After a twelfth season at the top, we were expecting a lot from Gray’s Anatomy season 13 and unfortunately, we can not say that it lived up to our expectations as we emerge from these 24 episodes with a mixed impression. What is most regretted most is that the development of the characters seems to have taken a secondary place in order to put surgical operations back on the stage. If it’s always interesting to keep up with the work of the Gray Sloan Memorial doctors, it’s their lives that we’re most passionate about. And, to add to this, many of the proposed intrigues have either had a taste of déjà vu, Or they were left in suspense for several episodes – even until the end of the season – giving the impression that the writers were writing without worrying about what had been done before. The main victims of this are obviously Owen and Amelia who find themselves trapped in a more than wobbly, repetitive and irresolute intrigue . While the pregnancy of Caterina Scorsone was a problem for the screenwriters, we remember that they managed the situation better last year with Jessica Capshaw for example. Owen and Amelia are unfortunately not the only victims of a lack of deepening of the intrigues this season, as the couples Jolex and Japril have also largely paid the price . For the first, it is certainly once again the pregnancy of the actress who creates complications and shows a lack of imagination on the part of the writers, but for the second one is always wondering what happened . The series offered us a beautiful episode centered on Jackson and April in Montana – which is certainly one of the episodes we’ve chosen this season . And we never had a follow-up or a conversation between the two characters, especially with regard to the fact that they had reconnected together and what it meant for them.
Moreover, the series seems to struggle to renew its casting, since the new characters often have a very low sympathy capital and it is really difficult to attach, certainly because the friendly interactions between the characters are less and less present. Besides, we were wondering if Gray’s Anatomy did not need some new blood for season 14 . However, everything is far from being thrown in this thirteenth season of Gray’s Anatomy which nonetheless offered us high moments in emotions or under high tension . These include the episode in Montana, where Meredith and Nathan are on a turbulent plane, visiting Jo, Bailey and Arizona in a prison or the last two episodes of the season, Offering a beautiful outing to the character of Jerrika Hinton. Gray’s Anatomy will always be dear to our hearts no matter what, but we really hope that the intrigues of season 14 will be more innovative and especially less disjointed. What do you think ?

Last night, ABC was broadcasting Season Final of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy. As expected, this episode was intense and heartbreaking. Discover immediately the 3 key moments of “Ring of Fire”.
It’s a habit we’ve been doing for 13 years now … At every Season Finale of Gray’s Anatomy, you have to take out the handkerchiefs. Not a single episode has touched our heart or heart. We feared the worst for her character and feared she would lose her life in the fire. Fortunately, Shonda Rhimes decided otherwise. Stephanie’s character became a true hero. She protected the 8-year-old girl against and against everything. She was even ready to sacrifice herself by leaving the blanket. Stephanie saved Erin’s life in appalling conditions, in the middle of a burning room. His courage was incredible. She found herself burned at the level of the hands and the neck and nevertheless, she thought only of the survival of the girl. Jerrika Hinton has really marked the series and her departure will be noticed . 2. A love triangle
The writers of Gray’s Anatomy love the love triangles and it is inconceivable for them not to have a new one (or even two) in this Season Finale of season 13 of the medical show. Maggie is once again at the heart of this sentimental discord. She feels feelings for Jackson, just like April and it must be believed that the surgeon seems receptive to his charm. The scene between the three characters was heavy and we really had trouble for April who realized that between her and her daughter’s father it was over. The couple Japril was really one of the most beautiful of Gray’s Anatomy and this new romance has something to surprise and disturb us. Will they pair up in season 14? Surely..
