“The cinema killed me”.
The transition from paper to the big screen is necessarily a complex exercise that leads to mixed reactions among readers, but also among authors. For an esteemed saga like Harry Potter, whose cast has almost been different , a bunch of other films, often adored by critics, have been massacred by the brains behind the original work. Do not touch my book!
Stephen King – “Shining”
The master of the horror novel sees red as soon as he is told about Stanley Kubrick’s film, which would have totally distorted his work as he told Rolling Stone magazine: “The book is hot, the film is cold; Book ends in flame, the film ends in the ice ” . Among the main grievances is the lack of nuance in the character of Jack Torrance : “In my book, there is a narrative sequence where Jack Torrance tries to be good, and it is gradually that he arrives at a Stage of madness (…) When I saw the film, Jack appeared to me insane from the first scene ” . But the worst character remains according to him, that of Wendy, who would only shout from beginning to end (“a screaming mop”
Bret Easton Ellis – “American Psycho”
The author has always maintained that his novel was impossible to transpose on screen because he is interested in consciousness and “we can not really show the complexity of this sensitivity . ” The film would make the character of Patrick Bateman for a monster, when the novel “is much more ambiguous” . It was not more tender with the adaptation of “The Informers” in 2008, film on which he nevertheless worked the script but which made a real oven to the cinema. “This film does not work for a lot of reason, but I do not think any of these reasons come from me . ” The art of questioning …
Uderzo – “Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra”
Co-author of the comic strip with Goscinny (died in 1977), Uderzo is the one who still preserves the Gallic spirit of Asterix and Obelix. And it has long been said that the draftsman / scriptwriter had little taste of the 2nd opus released in the cinema, “Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra” . He reproached Alain Chabat for having distanced himself from the original work, with a much too much Canal humor, and secondary characters that erased Asterix and Obelix. Albert Uderzo, who was certainly cornered by the 15 million spectators who went to theaters, and the cult status of the film, now prefers to temper, assuring him that he is not angry with Alain Chabat: “I was just A bit annoyed because it is not what I ‘
Roald Dahl – “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”
It’s a constant: Roald Dahl hates all the adaptations of his books. With a fierce hatred for the most famous of them, the “Charlie and the Chocolaterie” of 1971 . Pell-mell, he said the film is “lame” , director Mel Stuart “has no talent” , and as for Gene Wilder – the actor who plays Willy Wonka – “it was pretentious and not dynamic enough for the role ” .
Ken Kesey – “Flying over a Cuckoo’s Nest”
Despite the 1976 Oscars (Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Script), Ken Kesey never wore the adaptation of Milos Forman in his heart. While basically, he was motivated by the project and had joined the trick, before slamming the door … two weeks later. He has long recounted that he had never seen the film, although his wife confessed after his death, that he was pleased that the feature was born.
Richard Matheson – “I’m a Legend”
For Richard Matheson, the cinema has lacked respect twice to his work. In 1964 first, where “The Last Man on Earth” did not really pack it: “I am disappointed by this film even if they have more or less followed my story . ” Although he appreciated it a lot, the main actor Vincent Price was “a casting error” . Same in 2007 with the Will Smith version which will make him say: “I do not understand why Hollywood is so fascinated by my book while nobody there ever takes the trouble to film it as I wrote . ”
Winstom Groom – “Forrest Gump”
Winstom Groom was downright bad. He is one of the few to spit on Robert Zemeckis’ film, which would have distorted his work, obscuring important moments of the book, as well as raw language and sex scenes. The choice of Tom Hanks appeared to him as fanciful since in his book, Forrest Gump measures 2m and weighs 110 kgs (he wanted the actor John Goodman instead). Although Winston Groom has not been revered for financial reasons, despite having negotiated a 3% profit on the Paramount, the studio did not spin it, as the film would have Lost money. He will sue them and win. Very well, he wrote in 1995, in the following of his novel: “Never leave someone”
The post Authors who hated the cine adaptation of their book first appeared on The Siver Times.

Moreover, the World Cup of the 2017 series is launched and it is very difficult to decide between the best shows. To see your favorite series qualify for the 1/8 finals or even win the competition, do not forget to vote every day HERE . Many series have caused a sensation, whether the shows anchored for years on our screens or even the new ones. Obviously, most of these series have one thing in common that is love. Ah love … But then, what couples made us shiver with pleasure and gave us butterflies in the belly? What duo managed to make us dream of a history of ” Love similar? Between The Vampire Diaries , Teen Wolf, who is the favorite of group 2 , Once Upon A Time or even Outlander , discover the most cute couples of the year!
1. Enzo and Bonnie from The Vampire Diaries
We can not emphasize this enough. For us, Enzo and Bonnie form one of the best couples in the series The Vampire Diaries, which is the favorite of group 3 , or even of all the series combined. Their alchemy was so powerful that the duo managed to transport us. If at first their couple was unexpected, it is now engraved in us. We loved them, we smiled with them but also cried. Despite the tragic end of their history, they form for us the most cute couple of the year!
2. Claire and Jamie d’Outlander
The Fraser are one of the most mythical couples in the series . They represent love with a great A. Claire and Jamie have overcome the most terrible trials and have always come out stronger. They are beautiful and are simply adorable together. Their alchemy is so intense that they just make us dream!
3. Stiles and Lydia by Teen Wolf
He was not expected. Since the very first season of Teen Wolf, the attraction between the two characters was perceptible. All the teenshow fans dreamed of only one thing, see Stiles and Lydia as a couple and they were served . In this season 6 of Teen Wolf, the duo finally came into being. Stiles and Lydia confessed their feelings and their “I love you” particularly moved us. They have gone through many trials but their love is all the stronger. What an adorable couple!
4. Emma and Hook from Once Upon A Time
Between the savior and the pirate, it’s crazy love . Moreover, their beautiful and epic love story ended with a marriage. The fairy tales exist and Once Upon A Time has proved it! The magic between the two characters that all opposed to the start worked and we are always charmed.
5. Hanna and Caleb by Pretty Little Liars
This is one of the leading couples of Pretty Little Liars . They fell in love in the first season of the show and despite a few chaotic phases, the two lovers found themselves. Their love is so strong that they decided to get married and it is for us one of the most beautiful couples in the series. Hopefully they have a happy ending at the Pretty Little Liars Series Final! And you, what couple do you prefer?
The post The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf, Pretty Little Liars: The most cute couples of the year! first appeared on The Siver Times.

This year, some series have introduced both charismatic and demonic villains who have terrified us. From Arrow to The Originals, discover the wildest villains of the season!
The battle is tough as none of the shows in competition will count on winning opponents. All covet the title of “best series of the year” . It is up to you to decide by voting for your favorite show (s). To help you with this heavy task, we suggest you come back today on the most crazy villains of the 2016-2017 season. Our heroes had some bread this year when we loved to hate their rivals . Melty’s editorial reveals the best villains of this year!
The Hollow by The Originals
Season 4 of The Originals has introduced a formidable villain, perhaps the worst since the beginning of the series. It is an ultra powerful Native Amerindian witch named Inadu. It is she who is at the origin of the curse of the werewolves. His passions ? Kill and torture the victims physically and mentally, which she may also possess . Those who have been under her control have simply known nothingness … She does not shrink from anything, has no limit and is simply terrifying.
Arrow Prometheus
The big rival of the Green Arrow in season 5 of the series has made the hell live Oliver and his Team. Prometheus gave us cold sweats! The psychopath was so diabolical that he managed to dethrone Arrow’s best villain until then, Deathstroke. It is the best big bad of the series but also that of the shows DC Comics of this year. Interpreted by the talented Josh Segarra, he was a formidable villain and especially as convincing as Machiavellian.
Bryce from 13 Reasons Why
The Hollow is terrifying, but Bryce is even more so because not only is he not a supernatural being, but he is not at all like a villain at first. And yet, it is cruel! Bryce simply has no morals . He does not hesitate to humiliate other students, to beat them or to betray them, besides being a repeat rapist in 13 Reasons Why, the series that is well-beat to beat The Walking Dead . Bryce is simply disgusting and we would not like to meet face to face with him!
Ghost Riders Teen Wolf
If the villains of Teen Wolf are generally terrifying, the Ghost Riders have made very strong. These supernatural beings were not content to kill their victims but reserved a much worse fate for them. The Ghost Riders erase the characters from the reality and memories of their loved ones. Entire cities have become completely deserted after their passage. The Ghost Riders were particularly agonizing villains as one would like to see more often.
Kai of The Vampire Diaries
Well, we had to talk about Kai from The Vampire Diaries ! If Sybil, Seline, Cade and even Katherine were disappointing in season 8 of the series, Kai returned to Mystic Falls to show he had changed … worse! In only a few episodes, he managed to dupe Damon, threatening the daughters of Alaric and Elena. If it was finally neutralized, he again proved that he was one of the best villains of the show.
The post Arrow, The Originals, Teen Wolf: The most crazy villains of the season! first appeared on The Siver Times.

