Ottawa | The canadian government has deemed Friday as a positive element that the american manufacturer Boeing decides not to appeal the decision to annul the anti-dumping taxes on imports of Bombardier’s CSeries aircraft.

The american Commission of international trade (USITC) had unanimously late January denied the request of Boeing aircraft, the imposition of taxes and compensatory fees by 300% on each CSeries aircraft sold by Bombardier in the United States, by ruling that the u.s. company was not in competition on the market segment of the canadian manufacturer.
