Thierno-Oury Barry, who was introduced in a residence of the University of Laval in October 2016, to commit sexual assault in the pavilion Parent, comes to plead guilty.
Together, the prosecutor and the defence counsel suggested to the court to impose a sentence of three years detention, the judge Réna Émond has endorsed.
