HAPPY VALLEY-GOOSE BAY | An Air France Airbus which ran between Paris and Los Angeles was forced to land emergency at the airport of Gosse Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Due to a “technical problem”, the airbus had to ask by way of precaution, has informed the air carrier of the French on Twitter. The device landed safely and the passengers were taken care of.

One of the engines had ceased to function, was reported by the specialized site Flight Radar 24, as well as BFMTV.

The flight AF066 left the airport Roissy-Charles de Gaulle on Saturday, at 10: 20 a.m. (local time), and was supposed to land in Los Angeles, the United States, at 12: 50 a.m. the same day.
