Michele Laroque and François Baroin come to live on a Thursday rich in emotions. The reason the passage, yesterday, of the Tour de France in Troyes ; the city in which the politician is the mayor since 1995.

The riders of the Tour de France passed yesterday by the departments of Aube and Haute-Marne, on the occasion of a sixth step oh-so-grueling because of the heat.