This year again, 32 shows will be opposed for several weeks but only one will be crowned “best show of the year” . Yesterday, you were presented with the 5 and 6 groups of the 2017 World Cup in which Westworld, Once Upon A Time, The Big Bang Theory and Legends of Tomorrow are fighting a merciless battle. On this fourth day of competition, it is high time to make a small focus on groups 7 and 8 of this tournament. On one side are The 100, Quantico, Supernatural and Riverdale, while on the other is 13 Reasons Why, American Horror Story, Shadowhunters and Reign who are distrustful. While some shows are regulars, others are participating for the first time in the World Cup Series and are planning to mark the spirits . In these two groups, there are serious challengers and everything is possible thanks to your votes. But who will qualify for the knockout round? The editing of melty presents groups 7 and 8!
Group 7:
The 100
Like last year, The 100 is one of the favorite series of this competition. The post-apocalyptic science fiction show continues to improve over the course of the episodes and season 4 was no exception to the rule with its surprises and crazy twists . The 100 is a warrior who will not let down so easily. However, she needs your votes to go as far as possible.
Riverdale
This is Riverdale’s first appearance at the World Series Cup but the show does not have to be ashamed of its competitors. The series completely revolutionized the teen show genre and immediately seduced and found its audience. With its mysteries, love stories and twists of all kinds, Riverdale has everything from a champion . Will she convince you to support her to the end?
Quantico
Quantico offered us a beginning of season 2 in half-tone but widely caught up in the second part. The show showed that it was still as intense, amazing and captivating! Even in difficulty, Quantico is able to get up to give it its best. He is a formidable opponent. Can Alex Parrish claim victory? It’s up to you!
supernatural
Supernatural is a sure bet! After 12 seasons, the series holds on thanks to a magic formula that continues to excite the fans as the episodes continue. The show is a mix perfectly well balanced between horror, family drama and humor , it has nothing to envy to its competitors. Will the Winchester brothers succeed in overthrowing their opponents? Their destiny is in your hands!
Group 8:
13 Reasons Why
Here is a little news in the competition but that’s not why it’s a show to underestimate. 13 Reasons Why breaks all records since its launch on Netflix and does not intend to stop there. Her next challenge is obviously to win the 2017 World Cup and she is quite capable. Poignant, shocking and startling, 13 Reasons Why will succeed Game of Thrones ? You will have the last word!
American Horror Story
American Horror Story takes us every season in disturbing and dramatic universes that do not fail to excite us while giving us goose bumps. Each season deals with a different story but what does not differ is the quality of the series. The staging is excellent, the scenario always well-crafted and the casting to the top . Does it deserve to go to the final? Only your votes can take him to the top!
Shadowhunters
Clary and his friends are fighting diabolical creatures as well, they are not afraid of their opponents of the 2017 World Cup. The series remains faithful to the book that inspired it, while dusting the scenario with flying colors. The plot manages to keep us going, the special effects quite impressive and the surprises are at the rendezvous . Will that be enough to get to the next step?
Reign
Reign just made his curtsy as well, this is his very last chance to win the Series World Cup . As much as to say that Mary, Elizabeth and Catherine put the doubles for their ultimate participation. For four seasons, Reign knew how to move us, make us laugh and astonish us. With beautiful sets and costumes and a talented cast, the historical series has enough to make his opponents pale. To support it, your votes are essential! And you, which series do you prefer in groups 7 and 8?
The post 13 Reasons Why, Riverdale, The 100, American Horror Story: Groups 7 and 8 of the 2017 World Cup! first appeared on The Siver Times.

Have the new gods continued their advance on the ancient gods? Did Laura discover the truth about her death, which involved Wednesday? The melac editor proposes to discover the criticism of this episode 8 of American Gods, whose video promo already announced the color. This first phenomenal season ended in beauty and color. The episode begins with an enormous orgy and ends in “end of the world”. In other words, the twists and the revelations were numerous. In the first minutes of “Come to Jesus .”, We find Shadow and Wednesday at Mr Nancy. Obviously, the god of the ” Spider was obliged to tell a story and this time told the story of the queen of Sheba in the temple of Bar’an, more powerful and adored than ever , about 864 BC. We recognize her immediately as Bilquis, the goddess of love and devotion, who was present in many scenes of this first season of American Gods . Unfortunately, Nancy explains to us that her current life no longer resembles the one she lived and we find her homeless to wander the American streets until Technical Boy comes to save her by offering her a phone initiating her to the Dating and sex on demand applications. On their side, Shadow and Wednesday took the road to Kentucky where the former God was determined to rally Ostara to his cause. So we find our heroes in the middle of a celebration to celebrate Easter and attention, it is in total contradiction with the rest of the series . Joy, happiness and colors are all set. Little by little, Shadow realizes that all the people present are gods and that all the magical aspect he once believed in is actually divinity. On their arrival, the Spring goddess was not pleased to see the two new guests and things quickly became intense. Wednesday pointed out that she was not as powerful as she used to be. Their exchange is however interrupted by the arrival of a new dead guest. . Well, of course, this is Laura, always in pursuit of her husband. In this episode 8 of American Gods , the mystery of Laura was solved . She also came to ask the goddess to resurrect her but things did not go as planned. Reading in her eyes, Ostara discovered that it was a God who killed her and she can not help. Furious, Laura attacked Mad Sweeney to explain the whole truth to him and we understand that the robbery of the casino, the stay in Shadow prison and his death are by no means a chance … Wednesday had All planned ! His interview with Laura was once again interrupted by the arrival of the Media Goddess. The latter asked Ostara if Wednesday was present and at that time, things accelerated. Shadow and his boss entered the race and Wednesday began discussing with Media, Technology Boy and Mr Wordl about how the ancient gods possessed a better worship system. Mr World also unveiled the identity of Wednesday who is none other than the God of war. On the other hand, he asked Ostara to show his power. Thus, all the vegetation and the flowers died for kilometers. The paradisiacal landscape we have witnessed is nothing but chaos. The war is declared and the rest of the series s’ Announcement squarely intense. It took a season for the bases to be laid, but we are finally there. The war is there and the sequel promises to be the most intense. Also, in the final minutes of the episode, Laura and Mad Sweeney disembarked and the young woman asked to speak to her husband. Their gaze spoke volumes, they are always in love with each other. What does she intend to tell him? To find out, you’ll have to wait. This Season Final of American Gods was very successful and concluded in apotheosis. The episode was rich in revelations and possessed all the highlights of the series. Sex, divinity, action, love, humor and, of course, the confrontation between the New and the Old Gods . The series is a beautiful revelation and has captivated its audience. While waiting to learn more about the sequel, discover the spoilers of the week ! While we were revealing you there is little new information on the spin-off of Gray’s Anatomy , today it is the main series that is interested. After 13 seasons, it seems to know her by heart and yet, her creator Shonda Rhimes has still unveiled a lot of fun facts during a masterclass a few weeks ago. We propose you to discover the 10 most interesting infos that you may not know about the series . 1 : The original title of Gray ‘ S Anatomy was much more boat and less friendly since Shonda Rhimes wanted to call it “Surgeons” . She has changed her mind . 2 : Alex Karev was not part of the series, it was added after the pilot was shot, and we are happy because he is still there, 13 seasons later.
3 : At the base, all the Gray Sloan doctors had a bad habit, smoking like a firefighter for Meredith. Ew. 4 : Cristina should have had the intrigue of Izzie that she fell in love with a dying patient – Denny Duquette – whose father would make a big donation to the hospital. 5 : Derek was to have a teenage daughter who would have pushed him to agree to work at the Gray Sloan in Seattle. 6: Preston Burke was supposed to be already married, to have children and to feel imprisoned at his marriage. 7 : Meredith’s mother, Ellis, was originally named Helen Gray. 8 : Richard Webber was described at the beginning as a character “cold with his patients.
9 : The diversity of the cast comes from the simple rules of Shonda Rhimes. The showrunner explains that it is enough to take half of her characters and make them women, then to select a character who was ready to cast as a Caucasian and to choose instead of other origins. 10: Shonda Rhimes would have liked Gray’s Anatomy to take place in his hometown, Chicago, but changed his mind so that the series does not happen in the same city as the very popular Emergencies . That concludes our small list of friendly facts about the series waiting for news of the season 14 of Gray’s Anatomy! And you, do you know any other fun facts about Gray’s Anatomy?
The post Gray’s Anatomy: 10 secrets you did not know about the series! first appeared on The Siver Times.

Predictably, Reign took us out handkerchiefs for his latest episode, and if we feel clearly that the plots have been accelerated this year and even more in the final series, it’s all very satisfied with this. If, as usual, writers take liberties with historical facts, the main lines of the fall of Mary Stuart are there . And even if we regret that everything goes so quickly, it must be admitted that Laurie McCarthy and the rest of the team did well to conclude their story in sixteen episodes after learning the cancellation of the show by the CW. Our three queens are obviously at the heart of the intrigues, And the feminist side of the series is once again highlighted through the speeches of Mary and Elizabeth in particular. After these general remarks, let’s go back to episode 16 of Season 4 of Reign , a little more in details.
In Scotland, it is a real jerk of fight to find the newborn of Mary and fortunately it is at this time that James is back to the court. It is he who will find the child and bring it back to his sister, who will decide to call her James in honor of her savior. Mary, who refuses to live in constant fear that Darnley can come back and hurt her child, ends up accepting Bothwell’s proposal and authorizes her to kill her husband, the King of Scotland . If the queen was not ready to go before the murder before, the arrival of her child changes the situation. Unfortunately, nothing happens as planned. First, the explosion does not kill Darnley and Bothwell is forced to finish it with his hands. But, The Scottish Lords turn against him and denounce his crime with John Knox to secure their rear. Bothwell and Mary are arrested for murder …
Meanwhile, in England, Elizabeth is faced with the consequences of her actions, concerning the Spanish fleet but also its connection with Gideon. After killing Jane with her hands, Elizabeth must find a way to get rid of the archduke who presented her with a new marriage contract, much less pleasant than the first. Then comes the letter that Mary wrote in Reign’s Season 4 episode 15 , in which she calls her cousin for help and vows her to give up the English throne. Without the pressure of Scotland and Mary on her throne, Elizabeth is free to remain single, no longer needing the support of Austria or a union with the Archduke. If Mary allows Elizabeth to retain her freedom and power, The Queen of England will not have the same attentions towards her cousin … We still remember the moment when, dressed as a soldier, Elizabeth joined her men, ready to lead her army against the Spanish armada . “I would not bow to any man ,” she chants to her troops and one can only think “YASS QUEEN” .
As for the rest of the season, the French plot is by far the least exciting of the episode and the end of Catherine’s storyline is strange to say the least. Magic, plan of three, a witch who does not die … Yes, yes, we are well in France! If Catherine finally managed to end the quarrel between her two sons about Nicole by asking Emmanuelle to eliminate it, it would seem that this would have unfortunate consequences. First of all, Emmanuelle wants to be paid via a three-way plan with Catherine and Narcisse which allows her to carry in her the child of the devil – apparently . Then she revealed to Catherine that the plan of her sons to destroy Spain would not work. Either she allows them to do so, and Charles will not long remain on the throne, Or she tries to stop them and will be blamed and killed – nice . For the first time, Catherine chose to protect herself rather than her children . Little thought for Claude who really does not have the right to a happy ending, because after losing Leith, she also seems to have lost Luke … Poor Claude, you deserved better.
Finally, the series ends after a jump in the time of 21 years, where we find Mary the day of its execution. Despite a last attempt on the part of his son James – who is now an adult and King of Scotland – with Elizabeth to stop the execution of his mother, Elizabeth makes him understand that she will not change her mind. Either he accepts the execution of his mother and becomes the heir of the English crown, which will finally unite the two kingdoms, or he can save his mother. After so many years, Elizabeth is always fearful of her cousin. Fortunately for our little hearts, we do not witness the execution of Mary and instead we find her in the arms of Francis! Mary has endured all this but death brings her together to her forever love. It is a bitter-sweet end that Reign offers us for his final series , with flashes of the life of the queen of Scotland that bring us balm to heart after this tragic end. What did you think of this episode?
The post Reign season 4: Episode 16, the end of the reign, our critic of the final series first appeared on The Siver Times.

