Today, aged 44 years, the former star of the series Charmed was published on Sunday the following message on his twitter account: “Suggested by a(e) friend(e): if all the women who have been victims of sexual harassment or assault wrote ‘me too’ status, perhaps the people would realize the extent of the problem.” Alyssa Milano was the first to respond to his own tweet with #MeToo. In 24 hours, the tweet was subsequently shared more than 15,000 times and liked more than 30,000 times. Most importantly, it has convinced several women to share the abuses they have been victims with the Canvas.
Following the success of his message, Alyssa Milano was expected on the ground of the case, Weinstein. The actress has published a press release on the internet.
