After a gray season of Gray’s Anatomy in halftone , we expect a lot of things from season 14. And since the Shonda Rhimes medical series is paused – like the majority of American shows – we had time to think about this Which we would like to see in the next season, which should start at the end of September on ABC. New blood!
The series desperately needs new blood. We are not talking about new patients or doctors who will be there for a few episodes, but new full-time characters to inflate the ranks. With the departure of Jerrika Hinton – and probably that of Marika Dominczyk – Gray’s Anatomy is still losing people. New heads would bring a good freshness to the intrigues, but also to the relations between the characters . The series could even begin to give Andrew or even Leah a more important role, whose return was more than discreet. Besides, we were wondering if DeLuca still had a chance with Jo in season 14 of Gray’s Anatomy , and we hope to see all that afterwards .

Reign Season 4: Episode 14, a new tragic death, our critic

Check out our review of Episode 14 of Season 4 of Reign, which aired last night on the American channel The CW.
It is still a dirty episode for our favorite queens … As we get closer to the final series of Reign , nothing makes life easier for Mary or Elizabeth and it is with surprise that we Discovers that it is Narcissus who causes them all this pain. In Scotland, episode 14 begins while Mary takes back her castle with the help of her allies and has executed one of the people responsible for the rebellion and death of Rizzio. Unfortunately for her, the two most important traitors are also those who are untouchable: John Knox and Darnley . The latter poses difficulties to Mary since the beginning and the queen of Scotland no longer knows whether he is an enemy or an ally. She keeps changing her mind about him, much to Bothwell’s displeasure. Finally, After discovering the horrors made by Narcisse during the episode – a big thank you to the director for not showing us what was in the box … – Mary decides that she must present a unified front if She wants the wave of vengeance to calm down. The French plot always remains to our eyes the least interesting, especially since at the moment we do not see at all how it will be linked to the other two intrigues . However, there is still quite a lot of stuff in this episode 14 of Reign’s season 4 , started with a little deepening of the character of Henri. Since his arrival, he is only seen as an arrogant young man, and there it is discovered that he likes to dress as a woman, that he feels himself more powerful. It helps us to have a lot more empathy for him. Agents of SHIELD season 4: Episode 18, a surprise return, a death and a change of camp, our critic

Last night, the American channel ABC aired episode 18 of season 4 of Agents of SHIELD. Then discover our review of “No Regrets”, attention spoilers!
Agents of SHIELD continues to make us vibrate every week by definitely offering us the best chapter of this season. The ABC series uses this alternative world to play with its mythology, to bring back familiar faces and especially to explore how the regrets of our characters have made them as they are today – in reality and not in the framework . If some have become real bad guys in the framework, as we saw in episode 17 of season 4 of Agents of SHIELD . Others are the best version of themselves, like Jeffrey Mace or Grant Ward. It is very interesting to see how the intrigues show us the influence that the words of others can have on our choices and how a small thing can change everything. Moreover, the episode shows us all this without being bored for a second, since the action never stops.
The character who seems most affected by all this is of course Fitz, especially because of his special relationship with AIDA – already in reality . Throughout the episode, Fitz is manipulated, sometimes by AIDA, sometimes by his father and despite the few doubts he can utter, he always ends up bending to the wishes of Hydra. Iain De Caestecker, who makes a great villain, is once again grateful for his work . Hydra’s priority in this episode is to get rid of The Patriot aka Jeffrey Mace, who is the leader of the resistance. His biggest regret at being certainly not being able to live up to a new Captain America, he appears here as a true hero, Who even goes so far as to sacrifice his life to save the innocent. Yes, if their mission of infiltration within Hydra allows the return of an old character – Antoine Triplett! – it unfortunately marks the death of Jeffrey who sacrifices himself to save the others.
If this death affects us much less than that of Trip at the end of season 2, it has the merit of “waking up” Melinda May. We were all very surprised to discover a May so ruthless and hateful in the framework, but the events that take place in this “indoctrination” building and the death of Mace will finally make him open his eyes. Indeed, the episode ends with May which allows Daisy to make her transformation and she will therefore recover her powers . In addition, the series also continues to make references to the characters’ past, including how Coulson speaks of Ward using the word “hives” referring directly to Hive from the previous season. As for Jemma, She gets an apology late. Even if it is not the “true” Ward, perhaps it will allay the suffering it has suffered because of it. The Originals Season 4: Episode 1, Hayley Successful? Our criticism

