QUEBEC – Karim Chikhi, a former taxi driver, allegedly attempted to embrace two clients while they were in his vehicle, in addition to the follow-up to their home.
At least that is what is told of two alleged victims, called to the witness stand Monday, at the palace of justice of Quebec.
The events complained of allegedly took place in November and December 2013. The two complainants, aged 39 and 55 years, have described a modus operandi similar.
The taxi driver would have first made statements of a sexual nature, and then would have attempted to kiss them while they were in the taxi.
One of them alleged that the man himself would have taken the head between his two hands, forcing her to kiss him, more of him to lick the cheek.
In both cases, Karim Chikhi would be out of his vehicle in order to follow his clients right up to the door of their home. He would have left the site after they have strongly expressed their disapproval.
Fraud charges
Karim Chikhi is also facing a charge of fraud against a third complainant. 45-years-old, the woman a native of Rivière-du-Loup claims that Chikhi it would have charged a taxi $ 100 to perform a distance of less than a kilometre away, while she was intoxicated by alcohol. He would have also followed up to his hotel room.
Karim Chikhi, 48 years old, is no longer a taxi driver. His license was revoked in 2014. It was this, Monday, in the hearing room.
