother vegetates, he decides to smash … a hospital. Normal, revenge. When he gets his hands on Luke Hobbs, he knocks him down. And we learn that he was at the origin of the fall of Han in “Tokyo Drift”. Deckard might say, “I think nasty so I’m mean.” You trust for the 8 or not?
The post If you follow the logic, the villain of Fast & Furious 8 will be the most badass first appeared on The Siver Times.

It’s been a week since season 7 of The Walking Dead is over and we offer you a short summary of all the characters who have left us this season.
That’s it, Season 7 of The Walking Dead is over and after a review , it’s a summary that we now propose to come back to all the characters who died in this season. Obviously, watch out for spoilers if you have not seen all the episodes. Since his first season, The Walking Dead has not been this year’s tender with his characters and many of them have perished in episodes that we have discovered since October. The two most important deaths are obviously those of Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) and Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) who were killed by Negan .
In addition to these two iconic characters of which one has already been seen and Glenn who could return in The Walking Dead according to Scott Gimple , it is also other known faces that have disappeared . In Alexandria the victims were numerous and it is therefore Olivia, Spencer and Sasha that we will not see again. On the side of the Sanctuary, the Saviors suffered some losses, including the death of “Fat Joey” during the flight of Daryl, that of Dr. Carson, or that of David, the Savior who tried to rape Sasha, Is therefore killed by Negan. Finally the other communities were not spared and the Kingdom had to bid farewell to Benjamin and Richard in the same episode . To this list of personages – named – who die in season 7 s’ Also add two unknowns: Heath and Sherry. The two characters disappeared from the series under mysterious circumstances and wondered if we would ever see them again. In any case the record this season was rather heavy even if we expected more deaths. But with the war looming on the horizon, season 8 of The Walking Dead may well hurt … What do you think?
The post The Walking Dead Season 7: Glenn, Abraham, Olivia … recap ‘all the dead of the season! first appeared on The Siver Times.

Some things seem to deserve more attention and recognition, it starts with a good feeling. This is the case for these series.
For once it’s in the positive sense, it’s still better. Because generally, we leave more room for debate on the side stuff (players, movies, groups, games, etc.), so to the negative. Here we will be in positive criticism! And we will limit ourselves to the series of the last decade, otherwise we have not left the hostel (Spanish, or whatever you want).
The disastrous adventures of orphans Baudelaire
An original series launched on Netflix which despite the good reviews did not find its audience. A childish side with dances and songs, allowing Neil Patrick Harris to shine , and another very adult by his black and sarcastic humor. Too bad because it is really stylish. Suddenly, everyone spoke of “Stranger Things” and other series. But if you have time, try it, it’s the beauty of streaming: it’s available when you’re hot.
The Ricky Gervais Show
Basically it was a podcast and not just any one: one of the most popular. Then HBO wanted to adapt it in series, in animation mode. An original direction and a rather convincing result, giving a cartoon with punchlines of egg and crazy situations . Often when Stephen and Ricky handle Karl! But the three seasons did not make so many views that, the audience remained limited. At the same time, the broadcast schedules were not top.
Rick and Morty
Adored by a certain community of unconditional fans, ignored or downright unknown by others. Sad fate for one of the best comedy series, much less renowned than the Simpsons or Les Griffins. Basically , it’s a parody of “Back to the Future” where Doc is a drunk alcoholic and drugged, while Marty turns out to be a little unmanageable nervous, chaining chess . Very cynical, alternating wacky jokes and striking findings of justness, the series deserves more spectators and publicity.
Ghosts
A French series which is worth the detour, then it must be said. Dealing with death and resurrection, it clearly gives place to drama and reflection. With a good dose of stress, tension, discomfort! Basically, dead people come back to life, and go back to their lives before as if nothing had happened. Because they did not realize they were dead, actually … A very “rational” and psychological delirium that changes other zombie series where blood and gore prevail . There you cogitate and you anxiously. Still.
Love
A creation that one owes to Judd Appatow, best known for his films now, while he is the author of a few series mine of nothing. Alas all a little depreciated, like “Freaks and Geeks” or the latest in date, “Love”. Exploring the world of modern romance, with humor and intelligence , analyzing it and making it live without falling into easy criticism, the series shows us two endearing characters, Mickey and Gus. Which form a couple that one likes to look at and see evolve.
The Americans
Quality at all levels. Actors, plot, sets and costumes, photography … Really good work and a series that should be a reference at the moment. Located in the 1980s, the story shows two Russian spies sent to the United States to glean information and refer all this to the mother country . Under cover obviously, in normal and well-integrated American mode. The father is almost too much (he kiffe limits the capitalist delirium the rogue), the mother less, the children sympathize with children of agents of the FBI … Very interesting to watch, especially today with the frenzied communications On the influence of Putin during the American elections. Who can confirm that one of these series is worth it?
The post These undercutting series deserve a little recognition of brothel first appeared on The Siver Times.

Nevertheless, people continue to win you, it is obligatory. And that the moments when the situation reverses are rare! Dog of life. So here’s a way to take a step back and de-dramatize: watch movies with lilliputiens.
Gulliver Travels
The novel by Jonathan Swift (1721) inspired a pack of filmmakers for almost three centuries. Georges Méliès drew a short film in 1903, films were released in 1939 and 1960, before the last opus with Jack Black, Emily Blunt and Jason Segel in 2011. In the book, we see the writer Lemuel Gulliver, The hidden island of Lilliput, in the Bermuda triangle . And there, all the inhabitants are tiny! Suddenly, friend Gulliver becomes a giant. Like what, everything is relative. An unpretentious comedy that does good (no, we will not say to whom, no name).
Willow
Co-written and produced by George Lucas, the film was directed by Ron Howard with mass of special effects, a feat at the time and a real leap forward in the matter. Despite two Oscar nominations, Willow was not as successful as that. The pitch: an evil queen, Baymorda, reigns quiet until the day when a prophecy announces the birth of a princess, a sort of elected who will change everything . Which is called Elora (and not Enora, thank you). I tell you not everything, just that it is born and is recovered by a farmer named Willow (ah voila), who happens to be an amateur magician and tiny size. Magic, fairy, and all the brothel of fantasy, it’s not bad.
The Wild Planet
A little more than an hour of entertainment where you leave far. Science fiction, clearly. Some even say that you must see him in a bad state, good, not to push either but each his kiff. Basically, on the planet Ygam, the Draags live cushy, they are super intelligent giants. And their kids play with tiny animals, the Oms . Then one day, a “tame” OMS whose intellect was developed by a draag escapes. The desires and hopes of the Oms change, the balance put in peril. By the way: it was realized by a Frenchman (René Laloux), in 1973.
Ant-Man
Based on characters invented by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Larry Lieber, the film by Adam McKay and Paul Rudd scales the adventures of Scott Lang, aka Ant -Man. Capable of shrinking while increasing his strength, he must assume his power and help Dr. Henry Pym, mainly protect the costume of Ant-Man. Action, special effects, rhythm, you do not shit. As long as you love these films, of course.
The Inner Adventure
It’s better to see him when you’re a kid but hey, why not. A US Navy lieutenant devotes himself to a risky experience: get miniaturized and explore the body of a rabbit . Yeah, know why. Tuck Pendleton, the scientist saved Tuck Pendleton in the body of a supermarket clerk, Jack Putter. And there, Tuck must communicate with Jack as his oxygen supply decreases.
Charlie and the chocolate factory
A very popular Anglo-Saxon story since the release of Roald Dahl’s 1964 novel. Two film adaptations were made, including that of Tim Burton in 2005. Charlie, a very poor family, loves chocolate and The reference chocolate factory named Wonka , right next door. One day he was lucky enough to get his hands on the fifth and last gold note contained in a branded product, giving the right to a factory visit. Where are the Oompa Loompa, the people of Lilliputians who make chocolate.
Honey, I shrunk the kids
You have almost everything in the title, you know what. To clarify a little anyway: Wayne Szalinski is an original scientist, who tinkers with him and tries stuff. Including a machine to miniaturize the objects, well hidden away from his wife and his two kids, to avoid a dumpling. Of course, Amy and Nick will eventually climb and get shrunk by the machine, with the two neighbor’s kids . The four are found in the garden, in crazy jungle mode. Released in 1989, this Disney had its success with children.

