So, between Fear The Walking Dead, Orange Is the New Black and many others, who will be number 1 ?!
Although it is June and most of the series are in summer hiatus since May, the month has been well rhythmic since several series have bowed, while others have begun . For example, we had to say goodbye to Reign, Pretty Little Liars or The Leftovers , while Orphan Black pointed his nose to begin his final season . 9 – Pretty Little Liars
It’s hard not to make a small place in Pretty Little Liars in our June Top Series as the series offered us its latest episode three days ago. The Mist: Episode 2, the dead accumulate, our critic!

Hell continues for the characters of The Mist. Episode 2 of Season 1 was released last night, discover our review!
The adaptation of Stephen King’s novel, The Mist, landed on our screens last week with an explosive, suspenseful pilot . The second episode, which was released last night in the US, is once again in suspense. The showrunners do not waste time and we plunge a little more into the universe and the terrifying intrigues of Stephen King. In this new episode, the mist has completely seized Bridgeville leaving its inhabitants in fog and fear . Telecommunications do not work, bodies are found at every corner of the city, but no one understands, nobody knows what is in this mist …
We find the characters of The Mist , introduced in the first episode. The plot takes place in 2 different places: the shopping center and the village church. Kevin (father), Adrian (Alex’s best friend), Bryan (the soldier) and Mia (drug addict), decide to leave the police station to join Kevin’s family at the mall. But after being attacked by a group of men wanting to take their vehicle, they have a car accident. They go back to the village church where Conor (the policeman, father of the alleged rapist of Alex) and the old lady who lost her husband (Frances Conroy). Mia and Bryan realize that the mist makes, among other things, come back the spirits of the dead …
On the other side of the city is panic. The locals lock themselves in the mall after witnessing the deaths of several people in the mist . They want to warn the authorities and then designate who will pick up the emergency radio in a building buried in the fog. Obviously, it had to fall on Eve (the mother of the family). Another man decides to accompany him and together they try to join the rescue which, of course, do not answer. After discovering bloody writing on the floor, Eve would like to go back to the mall but the man refuses. He takes out his weapon and ensues a struggle between the two characters. Eve finally takes the top and pulls the trigger. Why did he want to kill her?
Night falls on Bridgeville and while Jay (Alex’s alleged rapist) goes to the mall’s washroom, he discovers two people hanged (the friends of the man killed by Eve). Just as in the novel and cult film, The Mist , these characters seem to know what led to this mist and preferred to end their lives rather than confront it. And if the series follows the thread of the story, the creatures and strange phenomena of the mist should storm the mall in the night . This episode intrigued us from beginning to end although it was slower, from a narrative point of view, than the Premiere Series. History holds the lead and actors are credible in their roles. The Walking Dead season 8: Negan absent from the first episodes, what will happen there?

The 100: Lexa, Lincoln, Maya … The characters we miss the most!

While Season 5 of The 100 will not be released until 2018, let’s go back to all those characters who have disappeared and we miss them terribly!
We miss them! Yes, the meltynauts, if we always knew that the apocalyptic series of the CW was going to have to separate from several of its characters, the pain was not relieved. Once is not customary, the new season of Orange Is the New Black left us with a lot of questions and unfortunately the wait will be very long before we can have the answers. Beware, for those who have not yet finished season 5 of Orange Is the New Black , know that this article contains spoilers on the plot and especially on the final season. If you watched and finished the thirteen new episodes of the Netflix prison series, you will know that the last episode ended on a cliffhanger that still gives us chills. Clay’s cassette finally let us know that Hannah did not blame her, but the revelations that accompanied the episode were more than hard to digest . In order to introduce an event that will take place in Star Wars 9, Colin Trevorrow has asked Rian Johnson to shoot a particular scene in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
The problem when you build a trilogy with different directors for each opus is that you have to be careful to stay consistent! As a result, communication and exchanges between directors are absolutely essential. This episode marked a small pause in the heavy intrigue between Savitar and The Flash. If it served essentially to delay the confrontation of the two enemies, it had the merit to offer us a good breath of fresh air just before the last two episodes much more serious. It must be said that we laughed on discovering that Cisco had erased Barry’s memory by accident and that the latter now had a blissful air and a lightness that was unfamiliar to him. Under the frivolous surroundings, this episode showed us the path traveled by our hero who seemed to finally accept his suffering and move on. Above all, we realized that even if Barry was happy, he was unfortunately the Barry we knew and loved.