Last night, season 4 of The Originals was launched on the American channel The CW. Then discover our criticism of episode 1!
After months of waiting the series The Originals is finally back with a first episode captivating and full of action, which does not waste time putting up the various intrigues of the season . We find the characters 5 years later, while Marcel restored peace and calm in New Orleans, creating a pact with the witches of which Vincent is the leader and that Hayley is always looking for an ingredient to complete the cures. It is finally Hayley and Marcel who are at the center of episode 1 of season 4 of The Originals , showing that their characters are just as important and legitimate as the Mikaelson – and that without them the original family would certainly be More .
A certain Alistair, descended from the lineage of Klaus, is in town for the occasion and is determined to obtain the revenge that he has long awaited. Not only does he want to kill Klaus, but he wants to destroy the entire Mikaelson family, which includes Hayley and Hope. There is a rumor among the vampires that Elijah is still alive, since the members of his lineage are still alive and Marcel ends up discovering the pot-aux-roses: all the Mikaelsons are still alive, only thanks to the survival of Klaus. It is thanks to Mary – the mother of Jackson – that she discovers the last survivor of the lineage she seeks: Keelin. After taking his venom by force, Hayley must then wake up Freya so that she realizes the fate that can save her brothers. It was at this point that Alistair’s men landed and Hayley had yet to do everything to protect his family. She devotes herself to a violent and bloody fight, even going so far as to turn into a she-wolf, and wow, what a badass! While she is naked and still has to fight two opponents, someone does the job in her place and we understand that the fate has worked. Elijah stands behind her and we can not hide our emotion. These reunions are enormously enjoyable to see and we are now anxious that they all release Klaus. Finally, we will end by saying a word about Hope. If the daughter of Hayley and Klaus appears to us like any cute, there is no doubt that something mysterious and dark is woven with her character, if we believe the last scene. Riverdale: Episode 7, Jughead Suspected of Jason’s Murder, Our Critic!

While Riverdale’s episode 7 has just been broadcast on the CW, let’s get back together about the major events in “In a Lonely Place”!
What a twist! And yes the meltynauts, the more time passes, the more the mystery around the murder of Jason thickens. The show finds its rhythm of cruise and brilliantly breaks the cliches giving us a successful introspection of Jughead until then reduced to his role of best friend. While Melty’s editorial told you that Riverdale had been renewed for a second season , let’s come back to the main events that marked “In a Lonely Place” aired last night on the CW . And the least that can be said is that the secondary characters were entitled to a place of choice in an episode as moving as rich in revelations. And what a pleasure to know more about Jughead’s past. If his melancholy voice accompanied us from the beginning offering us his own perception of the terrible tragedy that had occurred in the city, Riverdale had only teased his painful childhood. “In a Lonely Place” was the occasion to abandon Betty and Archie to deepen the strengths and weaknesses of Jughead and Veronica, two crucial characters in the plot. And we’re not going to lie, Jughead’s story is simply revolting. He was so intelligent and cleverly left to himself when his mother and his little sister left the family home and that his father completely let himself become a real wreck. This discovery also allows us to better understand the personality of the young man.
This new section was then used as a realization for Archie and Betty until then rather focused on their own problems. The Andrews family knew perfectly well by discovering the terrible existence that Jughead had been leading for years. But it is obviously the performances of Cole Sprouse and Skeet Ulrich that we retain so much their talent knew to plunge us entirely in this desolate and desperate atmosphere . Especially as the episode ended with a new terribly disturbing clue: Jughead’s father owns Jason’s jacket. Did he set the car on fire? Is he the murderer of Jason? This is the strength of the show: to be able to resume the codes while bypassing them in a downright ingenious way. Veronica confided to her friends that the only thing left after the scandal was her identity. It is therefore a much more vulnerable and fallible Veronica that we have come to know. And we were simply conquered! The pretty brunette is an asset for the series as she is both faithful and diametrically opposed to the clichés of the genre. This is the strength of the show: to be able to resume the codes while bypassing them in a downright ingenious way.
But “In a Lonely Place” was also the occasion for Polly to resurface. After she disappeared and was once suspected of Jason’s murder, the young woman found Betty even as she hid in the attic. Desperate for the idea of having her baby adopted, she asked her little sister to help her escape. But Betty did not intend to part with her sister again and trusted the Blossom family. Euh Whaaaat ? We want Betty to be dead but to trust the Blossom was very clearly a bad idea. Fortunately, Cheryl, upset to see Polly pregnant with her beloved twin, offered her the opportunity to escape to Veronica. Even if Polly can finally blow, no doubt that this plot is far from closed and everyone will fight to have rights on this child. In short, this new episode had a serious advantage, that of leaving the part to secondary characters but extremely important. This enabled us to know them better and to attach them even more to them . “In a Lonely Place” was a very successful and incredibly effective one, offering a new turn in our red thread and we are looking forward to discovering the role of Jughead’s father in this whole story. Riverdale: Betty and Jughead coming together?