We often hear that young people watch more series than films. Except for those stories there, whose format has evolved the other way.
Nothing is lost, everything is transformed ! On the one hand, the matter is already there, we agree. The plot, the characters, their links, the important events … Nevertheless, the writing is not the same, between a series composed of multiple episodes and a good feature film in one go. We’ll have to ask the guys who dealt with these transitions to find out more. In any case, to say that one watches only series is exaggerated and one proves it by showing the examples where we look at cinematographic versions of what our parents were watching on TV .
Scooby-Doo
Distributed from 1969 to 1970 on CBS, the original series “Scooby-Doo, where are you?” Had introduced the four adolescent hunters of supernatural mysteries, aboard their van. More than forty years later, in 2002, a film was released with Freddie Prinze Junior and Sarah Michelle Gellar in particular. Well, well, it was not crazy . Some funny moments of course, nothing crazy despite everything. Our parents were lucky again. It was really better before.
Charlie and his funny ladies (Charlie’s Angels in VO)
Another thing that connects us to our parents. Or who differentiates us! At the time of its first broadcast between 1976 and 1981, the series stunned ABC. Normal, seeing three women played the main roles were not usual, far from it! The girl power and comedy-sexy side was out of the ordinary, with a success to the key. The film with Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu respects the delirium but it does not have the same flavor. The idea is necessarily less transgressive today, it is certain. After, question pognon, it goes because a sequel was still released on the big screen three years later, in 2003.
Starsky and Hutch
Go and find out why, you were singing that when you were a kid: “Starsky and Hutch, tininininin …” Surely a shot of the daron, or an uncle if not. No need to be Sherlock Holmes, the series was broadcast between 1975 and 1979 on ABC, so we can eliminate the possibility of having seen it live. It’s just that our elders have gravely kissed the two casual Bay City detectives, who were strutting in Starsky’s Gran Torino under the California sun. A buddy series that gave a buddy movie in 2004, displaying Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson as shock acolytes. Film not crazy that brought back the pennies he owed, so it passes.
The fugitive (The Fugitive in VO)
Attention, magic wand! From a series of 120 episodes, each of a duration of 51 minutes, boom: a 2-hour film. Obviously, the plot is not as much developed between Dr. Richard Kimble and police officer Samuel Gerard. Between the two, too, many years: 30, to be precise . The series was on ABC from 1963 (until 1967) while the film with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones squatted the cinema in 1993.
The Untouchables (The Untouchables in VO)
Probably the best adaptation, to credit Brian de Palma. Stretched over four highly fictional seasons (between 1959 and 1963), the original series on ABC focused more on the sides than the real fight against the prohibition of agent Eliot Ness. The 1987 film, where the agent is incarnated by Kevin Costner and the mafioso Al Capone by Robert De Niro, made much better the very special functioning of the economy in this era. Critical and commercial success, the feature film even brought back a trophy for the best supporting role to Sean Connery . Let us confirm all the same the basis: the works were both based on the memories of Eliot Ness and Oscar Fraley.
The Brady Tribe (The Brady Bunch in VO)
The least known of the lot, no doubt! Also broadcast on American ABC between 1969 and 1974, this series showed our parents the hectic life of a family of six children, with its share of parallel or cross stories. A nice thing, which does not break three legs to a duck and will even be canceled after five seasons. Before being taken with humor in a parodic film and successful in 1995 . The creators have just played on the old school side of the series, amplified it, made fun of it, while including us in delirium.
Impossible mission
And hop, second successful challenge for Brian de Palma! Because his film showing us Tom Cruise in BG mode in 1996 is well inspired by the series that CBS was rocking between 1966 and 1973 (and ABC, between 88 and 90). But evolution is obvious: more actions! The real and the actor have pushed the trick: one of the secret agents finds himself trapped by a mole, which puts to him the murders of the rest of the team on the back. Tom Cruise aka Ethan Hunt must then identify him, and it will move! Much more than during the five seasons when boss Dan Briggs said: “This band will self-destruct in …” Moreover, the actors of the series were in rageous mode, after the success of the film. One imagines their reaction after the sequels (a sixth film arrives in 2018).
The post Our parents matted the series, we film, it’s the world upside down first appeared on The Siver Times.

Supposed to be scary, they turn out quite funny and fun. What made us want to know them and hang out with them, when we had to be afraid.
An allegory of the appeal – against appeal. You think … and then it’s the other way around. A known blow and my faith always effective when it is well done, then why deprive it? There the writers create a monster that turns out to be a good paw. Gentile, funny, sensitive … So, once is not custom, one would have become a friend with him! Finally, with them, because we have several examples in mind more or less known.
Guy Mann (“X-Files”)
While Mulder and Scully think they are suing a big-footed villain for horrendous grizzly murders, who likes to turn into a monster, it’s the other way around. Guy Mann proves to be a lizard, at the base, before being bitten one day by a human . This gave him the ability to transform himself into a man and feel the same vicissitudes of life as our: to want to be recognized, loved. Not bad for a penny.
Clement (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”)
Assumed to be a demon, Clement is a cream. Adoring Buffy and Dawn, playing poker-kitten with Spike, a loyal and devoted friend , he really does not deserve to be judged on his appearances. It’s true that his big ears dangling, his wrinkled skin and his growths grow back a bit, but “Clem” is a guy to the cool fact.
Five (“Seven Little Monsters”)
Fifth and last member of the twin siblings, Five taps a little on the system of the others. Already because one does not understand anything what he says, then because it connects the dumplings. As clumsy as hairy (mats his blue fur), Five apologizes to big strokes and asks for forgiveness with the smile and embarrassment of a child.
Cousin Itt (“The Addams Family”)
An energetic, especially from an aesthetic point of view. Extremely long hair hides the whole of his body, so much so that one does not know his face. His beret, his sunglasses in Beatles mode and his gloves are the only details visible . In addition, when he bargouines (with an English accent and a high-pitched voice), nothing is pinched. Except his family, including his cousin Gomez. In the end, he helps and visits everyone, so cousin Itt is accepted.
Herman Munster (“The Monsters”)
Creature born by Dr. Frankenstein – which is easily understood by the resemblance – Herman Munster left Germany at a very young age for England. Where it will be adopted by the noble family of Munster. In this series, this force of nature humps in the cemetery and does not disturb his colleagues too much. Above all, he becomes a good father, considerate, understanding, wielding irony and self-deprecation , loving to have fun like a child: balloon, toys, comics … and eating mass of pancakes cooked by his wife Lily.
Mr. Bumpy (“Bump in the night”)
As a big bug under the bed of a child, Mr Bumpy lives at night. It is the moment when he leaves his hiding place to play, to make jokes, to carry out perilous missions for his friends … Always persuaded that it passes, it tries everything. And sometimes , Mr. Bumpy just makes the gogole like your stuffed buddy, riding a plucked chicken or wearing a ridiculous wig . In spite of his appearance (fine limbs, 4 fingers with each hand, 2 toes with each foot), it has all the good buddy. Except that he likes to eat socks disguised or chewing gums already chewed.
Sweetums (“The Muppet Show”)
Of a high height, this hairy beast surpasses its human congeners, just as it often ruffles with its air constantly jaded and discontented. His bushy eyebrows (Fillon is a small player next to him) as well as his huge piss could make freak but Sweetums compensates by a passion for singing and dancing . Finally, this humble and sensitive monster loves to cuddle. Then as a beast of nightmare, we saw worse.
Cookie Monster (“Sesame street”)
Like an old-fashioned puppet of Guignols, covered with a thick blue fur, with the behavior of a kid. Of child, rather! Hardly able to express himself correctly ( “Me want cookie” ), with a limited vocabulary and a chaotic grammar, he simply eats whatever he can, all the time . Cookies if possible, if not what happens nearby. Much like the kids, they quickly loved Cookie Monster. If it were supposed to frighten them, the record is a failure. Which one would you choose?
The post We would have become friends with these TV monsters first appeared on The Siver Times.