But what character plays Donald Glover in Spider-Man: Homecoming ?! His role has so far remained so secret that one would almost have forgotten that the actor is part of the cast of the film. Black Panther: Who is Zuri, the character of Forest Whitaker?

Apparently very briefly in the trailer of Black Panther, Zuri, the character of Forest Whitaker immediately seemed to us quite mysterious. So who is it actually?
There were some crazy pictures in the black Panther’s trailer ! Between the waterfalls made by T’Challa ( Chadwick Boseman ), the stunning landscapes of the Wakanda and the presence of the impressive Dora Milaje, we took full the mirettes. So much so that some less flashy details at first a little escaped our attention. So start with the silhouette of Forest Whitaker, barely recognizable under its layer of make-up tribal, wrapped in a kind of purple dress of the most beautiful effect. Yet his character, who replied to the name of Zuri, appeared in a rather mysterious scene, Leaning on something – something that is perhaps related to the Mystic Grass from which Black Panther derives his powers? – and wrapped in smoke. Of what, inevitably, to ask a few questions, the main being: but who is Zuri? And well know, the meltynauts, that the character of Forest Whitaker does a little office … Obi-Wan of the film !

The trailer of Black Panther proved to us that T’Challa was not to be taken lightly. But where does he get his powers? Ryan Coogler and Kevin Feige tell us a bit more.
If there is one thing that can not be blamed for the very first teaser trailer of Black Panther , it is to lack of striking images! Between two mind-blowing glimpses of the Wakanda and two appearances of the famous Dora Milaje, T’Challa, the eponymous hero of the film, gives us the full view by sending mercenaries and jumping from one car to another. And it’s without counting his costume that pushes the balls! If Black Panther will a priori not a film backgrounds – we have already seen the superhero donning his outfit in Captain America: Civil War – he will have us still says two or three small essentials. The first trailer of Black Panther has just been unveiled. And here are the three things that must absolutely be remembered from these very first images!
Unless you live like hermits, you’ve certainly noticed it: Black Panther ‘s frenzied and intense trailer landed with great pomp, revealing the Wakanda and its extraordinary landscapes and allowing us to find T’Challa. If the superhero had impressed us in Captain America: Civil War , we are waiting to see what he is really capable of now that he is no longer surrounded by the rest of the Avengers and must fulfill his role as king. And to see him jumping on his opponents and jumping from one car to another, it is clear that Black Panther has lost nothing of his superb. But beyond that, the trailer of Ryan Coogler’s film allowed us to discover quite a few other elements that we were frankly curious to discover . So,
And the first thing you have to mention is of course … the Wakanda itself ! The other two elements that one must absolutely remember of the trailer of course concern the new characters! We see several times Erik Killmonger, the villain played by Michael B. Black Panther: The Wakanda is unveiled in a frenetic first trailer teaser!

You were waiting for him, he was there! The first teaser trailer of Black Panther has just landed on the web. And be careful, it is as explosive as it is intense!
He’s there ! Suddenly, when we did not expect, the Marvel studios decided to surprise us. As melty announced yesterday, a Black Panther poster was unveiled to mentally prepare us for the arrival of his very first teaser and thus to the first real images of the film. What can make our impatience climb all of a sudden! Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa was pretty cool – even very cool – in Captain America: Civil War , with his particularly successful costume and his quest for revenge. And it is without counting his nobility and his courage! So, inevitably, it made us want to learn more about him and follow him in his own solo adventure. Until now, Unfortunately, there was not much to put under the tooth side details about the plot and the characters. But that was before the announcement of the arrival of the first Black Panther teaser ! So, what does it look like, this long awaited video?
And boy, oh boy, it’s exciting ! Fueled and action-packed and new characters, served by a song of Run the Jewels that sends, the teaser trailer throws us directly into the mysterious Wakanda . It begins by introducing two familiar faces, namely Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) already seen in Captain America: Civil War , and the abominable Ulysse Klaue (Andy Serkis), who evoke the country of T’Challa. And from there, we see a deluge of extraordinary images that show us not only our superhero and his Dora Milaje in action, but also the spectacular – and sometimes very futuristic – landscapes of Wakanda. This one had already a little revealed on concepts of arts of Black Panther but, there, It is full of eyes! No wonder it hides the mythical El Dorado!
But the trailer also gives us the opportunity to find Black Panther himself, both in his costume as a king and as a superhero. And he has lost none of his presence or his abilities (this waterfall with the car … whoosh!)! We also know briefly with Erik Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan), his antagonist in the hairstyle rather wtf but with sharp daggers. And we take advantage of it to see Lupita Nyong’o and Danai Gurira in their warrior dress. And apparently, they have nothing to envy their sovereign in terms of mastering combat skills! So certainly this teaser trailer does not teach us much about the plot of Black Panther , but it does give us all the same a desire: See more ! Game of Thrones season 8: Can the Lannister be the big winners?

