TORONTO – Three Toronto police officers have been acquitted, on Wednesday morning, sexual assault against an agent of the parking lot.

Joshua Cabero, Leslie Nyznik and Sameer Kara had had a sexual relationship with the woman, whose identity cannot be disclosed, in a hotel room in January 2015 following a holiday well-watered. The victim had mentioned that she was too intoxicated to have consented to such sexual intercourse. She had said that she was unable to move or speak when the three men have acted, since it would have been drugged by the accused.

The judge Anne Molloy stated, however, that the testimony of the victim was “full of problems”, according to the “Toronto Sun”. The judge said that there were too many contradictions and that the video images of the victim entering the hotel the were in perfect control.

Leslie Nyznik, the only accused to have testified, has mentioned that it is the woman who had the idea to go to the hotel and that it was she who had taken the lead to have sex with him and Joshua Cabero. According to him, it is also she who took the initiative with Sameer Kara, who had previously been ill, and was subsequently woken up, the newspaper reported torontonians.

The three officers, who work in the same unit, had been suspended with pay.