Sometimes there is nothing to do, it is stronger than us. We look at the character, we listen to him and we can not stand him. In hindsight, some do not deserve it (so much).
We could limit guilt, although we will not go that far anyway. Do not make fun of it. Let us, however, try to step back and temper our opinion and our somewhat decided opinion on these characters. For in spite of their faults and their capacity to be drunk, we must admit that they are not so rude. That everything is not always their fault.
Janice (“Friends”)
Let us evacuate an obvious: his laughter is unbearable. We all agree, no problems. But hey, at the same time, how to really blame him? She can not help it. In addition, it is generally to support Chandler in his jokes, Janice constitutes his one and only support during the first seasons . Including in worse times, when it just needs comfort, attention … and sex. She loves him and does everything for him. Including helping her store and move her belongings while Chandler leads her by boat. Ok, she’s not super fute-fute, has weird tastes, but she gives everything to get accepted by the group and love Chandler.
Ted (“How i met your mother”)
It is not the funniest of the series and the blow, it feels like a lag. As if he did not deserve (more?) His role of protagonist considering that Barney is more exciting, Marshall more fun … And his whining side, great child never satisfied, has enough to weary from time to time. It is rather us who are at fault here. Ted follows only his desires, and does not let go . Being an architect, drawing a tower in New York, getting married and having children: its goals are clear and it does not change. Unlike Marshall who doubts her lawyer career, Lily’s life as a married woman, Barney and Robin in their loving commitments … In the end, Ted is the most upright, the most reasonable. We could leave him alone.
Skyler (“Breaking Bad”)
The screenwriters are still balèzes. They made us love Walter and hate Skyler, his wife. The propensity of the latter to constantly criticize, to make the mouth, to complicate things makes crazy, it is true. And the fact that she taps her boss and deceives Walter does not plead for her. What about Walter? The guy is all white? He becomes a big badass, a drug baron, kills people and puts his family in danger. Though it does all this to save it financially before cancer. Finally it was the justification of departure eh … So a little understanding, put yourself in its place, it does not have to be super easy easy.
Celia (“Weeds”)
Frustrated wife of Dean (Hodes), icy mother of Isabella, Celia is a breakout. With her cold, closed face, her harsh remarks and her pretense, she pushes people away. No one wants her as a friend. Nancy flees from her like the plague. Even when Celia wants to help and makes efforts. One must understand that she has a certain complex of inferiority that she manages poorly, that she is going through a crisis in her fifties and is questioning again. A bit of brothel tolerance, and generosity.
Sansa (Game of Thrones)
Honestly, who did not spit on her? Especially at the beginning, by the way. Growing up in Winterfell, with his family (Stark), Sansa pulls the non-stop trunk. The basic, jaded, unpleasant teenager, who makes no effort, sends his sister (Arya), her parents, the maid … Then she takes herself (with strength) with the worst asshole, Joffrey, who is told Passing will have his daron executed . Except that Sansa sees only her dream of being queen, then the rest, she does not care a little … Egoist, distant, she has enough to annoy the girl. Even after several seasons, despite what she endures and her merits (mine of nothing), we remain on our guard with her.
Esme (Peaky Blinders)
Married to John, Tommy’s younger brother, following an arrangement between families, Esme arrives in the Shelby family. Gypsy, like them, must still get used to a new life. No more trailers, life in the open air, nomadic life, free. She now lives indoors, has to work, close, respect rules . This does not always seem obvious and easy! This is one of the few to challenge or question Tommy’s words as well as his plans. And this, constantly. A few times where it feels a bit of tension, when there are already enough! And you want to say: “Thank you, but not now”. In the end, she is right to defend her ideas and interests, while truly loving John. So what to blame him? Who is the one who annoys you the most?
The post A little empathy brothel, these characters of series do not deserve as much hate first appeared on The Siver Times.

Too much is dangerous. It is like everything, in excess, it loses all its usefulness and the misdeeds replace by the benefits. And who is it that suffers the consequences? Bibi (well, we, but will know how we say bibi in the first person plural). Appearance: movies based on wtf ideas.
The attack of the killer tomatoes
Mutated tomatoes decide to conquer the Earth. To eradicate humanity. They attack everything: swimmers in the sea, drivers on the road, pedestrians in the street … Kind of parody reference to the films of series B, we know at least that the guys did not take themselves seriously. And fortunately !
Pixels
If I tell you there’s Adam Sandler in it, you start guessing the genre of the movie? A fucking guy, who always hangs around with his friends, and something interesting happens to them. This is alright Aliens who discover videos of old arcade games, which Sam and his bros played in the 80s . Vexed, they take it for a provocation, a declaration of war itself. Then the Aliens attack the Earth! So, motivation, Sam & co, whose Cooper who became president (yes yes, of the United States), will still save the planet. This time in real life! Against Pac-Man, Donkey Kong …
Sharknado
Nothing goes to LA A hurricane very bad scales sharks on the city, and it is the box . No way to walk quietly, there are attacks in all directions. End, surfer with the big heart, decides to brave the risks to go to save his ex-wife and the daughter of this one. Accompanied by two friends and his waitress (Fin holds a refreshment bar on the beach), Baz and Nova, they will ensure.
Theodore Rex
The time when Whoopi Goldberg could do anything and everything, people go and see him. Well almost ! Here in police officer, Katie Coltrane (the name of his character) forms team with … a tyrannosaur . The famous Theodore Rex. Recreated genetically by scientists, endowed with intelligence and speech, he investigates with her on the murders of other dinosaurs. Normal. Strangely, the test projections were failures and the film was released directly on video, without going through the cinema box. People still respect a minimum.
Rubber
A tire moves on its own. Well, let’s admit. And he kills people. Okay, it’s already spinning a bit. How? It would be the subject of psychokinetic powers, that is, an object mentally influenced by an unknown mechanism or energy. In the middle of the Californian desert, Robert (Yeah, the tire has a first name) rolls and attacks, relentlessly, animals and humans . Secondary plot: spectators watch the actors, who play this bizarre spectacle. A little mise en abyme for the road, to chiader a little thing. Written, directed and edited by Quentin Dupieux (aka Mr Oizo, who also made the soundtrack, normal).
Swiss Army Man
Hank walks alone on a deserted island. Depressed, suicidal, isolated, he goes crazy. Especially when he discovers the body of a former soldier, drowned, with whom he begins a very special friendship . Mi-tool, half-friend, this one serves him to do everything. Completely perched, the story shows surprising Paul Dano and Daniel Radcliffe in an independent film. Who has ever seen and loved one of these films?
The post Without illicit products, how are these ideas of films born serious? first appeared on The Siver Times.

