In Rostov-on-don police have arrested a teen who robbed cars : Crime news : Vladim

Police arrested two teenage robbers in Rostov. According to witnesses, two teenagers night smashed Windows in cars and stole their contents.

Nearby, police detained the attackers at the scene. They were young men, aged 17 and 14 years old. The police were surprised that parents of teenagers do not give them a call and was not interested in where their children are. As found by the employees, in addition to robbery of the car VAZ–2108, during which the robbers and was arrested, the young men also robbed two more cars.

All this happened at night on February 18 from midnight to three hours. When robbers, the police found several stolen car stereos, but the victims never reported the thefts. So at the moment the police are looking for owners of stolen values.
