SAINT-LAMBERT-DE-LAUZON | Despite a change to a discrete site in order not to arouse suspicion, the gathering of Dark Soul’s in Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, in the Beauce region, has been cut short by a police operation that has led to three arrests.

The Dark Soul’s and their supporters had planned to meet at the bar la Rochelière of the street of the Bridge, yesterday, but it is ultimately on privately-owned land located 10 kilometres later they were discovered by the authorities. Some 150 people were to take part in the event.

According to the information obtained by The Newspaper, it would be because the licence of the bar did not allow the holding of dancers that the venue was changed at the last moment.

Despite the discretion afforded by the new location, rue Bellevue, motorcyclists have been found by the police who had in his pocket a search warrant to enter the flow of illegal alcohol.

Second time

The police have arrested three persons under the criminal Code. A man has been arrested for storage of the negligent firearm, and two others because they were sought under an arrest warrant.

According to our information, one of these people is a member in good standing of the Dark Soul s. Almost 2000 cans of beer and a dozen bottles of liquor were also seized.

“This is the second time that the Dark Soul’s open the door to a police response is ultimately “easy”, ” noted Jean-François Brochu, a former police officer and analyst in police affairs. A few months ago, the lair of Scott had been the subject of a search, for the same reason.

The authorities have taken the opportunity to refine their information about the groups of bikers, criminals. “It is necessary to identify all the world, and it helps just to check if all the people are in good standing with their conditions of release in some cases or, in other cases, check the driving licence or the registration of motorcycles,” said Mr. Brochu.

Hells Angels

The police operation, headed by the squad joint regional, has been performed in concert by the Sûreté du Québec, the RCMP and the police services of the Cities of Quebec and Levis.