Today, she might well come back for an unprecedented experience in virtual reality! This is not the first series that invites on RV helmets. The editor had already told you about The Walking Dead experience , which offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the morbid universe of the series and face an invasion of zombies. This time, it’s the turn of the series to the iconic chemist and cultist to take an interest in the RV. And we can not wait to see what it will give! On the other hand, it is not yet known whether China will allow this experience on its helmets … She who already refuses to see porn in virtual reality .
Four years later, the community is still as faithful: Cosplay, products like famous t-shirts ” Los Pollos Hermanos ” … It does not stop! This experience will surely make a cardboard in the fans. This is in any case what Gilligan wants, the dad of the television show. From the little we know, it will not be a game, but an experience in immersion in the universe of the series. We do not know the principle of this experiment, neither will the actors be part of it. One can only imagine what Breaking Bad will give on Playstation VR. On the other hand, according to Variety , we know that the project will not see the light of day this year. We are waiting to know a little more and we keep you informed! Ready for the Breaking Bad Experience?
The post Breaking Bad is reborn from its ashes on … the Playstation VR first appeared on The Siver Times.

Yes, the release of Godzilla 2, it’s not for now! But nothing prevents us from imagining what can be expected of the film and its intrigue.
When Godzilla sank into the seas at the end of Gareth Edwards’ film, it was obviously believed that he would not be seen again for a moment. It was wrong to know the huge lizard, which Warner expects to bring back on the big screen in the coming years as part of its famous MonsterVerse! Especially after seeing Kong – Skull Island , we soon realized that the two giants were not the only creatures of this kind to evolve on our beautiful planet. So, it is not only that Godzilla and Kong will eventually cross each other at one time or another but they will also certainly face other monsters from the depths of the earth . And indeed, Godzilla will return well in the continuation of the film of Gareth Edwards, Whose casting is growing from week to week with the arrival of an actor of Stranger Things . So inevitably – and even if he does not land in our theaters before 2019 – we come to wonder what to expect from this Godzilla 2 .
And to give you a first idea of the potential subject of the film, melty invites you to turn to … its title! And yes, Godzilla 2 should actually be called Godzilla: King of Monsters . If that’s not a sign of size! For it is necessary to remember the post-generic scene of Kong – Skull Island and its meaning . In this final sequence, we discovered some old photographs of Rodan, King Ghidorah and Mothra, three enormous kaiju who often had the opportunity to cross Godzilla during his various adventures on big and small screen. So much to tell you that we image well the MUTO which saved the world in 2014 to put the cover to face at least one of these three creatures . See the three at the same time, why not ! In any case, we know that this sequence should be even more spectacular than the first opus, which suggests that the fight between the monsters will be more violent and more destructive than those staged in the film of Gareth Edwards!
It should also be noted that Ford Brody, the hero of Godzilla played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, will not be back in the second film, having obviously given way to the character played by Millie Bobby Brown . And since, a priori , the young actress should not play an explosive expert or a scientist hyper fixed in the biology of MUTO, one can expect that his plot is more intimate than that of Brody, who was still in the The heart of the action . Although we are not immune to seeing her weave a strange relationship with Godzilla, as was the case for Mason (Brie Larson) and Kong in Kong – Skull Island ! For now and in the absence of any real clue about his plot, It is obviously difficult to know what Godzilla 2 could do for us. But there are ways to explore. And by 2019, we will clearly have time to do it! And what do you expect from the film?
The post Godzilla 2: What to expect from this new movie? first appeared on The Siver Times.

No, on TV there are not only dramas or police series that repeat the same pattern until cancellation. Comedies are not what are missing and some of them are clearly worth the detour. Because a good comedy is not just a few jokes, laughs recorded and a development of characters almost non-existent. No , a good comedy is the one that knows how to make cry as well as it makes laugh and that has characters so endearing that one has the impression to find friends as soon as one begins an episode . Of course, there are too many to quote, but we offer you some of our favorites to which you can add yours in the comments!
The Office US
Initially Anglo-Saxon then declined to the American, The Office US is a true blow of heart for so many reasons that it would take too many lines to quote them all. So we hope that you trust us enough to believe us when we say that this series on a company that sells paper with an embarrassing boss at its best is one of the best comedies that we have ever seen .
This is Netflix which offers one of the best comedies of the small screen created and produced by Tina Fey, if it is not already a guarantee of quality … Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt has an original pitch – Kimmy return to normal life in New York After 15 years imprisoned in a bunker – which seduces quickly but especially a cast 5 stars and jokes as funny as relevant. As in her other 30 Rock series , Tina Fey uses the political and cultural world as a bottomless reserve for well-founded jokes that always make you laugh after seeing the episodes 4 times, fan word.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend
Unlike her sexist title, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is a condensed feminism and good humor, all linked by incredible songs that remain in mind whether we like it or not. The heroine Rebecca Bunch (Rachel Bloom, also co-creator of the series) puts everything to go to live in California and find his love of youth with the hope of regaining it . This relatively ordinary pitch is relieved by the solar personality of Rebecca and all the characters who cross her path. All episodes have their little dose of madness and truth about the world around us, all told in music. What to combine useful and very pleasant laughing a good shot!
Veep
Attention, sensitive ears refrain. By following the (political) adventures of Vice President Selina Meyer, Veep gives us the opportunity to realize how politics can sometimes be absurd. But most of all, it’s THE series to hear the best parts of the whole screen . The flourishing and inventive language of all the characters – but especially Selina – gives us incredible burns, unpublished and often very imagined. What to congratulate the screenwriters who write the dialogues and ask what would happen if Selina was as talented in politics as in comeback …
Community
We end our small list by the masterpiece that is Community . By bringing together a group of friendly and engaging students who are studying together at Greendale, Community could look like any set of teenagers. Except that it’s just the reverse: with its students of all ages, its colorful characters – especially the Dean – and its incredible intrigues, Community is a bit the mindblowing series that surprises each episode and up ‘In the last season .
As has already been said, it is impossible to cite all the comedies that are worth the detour. We have not forgotten the cultist Seinfeld , the excellent Master of None , Parks and Recreation, That 70’s Show, Black-ish, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and more and better. Whatever it is proves that one always needs to laugh, and fortunately that the series are there for that. And you, what are your favorite comedies?
The post We rarely encode them, but the comic series is heavy first appeared on The Siver Times.

This does not mean that it will not surface in the years to come, quite the contrary ! As you can see from the post-generic scene of Kong: Skull Island , other monsters will appear and Godzilla intends to be a part of it again. He will return in 2019 in Godzilla 2 , a film on which we have so far almost no information except with regard to … his casting, which continues to grow. One should expect the return of certain characters like Ishiro Serizawa (Ken Watanabe), But new protagonists will also be added to the list of the distribution of the film. And just now, melty can confirm you the participation in this Godzilla 2 of an actor that fans of the Game of Thrones series know very well!
And of course, it’s Charles Dance, which we saw recently in Underworld: Blood Wars, released on our screens a few weeks ago, and who was playing the terrible Tywin in the HBO series. As for knowing what role it will take exactly in Godzilla 2 , it remains a mystery. It is not only the one to be confirmed to the casting since the site Deadline also announced the return of Sally Hawkins, which interpreted the doctor Vivienne Graham in the first film. The two actors will then give a reply to Millie Bobby Brown , the star of Stranger Things , as well as to Vera Farmiga ( Bates Motel ) and Kyle Chandler, all of whom have been confirmed to the cast of the film. Short, It’s a beautiful three-star cast that Godzilla 2 offers ! It remains to be seen what other comedians will join the adventure in the coming months and in which roles. What other actors would you like to see in the film?
The post Godzilla 2: A cult actor from Game of Thrones joins the casting first appeared on The Siver Times.

Orange is the New Black, 13 Reasons Why, Stranger Things or Black Mirror are hugely successful but which Netflix series are the most popular?
Let’s just say, Netflix has revolutionized our lives of small seriesphiles especially by offering quality shows and totally addictive. 13 Reasons Why breaks all records with his first season, if Orange is the New Black , House of Cards or Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt no longer have to prove themselves . If Netflix does not really communicate its audiences, it is still possible to determine which are the most popular and therefore most appreciated and most watched original shows. Fizziology , a research company specializing in social networks, Analyzed the social interactions on Twitter during the first week following the launch of the Season Premiere of a series. Thus, the company was able to determine a ranking of the 13 most popular shows on Netflix that the editorial of melty unveils you without further delay!
13. Grace & Frankie
The adventures of Grace and Frankie, two women who all oppose but whose husbands love each other and want to get married, have been passionate fans since 2015. They have gathered 25,306 interactions on Twitter !
12. House of Card
Who said that politics was not fun? In any case, the universe of House of Cards found its public. Fans have devoured the first 4 seasons and are eagerly awaiting the 5th which will arrive on May 30th . With 70,514 Twitter interactions , the series ranks 12th!
11. Bloodline
The secrets and old family stories of the Rayburn have also attracted viewers for two seasons. Bloodline , who will return soon for his season 3, arrives 11th with 83,538 interactions on the social network.
10. Master of None
While Dev’s life may seem trivial at first, she is not and is passionate about many episodes. Master of None is in the top 10 with 106,893 Twittos interactions.
9. The OA
In The OA , Prairie Johnson, an adopted blind girl, suddenly reappears seven years after being abducted and having lost her blindness. With such a scenario, it was obvious that the series would fascinate the fans. The OA arrives 9th with 176,992 interactions of Internet users in a single season. Highly season 2!
8. Orange Is The New Black
As early as 2013, we fell in love with Piper Chapman and the prisoners of Litchfield who placed in 8th position with 177,374 Twitter interaction .
7. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
Kimmy Schmidt makes us laugh a lot in the series produced by Tina Fey, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt . While the series will return for a season 3 soon, the show is placed 7th with 243 990 interactions of the Net surfers. Not bad !
6. Black Mirror
Black Mirror , originally broadcast on Channel 4 and taken over by Netflix from Season 3, is a satire of our society that questions the consequences of new technologies. A deep subject, a dramatic series, it was enough to convince the fans. The show came in 6th with 452,516 interactions.
5. Stranger Things
We start this top 5 with Stranger Things ! Mysterious disappearances and supernatural phenomena, the series surprises us and gives us chills, which we adore evidently. It collected 507,192 interactions.
4. Luke Cage
3. Fuller House
20 years later, the sitcom La Fête à la maison has always been so successful! Netflix has succeeded in betting on the series. If unfortunately Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are not in the casting, we are delighted to find all the actors of the original series. Fuller House wins bronze with 1,324,534 interactions on Twitter . .
2. Chasing Cameron
On the second step of the podium, we find Chasing Cameron, reality TV with the star of Vine, Cameron Dallas. With 1 326 010 interactions on Twitter , the show still seems to have good days ahead!
1. 13 Reasons Why
Not surprisingly , 13 Reasons Why, which has just been renewed for a season 2 , is obviously the most popular and probably the most watched series on Netflix . And that in a record time! With 3,585,110 interactions on Twitter , the show is undoubtedly a level above And you, what is your favorite Netflix series?
The post 13 Reasons Why, Stranger Things, Black Mirror … Which Netflix series is the most popular? first appeared on The Siver Times.

