A few years ago, a new trend made its appearance on the other side of the Atlantic. The tattoo of the eye. She went to the hospital where the doctors administered the antibiotic drops and then steroid eye drops, without success. The swelling inside of the eye has not been neutralized and the ink purple is concentrated around the cornea. She announced that she would have to undergo a surgical operation to remove the surplus ink around the cornea.

Catt Gallinger explains that this infection is due to the ink non diluted. If the inflammation has subsided, the young woman always has the eye purple and swollen. Worse still : his sight has decreased and the doctors say she will never recover completely.

A major risk of blindness

In fact, the risk of the” Eyeball Tattoo ” is linked to the very nature of the area tattooed. “There are risks associated with the fact that the conjunctiva is a mucous membrane.