Will Archie’s BFFs end up together? What if Betty and Jughead were going to pair in the next episodes of Riverdale?
Since the beginning of the series, the pretty blonde has eyes only for her BFF, Archie. Only here, Betty is damn stuck in the friendzone . Even though in episode 4 of Riverdale , she managed to dismiss her rival Miss Grundy, it is doubtful that Archie sees her one day as anything but her best friend . But all is not lost for Betty! In the coming weeks, she may well be getting closer to another high school student from Riverdale, Jughead. It’s in the episode of March 16, entitled “Faster, Pussycats! Kill! Kill!” , That the two friends should start to rub … And to hide nothing, we shippe already! Not you ?
Asked about this relationship, Lili Reinhart (Betty Cooper) explained : “Betty is Archie’s best friend, so she grew up alongside Jughead, they know each other very well and her friends.” Jughead has a dark and mysterious side Betty would love to have it! Agents of SHIELD Season 4: Episode 14, LMD take power, our critic

Check out our review of Agents of SHIELD’s Season 4 episode 14, which was aired last night on ABC, as well as the promotional video of the upcoming episode!
Yesterday evening, ABC broadcast episode 14 of season 4 of Agents of SHIELD which in particular opposed the agents to the Superior, who is determined to put an end to Coulson and his team. If we were to expect an enormous face-to-face, we must admit to being disappointed by this episode which drags a little in length – notably because of the flashbacks between Coulson and May, which do not bring much to the ‘plot. “The Man Behind the Shield” begins as the team is still trying to locate Ivanov and Radcliffe in order to save Melinda May and Jeffrey Mace. Very soon, Coulson discovers that the Superior is totally obsessed with him and he understands that he must return to Russia, in a place where he already went while he was on a mission with Melinda. The flashbacks of this mission support the speech of Ivanov – who wants Coulson and SHIELD because his Russian teammates were tortured and killed following this mission. However, once again, it seems that the screenwriters are trying to continue to sell us a romance, or at least an attraction, between Coulson and May that is really hard to imagine.
During the episode Ivanov, the Superior, confronts Jeffrey Mace and takes advantage of it to give us a little of his past. Unfortunately, its origins are scarcely touched and it is regrettable that it does not give more thickness to his character who remains a simple “bad guy” who wants revenge. Moreover, his confrontations, first with Coulson and then Daisy, were a little too fast for our taste. The biggest twist of the episode is of course the fact that Daisy, Coulson, Mack and Mace were all exchanged by LMD, as Fitz and Simmons discover at the end . It seems that FitzSimmons are the only two humans left on the team and we are eager to see how they will get out of this situation. One imagines that the advances made by Fitz during the episode,
In the end, “The Man Behind the Shield” looks more like a transition episode, in which you can see the LMDs gradually take over the power over the SHIELD. It is regrettable that the confrontation between the Superior and Coulson has not been more poignant and it is hoped that the rhythm of the next episodes will be a little more sustained. The promotional video of episode 15, which you can see above, shows us in any case that the LMD will directly attack Fitz and Simmons in order to be able to replace them, too, by humanoids . Agents of SHIELD season 4: Episode 13, the origins of AIDA, our critic

Last night, the American channel ABC broadcast episode 13 of season 4 of Agents of SHIELD. Then discover our review of “BOUM”, as well as the promotional video of the next episode.
The last episode of season 4 of Agents of SHIELD is very aptly named since the team is confronted with inhuman with the power to explode. “BOOM” begins as Coulson is in Spain with Mack, determined to find a way to locate Radcliffe and by extension May. To do so, they started looking for the woman behind AIDA, a certain Agnes who knows well Radcliffe, partly because it has already tried to save her cancer . Meanwhile, Daisy Mace, Fitz and Simmons have to manage the sudden death of Senator Nadeer in a mysterious explosion . Indeed, Shockley visited him just before the attack, trying to transform it into inhuman. But what he had not seen was that it was he who transformed himself, literally becoming a human bomb and being able to regenerate himself completely after the explosion. He is therefore responsible for the death of Nadeer. Is it too early to eliminate one of the great villains of this season? On our side, we do not think we will miss it particularly. The team must then deal with Shockley – once Fitz and Simmons found that it was he who was the cause of the explosion – and this task falls to Daisy and powers.
Moreover, we really thought we would lose the Director Jeffrey Mace in this episode, because, after he discovered that the serum is injected to become superhuman is deadly and kills him slowly , it is captured by The Russians wanting to protect the rest of the team. Her character really becomes increasingly endearing – he just has to see his face when Jemma told he will not be the next Captain America – and we hope he can remain a member of the team In which it is just beginning to integrate and find its place.