We’ve all watched one or more, sometimes the series entertain but also reflect, and that’s what’s good!
No, the series are not always made to gobble in front of the TV and empty the brain. If, for example, we are allowed to take a little interest in politics , others call into question everything that we know about life, death and what is in between. Even if it is sometimes necessary to see them and see them again to understand everything – and still there are some who remain full of mysteries after 5 rewatchs Lost kind – it must be admitted that it is good to look at something that makes think about Subjects as varied as serious as our place on Earth, the drifts of consumption or the search for happiness.
The Leftovers
Cathartic par excellence, if The Leftovers never left you speechless or tearful before the beauty of a scene, you are asked your secret. Between people who refuse to talk and lose their lungs by smoking cigarettes on cigarettes, magically empty rivers, hallucinations and returns to life in the Jesus, the series of Damon Lindelof has enough to make the Neurons . We sometimes wonder what happens but the result is there: it’s beautiful, it’s powerful and it’s a bit of the magic of television and well-made series.
Legion
Legion is the series that allows to turn the brain while showing how it happens in a brain turned over. David Haller, a mutant who believed himself schizophrenic, has powers that rival those of Professor X and a rather overflowing imagination. With a monster that looks like a giant potato with demon eyes and nonstop back and forth between its imagination and the real world, Legion completely drops out of reality and plunges us into crazy, colorful scenes and not really easy to understand To better see what happens in the most tortured brains.
sense8
Not as difficult as Legion to understand but a bit of mindfuck anyway, Sense8 is what brings the touch of poetry in all these series that turn our heads . Eight people who are part of a cluster , genetically connected, able to find themselves in two different places and feel the emotions of each other, that’s pitch. But between the wicked who can see through one of the characters, the dead sensates that reappear, the brain operations open and the discovery of a universe much bigger than we thought, we admit you are there Loses a little. But hey, it’s a bit like that also the charm of the series, right?
American Gods
All new beautiful! American Gods has just landed on Starz and is ready to confuse you. It must be said that adapting Neil Gaiman is rather daring and more when it comes to a fight of gods adapted to modern times, there is something to lose . An ugly god of technology and media is fighting against Odin, who is actually called Wednesday – Wednesday – aided by Lincoln of The 100 , all with leprechauns (?!) And in a bloodshed at the Tarantino Tinged with black humor well felt. As much to say that we wait impatiently the next episodes to see a little more clear …
Utopia
From mindfuck to English, because on the other side of the Channel we know how to think well too. Under its striking colors to hurt the eyes, Utopia mixes fiction and reality and we loses a little in between. It must be said that the series tells the story of a small group of people in possession of the manuscript of the Utopia sequel that would pre-empt any disasters that could affect humanity. Strange dystopia and major stakes, all sprinkled with the delusional touch of the English series , it is the perfect cocktail to make our neurons kiffer.
Westworld
Hard to talk about series that turn the brain without mentioning Westworld , the little HBO jewel that has given rise to so many theories that the writers had to take into account to write the rest of the series. Yes, when we propose a science fiction western thriller, we can already expect a particular mix of genres that makes us think and stimulates the imagination . At the same time with androids, simulations of universes and bugs to make cold in the back, difficult to expect anything else …
Obviously we can not talk about all the chelou series that prevent us from sleeping at night and we do not forget Black Mirror , The OA , Twin Peaks , Mr Robot or the blockbuster of strangeness: Lost . Do not hesitate to share the series that make you think for the best and sometimes for the worse. So, what series have you turned the brain back?
The post The mindfuck series that takes a long time to understand but which make think first appeared on The Siver Times.

Last night, it was a brand new show that we could see on our screens. While you were shown 3 good reasons to watch the new series of Ricky Whittle (The 100), American Gods , we decided today to give you our verdict. Is the series worth a look? Will we become addicted to this show adapted from the novels of the English author Neil Gaiman? Well we will answer these two questions with a “yes” ! Obviously, Lincoln’s unconditional fans in The 100 series will not say the opposite . What a pleasure to meet Ricky Whittle in the lead role of Shadow Moon. He has a crazy talent and he takes the series to perfection. This pilot, American Gods is very promising and announces an intense and black suite. The first few minutes of this episode entitled “The Bone Orchard” immediately immerse us in the universe of gods and wars. As we can see, violence will be present throughout the series. This drama with fantastic aspects also has a dark credits that announces the color …
The credits end this first part and we move into the present, where we find Shadow Moon (Ricky Whittle) in prison. He only has three days left before being released and he decides to call his wife. The “I love you” are de rigueur, but the continuation of this episode of American Gods proves to us that treason will also be present. After a restless night when our hero is the prey to many nightmares, he is awakened by a guard and the bad news falls. He will be released sooner than expected because his wife died in a car accident. It is from there that the galleys and problems are linked … During his journey to get to the funeral of his late wife, he meets with A strange man, Wednesday, who is actually the God Odin . He quickly offered him a job, that of being his “bodyguard” and touring America. Poor Shadow, he did not know yet what he had started, since his new employer plans to bring together the ancient gods to declare war on the new (media and technology) in American Gods …
This episode of American Gods was also full of surprises. Our hero learned that his wife was actually dead with her lover, her best friend’s husband. We were moved by this dramatic scene. Shadow Moon possesses a touching sincerity and this tormented and tough role at once goes perfectly to Ricky Whittle! In addition, American Gods offers us a black humor that is welcome in the series. The fans love and ask for more. “The Bone Orchard” has laid a solid foundation and has a bitter mix of betrayal, war, action, sex, emotion, science fiction and self-reflection . The only downside that could be noted is the presence of some confused scenes, especially the latter. Shadow finds himself propelled into a “spacecraft” of one of Wednesday’s enemies and we find it hard to pinpoint the reality and nightmares of our hero. However, this was only the first episode and the answers should arrive in the following. In any case, this new series broadcast on Starz is promising and we are already asking for more! Hopefully the next episodes are as captivating as this pilot . Waiting for next week to see more, discover the spoilers of the week! And you, what do you think of American Gods? Was that the first episode and the responses should happen in the following. In any case, this new series broadcast on Starz is promising and we are already asking for more! The Catch has not yet been released, but it may be that the last installment of the Thursday trilogy is about to be canceled after its second season. There is no news yet for Designated Survivor even though, according to TVLine, a season 2 is likely, just like Once Upon A Time which should be entitled to a season 7. Agents of SHIELD is still pending, Like Quantico .
CBS
On CBS, Sheldon, Leonard and the entire band of The Big Bang Theory will return for a season 11 and 12 while the Good Wife spin-off , The Good Fight , will continue on CBS Access for a second season. As for Scream Queens , doubts are allowed. On the other hand, as announced recently, X-Files will officially return for a season 11 . The spin-off 24: Legacy – for which Heath has somewhat disappeared from The Walking Dead – will be lucky if he gets a second season but fans of Brooklyn Nine-Nine should not be disappointed since the series should be renewed For a season 5. The first season of the Exorcist with Geena Davis has not really convinced, so her fate remains in suspense, as is that of New Girl . Finally The Simpson continues its course with a renewal for 2 seasons that will bring it up to a season 30.
NBC
NBC’s various series are on track, including Chicago Fire, Chicago Justice, Chicago Med and Chicago PD . After an undeniable success, This Is Us has already been renewed for 2 seasons while Grimm has not had this chance and has recently finished . The comedy The Good Place has also been renewed for a season 2 despite its weak audiences while for Blindspot , things remain uncertain. If the Blacklist is likely to have a fifth season, chances are thinner for the Blacklist: Redemption spin-off whose first season has not completely convinced.
The CW
The teen shows still have bright future on the CW because against all odds, The 100 has been renewed for Season 5 – we hope to be the last – just like Arrow which will have its season 6, Legends of Tomorrow (season 3), The Flash (season 4) and Supergirl (season 3). The Americans will return it For the last two seasons and will end in 2018 while Feud and Legion have both been renewed.
HBO
The success of the adaptation of the novel Liane Moriarty Big Little Lies has not yet led to a season 2 – which would not be worse – while the biggest success of HBO will end soon as Game of Thrones Has more than 2 seasons to offer us . The very beautiful The Leftovers started their third and final season recently and the fate of True Detective remains uncertain after two seasons.

