Twenty-four hours ago, he is suspected of having taken the life of one who gave to him : Claude Gas, a man apparently without history, which operated, to even his home in the rue Bellevue Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, a small business repairing electronics.

If the father was no story, the son, to him, had started to write a accumulating conflict with the law to stories of theft, fraud, and breach of undertaking.

Ironically, the name of the young man was already inscribed on the role of criminal Court since he was to return, on the 29th of August, to face charges of breach of undertaking and of simple possession of cannabis.

The drug may also have played a sad role in the story, since, according to that learned Journal, the young man had problems of consumption and maintained a relationship “difficult,” with his father, according to neighbors and friends of the accused.

“I remember in high school (…) (it seemed) to be having problems at home,” said an old friend of Frédéric Gas, which has preferred to keep anonymity.

For his part, Alexandre Beaulieu, who was last seen nearly three weeks, was told that the young man “did not get along with his father” for several years.

    Therapy

According to other friends, the accused also seemed to be taken in hand and said get out of therapy to deal with his problems of drugs.

“He told us that he was not taking drugs anymore, he was returned to his parents’ home and that it was going to be better,” mentioned Stéphany Thériault and Jessie Fournier.

According to information collected by The Log, Sam, would have had a adolescence rough, dotted with problems of behaviour and consumption.

“One time, he fell into consumption, and was lost sight of. He left home with his parents and came back. He has had a lot of problems,” said a childhood friend, who also wished to remain anonymous.

Out of the courtroom, a friend has launched accused of not “letting go”.

    Murder weapon

Recall that the sexagenarian, of French origin, has been found lifeless at his home in Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, a few minutes after the arrival of his son at the family residence.

The suspect then drove to a friend a few streets away to ask him for a light, completely soaked, then he would have crossed the river in front of the house. He then took flight and went to change in a service of mutual assistance, located in the same area.

The Sûreté du Québec confirmed that a weapon was used during the crime. An autopsy, however, will be required to determine the exact circumstances of the death.

Gas comes before the Court on the 13th of October next.
