The Walking Dead season 8: Negan absent from the first episodes, what will happen there?

The news is almost confirmed and it would seem that the beginning of season 8 of The Walking Dead will go from Negan. But what are the episodes going to talk about?
In the middle of our 2017 World Cup, and we’re wondering if Rick Grimes could beat the Demogorgon of Stranger Things , we’re now interested in Season 8 and what it’s all about. After a seventh season that placed all pawns on the chessboard, we are ready to see Alexandria, Hilltop and the Kingdom fighting against the Sanctuary and Jadis. But despite all that is promised to us for the beginning of season 8, it could be that an emblematic character misses the call . As previously suspected, Jeffrey Dean Morgan who plays the big villain Negan has not been seen on the set since filming the first episode, knowing that production is currently filming episode 5 of The season 8.
This absence could be explained more by the presence of the actor in the casting of the film of Dwayne Johnson, Rampage, than for scenario-specific reasons for The Walking Dead . But then what could happen in the first episodes? First of all, it is quite possible that Jeffrey Dean Morgan is shooting indoors and so has not been noticed by the fans who hang around the plateaus . During the arc of the comics, Negan is forced to remain inside the Sanctuary because of an invasion of walkers, which could explain the momentary absence of Negan out of the walls of his den, although this should not Not span 4 episodes.
After seeing a Rick back and completely crushed by the presence of Negan, seeing some episodes focused on the group we know well could prove to be most enjoyable. All that being said, we know that it is easy to find faults and we still remain big fans of The Walking Dead. The adaptation of comics is a complex exercise that the screenwriters have still succeeded so far and we are eager to see the continuation. After 7 seasons of The Walking Dead, we have attached ourselves to certain characters and much less to others …
We are still waiting for our dose of zombies this fall and while Greg Nicotero was telling us how to improve The Walking Dead in the sequel, today it’s characters we’re going to talk about. For after 7 seasons, we had the opportunity to meet many characters endearing, badass, funny, intelligent or sometimes all at the same time. But The Walking Dead , they are also wicked, cruel, sadistic or unbearable characters . Small selection of the worst characters in the series, which you can obviously lengthen in the comments.
Ed Peletier
Difficult to do worse than an abusive husband and we admit to you that we are rather happy that Ed did not last long in the series. In addition to hitting Carol and being violent with her daughter Sophia, Ed was not known for his kindness to the rest of the group either , refusing to share his resources with the other survivors. Joe

Fear The Walking Dead Season 3: Episodes 1 and 2, Madison, Travis and the others in military hell, our critic

After months of waiting there it is, season 3 of Fear The Walking Dead began with a first double murderer season. Watch out for spoilers.
The zombies are back, and the least we can say is that this start of the season is a success. It was announced to you a few hours ago, Fear The Walking Dead season 3 killed one of his main characters and made his first double season an event. But before returning to the death of Travis, a small return on the two episodes aired last night on AMC, “Eye of the Beholder” and “The New Frontier”. The series plunges us back into the universe of The Walking Dead with the capture of Madison, Travis and Alicia by the armed militia and it does not take long to Travis to find Nick and Luciana . Madison and Alicia are welcomed in a slightly more polite way and it is soon realized that the soldiers, led by Troy Otto, Are mainly a beautiful band of racists that separates people according to their skin color and their origins. Add to that their presence at the border and their willingness to stop people who want to enter the American territory and get a good representation of the world according to Donald Trump.
To top it off, the military volunteers take themselves for scientists and execute the wounded they find to calculate their transformation time according to their morphology. All this in the name of science of course … Fortunately Travis, Nick and Luciana manage to escape thanks to one of the many very nice action scenes that punctuate the episode . Despite this, however, despite Madison’s skill with a spoon, the whole group ended up in a dirty situation – a walkers’ pit, infected sewers or capture by the military – before being reunited with the sympathetic Jake Otto. Brother Troy was apparently not inherited his psychopathic instincts, phew .