Some series you like to death, as much as you hate one of his characters. Paradoxical, but possible. The proof with these names that venerate you directly.
Like an epidermal reaction, you do not control, it comes by itself. You grimace, you groan, you insult the character itself. And you certify that he deserved this fucker! Pardon, this hurluberlu that runs you on the beans. Like a big popcorn, I swing the names.
Piper Chapman (“Orange is the new black”)
At first it played an important role. It was wanted and it made sense. Then once she joined the prison, we started to get tired. Worse, Piper got us drunk. Always complaining , never happy, blase, with the wheeze of the eyes … Even the creators realized this and its importance decreased from season to season. For the well-being of everyone.
Marnie Michaels (“Girls”)
In a word: detestable. So it has what it deserves, people hate it. Sometimes life is logical and reassuring. Egoist, ball-pigeon, everything must always revolve around her . Even the series …. While Hannah, Shoshanna and Jessa are waiting for you despite their faults, Marnie proves to you again and again that she is unmanageable.
Anthony Soprano Jr (“The Sopranos”)
His aunt Janice is also a mega-annoying character. But at least they bring something. He, frankly, is rather a ball. Apart from being rotten spoiled, whining, missing his suicide … It serves no purpose. Bengous could say to him: “Oh the minot there, go and get you framed!”
Lori Grimes (“The Walking Dead”)
Quite quickly, she showed herself reluctant. And since that lasts. Then it has at least the merit of being constant, predictable. In its heaviness. She chains the ideas to the con (to walk in the apocalypse of zombies), whining, manipulations, changes of opinion, while being a mother far from models of the kind … Besides, when one does not see her , We’re doing better. It’s nasty but it’s true.
Vincent Chase (“Entourage”)
The guy sends a vacuum. He breathes emptiness. While all drama and glamor are supposed to revolve around him, Vinny does not release more than a salad . Ari, Eric, Turtle and Drama make you kiffer, laugh, interest you. He can not stand it anymore. A Hollywood star’s cameo is proving to be unbearable. And in truth, nobody would go see movies with this actor there.
Betty Draper (“Mad Men”)
Don’s ex-wife plays well the cold and useless chick. Some say it’s good because the actress who plays it, January Jones, can only do that. Well, no personal attacks! Let’s stay on the series, where Betty clearly misses the check mark to take more importance. It is there, it undergoes, does nothing, we could do without it. They even tried to get rid of it. The creators will find the lung cancer blow, hard. But seriously, we would have liked her to make us react like Skyler in “Breaking Bad” but Betty was really too nazy.
Ziggy Sobotka (“The Wire”)
A huge series, filled gangster, mobsters, complex characters, with intrigues in every way. And you’ve got Ziggy, an asshole without much interest. Son of the patron of the port, he takes advantage of his advantages to survive and is content to make shit. Fake bad boy, he does not ensure a joke level business, has only funny ideas, gets up in the air. Then he cracks on the weak, kills a duck by stuffing his mouth, passes his nerves on poor people … A little shit how annoying. The kind of guy with whom you do not want to drag, too con and too rude. Which one do you hate the most?
The post We know that you utter a cry of disgust when you see these characters of series first appeared on The Siver Times.

Knowing that we’ve already seen them, eh. One only wants to go back hours, with their characters and their delusions. In binge watching mode.
We are ready to pass on the outfits and haircuts, sign that we really like them. Because we are not going to lie either, it was a bit lollipop sometimes the 90s. But at least the guys were creative, inventing things. Whether it’s music (hip-hop, grunge), cinema (special effects), in our life (internet): quite a few devolutions took place in the 90’s. Here we focus on the best series, the ones we would look at again from beginning to end if they were to go back (completely and in the right direction, eh, not like the police series on TF1 at random) on TV or on Netflix.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
According to the credits that sends pate, she is the “elected” of her generation, she “will face the vampires, demons and force of the evil”. Aloooors, what are you gonna do? Yeah, you can get carried away when you’re a kid, deep inside. Today, we would be calmer, of course. But Buffy Summers, the high school girl who defies the vampires, and this series where we had a perfect mix : action, horror, comedy, romance, and even a fighting hair in martial arts mode.
Friends
No feint, no false suspense. It is a direct balance, and everyone understands why. How do you dodge the series we grew up with? While Ross, Chandler, Joey, Monica, Rachel and Phoebe were doing the same, in Manhattan? A sitcom like we love them, funny, lively, which makes us spend a good time. 10 seasons? Yes, and then, when one loves one does not count.
Angela, 15 years old
Only one season, but 19 episodes of 44 minutes. So not nothing, actually. A teenage thing, it’s clear, since you’re Angela (boom, the title is well done) and her states of fluctuating souls. And when you are yourself in this state of mind, you feel understood , it helps you , you want to know how the characters manage … And it is also there that we discovered Claire Danes and Jared Leto, still.
The Prince of Bel-Air
Aaaah, serious, unforgettable! The bars that were typed in front of TV note (cathode ray tube) thanks to this series. A young person from the poor suburbs of Philadelphia landed at his uncle, Phil Banks, and his wealthy family. A change of world, Bel-Air is something else! Will Smith exploded with his role as … Will , and we still remember Carlton’s dances.
Sabrina, the apprentice witch
From 1997 onwards, in France, on France 2 screens first, then other channels more obscure (Canal J, Filles TV and Gulli). Sabrina was “normal” until her 16th birthday, when she discovered her magical powers . Coached by her two aunts, but far from her simple mortal mother, she learns to master her gifts. And talk with the cat, Salem, quiet. In addition to Sabrina’s special assignments, you also saw how she got into high school and all the problems of that age.
Malcolm
Already because we do not get tired of it. Reese’s bullshit, Dewey’s manipulations, Malcolm’s whimper, Francis’s follies, Jane’s anger and Hal ‘s bumps … What a champion in the family! And now, it would be even more crazy to see Bryan Cranston again in his role as a family father, benet, who undergoes the law of his wife, after seeing him completely possessed in Breaking Bad.
Married, two children
To get a little out of the classic teenage stories, nothing better. This series with the very special family father Al Bundy was a kind of accelerated training to become a beauf . Sitting in the couch, hand in the calbar, rasping, inattentive towards his wife or his kids, always a binouz in the other hand (the one that is free): the portrait of the guy that all women dream. Do like him and you’re not near sin. Which would you like to see again at all costs?
The post Frankly, if these series come back today, we watch them direct first appeared on The Siver Times.

We all know people who have trouble spending their money, trying instead to keep it for themselves. But not at that point anyway.

This is vice, clearly. Especially that the characters in question are far from being in galley! But hey, it seems that it makes sense, the more you have, the more you want. And the more you need it. In any case, these characters really do not like spending their money.
The Count of the Lemongrass (“Adventure time”)
Not only does he not share, but in addition he is persuaded to do good to people by taking things from them . The result of a failed experiment of Princess Chewing-Gum, it remains supported by it at all costs. Master of his kingdom, where only people of his appearance are dragged, he fout his kingdom regularly in difficulty, especially by his unlimited and sickly egoism. He likes to yell “Unacceptable !” When it takes. Often.
Dc Thaddeus Venture (“The Venture Brothers”)
Scientist frustrated not to know the same success as his father, drugged and hooked, he tries stuff. Only in interest, of course . And it’s pretty fucking. As when it constitutes an army from unqualified students, who eventually become mutants.
Stan Pines (“Gravity Falls”)
Great-uncle of the twins Mabel and Dipper, he directs the strange trick of the Mystery Shack, in the town of Gravity Falls, Oregon. First hustler, he carrot tourists with attractions and tricks . An old embittered, big forceps, but who loves his family and keeps some good sides. We can be stupid and not a bad guy.
Montana Max (“Tiny Toon adventures”)
As a rotten boy, he is cruel and unbearable with others. Obsessed with money, he even inscribed on his door: ringing brings money. Poor at the grassroots, Max discovered wealth when his family won the Lotto and began to indulge. But only when it concerns his personal hobbies eh . The others may die.
Eugene H. Krabs (“SpongeBob SquarePants”)
Crab and successful entrepreneur of the restaurant The crusty crab, he has difficulty releasing the thune. When he goes out to an employee “I do not pay you to breathe” , the other replies “you do not pay us at all” … Every time it appears, there is a story of money . Intelligent, but stingy of a force, he thinks of that. Even with his daughter Pearl, he counts his pennies.
C. Montgomery Burns (The Simpsons)
This television producer was rated “Richest Drama Character” in 2013 , so believe me, his bank account is well stocked. At the head of many companies in Springfield, he manages the nuclear power plant. He accumulates the dollars, pay like shit his employees and exploits them thoroughly.
Balthazar Scrooge (The Adventures of Scrooge)
This Scottish duck loves money at a point, it’s unheard of. The guy is swimming in his thune, it’s his kiff. He is reluctant to help his family, dodging requests while he has millions of dollars … His argument comes from the fact that he recognizes the value of work, merit. Ok, that’s right, you have to say it. But it remains a sham. Reassure us, you do not know worse than them?
The post Nobody can be as stupid as these cartoon characters first appeared on The Siver Times.