A few weeks before the arrival of season 7 of Game of Thrones, one wonders if the story could end with a victory of the great villains.
While waiting for the summer and season 7 of Game of Thrones in which Arya could well attack Littlefinger , we continue to help you to wait with a few small theories. Once it is not customary, it is the members of Reddit who imagined a very glaucous end for the epic fantasy saga of George RR Martin. It was often believed that Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow would eventually defeat the White Walkers and reign over Westeros together . Or that, even if one of them died, the other would try to restore peace to make Westeros a just kingdom. Yet another option exists: that it is the Lannister who win the battle and who end up reigning as masters, as they always wanted.
And when one speaks of Lannister, one does not speak of the only supposed Lannister, Tyrion. Indeed we already know that the end of Game of Thrones will be “sweet-bitter” and with George RR Martin, difficult to imagine a happy ending to speak properly. Could Cersei win the war against Daenerys and the White Walkers? It could then conquer Dorne and the other territories of Westeros. It is assumed that, faithful to herself, she would never marry and therefore would have no new heir and no other family than Jaime. But since it is in Game of Thrones , it could attack Sansa who would reign over the North and end up being wounded on the battlefield.
Reddit’s surfer then imagined that she would be doomed by this wound and that to shorten her suffering, Jaime would eventually kill her, thus realizing the prophecy. So Jaime would be the one who would end up on the Iron Throne. An end at the same time bitter because of the death of the “good” characters but made sweet by the death of Cersei and by the reign just hoped for by Jaime . We admit that we hope that the series will take another path but the Lannister victory remains to be considered and since we like to be surprised, it could be almost as satisfying as a predictable end and already predicted by all fans. An in-extremis escape
This is the most popular theory among fans! Remember, Deathstroke was supposed to guide the Team to a boat so they could all escape . Since Slade has spent a lot of time on the island, it’s a safe bet he could have borrowed several shortcuts to lead our favorite characters to the boat before it was too late. Perhaps that would allow everyone to forgive him once and for all?