And without having time to blow, the second episode continues with the tragic death of Travis who is shot in the helicopter . A touching and surprising scene that proves that writers are ready to put the package this season. Obviously Alicia has very little time to react since she finds herself abandoned with a wounded Luciana, Jake, And his wife who dies in her turn during the night. The trio eventually joined Madison and Nick at the shelter of the Otto family, Luciana still between life and death. The Clark family is full but in mourning and Madison quickly decides to settle in the shelter if it is necessary to take matters in hand if things degenerate, an attitude that is not unlike that of a certain Rick Grimes …
Finally on the side of Strand and in spite of his plan to pass for a doctor, the exile also arrives since he gets put out by the community of the hotel. Fortunately the mother of the bride, Ilene, has a last gift for him that greatly increases his chances of survival: a sports car. Fear The Walking Dead has delivered two action-packed episodes that cleverly combine human danger and zombie danger to offer us a lot of little frights. Taking risks, the series ranks one step above its previous two seasons and gives us anxious to see what happens next . We found a Nick always a little selfish and strong head against his mother who tries to calm the game and keep them alive. Alicia and Madison proved their ability to survive and Travis, before dying, showed exemplary heroism by sacrificing himself several times to save his family. These series characters left too early while they were still under the elbow

Was there really no way to give them even a little reprieve?
We start to know the music: we do everything to make you attach to a character and when you make a small place in your heart next to your mother and your cat, we rip you all shamelessly . The worst thing is that you’re maso because you come back every time. In fact you know very well that with time, the pain subsides, and that other characters will come to do the taf. Jimmy Darmody (Boardwalk Empire)

We continue to wait for season 8 of The Walking Dead – teased on video by Greg Nicotero – and today to help you wait, it is a crazy moment that is proposed to you. Obviously with seven seasons to his credit, hundreds of comics and millions of fans, The Walking Dead has had the right to the most far-fetched theories than the others . A few weeks after the end of season 7 of The Walking Dead, a small return on the best and worst characters of the season.
The 7 of The Walking Dead season may well be over – you were told that of Negan or Rick had had more screentime in the first episodes – but that does not prevent us to continue to talk until season 8. Today We look at the best and worst characters of the season based on their actions but also on their evolutions over the episodes . Maggie Rhee, formerly Greene. The season opened with the death of Glenn Rhee, her husband, but also the only member of her family who is still alive if her baby is not counted, a traumatic and decisive event. Yet rather than moping, dropping her arms or even running into the pile headed down to avenge Glenn’s death, Maggie got up and repeatedly showed her determination to create a better world. You know, the shooting of season 8 of The Walking Dead is in full swing in the vicinity of Atlanta! To avoid to the max the small curious ones and the spoilers, the AMC show team is at the cleat. Season 7 of The Walking Dead may be over, but you may still have a lot of surprises in store for you!

The Walking Dead: How much time has elapsed since the start of the series?

A few months before the release of Season 8 of The Walking Dead, you are given a season-by-season recap of elapsed time to see more clearly in the series’s timeline.

