Just a few hours AMC aired the last episode of the year 7 of The Walking Dead season and after you revealed who had died in the mid-season finale , it’s already the second half of the season we interest. Beware of spoilers if you have not seen the episode! In “Hearts Still Beating”, we find Rick and Aaron refueling mission, but a special plan has aroused our curiosity. While the two men load the truck with their findings and prepare to head back to Alexandria, mysterious booted feet make their appearance . So someone was present to observe. The scene was repeated at the end of the episode when a new observer spy Father Gabriel and despite the optimistic tone of the last few minutes of “Hearts Still Beating”, one can not help but worry and wonder who could observe.
Obviously it does not need more to ask us if the series does not just introduce a new hostile community: Whisperers / Whisperers. In the comics by Robert Kirkman, the Whisperers are a particularly deadly, barbaric group that masquerades as walkers to go unnoticed . Although it is a bit early in the series to do their arrival, we know that the writers sometimes arrange some intrigue to the needs of the small screen but also to create surprise among fans who read the comics. Furthermore the showrunner Scott Gimple had already declared “that it was not impossible that the Whisperers or aspects thereof are introduced into the series earlier than what we would expect when we know the comic” . It is therefore possible that these mysterious shots are a warning about the imminent arrival of Whisperers.
There are other possibilities, such as the fact whether some women who have followed Oceanside Tara to Alexandria although it’s hard to understand what it could bring them. It could also be a new character, can be original and unique to the series, that would surprise some fans about the intrigues of the suite . Finally, some fans speculate about the presence of Dwight who have fled the sanctuary to spend “the other side” before the war started as his alter-ego comics but one must admit that it might be a little early for this arc of his character. In “Sing Me A Song”, Carl’s presence at the Sanctuary allowed us to see a little what became Daryl and as expected, leads Negan life difficult for his hostage. Yet after several episodes of captivity and only a few spoken words, episode 7 could have been a turning point because, back in his cell to be punished, Daryl receives a mysterious note written simply “Go Now / Now Pars” and a key and a match attached to the piece of paper. Before wondering from whom this note, it is possible that Daryl wonders especially if it’s not a trap of Saviors who wish to see it try to escape to better punish him then.
Yet given the intrigues of the episode, several characters could be at the origin of the word and the starting Negan is the perfect opportunity. Names that come to mind are Jesus, Dwight and Sherry but difficult to know exactly who it might be. Sherry has shown throughout the episode and even before his disgust Negan and all his community and his desire to help Daryl, or at least ensure that he suffers as little as possible . It could thus take advantage of the absence of Negan to allow Daryl to go join his. This certainly would prove risky for her if someone surprised her near the cell Daryl but since Dwight is the appointed guardian and he always feelings for her, it is assumed that he will not denounce. It is also our second potential ally despite everything he does for Negan since its appearance in The Walking Dead .
Dwight is not satisfied with his situation and the plot of his alter-ego in the comics suggests that it may soon rebel against his master. The question is what might be his motivation to leave from Daryl. Finally we now know that Jesus came to the Shrine and he knows Negan went back to Alexandria with Carl. He could have followed Dwight trying to bring Daryl in his cell and then help her escape though one wonders why he would not have opened the door himself and then accompany him outside . The identity of this mysterious ally in any case should we be revealed in the next episode and we hope that Daryl will seize his chance to finally win his freedom despite the psychological torture of Negan that could dissuade him. Well, almost since the dwarves take to the Evil Queen and run prevention Charming. Regina finds that Emma does not remember her. While Charming ready to challenge, Regina tries to wake the Sauveuse but must resolve to flee. A Storybrooke, David, Jasmine and Hook are looking for a plan against the Evil Queen while Gold understands that his son was not found and soon to inform Belle in Season 6 of Once Upon A Time . As for Regina, she falls on Rumple who explains that each Savior needs a villain, if it shows its dark side, the Sauveuse reborn. In addition, it offers him a magic bean to go Storybrooke in exchange for his freedom. Regina poses as the Evil Queen and takes Charming hostage. She will release lorsqu’Emma has found a hero capable of the challenge. The ball is in the camp of the princess!

This is the future Gideon who became wicked! In the Enchanted Forest, Regina and Emma are getting ready to go when Robin shoots them. Regina troubled to see his “True Love” leaves the gate closed and the two women remain blocked. Here are two twists we did not see coming, worthy of a Midseason Finale because they make us ask ourselves many questions. This episode was quite good and offered a lot of suspense and intrigue. We can not wait to see more! However it was not until March. To wait until then also see if Eion Bailey aka Pinocchio will soon be back in Season 6 of Once Upon A Time .
