The two young boys reported missing Sunday morning in the area of Anjou in Montreal have been found in the evening in Montreal-East.
Raphael Grondines-Lambert, age 7, and Zachary Laframboise, 5 years old, have been located unharmed near the intersection of the rue Sherbrooke est and the boulevard Joseph-Versailles.
“They are in good health. They are going very well,” said Andréanne Picard of the Montreal police. The young half-brothers were not victims of a criminal act, they have just done a long ride. The two seemed to have walked without shoes and bare-chested, since this is how they have been taken in hand by the police.
Many police officers and a dog handler had been mobilized to find them in Anjou near the intersection of boulevard Châteauneuf, and of the avenue Rondeau. The distance of this area up to the place where they were found is about 3 kilometers.
It is a citizen who had seen the notice in the media that have been seen and contacted the authorities.
Investigators were to meet with the parents to understand the circumstances of their disappearance.