While we were learning that there were only 3 regular actors promoted for season 8 of The Walking Dead , it is not to the characters but to the time elapsed in the series that we will now be interested. Indeed, between the seasons, the mid-seasons and the different ellipses, it can sometimes be difficult to find oneself . We are going to use the wikia page of the The Walking Dead series and we invite you to share your own understanding of the timeline of the series in the comments. October is still a long way off and Andrew Lincoln ‘s promises and a premiere season more exciting than ever for Season 8 of The Walking Dead do not really help us to be patient. It’s been a week since season 7 of The Walking Dead is over and we offer you a short summary of all the characters who have left us this season.
That’s it, Season 7 of The Walking Dead is over and after a review , it’s a summary that we now propose to come back to all the characters who died in this season. A few hours ago, AMC was broadcasting Season 7 episode 16 of The Walking Dead. It’s time to count the bodies …
Attention, this article contains many spoilers on Season Finale of Season 7 of The Walking Dead . Broadcast on the American screens this night, episode 16 of the zombiesque show was particularly good. After a seventh slow season and quite badly criticized, Kirkman, Gimple and the whole team have – almost – managed to be forgiven! And inevitably, who said Season Finale succeeded, said Season Finale bloody … We waited a little action and honestly, we are far from disappointed. So who has not survived this seventh season of The Walking Dead ? We take stock of the losses of this final episode.
By choosing to stand up to Negan, Rick knew the risks! Not surprisingly, Sasha did not survive this Season Finale ! Taking a few details of Holly’s plot in comics, the series chose to offer a very moving and original end to Abraham’s darling. From the beginning of the episode, one understands that it will not make old bones. Stuck in a coffin and listening to music, Sasha dreams of happy moments with Abraham and Maggie. The death of Sasha
If his disappearance should sadden the fans, they can at least be consoled with the beautiful exit door that the writers have reserved for him. Sasha has never let us down, and it took some bravery for her to take the famous poison of Eugene . Without the least weapon at her disposal to kill Negan, she decided to turn herself into a weapon. And even if it failed, it saved the life of Carl and the people of Alexandria. A heroic sacrifice that reminds us why we love The Walking Dead so much.
The Return of Abraham
If the scene was terribly painful to the heart as it played with our emotions and especially with the possibility that the strong man in the series could listen to Sasha instead of following Rick and moving towards her death she allowed us to see How much he loved Sasha. We waited for that moment for the entire season. And it was perfect! The Tribute to Glenn
Maggie’s speech was as heart-rending as it was magnificent. So much has happened since the show’s first season that we sometimes forget that it’s Glenn’s decision to save Rick who started it all. Central and terribly human character, Glenn misses us enormously but he is saving to know that he will live eternally in Maggie and their child . We know, several characters will die in the Season Finale of season 7 of The Walking Dead ! Of course, it is hard to refrain from making predictions or elaborating theories. Speaking of theories, Reddit members and frequent fans of The Walking Dead are never left out when it comes to going very far in analyzing the zombie show. And on closer inspection of the Season Premiere of this season 7, some fans have come to the following conclusion: The series has already revealed the identity of the dead to come thanks to … a tablecloth! Fear The Walking Dead Season 3: Soon a new band to revive fans interest?

