By ballot in the month of November, the Residents will not know if the current mayor Marc Lemers has violated certain provisions of the law on elections and municipal referendums, paying almost three times the amount allowed at his party in order to get to the town hall, in 2013.

The scheduled trial will finally take place after the elections next November, and more precisely two weeks after the holding of the election.

It was last march that Marc Demers has been fined by the Director general of elections (DGEQ), who accuses him of having lent 28 000 $ so that a maximum amount of $ 10,000 is provided for by the law.