Reflex, when a series has good reviews, it is assumed that it comes from the States. While this is not always the case.
Let us pay tribute to the little ones. To the outsiders. To David against Goliath. Without having similar means, these series gain to be known, therefore to be seen. And then it will change a bit, because it must be admitted that the majority of our series are stamped USA Go, change is now (it goes, we do not laugh a little …).
3% (Brazil)
A series launched by Netflix in Brazil, where the site has established itself, faithful to its habit (cf Marseille in France). In short, we see a society divided between the rich and the poor, clearly. It is also the subject of the plot: a selection is put in place in order to give a chance to young people (20 years old) despaired to join the Other Shore , that is to say the haves, the Privileged. Convened in a building, they chained the tests, individual or collective, mostly intellectuals. And only 3% of them will be chosen, the lucky ones elected. Hence the title! A series of anticipations, in Portuguese, with no crazy financial means, one is caught by the different characters, one discovers the past and motivations by flashback. Accuracy: When you pass on the other side,
Orphan Black (Canada)
Diving into science fiction, where a woman realizes she has multiple clones. In this case Sarah Manning, back in her city, who sees Beth, throw herself under a train. Yeah, not super cheer like business. Since she looked like two drops of water, Sarah assumed the identity of Beth. Before realizing that she has a flop of look-alikes … The “sisters” will then make common cause to understand their origins and what is framed. A rather dramatic subject that remains pleasant to follow given the complexity of the characters for whom our feelings evolve, the fine and intelligent humor, and the remarkable performance of the actress Tatiana Maslany who plays all the roles of sisters, with Brio. Change character, accents, make us forget that it is one and the same interpreter,
Public Enemy (Belgium)
This Belgian series, inspired by the Dutroux affair, does not aim at a faithful adaptation, but rather shows the arrival in the Ardennes of a murderer of children. After twenty years of jail, Guy Béranger wishes to pass his conditional in the abbey of Vielsart . Of course, this does not happen without a few eddies … The reaction of the inhabitants, the behavior of the inspector in charge of monitoring, the monks: all points of view are discussed. And when a girl disappears, it gets cold. And the characters surprise us, in every sense of the word. Secrets, false leads, revelations, it’s well written and captivating to watch.
Walk in the Shade (Canada)
Centered on the prison universe, however different from what one is accustomed to see. Because the plot here focuses on the rehabilitation of prisoners, their upstream work with dedicated professionals, including criminologists. Desiring glued to reality, the creators chose criminologists to 90% female, like Rachel . Which is going to be called into question following a hanging with a prisoner. The confrontations are just and realistic, the tension takes you by the throat, the emotions flock. A good series to subdue. The only challenge is to understand everything and to be done quickly with the accent of Quebec.
Cleverman (Australia and New Zealand)
So, that denounces! An Australian-New Zealand production that treats, in a roundabout way but not so much, the segregation of the Aborigines in Australia . Here represented by the Hairy, mutants chased, persecuted and imprisoned by humans, they evolve in a hostile environment and undergo deplorable conditions of life. To give a more fictional side to this political dystopia, creators inject fantasy with supernatural and mystical powers entrusted to Cleverman, the sage of the Hairy / Aborigines.
Trapped (Iceland)
There is much talk about Scandinavian detective novels, here is another part of this same talent with this Icelandic series composed of ten episodes of 52 minutes. Broadcast on France 2 last year, as a bonus, this one deserved well this honor. The plot takes place in a small port village where a body is found mutilated . The local police first blocked the occupants – and first suspects – of the ferry, before having to do it alone, following the arrival of a snow storm that prevents the arrival of Reykjavik reinforcements. As often, the secrets are numerous between the inhabitants, the characters are complex, the false tracks numerous. A kind of closed door very well conducted. Someone has already looked at them and loved them?
The post Another series that tears, they are strong these Amé … ah bah no it is not ricain first appeared on The Siver Times.

So-called main character, charismatic, driving force, it does not meet expectations. And he sees his partners, supposedly secondary, steal the show.
Whose fault is it ? Good question. The actor with the game too dull, the dialogues rewound, the scenes badly tied … However, this character to be the star of the series is not, does not meet all expectations. Examples.
Peter Petrelli (“Heroes”)
Clearly a problem in writing the script. Planned for a single season, the series is tearing apart. As a result, the success is massive. As a result, producers do not want to stop and continue to fuck their pockets full. Except that the plot was scheduled over a season, the characters saw their destiny tip and their role ended there. Rather than going back on something new, while trying to keep a formula close, the guys have brought back the initial characters. Including Peter Petrelli. That tires everyone and occupies too much room, without letting others develop . Frankly, it was enough to choose one and give him a chance. There, it did not rhyme any more, it was wobbly, it could be seen. Then it’s completely gone in the end. The inevitable happened. Pity,
Malcolm (eponymous series)
Central character of the series and the family – there is only to see the title to confirm it, eh -, Malcolm remains however in withdrawal. We all have crazy memories with Reese, Hal, Francis or even Dewey for the more distant seasons, when this one grew and begins to really make his own. The little disdainful gaze and the sarcastic remarks of the little genius end up weary , and merely by less laughter than the exploits of other characters. Less complex, too predictable, the young gifted become plaintive teen loses charm gradually.
Peter Griffin (“The Griffins”)
It is clear that no character in this series is supposed to be worshiped, loved, in the sense that they are all bastards. Besides, rather than laughing with them, we spend more time laughing at them. But this is the goal of the author, Seth MacFarlane, so we kiffe. Except Peter, which ends up becoming more aggressive and limiting, than funny . As Mayor Adam West tore, with his caustic humor and obscure pop-culture references. It perfectly represented the absurdity of the show, it would have deservedly deserved to be the protagonist.
Oliver Queen (“Arrow”)
The most interesting part is told by flashback. That is to say how Oliver passes from the irresponsible spoiled young man to a mature and determined man. Afterwards, the series galley a little because it has already arrived at its final state. It is what it is, it no longer changes. Its variations and evolutions concern only its capacity to kill or not to assume it or not . Pity. While other characters like Arsenal (Roy) or the Black Canary (Laurel) really evolve before our eyes, from simple human beings to devoted fighters against crime.

Some films have marked us with their extraordinary scene with a sniper. The tension, the pressure, the precision, the emotions that follow … Souvenirs souvenirs.
An uncomfortable position. Already, because you’re in a phone booth. Then, because you stay there for a long time. Long time. Too long. Finally, because a sniper keeps you in check and forces you to do whatever he wants. And if you decry, it makes you understand that it stops the game when it wants … And if a third comes to put its grain of salt, like the mackerel that manages the whores of the street and wants to use the cabin, to shoot on. Point bar.
Jarhead
The first training of a soldier is to learn to act and react without wasting time, without blocking, without thinking about the consequences. You have to know how to detach yourself, at least temporarily. There, the two soldiers are posed, ready, their target spotted. And a boss just cancels the kill at the last moment. Then the soldier concerned, Troy, fired a cable . You feel the frustration of the packed guy, who had prepared for it, who no longer understands what is being asked of him.
The Bourne Ultimatum
A journalist (du Guardian) gathers information about Jason Bourne and the CIA. Simon Ross and Bourne meet in Waterloo Station, where the goal is to surround them and let their sniper do his job. Bourne ordered the guy not to move, sniffing at the confusion, but the other finally panicked , left his hideout and tried a sprint in the crowd. And boom, the sniper does not miss it. In the middle of the crowd, balek.
Minesweeper
Then, on a pause, thinking that he was calm, the demining team was caught in a trap. Well, kind in the middle of nowhere, homeless, uncovered. One of their interlocutors is being plumbed, it is panic . Sergeant James points out where the shooter is, Sanborn borrows a weapon, moves into position and reaches the target. BG. And the team is saved. Yeah, the war in Iraq, it can not be a game of fun.
We have to save the soldier Ryan
The guys pass through a ruined city of Normandy, when a family calls them. Finally, the father, rather. He asks them to save his daughter, to protect her, to take care of her. The soldier played by Vin Diesel, Adrian Caparzo, cracks, against the orders of Captain Miller who confuses him, then takes a few steps without hiding . The moment the sniper chooses hidden in the tower of the church to plumb it in full chest. The others hide, the soldier Jackson tries to spot the bastard, and Caparzo empties his blood before the eyes of his company.
American Sniper
Besides the emotion, the installation, the tension, there is also the shooting in itself. Here is almost two kilometers away between the sniper (Bradley Cooper) and the target . This seems impossible, including to his partner. We must take into account the wind, the rotation of the Earth … Despite all this, Chris Kyle reaches “the butcher” in the head. Hop, the tarpaulin blushed with blood, mission accomplished.
Stalingrad
The only two survivors, the soldier Vasili Zaitsev and the officer Danilov, clench their buttocks a little. The Germans are there, they have no right to make mistakes. Touching German soldiers is one thing, not being spotted is another. Then to kill two birds with one stone, Vassili shoots his fire when an explosion sounds . His position then remains secret. And he goes on, eliminating the opponents one by one. These exploits enervate the German General Staff, which will send its best sniper in the person of Major König, in order to calm Vassili. And there we have a face to face crazy. Remember what?
The post These scenes of movies with snipers are engraved in the rock first appeared on The Siver Times.

