VAUDREUIL-DORION | A man was found wounded Saturday morning in a probable traffic accident with hit and run, Vaudreuil-Dorion, in the Montérégie region.

It’s answering another call that the agents of the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) were found around 3 p.m. on a wounded man on the street Ironwood (route 342), in Vaudreuil-Dorion, said sergeant Daniel Thibodeau, door-to-door police force.

“Man, 37 years old, has been taken care of by the ambulance services’, he added. It does not concern, however, not for his life.

The first elements of the investigation, including statements on the scene of the accident, allowed the police officers to conclude that a hit-and-run.

The route 342 has been closed to traffic for the purposes of the investigation. Witnesses, including the victim, were also to be encountered by the police.