3. Owen’s sister
As we know, Owen’s sister was found alive after many years. If we thought we were going to attend their face to face it is not. The scriptwriters have allowed this plot to linger until the final minutes of the episode to make it even more dramatic . Owen, supported by Amelia, went to the military hospital to await the arrival of her sister. The shots have reinforced the tragic side of the situation and especially the emotion felt by Owen. This Season Finale of Season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy closed at the same time that Megan stepped down from the helicopter on a stretcher. She seemed unconscious and we only saw her hair, just like Owen and Amelia. Of course, This plot will be at the heart of Season 14 of Gray’s Anatomy and one thing is for sure is that we look forward to learning more. How will Owen and especially Nathan react? Will this mark the end of the Nathan / Meredith couple? Wow . After a 13-year saw-through season, Gray’s Anatomy offers us a breathtaking episode to end the season. The quality of episode 23 of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy was already a good indicator and the least one can say is that Shonda Rhimes did not disappoint with this new episode disaster. As everyone knew, the actress Jerrika Hinton leaves the series and for the occasion, her character was placed in the heart of the plot showing Stephanie Edwards as the heroine that we already knew she was. By some unknown miracle, Edwards is still alive after the explosion of the previous episode and she will spend all this episode trying to save little Erin. Beating, courageous and ingenious, Stephanie confronts every obstacle one by one and if fear sometimes takes over, she never loses her eyes to her goal: to make them survive. Jerrika Hinton is masterful for her latest episode, revealing heroism while vulnerable . After spending her life in hospitals and surviving this terrible fire, Stephanie realizes that she wants to live her life and discover the world and decides to resign. Here is an end in the image of his character and we prefer a thousand times that to another tragic death. The other characters are obviously not absent and each one to his role to play in this period of crisis. Jackson, for example, hastens to play the heroes by going in search of Stephanie when he hears the explosion. It’s not the first time Jackson has been running headlong without thinking, and this is a major concern for April and – more strangely – Maggie. When this one reappears – unfortunately without Stephanie – it passes a sacred soap by April and Maggie which gives rise to a scene at the same time funny and embarrassing. The disappointment of this episode comes from Eliza Minnick, who clearly shows a lack of empathy and compassion . While everyone is worried about Stephanie, Minnick forgets to inform the police of his disappearance. If his intention to want to put patients first is quite honorable, his willingness to follow the rules at this moment of crisis and especially his lack of reaction by realizing that he forgot Edwards really does not play in his favor. Thus, when she gets fired, one can not help being on the side of Bailey who does not hesitate to impose on Catherine Avery with a speech that comes to place in the ranking of the best speeches of the series. Eliza Minnick leaves the Gray Sloan Memorial and if there were not Arizona, it would not make us hot or cold. Finally, The other big plot of course is the discovery of Megan’s survival. While Owen is still totally shocked, Amelia handles the situation perfectly and is happy to see them finally reconciled. For her part, Meredith must announce the news to Nathan amidst all this chaos.
Meredith keeps an incredible calm as she tells her boyfriend that his wife was found alive. She is perfect at this moment, empathic and understanding, she does not hesitate to tell him that if it was Derek, she would already have gone to join him. It is a very beautiful scene and we love Meredith even more for this . If we do not forget the many defects of this season, the series offers us a beautiful end and knows how to make us come back next season. Here, Gray’s Anatomy shows us that there is no need to kill these characters to make us live an intense episode and to create emotion – rather it brings characters back from the dead . Moreover, as Shonda Rhimes never leaves anything to chance, It could also be that this final serves as a small entry for the spin-off of the series which will be centered on a fire station. While Owen received shocking news, a doctor experienced a tragic fate in episode 23 of Gray’s Anatomy season 13. Discover our review of “True Colors”!
Last night, in episode 23 of Gray’s Anatomy season 13, Owen’s life tumbled but the surgeon was not the only one to have suffered a real shock. The Season Finale is approaching and the show is becoming more and more intense. Melty’s editor lets you discover his criticism of episode 23 of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy. “True Colors” opens on Arizona in bed with Eliza while Meredith is in the arms of Riggs. The Merthan relationship seems to work well even if the surgeon is not yet ready to present her children. Meanwhile, Amelia feels alone while Owen is visited by two officers. “Is that about my sister Megan?” , Asks them. The suspense is preserved because to retranscribe the shock of Owen facing the announcement of the two military, the voices of its last are inaudible. While Stephanie can start working again, Alex finds Jo’s husband at a conference! What is he trying to do? Attention Alex! As for poor Owen, he is completely struck, as in a parallel universe … If he saves a baby, the doctor goes a little strong … which does not seem to please the parents. He tells her that if he tries to approach her, he will find her and kill him. “I know your name, I’m watching you.” , Alex’s little speech puts pressure on Paul. But the pediatrician goes home, Jo’s husband is assaulting the young woman. Again, it was only a hallucination. Alex thinks of all the scenarios. For her part, Stephanie is convinced by her patient, Keith, to take her to see her girlfriend, Alison. With her, Amelia, very gifted in German, Ensures that Megan is alive and well. The young woman is about to be transferred to Gray-Sloan Memorial Hospital. Meanwhile , Bailey launches the orange code so that all the doors of the hospital are closed and secured while Stephanie is still with Keith, More and more scary . Both of them fall on Erin while Stephanie understands that they are blocked. Amelia tells Meredith that Megan is alive. Alex’s BFF decides to immediately announce it to Nathan. “If Derek was alive, I’d like to know right now,” she admits. While Jackson is angry at having left Stephanie alone with Keith, Keith tries by all means to open the doors. The resident has the bad idea to explain to her that they will only open if there is an emergency. Keith then decides to set fire! The resident sets fire to the patient by protecting herself and Erin. However, she realizes that any risk of jumping because the flaming body is next to the oxygen tank. Stephanie tries to keep him away but explodes. Did she die in season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy? It was believed to the end despite the departure of Jerrika Hinton. “True Colors” was a very good episode that never stopped going up in a powerful way. Gray’s Anatomy Season 13: Episode 17, Maggie discovers the truth, our critic

Last night, the American channel ABC broadcast episode 17 of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy. Then discover our review of “Till I Hear It From You”.