Logically, the whole story before has been thought, narrated, to come to this conclusion. So when it stinks, you’re rather disappointed.
“The important thing is not the fall, it’s the landing” , as this phrase says in “La Haine”. As for these TV series, the landing proved to be catastrophic. In the sense that you have the unpleasant impression that he was not well prepared, anticipated, “that one had to finish in a way then hop one sways that and it is good” … No. Unfortunately, this is not good. Not here.
Weeds
Written by Jenji Kohan (also behind “Orange is the new black”), the series detonated and cardboard. A woman finds herself confronted with the premature death of her husband and must manage to complete the end of the month, suddenly. Then Nancy launches into the weed deal, and we discover wacky characters: Andy, Doug, Guillermo, his two sons Silas and Shane … For three seasons, we type bars. Then it calms down, turns round and leaves as a lollipop . And at the end, boom: a small shot, sitting in front of a porch, they promise that everything will go well from now on. That’s all ? No evidence, no arguments? Just a promise and it’s settled. Good, ok …
“Do you think it goes?” – “Boh, it’ll go, mouse!”
The Sopranos
Typical debates and criticism that causes an open end. Some like, others hate. Here, in the end, we see Tony in a very banal restaurant, with his family. He spotted a dumb guy, or worried him at least. Tony is not serene, he watches the guy go to the toilet. One understands that he fears to be shot in a few seconds, the guy weapon in hand . And bim, fade black, everyone is packing up. So yes, the end is thoughtful and pushes people to get their opinion. And it confronts them with the horrible feeling of insecurity and paranoia inherent in the life of mafioso. But some fans did not like it at all …
Sex & The City
Small precision: we are talking about series for failed purposes. Not mythical series for the purposes that disappointed us. Because we’re not going to lie either, Sex & The City has never been the series of the century. However, it had its audience, its followers and its history carried them for years. Mainly that of Carrie, who does not find the man of his life, abandons the idea of marrying. Intelligent, independent, beautiful, she assumes and finds her happiness otherwise: by contenting herself with sleeping here and there, leading her life as a bachelor as she sees fit. And she’s right. Except in the end, Mr Big disembarks on his white horse, like a savior, and she jumps on the occasion like Suarez on a well tended shoulder. All that for this.
My uncle Charlie
We are in front of two children. Two kids. We could almost say two cons but we are not like that. In this case, screenwriter Chuck Lorre and lead actor Charlie Sheen. This last fucked the brothel, left the series, negotiated bastard extensions, put the series in the shit of his behavior and his life a little too dissolute (in alcohol and drugs). We agree. Alas, instead of being more intelligent, the other has found nothing better in the last episode than to insult him and mock him by releasing a piano on his character and swinging: “I won! ” High level. And a lack of respect for the fans who had typed twelve seasons and hundreds of hours of viewing to see the story end up as well.
True Blood
Since the beginning of the story, the atmosphere was tense. Black. Stressful. A lot of shit, tangles, ramifications. So things to clear up at the end, decisions to make. Let the spectator know with whom Sookie finishes for example. Eric or Bill? And what about Lafayette? Instead, the series ends on a scene where everyone seems happy, including Sookie who is obviously pregnant but we do not know who because the guy is back … How to dodge and leave the fans alone, chapter 1 Lesson 1. And Lafayette, we see it done quickly, as if it had no importance in history. Hard.
Probably the most annoying and disappointing. For years, Dexter kept us in suspense, we were passionate about the character. His duality, his complexity, his difficulties … We were with him brothel, he had to get there, get out. At last it was thought that he wanted and could, to live with Hannah and his son Harrison. It was within reach, after doing so much harm. And then, the guy decides not. Okay, so let’s admit. But in this case, it really stumbles . He understands that he will remain a monster, no longer supports all the evil he does (especially the death of his sister Deb) and fucks himself in the air. Okay. But no, Dexter just goes to hang out alone, in Alaska, like a cunt, and does not do anything. Anything … He abandons his family, does not kill any more, in short it serves no purpose, Behaves like a coward and flees. The very opposite of what Dexter has been up to now … Which made you the most enervated ?
The post These series that finish so nazi way that you feel cheated (e) first appeared on The Siver Times.

In the cinema, we can talk about everything. Including gambling and people who go crazy when they pass the doors of a casino.
There is bound to be something to be learned. The simple emotion, the adrenaline, the possibility to change a life, the choking failures, to know how to keep calm, when to stop … Mine of nothing, through the games of cards, the blackjack, the roulette and other, Learn life lessons . At worst, you spend two hours watching a good movie.
Rain Man
Charlie Babbitt is a player, and a ruined player. So when he learns that he must perceive an inheritance, it is a miracle. Except … that it passes under his nose. Then he seeks out why, to whom the money has gone. And he discovers that he has an autistic brother, Raymond Hoffman. Which shows incredible abilities when it comes to mathematics and calculation. What does Charlie do? He takes her to Las Vegas for a ride, as if by chance . And in addition, the two brothers end up making real bonds. Is not that nice?
——- 1 ——-
Scams, crimes and botany
You surely know “Snatch” of Guy Ritchie, and well this one remains in the same vein. And of the same time. In the shallows, with lascars, to the rather limit-limit behaviors. Here we see four friends collecting all their money to allow the best of them to challenge Harry Lonsdale to the cards . Problem: their champion Eddy is plucked, the game was rigged. He palms everything and the four thugs find themselves in the uncomfortable position of owing money to a big ugly.
——- 2 ——-
The Scam
The film dates a little but did not take a wrinkle. Released in 1973, he had won several awards: photo, screenplay, best director. Then, when you have Robert Redford and Paul Newman at the cast, it’s not disgusting. Inspired by real facts, taking up the misdeeds of real scammers who confided in David Maurer’s book (“The Big Coin”), the film shows us a certain Johnny Hooker tempted the risky shot of the Pigeon Drop. Give his thunes hoping for a return on investment, based on trust. There, Johnny bet $ 11,000 in cash to catch a larger sum afterwards. Obviously, he has in front of a bastard, organized crime boss, Doyle Lonnegan …
——- 3 ——-
Ocean’s Eleven
You want the example of a guy who never stops? Take Danny Ocean. While he is incarcerated, he only thinks of one thing: to point the biggest casinos in Las Vegas . As a project of reconversion and awareness, we saw better. His partner, Rusty Ryan, is hot boiling, so the two companions recruit a shock team. Seen the casting and the realization, you can only love. Without much pretension, you have a lot of fun. The actors too, apparently.
——- 4 ——-
Casino
A classic. Perhaps even THE classic in casino and gaming movies. Sent to Las Vegas by the Chicago Mafia, Sam Rothstein runs a casino and has to make sure that the interests of his clan are respected, protected . Accompanied by his friend, Nicky Santoro, everything rolls. They do biff, they control the city. Then the machine stops. A woman not simple, a stubborn cop, skidding … Another good Scorsese. If you had to retain only one, what would it be?
The post If you’re addicted to gambling, these movies make you relive too many tricks first appeared on The Siver Times.