That’s long to wait for the sequel to The 100! Failing to have a new episode to put in the teeth, the redac ‘sharing with you of the indiscretions on the season 4 recovered during the convention in Paris at the end of March. It was during this event that Lindsey Morgan aka Raven Reyes in The 100 had evoked with us the evolution of his character and his future in the series . Will Raven still be alive at the end of the season? Not sure, but we will have to wait until the 24th of May to get the best of it. Among the other revelations at the convention, Jessica Harmon was asked about the relationship between Niylah and Clarke .
The writers may have advocated that The 100 was not a show where love was a priority, the many connections in the series had a considerable impact on the storylines of some characters. In losing Maya, Jasper is completely gone like Octavia with Lincoln. Clarke also suffered greatly after Lexa’s death but the teenager found some comfort with Niylah. The Grounder had recently sworn to expect nothing from her relationship with Clarke, a position that Jessica Harmon, her interpreter, confirmed, “All Niylah said to Clarke was true, she really thought so, She lives, she asks him nothing more because Niylah knows that Clarke’s love for Lexa was very strong.
Before embarking on a new relationship, Clarke is rather preoccupied at this point in finding a solution to survive on Earth. Because yes, all fuck the camp in The 100! Chelsey Reist, Harper’s interpreter, said his character was going through a very difficult period. That was the reason why Chelsey had asked her fans on social networks to share sad stories so she could relay this negative emotion to the screen. Tasya Teles, who is found in the role of Echo, said that it was necessary to be attentive to episodes 9 and 10 of season 4 of The 100 adding “that an incredible fight soon arrives!” . The discovery of the bunker by Jaha and his band under the Polis temple controlled by the Ice Nation could well be at the root of the conflict. Finally, after having told us that if he had the power to resurrect a character he would choose Pike without a doubt because “Mike Beach is an incredible actor, he brings so many things to the other characters” , Sachin Sahel aka Jackson did not crack when we wanted to know more about the final season , “Oh it’s a great episode … That’s all I can say, it’s just phenomenal.” . And bah we will not go far with it finally but at least we know that this end of season is intense and should not be missed under any pretext. First and foremost, we would like to point out that The Walking Dead remains a quality series that we like to watch, and you are free to tell us what you think about it in the comments below . However loving a series does not mean being blind on the negatives and there are very few series that have none. For the series of zombies that we are following now for 7 seasons, it is in particular some differences with its beginnings that we regret. The first thing we think is a problem, Conversational aspect of the series. For some time now, the characters have been talking only about essential and factual things. Everything revolves around survival and most dialogues can be summarized in “we do this to survive” or “that’s how things are now”.
The first seasons offered us more dialogues, debates between the characters – especially between Dale and Andrea – lighter and more “normal” sentences that made it easier for us to identify with the characters. How long has Rick had a real conversation with Carl? Season 7 has further accentuated the fact that most characters speak to the same people and the dynamism of the series suffers . The first seasons, which had a smaller but still important group, showed us more fluid conversations that allowed us to better understand the mood of the characters. In short, we would like The Walking Dead to actually speak his characters, sometimes even ” The Walking Dead sometimes becomes too much an imitation more than an adaptation and therefore lacks rhythm, explanation and fluidity. Obviously the plot is primordial but the mode of narration on television is not the same as in writing and where the reader is accustomed to fill the spaces between the boxes of a comic, the viewer would like to him A little more binder. The Walking Dead sometimes becomes too much an imitation more than an adaptation and therefore lacks rhythm, explanation and fluidity. Obviously the plot is primordial but the mode of narration on television is not the same as in writing and where the reader is accustomed to fill the spaces between the boxes of a comic, the viewer would like to him A little more binder.
The last episodes of Season 7 were a blatant example of the lack of coherence in the sense that many things went off screen to the point of making us ask if we had not missed scenes. The absence of Sasha’s arrival at the Sanctuary, the encounter between Rosita and Dwight, the start-up of Jadis or even a simple discussion between some members of Rick’s group after they saw that Ezekiel Had a tiger (!) Are all things that we would have liked to see on the screen. To leave a certain part of the “work” to the viewer is essential and allows us to continue to create the universe of the series that we love so much in our head . But one can not help but feel like a ” Have too many missing pieces in the puzzle. The balance between the plots and the characters seems to have suffered lately and it is hoped that they will return to the front of the stage to look a little more human.
Finally, the third thing that has been noticed concerns rather the form than the background. The Walking Dead remains a neat and beautiful series to watch, but Season 7 did not have the graphic look that was expected from the series. The plans seem less worked, the music is sometimes too ubiquitous and encroaches on characters who sometimes already too much in the background compared to the plot, and the magic of the first seasons is missing us a little. Again, to note certain changes – inevitable since it seems normal that a series evolves during the seasons – does not mean that one does not appreciate the series . On the contrary, as inveterate fans, one feels these things since one would like magic to work again, To meet before powerful and intense scenes saying “Damn, well played The Walking Dead” . And of course, the series had scenes like that and offered us beautiful things in the last few seasons. But the balance to be found in an adaptation is difficult and Season 7 simply gave us the impression that it had been even harder to find lately. While waiting to know if the series will return a little to its roots in the suite, you were offered a recap of all the dead of season 7 of The Walking Dead . And you what do you think ? The series had scenes like that and offered us beautiful things in the last few seasons.

We often hear that young people watch more series than films. Except for those stories there, whose format has evolved the other way.
Nothing is lost, everything is transformed ! On the one hand, the matter is already there, we agree. The plot, the characters, their links, the important events … Nevertheless, the writing is not the same, between a series composed of multiple episodes and a good feature film in one go. We’ll have to ask the guys who dealt with these transitions to find out more. In any case, to say that one watches only series is exaggerated and one proves it by showing the examples where we look at cinematographic versions of what our parents were watching on TV .
Scooby-Doo
Distributed from 1969 to 1970 on CBS, the original series “Scooby-Doo, where are you?” Had introduced the four adolescent hunters of supernatural mysteries, aboard their van. More than forty years later, in 2002, a film was released with Freddie Prinze Junior and Sarah Michelle Gellar in particular. Well, well, it was not crazy . Some funny moments of course, nothing crazy despite everything. Our parents were lucky again. It was really better before.
Charlie and his funny ladies (Charlie’s Angels in VO)
Another thing that connects us to our parents. Or who differentiates us! At the time of its first broadcast between 1976 and 1981, the series stunned ABC. Normal, seeing three women played the main roles were not usual, far from it! The girl power and comedy-sexy side was out of the ordinary, with a success to the key. The film with Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu respects the delirium but it does not have the same flavor. The idea is necessarily less transgressive today, it is certain. After, question pognon, it goes because a sequel was still released on the big screen three years later, in 2003.
Starsky and Hutch
Go and find out why, you were singing that when you were a kid: “Starsky and Hutch, tininininin …” Surely a shot of the daron, or an uncle if not. No need to be Sherlock Holmes, the series was broadcast between 1975 and 1979 on ABC, so we can eliminate the possibility of having seen it live. It’s just that our elders have gravely kissed the two casual Bay City detectives, who were strutting in Starsky’s Gran Torino under the California sun. A buddy series that gave a buddy movie in 2004, displaying Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson as shock acolytes. Film not crazy that brought back the pennies he owed, so it passes.
The fugitive (The Fugitive in VO)
Attention, magic wand! From a series of 120 episodes, each of a duration of 51 minutes, boom: a 2-hour film. Obviously, the plot is not as much developed between Dr. Richard Kimble and police officer Samuel Gerard. Between the two, too, many years: 30, to be precise . The series was on ABC from 1963 (until 1967) while the film with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones squatted the cinema in 1993.
The Untouchables (The Untouchables in VO)
Probably the best adaptation, to credit Brian de Palma. Stretched over four highly fictional seasons (between 1959 and 1963), the original series on ABC focused more on the sides than the real fight against the prohibition of agent Eliot Ness. The 1987 film, where the agent is incarnated by Kevin Costner and the mafioso Al Capone by Robert De Niro, made much better the very special functioning of the economy in this era. Critical and commercial success, the feature film even brought back a trophy for the best supporting role to Sean Connery . Let us confirm all the same the basis: the works were both based on the memories of Eliot Ness and Oscar Fraley.
The Brady Tribe (The Brady Bunch in VO)
The least known of the lot, no doubt! Also broadcast on American ABC between 1969 and 1974, this series showed our parents the hectic life of a family of six children, with its share of parallel or cross stories. A nice thing, which does not break three legs to a duck and will even be canceled after five seasons. Before being taken with humor in a parodic film and successful in 1995 . The creators have just played on the old school side of the series, amplified it, made fun of it, while including us in delirium.
Impossible mission
And hop, second successful challenge for Brian de Palma! Because his film showing us Tom Cruise in BG mode in 1996 is well inspired by the series that CBS was rocking between 1966 and 1973 (and ABC, between 88 and 90). But evolution is obvious: more actions! The real and the actor have pushed the trick: one of the secret agents finds himself trapped by a mole, which puts to him the murders of the rest of the team on the back. Tom Cruise aka Ethan Hunt must then identify him, and it will move! Much more than during the five seasons when boss Dan Briggs said: “This band will self-destruct in …” Moreover, the actors of the series were in rageous mode, after the success of the film. One imagines their reaction after the sequels (a sixth film arrives in 2018).
The post Our parents matted the series, we film, it’s the world upside down first appeared on The Siver Times.

Last weekend, a part of the cast of The 100 arrived in Paris for two days of madness. It was in the context of the second edition of the Space Walkers convention organized by UltimEvents that 12 actors of the series traveled to our capital to meet their fans. Within the group was Lindsey Morgan aka the “badass, genius, altruistic” Raven Reyes in The 100. It is far from his clothes mechanic and his tortured air that the actress, more bubbly than ever, responded To some of our questions about his character, which has become very important throughout the seasons.
If there is indeed a character of The 100 that deserves all our respect it is probably Raven because we can only recognize the fact that it crossed the hell during the first 3 seasons and the beginning of the 4th. Between Finn’s deception, his death, his disability in the left leg and the arrival of ALIE in his head, the brunette was not spared but Raven is always ready to do anything to save the others as in The 4×06 of The 100 . How is it possible ? Where we would have abandoned for a long time, Lindsey “thinks Raven keeps hope for all the people she holds. It’s really hard for Raven to drop people who rely on her. Even if you do not really tell her, that’s what she feels.
It is well known that in The 100, no one made a pact with the Reaper. All the characters are in the hot seat, (we all say!), And we fear more and more for the life of Raven. If the series was to end tomorrow, Lindsey has a clear idea about the fate of his character. “It all depends on the end of the series, whether it concludes or if something happens. If Raven were to die I’d like it to be to save someone else. That would be a great death for her. I would also like her to find some form of happiness by falling in love. ” . With whom would you like to see Raven as a couple? Speaking precisely of the relations that Raven could maintain with the other personages of the series, the actress made astonishing revelations, “I would kill Jaha because of all that he has made her go through, she absolutely does not trust him. Raven would marry Luna, as she is the only one who finds a way to calm her and she would kiss Jackson. ” . We dared Murphy for the last choice but it was a categorical NO! And if not concretely what will happen soon in The 100? “A big decision will have to be made …” like the episode 8 of season 4 of The 100 which you can read our criticism . All we have to do is hold on and wait until April 26th. Because she is the only one who finds a way to calm her and she would kiss Jackson. ” . You think … and then it’s the other way around. A known blow and my faith always effective when it is well done, then why deprive it? There the writers create a monster that turns out to be a good paw. Gentile, funny, sensitive … So, once is not custom, one would have become a friend with him! Finally, with them, because we have several examples in mind more or less known.
Guy Mann (“X-Files”)
While Mulder and Scully think they are suing a big-footed villain for horrendous grizzly murders, who likes to turn into a monster, it’s the other way around. Guy Mann proves to be a lizard, at the base, before being bitten one day by a human . This gave him the ability to transform himself into a man and feel the same vicissitudes of life as our: to want to be recognized, loved. Not bad for a penny.
Clement (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”)
Assumed to be a demon, Clement is a cream. Adoring Buffy and Dawn, playing poker-kitten with Spike, a loyal and devoted friend , he really does not deserve to be judged on his appearances. It’s true that his big ears dangling, his wrinkled skin and his growths grow back a bit, but “Clem” is a guy to the cool fact.
Five (“Seven Little Monsters”)
Fifth and last member of the twin siblings, Five taps a little on the system of the others. Already because one does not understand anything what he says, then because it connects the dumplings. As clumsy as hairy (mats his blue fur), Five apologizes to big strokes and asks for forgiveness with the smile and embarrassment of a child.
Cousin Itt (“The Addams Family”)
An energetic, especially from an aesthetic point of view. Extremely long hair hides the whole of his body, so much so that one does not know his face. His beret, his sunglasses in Beatles mode and his gloves are the only details visible . In addition, when he bargouines (with an English accent and a high-pitched voice), nothing is pinched. Except his family, including his cousin Gomez. In the end, he helps and visits everyone, so cousin Itt is accepted.
Herman Munster (“The Monsters”)
Creature born by Dr. Frankenstein – which is easily understood by the resemblance – Herman Munster left Germany at a very young age for England. Where it will be adopted by the noble family of Munster. In this series, this force of nature humps in the cemetery and does not disturb his colleagues too much. Above all, he becomes a good father, considerate, understanding, wielding irony and self-deprecation , loving to have fun like a child: balloon, toys, comics … and eating mass of pancakes cooked by his wife Lily.
Mr. Bumpy (“Bump in the night”)
As a big bug under the bed of a child, Mr Bumpy lives at night. It is the moment when he leaves his hiding place to play, to make jokes, to carry out perilous missions for his friends … Always persuaded that it passes, it tries everything. And sometimes , Mr. Bumpy just makes the gogole like your stuffed buddy, riding a plucked chicken or wearing a ridiculous wig . In spite of his appearance (fine limbs, 4 fingers with each hand, 2 toes with each foot), it has all the good buddy. Except that he likes to eat socks disguised or chewing gums already chewed.
Sweetums (“The Muppet Show”)
Of a high height, this hairy beast surpasses its human congeners, just as it often ruffles with its air constantly jaded and discontented. His bushy eyebrows (Fillon is a small player next to him) as well as his huge piss could make freak but Sweetums compensates by a passion for singing and dancing . Finally, this humble and sensitive monster loves to cuddle. Then as a beast of nightmare, we saw worse.
Cookie Monster (“Sesame street”)
Like an old-fashioned puppet of Guignols, covered with a thick blue fur, with the behavior of a kid. Of child, rather! Hardly able to express himself correctly ( “Me want cookie” ), with a limited vocabulary and a chaotic grammar, he simply eats whatever he can, all the time . Cookies if possible, if not what happens nearby. Much like the kids, they quickly loved Cookie Monster. If it were supposed to frighten them, the record is a failure. Which one would you choose?
The post We would have become friends with these TV monsters first appeared on The Siver Times.