A few months before the release of Season 3 of Fear The Walking Dead, one wonders if new characters could help the series to be more captivating.
The bad news fell some time ago and it may well be that Fear The Walking Dead season 3 is broadcast later than expected , that is, this summer. Although the characters are already quite numerous, it is clear that their plots and / or personalities are brakes for some fans who can not hang on to the series . This weekend melty was at the Walker Stalker Con in London and we had the pleasure of chatting with the talented
Christian Serratos who told us about the future of Rosita in season 7 of The Walking Dead! Watch out for spoilers.
In addition to our critic of Season 7 episode 12 of The Walking Dead , melty continues to bring you surprises with now the exclusive comments of Christian Serratos, aka Rosita Espinosa! The actress was present at the famous Walker Stalker Con in London on March 4th and 5th and we had the chance to meet her so that she tease us a little the suite for Rosita . It must be said that season 7 of The Walking Dead is particularly interesting for Rosita who recently lost Abraham twice – first to Sasha, then to Negan. Let’s see what Christian Serratos has to say about his character in this season. Watch out for the spoilers on the US comics in the sequel!
How will Rosita react when she finds out that Eugene “is Negan” since arriving at the Sanctuary?
Christian Serratos : Eugene will always surprise Rosita. He disappointed her a lot in the past but they form a family. Some time ago, Eugene betrayed Abraham and Rosita with a huge lie and she forgave him. So I think it will be interesting to see where it’s going to lead this time, and if they’ll have the opportunity to confront each other to see how Rosita will react. It could have a quite different reaction, or the same as the last time and forgive it again.
Why does Rosita want revenge on Negan alone?
Christian Serratos : I do not think she wants revenge on her own. I think she sees just that as her only option. She thinks that she is the only one who is really active and wants to try to avenge her lost family members. For her, all others react completely inappropriately. She is rampant and angry and motivated and I think it’s important to see that side in her home. That’s what’s interesting in The Walking Dead too, we have a lot of very different characters and they all have their own particular way of reacting. Rosita could not have had the same reaction as Maggie or Aaron or Daryl. It is his very personal reaction to a traumatic event.
Could she do something stupid that would put her or her group in danger?
Christian Serratos : Sure, it’s always a possibility with this group. Rosita acts in a way that could definitely cause her to be killed, or put someone else in danger. But that’s what makes us come back every week too. Will the characters die or will they survive? Is Rosita going to be totally destructive or will she end up being a heroine? That’s what we want to see.
How would you like Rosita to die?
Christian Serratos : As you know it is already dead in the comics. I find it really good that the series respects them as much while continuing to surprise the fans. If my death was different in the series than in comics, I think it would be for the better and it would be huge. But I would like us to remain in simplicity and, ideally, I would like her to die in the same way as in the comics.
Clear answers which tease a little the continuation without revealing too much. Christian Serratos explained in spite of episode 12 that Rosita would still have a certain reluctance to work with Sasha since she also lost Abraham because of her . But tensions could be set aside because survival is above all. The actress also added that Rosita’s reaction to these deaths told us a lot about her past, about who she is and how she handles things. Even though we do not know much about her, Rosita continues to unveil. The zombie show is talking about it … and not necessarily for the right reasons! Jeffrey Dean Morgan has gone to the niche to defend The Walking Dead.
“Eeny meeny miny moe, catch a tiger by the toe …” . It is impossible not to associate this song to The Walking Dead and its emblematic villain, Negan. Yet, if you open a history book (aka if you go on Wikipedia), you will discover that the origin of the nursery rhyme is very far from the playground. Basically , the word “tiger” was replaced by “nigger” . Charming. There is no question of choosing who will get the last chocolate bread here, but rather a totally racist song that dates back to the last century. This is why some consumers have not enjoyed a certain T-shirt offered by Primark .
Accused of racism, the British giant has decided to withdraw the product and apologized: “The T-shirt in question is a derivative of The Walking Dead series The quote and picture come directly from the show all wrong.. Fear The Walking Dead Season 3: Could the new villain be as charismatic as Negan?