A film by Gaspard Noé. This should be enough to understand that we are talking about an OFNI, an unidentified film object . Shot in sequence, dealing with Buddhism, drugs and other subjects in a contemplative atmosphere, you let yourself be taken away. You plan.
——- 1 ——-
REC
In blair witch mode, it is realized camera in the point in the style designated by the expression found footage. In VF, bands recovered. Recovered means lost, so a situation where something has gone awry . Which is a bit the case in this horror movie.
——- 2 ——-
The Blair Witch Project
Released in 1999, he had slapped everyone. Since then, some have tried to copy it without ever matching it. Normal, the original is always better than the copy . Notably REC, seen above. If you have not seen him, go ahead. But know that at certain times, you will squeeze your buttocks.
——- 3 ——-
It happened close to you
The classic of Benoît Poelvoorde. It must nevertheless know that it was only his film of end of studies at the base, a project with his friends, brothers Belvaux. A film of students become cult , thanks to his surrealist dialogues, Benoît’s hallucinatory lyrical flights, the psychopath, the black and white images as raw as beautiful.
——- 4 ——-
Johnny goes to war
Nothing very funny, but what is beautiful. Dealing with the Second World War, this film with dramatic impulses shows us what solitude is and strikes hard . Awarded at the Cannes Film Festival, you can see Donald Sutherland, Kiefer’s father.
——- 5 ——-
In the shoes of John Malkovich
A little the same kind of delirium as the question: of what color is the white horse of Henry IV? Yes, there is John Malkovich in the movie, scoop. But not only. There’s a beautiful world: Cameron Diaz, John Cusack, Dustin Hoffman . In summary, a guy gets into the head, the skin of John Malkovich. Then other people do it too. Then it crosses in every direction, it’s the edge. An original comedy, without artifices. Who has just added a movie to its “to see” list?
The post These films in subjective view where you live the plot thoroughly first appeared on The Siver Times.

It’s always the same, when you like something, you leave the benefit of the doubt, you are naive, you trust, even when it stinks. We will not mention here all the “sequel” misses, the suites without tail or head, clearly produced to continue to collect money. Let us concentrate on the positive, on those that have surprises us and regaled us .
Mad Max 2
The first opus had tape everyone in 1979, by its universe, its violence, its central character … And two years later, the suite did even better. Benefiting from a bigger budget , “The Road Warrior” (the original title) struck even harder. Both literally and figuratively! And Mel Gibson was propelled to the rank of star.
The Dark Knight
The second film in the Batman trilogy by Christopher Nolan remains a massacre. Both in critical and commercial terms. In 2008, it became the fifth film to cross the $ 1 billion mark in revenue. We all remember the crazy performance of Heath Ledger in Joker , one of the most successful villains in history, more true than life.
Shrek 2
Honors to animated films too, why not? Besides the jokes and the funky atmosphere of the first, we see here the ass and Shrek tweak their duo , as well as huge scenes like infiltration in James Bond mode …
Terminator 2: The Last Judgment
Between 1985 and 1991, James Cameron took the time. And it was worth it! Six years after an already considerable success, the director returns us Schwarzy in the past in order to protect John Connor . From whom? From the highly motivated T-1000, with whom the chase and face-to-face racing will multiply and get tougher. Until the end, you do not breathe.
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
The thing is heard, it is the best film of the saga. The twist you take in this film, the emotions lived, the crazy scenes, two hours of which you come out washed . So, the best Star Wars obviously includes the “list” of the best movies in history. Just that.
Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier
We reward here mainly the enormous difference between the 1 (First Avenger) and this suite, much more worked and effective. In the first, there was the impression that the producers wanted to introduce Steve Rogers before the Avengers. This second film succeeds the feat of going out of the frame of the banal superhero film centered around special effects and choreographed stunts to instill a rhythm and a spy thriller plot. Which one did you prefer among these films?
The post These successful movie sequences, which were not only about making money first appeared on The Siver Times.

Difficult to approach a subject concerning more people, and yet it is not especially what we go to the cinema. Except for these beautiful movies.
The death of a person can be beautiful, without even having a beautiful death. The way in which the subject is treated, the story that tells it, the staging, the implications and unspoken: there are a thousand and one ways to talk about it. Similarly, it does not necessarily constitute the major part of the film in terms of image and scenes, although it may be the source of it, in the background.
First contact
Sorry, but it came out last December 7, there are prescriptions. Here, the plot obviously revolves around the arrival of extraterrestrials on the edge of our earth and the reaction that this arouses among us other humans. How to communicate, what to do, to cooperate, to attack … Against a background of diplomacy with a chin, like in real life. But how to forget the secondary plot? The story of love linking Louise Banks to Ian Donnelly , marked by the latter’s bitterness of not having been warned by his wife of the special provisions of their child’s fate … We leave the room wondering: What is the right decision? Why did she do it? Is there a choice?
There
He will have kept his promise. So child, Carl Fredricksen dreams as adventurer and shares his passion with Ellie. They plan to go to the falls of paradise in Venezuela and continue their journey together until marriage. After that is the end of the beans: they can not have children, they lack money and Ellie ends up dying, sick. Carl then lived alone, reclusive. At the beginning of the film, we see him aged, isolated in his house, asocial . Until the day Russell enters his life. Carl sees himself, finds himself in him and enjoys life again. Until realize her promise to Ellie: their house is throne on the falls of paradise.
Sixth Sense
A twist that hurts. And I’m not talking about dancing a knee. Bruce Willis interprets a psychologist, Dr. Malcolm Crowe. An intelligent but disturbed, frightened, anxious man who exchanges with a little boy named Cole. Malcolm explains unsuccessfully trying to preserve his marriage, doing everything without his wife noticing . And he confides his secret: one day, a neglected patient had come to shoot at him. Cole then reveals his own: he sees dead people and speaks to them … You understand: Malcolm realizes only at the end that he is already dead, that his wife is widowed …
Big Fish
If the form corresponds in any point to the films of Tim Burton, the background differs. Behind the dreamlike landscapes, the surprising characters and the scenes out of time, hides a touching reflection on the father-son relationship . Here a sales rep called Edward Bloom sees his end arrive, and his son Billy Crudup comes closer. The subject: reconciliation, before saying goodbye.
Inception
One of the best films in recent years. A slap. And a success as critical and commercial, logically. Behind the life of thugs that leads Dominic Cobb, “extractors” professional hired by multinationals to steal the secret information of their competitors, hides the tragic disappearance of his wife, Mal. Confused in their adventures between dream and reality, she had committed suicide . A tragic event that prompted Cobb to flee the United States (suspected of murder) and abandon his children, letting him go through an immense period of mourning, alone, to blame.
Seven lives
A touching Will Smith, in a dramatic film, far removed from his usual robotic robotic rolls of mechanics. Some have not borne the miserabilistic side of the film, or have seen a more megalo than generous side to his character, Ben Thomas. In summary, Ben killed seven people in an accident, including his wife . Depressed, unable to bear, he decided to change the lives of seven people. Before putting an end to his days. His plan is ready, he begins to apply it … and death takes on the features of a divine gesture that must not be spoiled. Which of these films touched you the most?
The post Yes, talking about death can also be beautiful first appeared on The Siver Times.

