Juicy chicken cutlets with plavlenym cheese – yum!
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, add grated cottage cheese, egg, flour, spices and chopped garlic.

Chicken fillet — 300 grams
Cheese (friendship) — 1 pieces
Egg — 1 piece
Garlic — 2 cloves
Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp
Flour — 1 tbsp
Spices.
Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, add grated cottage cheese, egg, flour, spices and chopped garlic.
Carefully vymeshivayut.
Fry like pancakes on both sides until Golden brown.