If there is one thing that we can all agree on in this thirteenth season of Gray’s Anatomy , it is that an episode happens without a character irritates us strongly. This week, it is Amelia Shepherd’s turn to win the palm of the most horrifying character. She takes the torch after Jackson. Amelia is officially back in the hospital in episode 17 of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy and it’s not necessarily for our pleasure. If it were thought that his return would be synonymous with reconciliation and communication with Owen, this is far from the case. Both spouses find themselves working on the same medical case and instead of bringing them together, this will create new tensions. Owen does not understand Amelia’s behavior, and Amelia blames him for stifling her and categorically refuses to tell her the truth about what happened to her . Amelia goes so far as to mention Cristina, which, between us, is really a low blow on her part.
This plot always sounds false, especially because Amelia went from “I absolutely want children” to “oh my God but you put too much pressure on me with your baby, Owen,” and we can not wait for the two Characters move on to something else. If all seems lost between them during the episode, the look they exchange at the very end is perhaps a warning sign that they can still repair the broken pots. Meanwhile, Maggie still does not understand why her mother wants to make a breast augmentation. Her behavior with her is really hard, especially when you know the real reason for her coming to the hospital. Diana still refuses to tell her daughter the truth, Preferring to tell him after the operation so that this story of cancer is more than the past. Fortunately, Jackson insists and, as might be expected, Maggie is totally upset when her mother tells her everything.
Meanwhile, Meredith tries to find out if she wants to try something with Riggs or not. One feels in her conversations with Alex that she hesitates but that he misses something so that she says “yes” . This episode has the particularity of showing us Nathan as we have never seen him. Vulnerable, endearing, unsure of himself, he makes a nice statement to Meredith to prove to him what he feels for her . This moment will unfortunately soon be interrupted by Jackson who comes to look for Meredith because Maggie needs her. Her mother’s cancer is more aggressive than they thought and Maggie is going to need the support of her sisters. Will this put a stop to the perhaps nascent relationship between Meredith and Nathan? Finally, This episode had very good things to offer, although we still regret the very annoying behavior of Amelia which forces us a little to scream on our screen. Gray’s Anatomy Season 13: SPOILER leaves the series, what consequences?

What will be the consequences for SPOILER at the end of season 13 of Gray’s Anatomy? Here are some ideas …
The news fell yesterday: Jerrika Hinton, who plays Stephanie, will leave Gray’s Anatomy after season 13. After Callie last year, we’ll have to say goodbye to Dr. Edwards. Obviously, we do not yet know how the character will leave. Will Stephanie decide to leave the Gray Sloan Memorial? Will she be killed by the screenwriters? Only the future will tell us, but one thing is certain: it will leave a great void. Over the years, Stephanie has become a protagonist of the series. If it is not part of the core of the series, many intrigues entrusted to it and it’s downright become a sort of pillar for Amelia . She has the same ambition as Cristina and clearly, it was she who pushed the other interns to surpass themselves, creating the desire for her comrades to be better than her.
Jo will no doubt be devastated by the absence of Stephanie. It is “his person”, like Cristina with Meredith. Today, Jo is at the bottom, Alex risking the jail. It was also seen in an excerpt from episode 11 of season 13 Grey’s Anatomy , the hunk could spend his life behind bars. So, if we had to imagine the worst – namely Alex wearing an orange outfit – how could Jo survive the absence of her best friend and guy? Imagine if her violent ex-husband came to land, the hell that would be his life. In any case, we will have to find a replacement to Jerrika Hinton to make us forget the lack of his character.
This should not be a huge worry for the series that used to have a huge turnover in its casting. But it is true that Stephanie was an integral part of the show. So we have to reintroduce a mentally strong character, ambitious and nuanced . But we trust Shonda Rhimes and his team to offer us still nice moments. We hope nevertheless that the departure of the pretty Edwards will not be shipped like that of Callie last year. The 13 season of Grey’s Anatomy continues tonight with episode 11 . Sad news for the fans of Gray’s Anatomy! One of the actors will bow to the end of this season 13 …
While the 13 season of Grey’s Anatomy in full swing, a new beginning will soon hit the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital hard. After Sandra Oh (Cristina), Patrick Dempsey (Derek) or Sara Ramirez (Callie), it is the turn of Jerrika Hinton (Stephanie) to say goodbye to the series . Decidedly, the departures follow! Yet nothing seems to stop the quality and success of the show Shonda Rhimes . If the departure of Stephanie at the end of that season 13 is official, the question is how the young woman will bow … So Jackson’s ex she will die in the next few episodes of Grey’s Anatomy ?