Normally, behind, you put yourself well. Best Screenplay, Best Director, Best Pay. Unfortunately, for them, the opposite is true.
Life is not always sewn with white thread. We think we know the sequence, the sequence, we say that this or that would be logical. And boom! Change of plan. When fate gets in your way and mouths 2 cm from your piss: “Surprise mother fucker!”. In short, you see the picture what. These actors have lived it, and still live it.
Adrien Brody
Rewarded for his role as Wladyslaw Szpilman in “The Pianist”, in 2002, the American actor had upset us. His almost impassive face conveyed an incredible, throbbing pain. Roman Polanski knew the magnifier . Since then, it’s brothel. Most of his films are flops (“Predators”, “The Jacket”, “The experiment”) and for some time, he plays outright in unknown stuff coming out directly in VOD. But what happened?
Expensive
And yeah, you did not see her come here! Cher is not only a singer, but also an actress. Of talent, in addition. After a few good roles in “Mask”, “The Mystery of Silkwood” and “The Witches of Eastwick”, she breaks the hut as an accountant who assaults the brother of her supposed future husband in “Eclair de lune”. The beginning of a great career? Rather the end, alas, so far. Since ? Not terrible movies and cameos.
Cuba Gooding Junior
“Boyz in the Hood” and “Men of Honor” were already killings. But in “Jerry Maguire”, it exploded. In his role as a professional footballer, Cuba Gooding Junior played masterfully . Better, he was Rod Tidwell. On the other hand, he detonated afterwards. Will know if he asked too much, if he had no good offers, or if he simply made the wrong choices … Because “Instinct”, “Chill Factor”, “Rat Race”, “Snow Dogs” Radio “… We will not talk about it.
Kim Basinger
Beauty is sometimes a curse. People only see you in a type of role well defined and limited, like the directors who contact you. It was his case, before we would trust him in “LA Confidential” , awarded with an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. But this was not confirmed, because of poor successive choices. Only her performance as Eminem’s mother, in “8 Mile”, had brought it back to light.
F. Murray Abraham
In fact, it started too hard. Just at the beginning of his career, he plays the role of Antonio Salieri, the sworn enemy of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the film “Amadeus”. The film picks up a sling load of trophies at the 1984 Oscars, and Murray Abraham contributes, won Best Actor . So will know why, we have not seen him again in quality films, interpreting complex and interesting characters. Rather than appear in a thriller by Colin Farrell (“Dead Man Down”), or lend his voice in “The Muppets in Space”. Ok, we saw him again in “The Grand Budapest Hotel” or “Inside Llewyn Davis”, but we waited (and hoped) better for him.
Roberto Benigni
If you have not yet seen “Life is Beautiful”, really, do it. It is great. It makes you want to chill that bastard. You end up on the kneecaps, moved, shocked, lost. Logic, he had the Oscar for this role, knowing that he was also the director. The result was not so convincing. Its “Pinocchio” did not work, it has somewhat disappeared radar screens, made some small roles (“Coffee and cigarettes”, “To Rome with love”), redisparu … Too bad. Other examples in mind?
The post These actors who galley since they won an Oscar first appeared on The Siver Times.

Men in Black
So at the beginning of his career, Will Smith chained successes, commercial at least. After the series “The Prince of Bel-Air”, he directed “Bad Boys”, “Independance Day” and “Men in Black” in three (1995 to 1997). It definitely propels the very top of the poster . Twenty years later, Will Smith still carries his beautiful mouth of movies in movies. Tommy Lee Jones too, while making an older chouia …
The fifth element
If there are fans of original hairstyles among you, I bet they had loved this small movie. Bruce Willis’ blonde platinum dyeing, Milla Jovovich’s almost blinding freak, Chris Tucker’s crazy banana: There was everything. Besides the capillary freestyle, it is probably the best film of Luc Besson .
Titanic
The movie that had swollen all the guys back then. And delighted all the chicks. Why ? Already because watching a movie where the love story occupies the major part of the plot, it’s relou. And when it lasts 3:15, you fest a cable. Finally, you heard all the chicks flag themselves saying “Oh it is beautiful Leo” and you ignore kind “clear tocard with your teeth crooked and your clothes badly trimmed”. From year to year, Leo was forgiven. It is too strong, it is more than a beautiful mouth.
Welcome to Gattaca
When you usually look at “Dragon Ball”, check it out. Suddenly, must reflect, analyze … You see that behind the images, it goes something much more important . And everyone will tell you for years, until today. So you see him again and you confirm: yes, it’s a crazy movie. In addition, with Ethan Hawke, Jude Law and Uma Thurman, the cast was not at all possible.
Austin Powers
Because film quality does not necessarily rhyme with seriousness, stake and position. Making people laugh is not easy, quite the contrary . One only has to look at the number of “comedies” coming out and collecting each year. But here we had the chance to see a classic, animated by Mike Myers in full form and perfect.
Will Hunting
Matt Damon and Ben Affleck apparently wanted to show everyone that they were not tocards. So they wrote a screenplay, saw Gus Van Sant seize it and played the first two roles story to shine thoroughly. Accompanied by Robin Williams, Damon, Affleck and the film calm everyone: nine nominations and two awards at the Oscars . The best screenplay, precisely, and the best supporting role for the guy of experience cited above. And hey, everybody is happy.
Jacky Brown
The film confirmed the famous expression: “Never two without three.” In this case, about the success of Quentin Tarantino, who then released his third feature film in theaters ( “Groom Service” being released directly into VOD) after “Reservoir Dogs” and “Pulp Fiction”. And it was a bet on several points: tribute to the films of Blaxploitation, adaptation of a novel (“Punch Creole” in VF) and main roles to two past fashion actors, Pam Grier and Robert Forster. Otherwise, there’s also Samuel L. Jackson, Robert De Niro, Michael Keaton, Bridget Fonda … Which do you prefer?
The post These movies are out there 20 years ago, the cow how fast it goes first appeared on The Siver Times.

There was always something that was not right. Sometimes several.

There are no rules. Some guys who have never felt the ball high level became good (Houllier) even great coaches (Sacchi), others show at present they are both successful (Ancelotti, Guardiola Conte Simeone) while others start well (Zidane, Montella) or difficult (Sagnol, Inzaghi, Gary Neville) and wait a bit before you make a first assessment. But some have clearly missed their conversion. Their experiences do not lie: they are not made for that . Small selection of players who should not have become coaches.

Raymond Domenech
Its beautiful transition between his player career and coaching remains his most memorable coach. So late career, the rugged defender as his mustache is thick sign as player-coach in Mulhouse in 1984. In four seasons, he never comes back to the club. This will be done in Lyon in 1989, while ending champion D2. Which is the only title of his coaching career … Its eleven years as head hopes will bring nothing better than a final of the European Championship. With A, it will also reach the final, the German world in 2006. More thanks to a crazy spine (Thuram, Makelele, Vieira, Zidane-Henry) that his tactical skills or leadership. Today he is coach of Britain. So, there I will.
Football, Soccer, Sport, Sports, Field, Round Ball, Player, Best, Best, Career, Conversion, Coach, Coach, Coach, Manager, Following, Hard, Hard, Failure, Fail, Worst, No, Bad, List, Domenech Maradona, Gattuso, Matthaus, Papin, Mic
“Oh damn I thought: I’m going to go Govou in the 84th, it will change everything.”