Sometimes there is nothing to do, it is stronger than us. We look at the character, we listen to him and we can not stand him. In hindsight, some do not deserve it (so much).
We could limit guilt, although we will not go that far anyway. Do not make fun of it. Let us, however, try to step back and temper our opinion and our somewhat decided opinion on these characters. For in spite of their faults and their capacity to be drunk, we must admit that they are not so rude. That everything is not always their fault.
Janice (“Friends”)
Let us evacuate an obvious: his laughter is unbearable. We all agree, no problems. But hey, at the same time, how to really blame him? She can not help it. In addition, it is generally to support Chandler in his jokes, Janice constitutes his one and only support during the first seasons . Including in worse times, when it just needs comfort, attention … and sex. She loves him and does everything for him. Including helping her store and move her belongings while Chandler leads her by boat. Ok, she’s not super fute-fute, has weird tastes, but she gives everything to get accepted by the group and love Chandler.
Ted (“How i met your mother”)
It is not the funniest of the series and the blow, it feels like a lag. As if he did not deserve (more?) His role of protagonist considering that Barney is more exciting, Marshall more fun … And his whining side, great child never satisfied, has enough to weary from time to time. It is rather us who are at fault here. Ted follows only his desires, and does not let go . Being an architect, drawing a tower in New York, getting married and having children: its goals are clear and it does not change. Unlike Marshall who doubts her lawyer career, Lily’s life as a married woman, Barney and Robin in their loving commitments … In the end, Ted is the most upright, the most reasonable. We could leave him alone.
Skyler (“Breaking Bad”)
The screenwriters are still balèzes. They made us love Walter and hate Skyler, his wife. The propensity of the latter to constantly criticize, to make the mouth, to complicate things makes crazy, it is true. And the fact that she taps her boss and deceives Walter does not plead for her. What about Walter? The guy is all white? He becomes a big badass, a drug baron, kills people and puts his family in danger. Though it does all this to save it financially before cancer. Finally it was the justification of departure eh … So a little understanding, put yourself in its place, it does not have to be super easy easy.
Celia (“Weeds”)
Frustrated wife of Dean (Hodes), icy mother of Isabella, Celia is a breakout. With her cold, closed face, her harsh remarks and her pretense, she pushes people away. No one wants her as a friend. Nancy flees from her like the plague. Even when Celia wants to help and makes efforts. One must understand that she has a certain complex of inferiority that she manages poorly, that she is going through a crisis in her fifties and is questioning again. A bit of brothel tolerance, and generosity.
Sansa (Game of Thrones)
Honestly, who did not spit on her? Especially at the beginning, by the way. Growing up in Winterfell, with his family (Stark), Sansa pulls the non-stop trunk. The basic, jaded, unpleasant teenager, who makes no effort, sends his sister (Arya), her parents, the maid … Then she takes herself (with strength) with the worst asshole, Joffrey, who is told Passing will have his daron executed . Except that Sansa sees only her dream of being queen, then the rest, she does not care a little … Egoist, distant, she has enough to annoy the girl. Even after several seasons, despite what she endures and her merits (mine of nothing), we remain on our guard with her.
Esme (Peaky Blinders)
Married to John, Tommy’s younger brother, following an arrangement between families, Esme arrives in the Shelby family. Gypsy, like them, must still get used to a new life. No more trailers, life in the open air, nomadic life, free. She now lives indoors, has to work, close, respect rules . This does not always seem obvious and easy! This is one of the few to challenge or question Tommy’s words as well as his plans. And this, constantly. A few times where it feels a bit of tension, when there are already enough! And you want to say: “Thank you, but not now”. In the end, she is right to defend her ideas and interests, while truly loving John. So what to blame him? Who is the one who annoys you the most?
The post A little empathy brothel, these characters of series do not deserve as much hate first appeared on The Siver Times.

Reflex, when a series has good reviews, it is assumed that it comes from the States. While this is not always the case.
Let us pay tribute to the little ones. To the outsiders. To David against Goliath. Without having similar means, these series gain to be known, therefore to be seen. And then it will change a bit, because it must be admitted that the majority of our series are stamped USA Go, change is now (it goes, we do not laugh a little …).
3% (Brazil)
A series launched by Netflix in Brazil, where the site has established itself, faithful to its habit (cf Marseille in France). In short, we see a society divided between the rich and the poor, clearly. It is also the subject of the plot: a selection is put in place in order to give a chance to young people (20 years old) despaired to join the Other Shore , that is to say the haves, the Privileged. Convened in a building, they chained the tests, individual or collective, mostly intellectuals. And only 3% of them will be chosen, the lucky ones elected. Hence the title! A series of anticipations, in Portuguese, with no crazy financial means, one is caught by the different characters, one discovers the past and motivations by flashback. Accuracy: When you pass on the other side,
Orphan Black (Canada)
Diving into science fiction, where a woman realizes she has multiple clones. In this case Sarah Manning, back in her city, who sees Beth, throw herself under a train. Yeah, not super cheer like business. Since she looked like two drops of water, Sarah assumed the identity of Beth. Before realizing that she has a flop of look-alikes … The “sisters” will then make common cause to understand their origins and what is framed. A rather dramatic subject that remains pleasant to follow given the complexity of the characters for whom our feelings evolve, the fine and intelligent humor, and the remarkable performance of the actress Tatiana Maslany who plays all the roles of sisters, with Brio. Change character, accents, make us forget that it is one and the same interpreter,
Public Enemy (Belgium)
This Belgian series, inspired by the Dutroux affair, does not aim at a faithful adaptation, but rather shows the arrival in the Ardennes of a murderer of children. After twenty years of jail, Guy Béranger wishes to pass his conditional in the abbey of Vielsart . Of course, this does not happen without a few eddies … The reaction of the inhabitants, the behavior of the inspector in charge of monitoring, the monks: all points of view are discussed. And when a girl disappears, it gets cold. And the characters surprise us, in every sense of the word. Secrets, false leads, revelations, it’s well written and captivating to watch.
Walk in the Shade (Canada)
Centered on the prison universe, however different from what one is accustomed to see. Because the plot here focuses on the rehabilitation of prisoners, their upstream work with dedicated professionals, including criminologists. Desiring glued to reality, the creators chose criminologists to 90% female, like Rachel . Which is going to be called into question following a hanging with a prisoner. The confrontations are just and realistic, the tension takes you by the throat, the emotions flock. A good series to subdue. The only challenge is to understand everything and to be done quickly with the accent of Quebec.
Cleverman (Australia and New Zealand)
So, that denounces! An Australian-New Zealand production that treats, in a roundabout way but not so much, the segregation of the Aborigines in Australia . Here represented by the Hairy, mutants chased, persecuted and imprisoned by humans, they evolve in a hostile environment and undergo deplorable conditions of life. To give a more fictional side to this political dystopia, creators inject fantasy with supernatural and mystical powers entrusted to Cleverman, the sage of the Hairy / Aborigines.
Trapped (Iceland)
There is much talk about Scandinavian detective novels, here is another part of this same talent with this Icelandic series composed of ten episodes of 52 minutes. Broadcast on France 2 last year, as a bonus, this one deserved well this honor. The plot takes place in a small port village where a body is found mutilated . The local police first blocked the occupants – and first suspects – of the ferry, before having to do it alone, following the arrival of a snow storm that prevents the arrival of Reykjavik reinforcements. As often, the secrets are numerous between the inhabitants, the characters are complex, the false tracks numerous. A kind of closed door very well conducted. Someone has already looked at them and loved them?
The post Another series that tears, they are strong these Amé … ah bah no it is not ricain first appeared on The Siver Times.

