The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3: A MAJOR role for Gamora?

The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 has just left the cinema that is already evoked its continuation. And it could be that in volume 3, Gamora is entitled to a major role.
The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 is currently making a cartoon in the cinema, taking everything in its path. And since we never have enough, we must already look to the future. And to The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3, which James Gunn has long hesitated to accept . It will of course have to wait very, VERY long before having any information on this third opus, which is for the moment only to the draft project. But there are a few little things to put in the teeth, thanks to James Gunn, who could not help teaser what he would like to develop in this Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 ! So there is a particular character to whom the director would like to offer a more important role – even though he has had quite a bit of an opportunity to shine. And this character in question is therefore Gamora (Zoe Saldana).
It must be said that Gamora is a rather complex character, who started out like this indomitable warrior in the heart of stone, ready to do anything to succeed what she undertakes and dragging a reputation as murderous in every corner of the galaxy. In contact with Peter Quill and the rest of the Guardians, the super-heroine has gradually softened. But when James Gunn and Zoe Saldana exchanged about her future and the direction she should take, the actress expressed the desire to explore a little more the dark past of Gamora. If Thanos should disappear during the next Avengers (or at least, hopefully !), It may be that the childhood of the young woman or her time spent with the crazy Titan is at the heart of the third volume . A bit like we learned the origins of Peter Quill in the second opus! But it will be necessary to reconcile this part of the intrigue of the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 with the return of a villain . The Guardians of Galaxy 2: How did the Stone of Power affect Star-Lord?

Remember, at the end of the first movie, Star-Lord came in contact with the Stone of Power. And obviously, the latter is going to have some side effects.
It was certainly one of the strongest moments of the Guardians of the Galaxy . When Star-Lord, ready to do anything to save the galaxy from total destruction, seized the Stone of Power, knowing full well that he could die, consumed by his power. Besides, although he held out more than he should have been, he almost got through it, beginning to disintegrate little by little. But it was not counting the rest of the team, who did not hesitate to join him to maintain the energy of the stone. Then the film ended, and we did not really ask the question of the side effects that the Stone of Power could have on Star-Lord. Because yes, there are many! And according to Chris Pratt , we’ll get a little insight into Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 ! At a recent press conference, the actor said “it played a certain role” . “His interaction with the Stone of the Infinite in the first film has an effect – you will learn a little more in the second film. But yes, it is an important aspect of what it is “.
If it does not teach us much at the moment, it has at least the merit of arousing our curiosity. Could it be that Star-Lord develops new powers through this ? Or does the Stone have an effect on its personality? And what about the fact that he was able to hold it so long by touching her, when we remember very well the young alien at the collector, who had been consumed in no time at all? The Guardians of Galaxy 2: What role for Mantis (Pom Klementieff)?

Mantis is one of the new members who will welcome the group of Peter Quill in Les Gardiens de la Galaxie 2. But what could be the role of this strange extraterrestrial?
Our Guardians are about to grow! As you now know, there are no less than three new members that the group of Peter Quill will welcome in his ranks. There are of course Yondu and Nebula, who should fight alongside the team after having played the antagonists in the first opus. Finally, especially with regard to Nebula. But above all, there Mantis (Pom Klementieff), we have seen in the trailer of the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 . And that one, she intrigues us a lot! It must be said that his character in comics has one of the most complex and mystical stories of the entire Marvel universe. Mi-Vietnamese, half-German, Mantis is indeed called the Celestial Madonna , was raised by the Kree Hall of Pama and for destiny … to give birth to the Messiah. Uh, what ? Yes, she is clearly a character apart! The strangest being that the father of the Messiah in question is supposed to be a Cotati, or a tree endowed with conscience (no, do not think of Groot!). So obviously, it is expected that the Mantis of the Galaxy Guardians 2 differs enough version of comics – at least we hope so. But then what could be the role of the character in the film in this case?
The first thing we can be sure is that Mantis possess in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 powers as impressive as those of comics release. We all remember this hyper disturbing scene in which she reveals ” the most secret secret ” ( dixit Drax) Peter Quill! Apparently, the superheroin is able to feel the emotions of those she touches, which can be as useful as it is frustrating to the group. Finally, for us, this scene especially convinced us that we would love Mantis! We also of course she hopes to be as good at martial arts and combat the Mantis paper version , became an accomplished warrior with his training in Kree. It remains to be seen where she comes from, who she is and what position she will occupy in the group. And on this subject, we already have some clues. It is already clear that the superheroin is not human but, on the contrary, it has alien origins. So, we come to think that Mantis is linked in one way or another to Ego (Kurt Russell), the father of Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy 2 .
Moreover, Pom Klementieff seems to have suggested that his character and that of Kurt Russell shared some connection . She has said once the site Entertainment Weekly: ” I arrive in the film along with the character of Kurt Russell I spent my life with him and then I meet the Guardians. ..” And then, suddenly, we think that Mantis may play the intermediaries between Ego and the group of Star Lord. For, if one reflects on it well, Ego is a living planet, which sometimes takes on a human appearance. So who tells us that Mantis has not just grown on the surface of the planet and that, given her powers, she is able to convey her thoughts? It is true that it would be a bit strange but Ego has sheltered for a while a people of extraterrestrials in the comics. Why would not he do it in the film? What one can not be sure in any case is that Mantis and Ego share a common past. And maybe the superhero Star-Lord help his father and to better understand . Anyway, Mantis, like Ayesha, the alleged evil of the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 , remains yet very mysterious! In your opinion, what will Mantis do in the film?
