The one who was nicknamed the “king of pharmacies” may not practice before the age of 70 years, then it comes to be expunged for a period of 31 years and 9 months, one of the longest radiation never pronounced by the disciplinary Board of the College of pharmacists.

False report of internship

The Council also recalls its input to be erratic within the profession, in 2005, when he acknowledged “have falsified [ … ], his registration form and his / her work term report by imitating the signature of his supervisor and in the writing itself the contents of assessment”, one can read in the document of 82 pages.
