Sylvie Vartan, who was always said to have ” dreamed of a big family,” became closer to this dream by adopting his daughter Darina was 20 years ago. This October 9, the young woman has celebrated 20 years and the singer has published on the social network Instagram a tender snapshot of her childhood.

She told Paris Match in August of last year, Sylvie Vartan has always been crazy about his daughter : “When I shook Darina for the first time against me, my heart stopped beating. Darina, in Bulgarian, it means ‘gift of God’. It is exactly as I imagined in my dreams. I’ve always wanted to have a large family. David had fulfilled all my expectations, I dreamed also of having a little girl”.

Already mother of David Hallyday with the famous singer Johnny Hallyday since 1966 Sylvie Vartan was adopted Darina in 1997. At the time, the singer settles down in the upscale neighbourhood of Beverly Hills and is dedicated to his family. At the beginning of the month of October, she confided to Catherine Ceylac in Tea or Coffee that her daughter had the passions of many : “She wants to be a stylist, finally create collections of street wear. She started to make the mounting film, but she is very interested in everything that is computer related”.

Today, the young woman celebrating its 20 years old, and his mom took the opportunity to share a snapshot of childhood where we see the singer embracing with enthusiasm the little girl. They all wear two necklaces of flowers, and Sylvie Vartan commented : ” HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you my loving Darina “