Several months before the broadcast of the season 3 of Fear The Walking Dead, small return on the new antagonist that one awaits impatiently.
The season 3 of fear the walking dead is still far and then we wondered who would die in the next few episodes , it is now up to the new big bad will soon land in the series. It has often been pointed out, something that was missing a lot in the first two seasons of Fear The Walking Dead was a good antagonist to complicate the task for the survivors. A few hours after the return of season 7 of The Walking Dead, we ask the first questions about the mid-season premiere! Watch out for spoilers.
Rick is finally back in Season 7 of The Walking Dead and after offering you our review of the mid-season premiere, you are given some answers on the mystery of the end of the episode. Attention if you have not seen “Rock in the Road”, this article will contain spoilers! In episode 9, Rick, Michonne and the others try to recruit the residents of the Hilltop and Kingdom communities unsuccessfully because of the reluctance of Gregory and Ezekiel, but the men and weapons they need may well Be found elsewhere. As they seek Father Gabriel, the group falls on a new hostile community that puts them at stake . They all land out of nowhere and give them a little idea of who it might be. Finally ! After weeks of waiting, season 7 of The Walking Dead is finally back with a well-filled mid-season premiere of which you can of this not discover our criticism. Watch out for spoilers!
The wait is finally over and last night AMC was broadcasting episode 9 of the season 7 of The Walking Dead which made us find a Rick Grimes very fit. As expected from the various promo videos of “Rock in the Road”, Rick and his family have tried to bring together several bands to deal with Negan. And as you might expect, Gregory has lived up to His reputation by taking fright and insisting that Negan never learn their encounter. During this little very productive discussion, you have to admit that we tended to have the same head as Michonne, judging not so silently that it Cowardice of the leader of Hilltop Since Maggie remained there and the inhabitants seem motivated to take up arms, it is assumed that the reign of Gregory will soon come to an end and we are already hastily .. After this first refusal, Jesus Comes to the rescue of the group by teaching them the existence of the kingdom and King Ezekiel.
And he has another surprise since during his stay at the Sanctuary he managed to steal a walkie-talkie that allows them to be aware of Negan’s gestures without having to go back. Well played Jesus! Even Morgan, who has just learned of the death of several of his friends, prefers to continue on a pacifist path and so it is without any promise that Rick and the Alexandrians leave. The small visit will at least have allowed Daryl to find a refuge after his escape from the Sanctuary.
Even if the separation between Daryl and the rest of the group is a little quick to our liking – after all he has just found them – we admit you are not dissatisfied with knowing that Daryl and Carol are in the same area And we are already looking forward to their reunion. Always motivated as ever, Rick, Michonne and the others are heading back to Alexandria and encounter a slight obstacle on the road: a Negan trap with cars blocking the road … and explosives . Before seeing the explosives, they decide to simply move the cars and put them back neither seen nor known but the presence of any dynamite is too tempting. To get a little more pressure, a rather impressive horde approaches and while Rick has just heard that Negan is looking for Daryl, he decides to keep the walkers under the elbow to use them against the Saviors.
This plan does not proceed quite as planned since we are dealing with a particularly fast horde and we witness a massacre of walkers quite extraordinary thanks to Rick and Michonne. Once the adrenaline rush passed, the small group finally came back and found itself facing a nasty surprise: Father Gabriel who was seen leaving with food and weapons at the beginning of the episode. Thanks to his little game of track and after lying shamelessly to Simon, everyone starts again – Aaron as a bonus – to go and fetch him … falls on a very numerous armed group and menacing gait. Rick’s smile suggests that this is not necessarily a bad thing and that Father Gabriel put them on this track for a reason . After all they searched for men and weapons throughout the episode and they are served. In short, a mid-season premiere well rhythmic, not so surprising as that but which makes us advance in the plot and that puts up well the basics of the second part of the season. There are only a few days to wait before the return of Rick and then we hoped it would be finally happy in the rest of the season 7 of The Walking Dead , it now offers a little background. The series is based on the comics of Robert Kirkman and it is this story that the writers to write the following episodes, but sometimes they move away from the original source and do even better . More Shane
In the comics, the death of Shane Walsh is rather fast and Carl kills him to protect his father before they even arrive at the farm of Hershel. Suffice to say that as tragic as it was, Lori’s death in the series remains a little less trash. Moreover to see Carl killing his own mother also allowed his character to evolve and to harden suddenly.
Carol the badass
Speculation about Carol and her fate in the series have already made much talk. In the comics, Carol can not regain a foothold and commits suicide by letting eaten by a zombie then refusing the help of his friends to save . In the series, Carol became an incredible warrior who mastered the art of survival. His small empty passage in season 6 asked some questions about his mental state and the possibilities for his plot to join that of the comics. But she seems to get back on foot at the Kingdom and hopes to see her still fit in several seasons.
Terminus
The plot of Terminus does not exist in the comics and was therefore only written for the series although it is inspired by that of the Hunters. This addition has given us a treasure hunt on track and an incredible explosion thanks to Carol that we are not soon forget , so it was still a good thing here to get away from comics. Having a common destination allowed the group to meet up after the prison and offered us interesting subgroups with characters who are less used to interacting.
Abraham’s Respite
Rather than die in Season 6 of an arrow in the eye, Abraham spent his lap and let this death surprised to Denise . This not only surprised the fans – including readers – even though the death of Denise was to be expected given the development of her character. But it also offered us a raw season even more bloody than expected with the deaths of Glenn AND Abraham. In short, to say that those who did not have spoiler had to be well surprised!