The month of May is always loaded in terms of series, with all the final seasons going on and some summer series starting. Not to mention the Netflix series that land every month and come to shake everything up. This month of May was another emotional month, between tension episodes, the tragic deaths, the couples who make and break and of course the fact of having to say goodbye to certain shows the time of the Summer – or even forever . As at the end of each month, the editor of melty offers you to discover the 10 series that have marked the last 31 days . And since we can not see everything and we all have different opinions, we invite you to share your Top Series of May in the comments.
9 – Scandal
It was known before the release of the double episode of season finale, the season 7 of Scandal will be the last , making the end of season 6 even more important since it sets up as pawns for the latest chapter Series. If we found the first part of the final season a little slow and a bit too quiet, everything was played in episode 16 and all the cards are now redistributed in order to offer us a totally different last season. Olivia Pope has embraced a little more her side “dark” , no longer hesitating to eliminate people who get in the way of his goal. Despite some mistakes, we were pleasantly surprised by this end of season.
8 – The Flash
The Flash concluded its third season last week with a rather touching yet predictable episode. After a season that had some problems with the plot, The Flash is doing pretty well with this final season which already puts in place the bases of season 4. If, not surprisingly, Iris is not dead As had been predicted, his character played an important role in this end and it is no worse. Despite some predictable intrigues and springs, The Flash fulfills his contract and offers us a end of the season full of action, twists and turns and where we even had to take out the handkerchiefs!
7 – Jane The Virgin
The CW series is one of those underestimated series – to go hand in hand with Crazy Ex-Girlfriend – especially because of the channel on which it is broadcast. And yet, it’s still a beautiful season that Jane The Virgin offers us with an end to the top. The series always mixes humor and emotion, and it was once again a real emotional roller coaster that follows the adventures of Jane and all the other characters in the series. Despite its very low audiences, the series was renewed by the CW for a season 4 and we are already looking forward to discovering all this because Jane is missing us already!
6 – Supergirl
The second seasons are often a bad time to play for the playoffs, but we can say that Supergirl is doing pretty well, especially with its final season as exciting as it is moving. Admittedly, the season has seen ups and downs, especially in the middle of the season, but it has caught up well on the end, putting her heroine back at the center of the action. With the final season, the different female characters were highlighted and the return of Cat Grant was only the icing on the cake . What a pity that his character does not come back for season 3 … The series has been bold on the end and we really hope that season 3 will be to this image.
5 – Gray’s Anatomy
We all agree more or less to say, this thirteenth season of Gray’s Anatomy is far from perfect and some intrigues have really left something to be desired. However, we can not deny that the last two episodes of season 13 have largely raised the level giving us really want to discover the season 14 . Not only was the final season disaster, which was enormously teased by the production, offered us cold sweats – or hot rather – with this fire, but it allowed to give a very beautiful end to Stephanie Edwards. Indeed, Jerrika Hinton leaves the series and it is a true heroine that his character bids us farewell.
4 – Agents of SHIELD
Agents of SHIELD closed its fourth season as brilliantly as it did, with Ghost Rider returning to close the loop. If one adds to the well-structured intrigues, the dialogues that make flies and the development of characters always well conducted, the political subtext of Agents of Hydra, one really faces one of the best seasons of 2016-2017 .
3 – Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt / Master of None
We plead guilty! We were not able to decide between the two Netflix comedies, both of which were released this month on the SVOD platform. Both are hilarious, but they are very different but we love them as much. It is always a pleasure to recapture the sarcastic and ultra-referenced humor of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and his colorful characters. Season 3 plays the card of feminism, while still offering wacky and offbeat plots. As for Master of None , we must say that magic always operates with this second season which is just as good and funny as the first. These two comedies are very original, each in their own way, and if you have not yet watched them, go for it!
2 – The Handmaid’s Tale
Last month we discovered Hulu’s brilliant but glittering The Handmaid’s Tale and since then we have to admit that our fascination with this series has not diminished. We know that it will make us suffer, yet every week we are eager to discover the new episode before which we will be hypnotized. His subject is always as strong and multiplying the points of view and the flashbacks on the different characters allow to enlarge the history and to understand a little better all the protagonists. The Handmaid’s Tale is undoubtedly one of the best new releases of 2017 and we are looking forward to seeing how the season will end.

After many months of waiting, Sense8 offered us a second season at the height that gives us already looking forward to seeing the continuation . Closer than ever, the sensates continue their struggle against the terrifying Whispers and the BPO organization by discovering more and more information about their past and their powers. The universe of the series has expanded to our delight and there are still many touching and intense scenes that we have been able to discover . We regret a bit the rapidity with which the plot resolves in the final season but what we regret above all is to have to wait for months before we can find Nomi, Capheus, Lito and the others. While waiting for the start of season 7 of Game of Thrones on July 16, discover the elements of the trailer that you may have escaped!
Four days ago HBO finally unveiled the trailer of the season 7 of Game of Thrones revealing so many new images that give us new indications on what we can expect from these next seven episodes. After several photos and teasers focusing on the upcoming conflicts between the different characters in the series, it is not surprising to see that this is the main theme of the trailer. There is a ruthless Cersei ready to shave his enemies, a determined Daenerys who will do everything to recover what is owed him and a Jon Snow worried about the real war that awaits them all with the White Walkers. However, some moments of the trailer are much more subtle and difficult to decipher so the images are sometimes linked quickly.
Yara and Ellaria kiss
For a second you can see Yara Greyjoy and Ellaria Sand kissing , as you can see more easily in the image above. This confirms that Dorne has joined the alliance already formed between Daenerys and the Greyjoy and therefore the Sand Snakes will also fight against Cersei and his allies.

Salazar is perhaps now the number one enemy of Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean 5 but this has not always been the case. For the antagonist has very nearly been a woman!