On this sunny day, I find you for probably my most personal chronicle. If I have already mentioned with you my love for the series, I have never confided in what led me on this path. And to be totally frank with you, I think I’ve been overwhelmed by this kind of television since I was 6 years old. When you are a child, you sometimes have to deal with events that are difficult to manage. If some of them throw themselves in the sport, in an artistic activity or in books to exteriorize and escape for a few hours, my salvation came from the series. If their primary vocation is of course to entertain, I have always considered magical the faculty with which I could project myself into the world of someone else for 40 minutes. So absorbed in the adventures of one or several heroes, I came to forget what made my daily life, to find that light at the end of the road and that hope that led me to be the person that I am today, Hui. In reflecting on this chronicle, it seemed indispensable to me to speak to you about the first series of my existence, those which convinced me to one day make my profession.
The first of a long list is none other than Charmed . I was terribly young when the pilot was broadcast so much that I keep a rather frightening memory (which makes me laugh today as the driver is badly tied up). But magic fascinated me enormously at that time. Between Sabrina the Apprentice Witch and Charmed, I missed no episode of these series where strong and endearing women devoted their lives to trying to conquer the evil and this, even if it encroached on the future that they had imagined . I remember rushing to record the new episodes on four-hour tapes to the point that all my pocket money went into the purchase of blank tapes.
It’s Dawson’s Creek has absolutely changed everything. I have an unconditional love for this series which has simply transformed my life. I know that I seem a little silly in writing these lines but I do not want to underestimate its importance in my eyes. If the criticisms were fired when it was broadcast for the first time in the United States, I keep a magical memory at the same time melancholy and reassuring. I wanted to write while listening to the wonderful replicas of the characters. Obviously, none of them was of the age for these dialogues to be credible, but they carried a real message and an exceptional authenticity. It was one of the first series to dare to evoke the drug, Sex or even homosexuality with a correctness and a realism that I hardly describe . And above all, she has brought Pacey Witter into our lives and just for that she has something to mark us forever. Let me tell you, for me, Pacey is the best serial character. EVER. And her couple with Joey is my favorite. Dawson’s Creek made me dream, grow, change. And it was she who launched me into the world of television series.
It was then Newport Beach that was established in my life. I speak to you with emotion because it is the first show I discovered at the age when I was truly able to understand everything. Between well-written characters, intrigues full of surprises, superb dialogues, an amazing soundtrack and a dream setting, there’s nothing I did not like in Newport Beach as she knew how to handle drama and humor with a Ease never equaled in a teen-show . The first season is, in my opinion, a true masterpiece. Although I have seen the episodes a thousand times, they continue to give me the same emotions. I am simply admiring the work of the writers who knew how to plunge us into the world of the characters without making the slightest mistake and with actors at the top of their talent. If the other seasons have been largely underneath, Newport Beach will always have this little something that sets it apart from all the others. Above all, she reminds me of moments of complicity between mother and daughter that will remain forever in my memory.
I then cracked for Friends in a completely different way . But how not to talk about this sitcom of genius? It is simply unique. Capable of making us laugh, cry, scream or open our eyes in twenty minutes, Friends is a diamond in its pure state . Each of the intrigues is a delight and there is no episode I hate or I do not want to see again. The characters have become my friends, my family and when I feel that the morale is dropping, I have no hesitation, I run towards them knowing that they will bring back joy and energy like no one else. But there were also the Scott Brothers and their love affairs that accompanied me for years. Equally captivating and comforting,
Today, I admit to a great passion for the adventures of CW superheroes and in particular for Barry Allen who puts me in total euphoria . But it is all these series that shaped me and day after day, they have taken an increasingly important place in my universe to become essential. Basically, I can not talk about what I am without evoking them so much they have brought me over the years. Even now, they are my main refuge even though I am now facing adult problems. More than ever, it gives me that hope and strength to continue in spite of everything. They do not replace my family or friends, but they are indispensable to my survival as though they alone could solve my internal conflicts . So I would like to thank them and greet the person who created the very first series. Thanks to her, this television genre is part of my identity and it has no price.
That’s all for me meltynauts but you can relive with me the day when … The Vampire Diaries left us in the meantime. I’ll meet you on April 9 for a whole new column and in the meantime, take care of yourself. <3 What are your very first series?

So-called main character, charismatic, driving force, it does not meet expectations. And he sees his partners, supposedly secondary, steal the show.
Whose fault is it ? Good question. The actor with the game too dull, the dialogues rewound, the scenes badly tied … However, this character to be the star of the series is not, does not meet all expectations. Examples.
Peter Petrelli (“Heroes”)
Clearly a problem in writing the script. Planned for a single season, the series is tearing apart. As a result, the success is massive. As a result, producers do not want to stop and continue to fuck their pockets full. Except that the plot was scheduled over a season, the characters saw their destiny tip and their role ended there. Rather than going back on something new, while trying to keep a formula close, the guys have brought back the initial characters. Including Peter Petrelli. That tires everyone and occupies too much room, without letting others develop . Frankly, it was enough to choose one and give him a chance. There, it did not rhyme any more, it was wobbly, it could be seen. Then it’s completely gone in the end. The inevitable happened. Pity,
Malcolm (eponymous series)
Central character of the series and the family – there is only to see the title to confirm it, eh -, Malcolm remains however in withdrawal. We all have crazy memories with Reese, Hal, Francis or even Dewey for the more distant seasons, when this one grew and begins to really make his own. The little disdainful gaze and the sarcastic remarks of the little genius end up weary , and merely by less laughter than the exploits of other characters. Less complex, too predictable, the young gifted become plaintive teen loses charm gradually.
Peter Griffin (“The Griffins”)
It is clear that no character in this series is supposed to be worshiped, loved, in the sense that they are all bastards. Besides, rather than laughing with them, we spend more time laughing at them. But this is the goal of the author, Seth MacFarlane, so we kiffe. Except Peter, which ends up becoming more aggressive and limiting, than funny . As Mayor Adam West tore, with his caustic humor and obscure pop-culture references. It perfectly represented the absurdity of the show, it would have deservedly deserved to be the protagonist.
Oliver Queen (“Arrow”)
The most interesting part is told by flashback. That is to say how Oliver passes from the irresponsible spoiled young man to a mature and determined man. Afterwards, the series galley a little because it has already arrived at its final state. It is what it is, it no longer changes. Its variations and evolutions concern only its capacity to kill or not to assume it or not . Pity. While other characters like Arsenal (Roy) or the Black Canary (Laurel) really evolve before our eyes, from simple human beings to devoted fighters against crime. Which one did you most drunk?
The post Like Thiago Silva, the protagonist of the series does not ensure as much as it should first appeared on The Siver Times.

The project would be (already) under discussion, according to the Hollywood Reporter, and the opinions are negative. Too early, not necessary, risky … And if we made a series rather than a film?
It is not too late to change your mind, choose the appropriate form and put as much emphasis as possible on the bottom. The material is there, it is enough simply to use it as well as possible. And frankly, making a series seems pretty bad! Finally, it could calm down all those who are rather annoyed at the moment, seeing this project reboot in film as a shit announced, especially without the Wachowski to the controller, without the historical producer Joel Silver, nor a single cast member original. Come on, here are some ideas. That Warner can use, before officially confirm any project.
The films do not concentrate enough on the matrix
You can not do everything or satisfy everyone. Nor even all the desires. However, given the potential to be exploited behind the existence of the matrix, it would be possible to place more emphasis on it. For we human beings like to reflect on the illusion of reality, the backdrop behind our world and our universe . Much more than just looking (and appreciating, nevertheless) bastons or other purely human inter-personal problems. The will to be surprised, disturbed, to dig …
The possibility of developing several intrigues in parallel
Do not let us sulk our pleasure, follow the steps of Neo remains stylish. The stroke of the Messiah who comes to save humans is nothing new but when it is done well, we can be carried away. But if there were only that, a series of seasons would probably be boring. And there’s no risk! We could also include a slew of other things : a sort of prequel about the revolution, how it was built, how the machines had taken power, the path of Morpheus, why it and not another …
The indispensable villain is indeed present
It is a secret boot not so secret: it requires antagonism to create public interest. That he tries to understand why, that he feels things (empathy, compassion, disgust, fright …), that he identifies the values of the characters … And in Matrix, Agent Smith is an ideal opponent . Coriace, obsessed, wicked, heartless, he does not let go Neo and the others. Above all, he does not remain in his office to build plans; He goes to the field and wants to solve the problems. In person. Wet the shirt.
A smaller budget for more real actions
The first film had brought back the technique of the bullet time and delivered some magnificent fights. Then the second and third opus saw their budget doubled, which was not a good thing. Because the producers were made plaiz ‘and multiply the special effects based on computers and machines, we sweet to pass the scenes of fight to human dimension, stylish. An error (except the passage with the hundreds of Agent Smith, which is kept). A return to more human action scenes, worked, choreographed , would be welcome . More than slamming millions, it is a matter of spending them well. So hot for a series or not?
The post Thinking about it a bit, the possible reboot Matrix seems more sympatoch in series than film first appeared on The Siver Times.

Is Dean Israelite, director of the Power Rangers, in danger of losing the old fans to the detriment of the new ones? According to him, the answer is no
The director of the Power Rangers, whose post-generic scene has been teased by himself , will have to satisfy the new as the old fans of the franchise. Franchise that has existed for several decades and has made the happiness of the spectators! According to him, the answer is clear: the movie will appeal to both old and new Power Rangers aficionados . It was during an interview for Collider that the latter gave himself up “I think it is about making the characters very interesting, to make their stories convincing. The arch developed by the film is really fun, Exciting, entertaining, while retaining the original spirit of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
Of course, Dean Israelite did not hide that The Power Rangers, who discovered their colors in an exclusive extract exclusive, would overflow many easter eggs! As a reminder, easter eggs are small winks addressed to the fans to please them and which are generally found in movies, series, video games but also pieces of music. You will have understood : if you are a new spectator who knows very little these Justiciers with powers coming from space, you can rush enjoy the film! A film that promises a franchise if it is a commercial success. With Bryan Cranston and Elizabeth Banks at the cast, achieving this result should not be complicated! What do you think ?
The post The Power Rangers: The director promises a film that caters to both new and old fans first appeared on The Siver Times.
