OnePlus 5 vs. Honor 9: A Speed Test to Tie (Video)

Today, Frandroid pits two giants in the middle: Honor 9 and OnePlus 5. It was through a speed run in video that the site was able to decide between these premium smartphones.

As we know, the Chinese dominate the market of smartphones more and more. It is enough to take a look at Xiaomi or Huawei to realize it. The latter are able to generate good profits even though they have recently been introduced while offering high-quality smartphones at a low price. No wonder then that the Honor 9 and the OnePlus 5, both powerful Chinese flagship, attract to the Western market. But which of the two is the fastest? Frandroid decided to realize a speed video test to decide between Honor 9 and OnePlus 5, whose screen problem would be quite normal.

Frandroid specifies all the same technical characteristics of these two smartphones: The Honor 9 embeds a Kirin 960 and 4 GB of RAM, the OnePlus 5 a Snapdragon 835 and 8 GB of RAM. The tester divides the test into two parts, the first consisting of measuring how long the applications open and the second how smartphones handle RAM. As a reminder, during the last speed test of Frandroid, the Samsung Galaxy S8 (whose Mini version was denied by Samsung) had been crushed by the latest onePlus. What will happen this time?