Diego Armando Maradona
“El Pibe de Oro” made me dream. As a player. Important point, because the coach Diego Maradona has never convinced. It starts as Argentina coach, quiet, like you when you choose not to piss you with Football Manager on crap teams. Except that after six months, he eats the biggest defeat in history against Bolivia (1-6) . Messi and Diego snapped the qualifying anyway and go to the World 2010. The adventure ends here, on a 0-4 spanking face the Mannschaft in the quarterfinals. Just to make like “I really tried a coaching career,” he continues. With the club Al Wasl, Dubai. For the project eh, not for money. Band slanderers. Result: two seasons in anonymity and then leaves.
F

Alain Giresse
Huge player in Bordeaux and France team, “Gigi” much less impressive on the bench. It nevertheless started well in Toulouse, he traces D2 then continues in 1997-98. Except he thinks big, and fast. Direction PSG, where he breaks the mouth and is fired after only 11 games . He remade cherry in Toulouse in the making go in D1, even before becoming a coach specialized African continent. The picture is mixed: quickly aborted mission in Georgia, failed with Senegal, Gabon and with good passable with Mali. Anyway, stay away Giresse lights, large compet ‘and honors. Something to be quiet Sunday in Bamako, where he returned to office in 2015.
Football, Soccer, Sport, Sports, Field, Round Ball, Player, Best, Best, Career, Conversion, Coach, Coach, Coach, Manager, Following, Hard, Hard, Failure, Fail, Worst, No, Bad, List, Domenech Maradona, Gattuso, Matthaus, Papin, Mic
“I see, I see … I see Cheick Diabaté Ballon d’Or in three years.”

Gennaro Gattuso
The former defensive midfielder AC Milan confirmed and signed for a few seasons, especially the defeats and failures. The beginning gave the trend, not even three months Sion, as a coach-player, lost more matches than earned and dismissal in the key. To put it really, it retrieves Palermo in Serie B. Four defeats in eight games and presto, a second dismissal. Gattuso will then coach Crete, Greece, where he will show it increased: now he anticipates and resigned . And he did well, with nine defeats in 17 matches, the penalty would inevitably fall. Today in Pisa, “Ringhio” is a reflection of the tower unstable. After loading the team from Serie C to Serie B, he bar. Then returns a month later. As if to freaking get fired again. Habit what …
Football, Soccer, Sport, Sports, Field, Round Ball, Player, Best, Best, Career, Conversion, Coach, Coach, Coach, Manager, Following, Hard, Hard, Failure, Fail, Worst, No, Bad, List, Domenech Maradona, Gattuso, Matthaus, Papin, Mic
I know one who does not follow the instructions. And that will take a mandala to the locker room.
Michel Platini
He came, he saw, he lost. The Platoche career as a coach was short but intense, as they say. Named coach of the Blues in November 1988, he can catch the bad start in qualifying under Henri Michel. The EDF misses the World 90 but forgive. After the qualifiers for Euro 1992 are pure pleasure of victories and goals. One favorite comes, and is bananer. Boum, no wins, elimination from the chickens: the poster . Suddenly, Michel repackages and we do will reclaim more.

I see a deputy in mac ‘weird like that, I know that is wrong.

Lothar Matthäus
Attention genius! With former Ballon d’Or in 1990, you travel and see the rare stuff. It starts gently at Rapid Vienna, where he resigned after one season and crappy results. Suppose, there’s logic. Partizan Belgrade, it will also make a year, from December 2002 to December 2003, from the league title in May at the sudden departure without much explanation. Then Hungary coach, he misses the qualifying ‘for Global 2006 and is fired. Vener, he smashes the federation in newspapers. Next challenge? Atlético Paranaense in Brazil in February 2006. First European coach to coach in the Brazilian elite is history. And its passage will remain: after seven matches and a half months, Matthäus bar. It sends a fax to Budapest, leaving his affairs in memory . He continues as deputy Trappatoni in Salzburg but resents his status as subordinate, informed and is fired at season’s end. Besides status, the record holder selections in Germany also attaches importance to the amount of the check. Maccabi Netanya is too low wages that the drunk. Voluntary, it relaunches as coach of Bulgaria. Euro 2012 will be without them, so it is clear. There’s at least one constant: there is only a year wherever he goes. The best.
Football, Soccer, Sport, Sports, Field, Round Ball, Player, Best, Best, Career, Conversion, Coach, Coach, Coach, Manager, Following, Hard, Hard, Failure, Fail, Worst, No, Bad, List, Domenech Maradona, Gattuso, Matthaus, Papin, Mic
“Yeah I’ll break me … Yeah yeah there’s the girl in Bulgaria, but in a year I’ve been around.”

Jean-Pierre Papin
JPP had succeeded Matthäus the winners of the Golden Ball. And he still imitate as a coach specializing in short-term missions and complicated end. As he took the field through an amateur, he started as a coach at FC Bassin d’Arcachon, it raises the DH CFA2. Strasbourg given a chance in L2 2006/07 season, and the Papin traces live L1. Except it is not preserved because of suspected negotiate scred a position to Lens. He refuses super prestigious positions in China and Nantes, and ends up being appointed in Lens late August when Guy Roux makes her apron (and cap) after only five days. A great success in the North: the funny business with the sports management, alumni club that monitor, L2 downhill and dismissal . Not ready to rethread the parka, the former striker refuses Châteauroux end of 2008. The standing of the club will crack a year later for a rescue mission he carries out. Before leaving like a prince to a station … consultant.

Michel
Trained to Real Madrid and irremovable framework for fourteen pins (1982-1996), Michel was a brilliant attacking midfielder. A few years after his retirement, he started at Rayo Vallecano and is only one season. He wanted to return to his heart club, the Casa Bianca . In charge of the reserve, Michel was sent down in the third division in spring 2007. In addition, he confuses with President Calderon, who shows him the door . It’s Getafe who gives him a chance two years later. It starts well but ends badly: a support, a historical place 6th and 16th and a resignation. For a change, he fired Sevilla FC after a year, in early 2013. Bored, he went straight back colors in Greece: two league titles and a Cup with Olympiakos. Before dismissal (yet) in January 2015 due to entanglements with the board. And nobody has forgotten his success at Marseille, where all Marseille regret. I thought I saw a banner “Michel> Bielsa” once. Well I think.
Football, Soccer, Sport, Sports, Field, Round Ball, Player, Best, Best, Career, Conversion, Coach, Coach, Coach, Manager, Following, Hard, Hard, Failure, Fail, Worst, No, Bad, List, Domenech Maradona, Gattuso, Matthaus, Papin, Mic
“? Well what I told them: 4-4-2, we attack right the fuck they have everything there..”

Marco Van Basten
Papin as the Dutch striker was a top-notch address in front of goal and it was hard to do as well on the bench. As Papin, his few experiments confirmed that it was not made for that. After starting at home to Ajax in reserve, it retrieves the queens of the selection of the Oranges. One eighth in 2006, fourth in 2008, each time his team was eliminated right out of the group stage. No problem, the triple Ballon d’Or had already signed his contract with Ajax before the Euro. Unless he resigns, drunk, at the end of season. Three years as a consultant to blow then Marco is tested in Heerenveen. Two decent years (2012-14), which convinces Alkmaar to sign two seasons too. Except that after three games, he finds himself assistant . Then he will withdraw quietly, gently. We do not feel safe confident Marco. I will put out a ticket that he will remain there as a coach.
“Good Rouya frankly psartek for dribbling, but after not Zarma have not seen you for your teammate play perso.”

Hristo Stoichkov
Almost nine years as coach, alternating short missions and chomdu. Well, given his past player, Bulgarian can afford periods of inactivity, the bank account must be pretty well stocked. Like any great player who respects (and others mentioned here), Stoichkov starts as national coach . In office since 2004, resigned in 2007 after missing qualifying at World 2006. The southpaw enquille Celta Vigo but again left his post after only a few months and sixteen matches in two (half) seasons. Then he visited (Iran and South Africa) before returning to the country, Litex Lovech. A season and a half enough. No new adventures from, what seems to be a wise decision. Which is the worst coach for you?
The post These former players had better to coach Football Manager first appeared on The Siver Times.
