- flour — 800-1000 grams.
- kefir — 0.5 liters;
- egg — 1 piece;
- sugar — 1 tablespoon;
- salt a pinch;
- yeast — 50 grams;
Preparation:
Yeast mash with a fork with sugar, add egg, yogurt (warm) and mix well, reports Rus.Media.
